Federal prosecutors are issuing the first subpoenas in the investigation into Boeing's certification procedures and marketing of 737 Max jetliners. Word of the multiple subpoenas comes after Transportation Secretary Elaine Chao asked the agency's inspector general to conduct a formal probe into the FAA's certification of Boeing's 737 Max aircraft.
