Amazon Employees Call On Their Bosses To Tackle Climate Change

Amazon workers are calling on the company's CEO and board of directors to take on climate change. The employees posted an open letter to Jeff Bezos and the board on the website Medium. It's the latest example of employees at a tech company urging their bosses to make dramatic changes. Earlier this year, Google changed its sexual misconduct policies because of a massive walkout by its employees last year. Amazon had already announced it was taking steps to lower its carbon footprint, but the letter signed by more than 5,000 employees takes issue with some of their goals, saying they don't include a time line or take into account future growth.
