After seeing this you may not want to talk to your co-workers anymore. Because actually ignoring them, can make you less tired.
Mental Health professionals who spoke with Business Insider offered some tips on how to feel less tired. Your focus being drawn away from the actual job can cause mental exhaustion. Especially when you have co-workers interrupting you. Did you know it can take you up to 25-minutes to regain focus?
So the real question is, are you gonna still talk to your co-workers? I am. lol
