San Francisco Artist Gets Her Artwork Painted On A United Airlines Plane!

Meet Tsungwei Moo who moved to San Francisco, which she calls her second home, from Taiwan 14 years ago.

She was an art student at City College of San Francisco, wanted to give back and taught an art class.

Tsungwei's art was selected to decorate a MUNI bus at one point and this now, it's a United Airlines Boeing 757 plane!

She entered a contest, made it to the top 3 and United took it from there. Tsungwei was declared the winner and her art is now officially on the plane!

Tsungwei's art on the plane includes the Pacific Ocean, the Golden Gate Bridge, and palm trees and it made its debut Sunday at United's San Francisco Maintenance Base after spending 17 days in a Texas paint shop.
