It's over for Kim Kardashian and Kanye West.
After months of speculation about their marital woes and reports of impending separation, Kim has filed for divorce from Kanye. The high-profile couple got together back in 2012 and tied the knot in Italy in 2014. They share four kids together—North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm.
According to TMZ, Kim's lawyer, Laura Wasser, filed the documents in Los Angeles. Kim is reportedly requesting joint legal and physical custody of the kids. The filing comes as no surprise to Kanye, either. TMZ's sources say he agrees to the custody arrangement and the former couple is already "far along in reaching a property settlement agreement."
Though Kim has just filed for divorce, TMZ's sources claim she has been ready to end her marriage for quite some time. The insiders told the outlet that, even though Kim was ready to call it quits after Kanye's public outbursts over the summer, the reality star "felt it would be cruel to end the marriage when he wasn't doing well.
Neither Kim nor Kanye has publicly commented on the divorce filing at this time.
