A new drive-through museum experience is coming to the Valley.

AZ Family reported that ASU Gammage is opening a drive-through museum event called "designspace."

The event is being called a "sensory" experience that is full of lights and color.

Designspace will take place in the ASU Packard parking garage. According to AZ Family, the "multi-level immersive museum experience celebrates are, design, and production."

The museum tour is a mile long and is experienced entirely from your vehicle.

Check out a sneak peek of the event below.

ASU Gammage is teaming up with the ASU Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts (HIDA) to put on the event. There are also professional teams from VideoWest, Lightswitch, and Hybycozo artists.

The event is completely socially-distanced, allowing for the perfect source of entertainment during the ongoing pandemic.

The exhibit is allowing students to have the opportunity to work hands-on with lighting, graphic design, and architecture.

The event aligns university President Michael Crow's idea of meshing industry and academics.

The special event will run from April 9th through April 25th. Click here to purchase tickets.
