Ye's former executive assistant claims the rapper fired her after he sent a series of vulgar messages and sexually explicit videos.
According to a report TMZ published on Monday, June 3, Lauren Pisciotta filed a lawsuit against the artist formerly known as Kanye West that alleges he sexually harassed her on several occasions. Pisciotta used to be an OnlyFans model who used to rack up $1 million for posting photos of herself in bikinis and lingerie. She met Ye in 2021 while he was working on his fashion line. He hired her shortly after they met, and even collaborated with her on three songs for his Donda album.
After working for him for a year, Pisciotta said Ye asked her to delete her beloved OnlyFans account in order to be more "God like." The "CARNIVAL" rapper told her he would pay $1 million if she did. He eventually promoted her to Chief of Staff of her various companies with a $4 million salary. Not long after she agreed to his terms, Pisciotta said her boss began to send a lot of sexually charged messages. She recalled how he used foul language to list out his odd fantasies with women.
"See my problem is I be wanting to f**k but then after I f**k I want a girl to tell me how hard they been f**ked while I'm f**king them. Then I want her to cheat on me," Ye allegedly wrote in one message.
Pisciotta also alleged Ye masturbated during their phone calls. She explained Ye would ask her to guess what he's doing. In addition, Ye also sent her various sexual photos and videos that showed him having sex with models. His former assistant also claimed he was obsessed about how well endowed her boyfriends are.
After he subjected her to all of this, Pisciotta said Ye fired her in October 2022. She claimed he offered her a $3 million severance, but the lawsuit alleged he never paid. She's suing the former billionaire for breach of contract, sexual harassment, wrongful termination and hostile work environment.
So far, Ye has not reacted to Pisciotta's allegations. This is the latest disgruntled employee to take legal action against Ye. Earlier this year, he was sued for allegedly assaulting a man who wanted an autograph. He's also facing a racial discrimination lawsuit from a former employee who claims he was fired after he refused to shave his dreads.
