Browns: OC Ken Dorsey To Take Over Play Calling From Kevin Stefanski

To get the offense going, the 1-6 Browns are making a change to who calls the plays.

The NFL Network's Ian Rapport is reporting that Offensive Coordinator Ken Dorsey will take over play-calling from Head Coach Kevin Stefanski.

Stefanski also announced that Jamies Winston will start Sunday's game against the Ravens.
