Millie Bobby Brown has a new name — again!
The 21-year-old actress set the record straight about her official name in a new interview with VT with her Stranger Things costar and bestie Noah Schnapp, more than a year after marrying husband Jake Bongiovi, 23, in 2024, per People.
When asked about his bestie's full name, Schnapp, who is also the godfather to Brown and Bongiovi's baby daughter, went through several variations, such as Millie Bonnie Brown and Millie Bonnie Bobby Bongiovi Brown, before she finally gave him a break and shared that her official new name is much simpler than he was making it out to be.
"Drop the Bobby, drop the Brown. It's just Millie Bonnie Bongiovi, that's it," she said, confirming that she took her husband's last name after tying the knot. She then quipped that her new moniker can now be shortened to a sweet nickname. "Millie Bon Bon."
Earlier this year, the Enola Holmes star revealed that she changed her name at the start of her career, choosing "Bobby" over her real name "Bonnie" for "s---s and giggles."
Brown and Bongiovi, who got engaged in 2023 after three years of dating, first got married in a private ceremony with family in May 2024 and had a larger celebration months later in Italy. She recently shared "epic" new details from the nuptials, including the star who played a special role during the reception.
