A friend of singer D4vd has finally appeared in front of a grand jury after he was arrested and charged for not doing so.

Streamer Neo Langston was spotted entering a courthouse in Los Angeles on Wednesday, February 4. In video footage TMZ captured, Langston remained mum and dodged questions as he walked into the building. He spent about 30 to 40 minutes in front of the grand jury as he faced questioning from Deputy District Attorney Beth Silverman's team, who first presented the case to the grand jury back in November. She also didn't answer any questions about the case.

Neo Langston, a popular Twitch streamer, was apprehended from his mother's home in Helena, MT. on Thursday, January 22, after a warrant was issued in Los Angeles. Langston was extradited from Lewis & Clark County Jail to the LAPD Metropolitan Detention Center, where he was held on a $60,000 bond. He was charged with failing to appear as a witness, which is a felony. It's possible that Langston was the witness who was being "uncooperative" in December.

Celeste Rivas Hernandez's body parts were found in a bag inside a Tesla registered to D4vd last September. The car was traced back to a neighborhood in Hollywood Hills where D4vd once lived. The Los Angeles Police Department has reportedly considered D4vd a person of interest in the homicide investigation and may charge him soon. The LAPD also indicated that a second suspect may have been there "before, during, and after" the teen's death.
