Watch: George Birge Teams Up With Luke Bryan On Powerful Cowboy Anthem

George Birge and Luke Bryan brought their cowboy anthem, “Ride, Ride, Ride,” to life with a new music video that premiered on Wednesday (March 4).

Birge and Bryan perform the collaboration in “a rustic barn washing in natural light,” in the Corey Miller-directed music video. “Ride, Ride, Ride” — which Birge wrote with Tyler Hubbard, Casey Brown and Parker Welling — is an anthem that spotlights a “message of grit, growth and barbed-wire toughness,” states a press release announcing the video’s debut. The song was previously described as a story that starts “with its protagonist seeking to drown his sorrows and numb his pain, (and) the story soon takes a turn as the cowboy shares what he’s learned from decades of hard living. …With its gut-punching message of gritty resilience, the result is an unforgettable anthem that forgoes false optimism in favor of soul-saving truth.”

“Luke brings positive energy and star power to everything he does,” Birge said in a statement. “I was so thankful he agreed to be part of this music video. The grit and the visuals really helped bring the song to life, and I can’t wait for fans to see it.” He previously said that he’s “respected Luke Bryan’s career for a long time. It’s still crazy to me that I get to call him a mentor and a friend, and when I wrote this song, I knew I had to ask him to be a part of it. It’s an honor to share this one with him, and it’s a message I think a lot of people could use right now.”

Bryan included Birge on his headlining tour last year. During that tour, Birge played “Ride, Ride, Ride” for Bryan for the first time, and Bryan was hooked. He reflected, “I loved the message and just thought he and the other writers had knocked it out of the park. The next morning he asked me if I wanted to be on the song with him and I honestly didn't even hesitate. These are the kinds of moments that make me excited and I am proud to be a part of it.”

Bryan is part of the star-studded lineup of the 2026 iHeartCountry Festival. The show also includes Kane Brown, Parker McCollum, Riley Green, Shaboozey, Dylan Scott, Russell Dickerson, Gretchen Wilson, Chase Matthew and Lauren Alaina. iHeartRadio's Bobby Bones is returning as the event’s host. The show will take place on May 2 at Moody Center in Austin, Texas. Tickets to the show are available as of January 23. Fans across the country will be able to catch all the action as the 2026 iHeartCountry Festival will be broadcast live across iHeartCountry stations nationwide and the free iHeartRadio app on Saturday, May 2nd at 8pm ET/5pm PT (7pm CT).
