Cincinnati Police District One is looking for Ricky Duncan. Mr. Duncan is wanted for Felonious Assault and Misdemeanor Domestic Violence. On April 11th, 2026, during a domestic dispute, Mr. Duncan stabbed the victim in the leg causing serious physical injury to the victim. Ricky Duncan is a white male, 67 years old, 5’07”, and 137 lbs. Ricky Duncan has a history of Robbery, Assault, and Theft and was last known to live on Highland Avenue in Mount Auburn.
