Gracie Abrams has a major surprise in store for fans later this month.

On Friday (May 1), the singer-songwriter, 26, announced on Instagram that she is coming back with her brand new song "Hit the Wall," which will be "everywhere" starting at 5 p.m PT on May 14. In addition to sharing the moody artwork of the "That's So True" musician standing in the dark outside, backlit by a raging fire, Abrams hyped up the track in the caption, telling followers, "I love it with everything I have."

Fans even got a sneak peek at the upcoming track thanks to Abrams sharing a snippet of the song on her Instagram Stories.

"I'm the crack in the pavement, I'm a slipknot. I'm afraid that my fortress is a glass box. Used to know what I'm playing but I forgot. Felt good for a day..." she sings, before the sound cut out.

The Grammy-nominated artist couldn't contain her excitement for fans to hear her new music, posting an extreme close-up selfie on another Story, admitting, "I'm gonna be sick I'm so excited."

While she didn't share any more information, "Hit the Wall" could hint that a new album may be on the way. The project would be her third studio album and a follow-up to her 2024 sophomore work The Secret of Us.

"Hit the Wall" drops May 14.
