Justin Moore Steps Away From Tour Dates 'To Focus On My Health'

Justin Moore is pausing his run of shows “to focus on my health,” the country artist stated on Monday (June 8).

Moore, 42, posted a statement on Instagram explaining that he’ll step away from the stage “for a short period,” and will return over the summer: “I’ve made the decision to take some time to focus on my health. As a result, I’ll be stepping away from touring for a short period and will be unable to perform some upcoming shows. This is the right decision for me and my family, and I appreciate everyone’s understanding and support. I look forward to getting back out there later this summer and doing what I love most.”

Moore’s next performance date was set for Thursday (June 11) in Dewey Beach, Delaware, his website shows. It wasn’t clears as of publication time on Tuesday morning (June 9) when Moore plans to return to the stage. The “Lettin’ the Night Roll” singer garnered supportive messages from fans and fellow artists in the comments, including “You, Me, And Whiskey” duet partner Priscilla Block, Caylee Hammack and Jake Owen.
