We're less than a month away from the 2016 Grammy Awards, and the first batch of performers for the star-studded show has been released via a statement from the Recording Academy CEO Neil Portnow.
On Wednesday (January 20), Portnow announced that Adele, The Weeknd, Kendrick Lamar and Little Big Town will blaze the stage at the 58th annual ceremony, which will take place at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on February 15.
"This lineup of talented artists is just the beginning of what will, once again, prove to be music's biggest night. We look forward to celebrating what's been a wonderful year in music, honoring the best of the best and featuring never-before-seen performances," Portnow said in a statement.
If that wasn't enough, Page Six reported earlier this week that there has been talk of Lady Gaga paying tribute to the late David Bowie, but "nothing is confirmed yet." Whether or not the ceremony tributes the late icon remains unknown, but the evening will include a special tribute performance to the one and only Lionel Richie.
