Dolly Parton's Dollywood is facing an injury lawsuit. TMZ says Tedi and Derryl Brown are suing the Tennessee theme park co-owned by the country legend after a ride accident reportedly left Tedi with brain damage and broken bones. She and Derryl are seeking $475,000 in damages.
Tedi claims she hit the concrete ten feet below her, head first, when she fell out of a seat on the ride called The Waltzing Swinger. A rep for Dollywood said they would not comment on pending litigation but look forward to a resolution of the issue.
