Drew Brees found C.J. Spiller for an 80-yard touchdown to give the Saints a 26-20 overtime win over the Cowboys at the Superdome on "Sunday Night Football." The game-winning TD was Brees' 400th career touchdown pass, making him only the fifth quarterback in NFL history to accomplish the feat. He finished throwing for 359 yards and two touchdowns.
New Orleans kicker Zach Hocker missed a 30-yard field goal with 16 seconds left that sent the game to the extra time. The Saints picked up their first win of the season. Brandon Weeden led a 91-yard drive, concluding with a touchdown pass to Terrance Williams that tied the game at 20 late in the fourth quarter. Darren McFadden and Joseph Randle were held to 57 yards on 22 carries for Dallas, which fell to 2-and-2.
