A few weeks after the Grammys, when Kanye West jokingly went on stage after Beck won the award for Album of the Year, Yeezy is now APOLOGIZING! No need to adjust your eyes, you read that right. Yeezy is publicly apologizing to Beck.
Kanye took to Twitter to say he was sorry:
I would like to publicly apologize to Beck, I’m sorry Beck.— KANYE WEST (@kanyewest) February 26, 2015
After the Grammys, Kanye famously proclaimed, "Beck needs to respect artistry, and he should have given his award to Beyoncé." And he admitted in a recent "Breakfast Club" interview that he hadn't even heard the record. Maybe he finally listened to Beck's album?
Well, that's not all. Kanye also apologized to Bruno Mars! Apparently, Kanye has been hating on Bruno this whole time after the singer took home his MTV VMA awards in 2013. During one of his rants at one of his concerts at the Barclays Center, Yeezus said, "Bruno Mars won all the motherf***ing awards and s**t."
Kanye apologized for that on Twitter saying, "I also want to publicly apologize to Bruno Mars, I used to hate on him but I really respect what he does as an artist."
And he took it a step further when he publicly asked Bruno to sing on one of his songs produced by Yeezy and Diddy.
I also want to publicly apologize to Bruno Mars, I used to hate on him but I really respect what he does as an artist.— KANYE WEST (@kanyewest) February 26, 2015
I also would love for Bruno to sing this hook on this song 88 Keys / Puff and I produced… I even asked Tyler to shoot the vid.— KANYE WEST (@kanyewest) February 26, 2015
Your move, Bruno (please say YES).
