Ever wonder what Beyonce's exercise regimen is? Good, we're not the only ones then. Well, lucky for us all, Queen Bey is sharing some of her fitness secrets to help celebrate the fifth anniversary of First Lady Michelle Obama's "Let's Move" campaign.  

Bey posted an Instagram video giving fans a look at her intense workout routine of boxing, sit-ups, weight lifting and lunges. Oh, my! The superstar congratulated the First Lady on the milestone, writing in the caption, "Celebrating the 5th anniversary of Let's Move! #GimmeFive @michelleobama."

Beyonce has been a supporter of the "Let's Move" campaign for years. Back in 2011, she re-recorded a kid-friendly version of her hit "Get Me Bodied" called "Move Your Body" for the cause.  She shot a series of instructional workout videos featuring her signature choreography, inspired to get kids moving in a fun way.
