A family from California is outraged after the TSA patted down their 10-year-daughter in North Carolina. The family was returning from home when the TSA flagged the girl for an invasive screening.
The reason for the enhanced screening was because of a Capri Sun that was left in her bag. According to The Blaze, the drink tested positive for explosives, but it turned out to be a false positive.
During the screening, both the girl and her father, Kevin Payne, maintained their cool. Payne told NBC San Diego he 'didn't want to make an issue of it there or then because it wasn't the time or place and I didn't want to further traumatize my daughter.'
