Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston is going pro. The 2013 Heisman Trophy winner has released a statement saying, after consulting with family and friends, he is declaring for the 2015 NFL Draft. Winston initially hadn't planned to announce his decision until after Monday's College Football Playoff National Championship Game, but his father told ESPN that Winston intended to go pro. Winston was 26-and-1 as a starter at Florida State, with his only loss coming to Oregon at the Rose Bowl in last week's national semifinals. He led the Seminoles to the BCS National Championship in 2013.
