Speaker 2 (00:12):
You know, if you actually just sit back and think
about it. It's probably the most appropriate thing we've ever
seen in the world of football. I'll explain coming up
here in just a couple of moments from now. Jonas
Knox in for the herd. You can find this show,
as always, on the iHeartRadio app. Did you know you
can listen on hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of affiliates

(00:34):
all across the country? We take you live all the
way up until 3 o'clock Eastern time. Noon Pacific, and
if you are listening on the podcast, we appreciate you
doing so. On this Labor Day Monday, and I would
just say this, there was a lot of people who
were a little skeptical about some of the matchups in

(00:54):
college football this weekend. A lot of people looked at
it and said, well, there's not a lot of top
25 matchups. You're not seeing a lot of teams with
those little numbers next to their names playing against each other.
Kind of a weak slate of games. And we're not
even done yet. And man, did college football deliver. Because

(01:18):
whether you want to go back to the game last night,
which was the top 25 matchup between LSU and Ole Miss,
which was fantastic, or you want to go back to
the LSU clobbering of Clemson, which we're going to get
into at some point here on the show, I'm looking
back at Michigan, Western Michigan, and I'm thinking to myself...

(01:40):
This is the most appropriate thing that could possibly happen
this weekend. Right here. Now, what happened in that game?
I don't know. I have no idea. And that's the point.
That's the point. Because I was actually watching that at

(02:02):
my brother's bar. And watching what was going on and
thinking to myself... Why is this game still going on?
Why are they still playing? Why did they put a
second back on the clock? Why are they lining up
for another Hail Mary? None of it made any sense.
It didn't even make sense to Terry McClory, who was

(02:22):
trying to figure out, you know, what are we doing here?
Why is this game happening? Terry McCauley, by the way.
I nearly called him Terry McLaurin.

Speaker 3 (02:34):
Jesus.

Speaker 2 (02:35):
But the point is... I'm watching it thinking, there's no
way that this makes any sense. And then I took
a step back and realized, no, it makes perfect sense, actually.
This is college football. It makes perfect sense. Because one
of the things that they point to is, well, you know,
under NFL rules, something like this wouldn't happen. Well, of course. Because, look,

(02:58):
I love the NFL. We talk NFL the majority of
the time at Fox Sports Radio, majority of the time
on Two Pros and a Cup of Joe with LeVar
Arrington and Brady Quinn. But at the same time, there
is sort of a kind of a uppity vibe. If
you want to call it professional, you can call it professional.
But there is sort of a buttoned up vibe when

(03:18):
it comes to the NFL to where in college football,
it's like, I don't know. Let a couple of things slide.
We'll let a couple of things slide here. Should there
have been a second put on the clock? Probably not.
But you know what? Here's why we did it. Oh, okay.
And so the Big Ten comes out and they sync.

(03:39):
They say, well, you know, everything was synced up and,
you know, we went 85 minutes before kickoff and we
synced up all the cameras here. It's all right. Well,
if they were synced up and everything was in unison,
why was the graphic on TV different from what you
guys had available to you, which resulted in you going

(04:00):
back and then putting a second back on the clock
to which Michigan won the game. Why would that happen?
And then the question becomes if roles were reversed and
Western Michigan was on the receiving end of this same situation,
would they have gotten a second back on the clock?

(04:21):
And the answer is probably not. Probably not. Look, I
get it. I get it sucks. If you're a Western
Michigan fan, if you're a Western Michigan alum, if you're
somebody who had Western Michigan on the money line, I
get it. It sucks. But this is just sort of

(04:42):
what you would have expected in the opening weekend. No
disrespect to week zero. And I never would in the
opening weekend of college football. And that's what kind of
makes it special. That's what kind of makes it great.
Because that game that we all sat and watched in
complete confusion, the rules analyst was confused. I was confused.

(05:06):
I just called him a different name. The guys working
the game on TV were confused. The fans were confused.
The head coaches were confused. The players were confused. Everybody
was confused. And yet the Big Ten had a logical
explanation afterwards. No, no, listen, now, when he touched the ball, look,

(05:27):
the clock we're showing here is, and then you've got
people coming out after the fact saying, well, you know,
if we're going to split hairs here, there probably was
about 0.9 seconds left on the clock. Oh, okay. So
that's why it went to zero. So now we're changing

(05:47):
the way clocks are looked at. I'm not making this up.
I saw somebody go this direction. Hey, um, you know,
I know it said zero, but it was more than
likely that that actually meant 0.9 seconds, you know, nine
tenths of a second on the clock. Like that's probably
what it was. Oh, okay. So now when I see zero,

(06:09):
I've got to round up to 0.9. I just want
to be clear that that's the way this stuff works,
that we're going with this. But in college football, they're
going to give you it, and then it turns into
speculation afterwards, which is the best part about it. It's
why there's always debates that drive college football. In the NFL,

(06:34):
everything is just played out on the field. There are
no rankings. Wins and losses. You can complain about rules
and calls and whatnot, and we do every single year,
and that's fine. But in college football, meh. Round up here.
Round down there. Maybe color outside the lines here. Look

(06:57):
the other way on this. Money under the table here.

Speaker 4 (07:03):
You know.

Speaker 2 (07:03):
I mean, it's the perfect college football conclusion to what
has been a wild offseason. You remember that story that
happened a little while back? I don't know if you
remember this. There was a guy. He was a quarterback player.
For a team And Not only was he a quarterback

(07:24):
For a team He was also a degenerate gambler And
he was betting on his own team Amongst other things
Like a hot dog eating contest Some dog race In
Japan probably Like you pick it Like whatever you Oh, yeah,
that was the same offseason as five for five portal eligibility,

(07:46):
temporary restraining orders, so on and so forth. And then
and then we get to North Carolina and Bill Belichick,
who can't even celebrate a win in Dublin because seemingly
an hour later, story comes out. That his son, who's

(08:07):
on medical leave. May or may not be doing drugs
in the building and then dealing them as well, too.
Giving them to players. But don't worry about it. You
got members of the staff who may be sleeping with
people on their recruiting trail. But Michael Lombardi's gone, so
everything's fine here. This is the sport. This is what

(08:28):
they've given us. Quarterbacks who gamble on games. Defensive coordinators
who give people drugs, allegedly. affairs, mistresses, and a mysterious
extra second that was found lying around somewhere in Ann

(08:50):
Arbor that led to another play happening. It's just, this
is the perfect college football result. Again, it sucks for
Western Michigan. It does. I get it. And it's going
to lead to all sorts of conspiracy theories and all
sorts of stuff that's going on. But look, conspiracies have

(09:13):
been around for a long time. And there's some that
just stand the test of time. This is going to
be one of those ones that we look at and
you go, I don't know, man. I don't know. That
feels like some home cooking. That feels like the Big
Ten is, you know, kind of grooving something for somebody.
And I look at it and I go, no, man,
that's just college football. it's part of the reason it's awesome.

(09:37):
I said, going into this weekend, we're getting 91 games
from Thursday to Monday, 91 games. And we've got so
many layers coming out of the weekend and all of
them have some sort of, yeah, maybe we shouldn't have

(09:58):
done that attached to them yeah you know maybe you
shouldn't have done that chamless last night yeah there was
there was some thought that maybe you shouldn't be playing
you know like maybe maybe that shouldn't happen the lane
kiffin stuff is this should this be allowed really Michigan
winning on a Hail Mary. You just knew the guy

(10:19):
was going to catch that ball. You knew it was
going to happen because they found that extra second line around.
All of this is what is the perfect capsule of
a wild offseason of college football. And if this is
just week one, while the rest of you bitch and
moan about ranked matchups, I'll take it the rest of
the way. It was awesome. Add the Jonas Knox on X.

mornings alongside LeVar Arrington and Brady Quinn on Two Pros
and a Cup of Joe, 6 a.m. Eastern Time. And
then you can hear me on Saturdays as well, too,
at 2 p.m. Eastern Time. as we talk all things football,

(13:08):
college football, you name it, you know, some shenanigans here
or there. There's been a lot of shenanigans that have
gone on as it pertains to Lane Kiffin and what
the hell's happening at LSU. The idea that professional players
may be coming back to college is a wild time

(13:29):
to be alive, but here we are. And look, cannot
bury the point that Lane Kiffin at LSU rolled out
there and stomped out Clemson. That was a beating that
they gave Clemson. So much so that now the conversation
surrounding Dabo Swinney's future at Clemson is starting to get

(13:50):
a little bit louder because they weren't close in that game.
That was a wipeout. LSU looked fantastic. But the story
at LSU is obviously going to be Lane Kiffin. And
so Lane Kiffin at halftime had this interesting little uh
interesting little back and forth uh and uh it sounded

(14:12):
like this we'll.

Speaker 5 (14:13):
Make adjustments we got to play better in the second
half we can't give away something like the first turnover
man this ball 38 nothing.

Speaker 2 (14:21):
Thank you guys good map everything to say not say
imagine we had a guy can't help himself Can't help himself. Now,
he did talk about that back and forth that he
had at halftime postgame following their beating of Clemson. And
it sounded like this.

Speaker 5 (14:40):
Well, I just said that to Shelly afterwards. Like, what
would it look like if they let us have those players, too?
You know, so that's just my personality. So this is
what it is. And then I said, did you actually, like,
put that on there?

Speaker 3 (14:52):
She said, yeah.

Speaker 2 (14:53):
So what's the difference?

Speaker 5 (14:54):
Everybody hates you. They can't hate you that much more.
So there you go. You got another line. But I'm
just really glad they played the way they did. So
that wouldn't have been the story because I get it.
That would have been the whole story. Even if we
won close and kind of ugly, the whole story would
have been, man, I screwed the team up by, you know,
doing this. And I said it this morning, you cannot.

Speaker 2 (15:16):
Agree with it.

Speaker 5 (15:18):
I've been criticized heavily for the last two weeks, and
I get that.

Speaker 2 (15:21):
I understand.

Speaker 5 (15:22):
But my job is not to please you and worry
about what you're going to write. My job is what
I believe is right, and I believe we were fighting
for what was right for those kids. I'm not going
to get into all the reasons, but that's what I believe.
And so many people don't like that, but they don't
understand that. And maybe if they knew my relationship with Daquan, you'd.

Speaker 2 (15:42):
Think a little different. So that was Lane Kiffin postgame.
Lane Kiffin... just can't help himself he can't he tries
can't help himself now this isn't like a jed york
can't help himself type of situation this is just that's
his personality and he's look he he fully embraces it

(16:02):
if you want to say embracing being the villain whatever
you want to call it whatever the the jargon is
now that people are throwing out there that's fine but
he can't help himself this is who he is There's
a scene in the movie Backdraft where Donald Sutherland is
having his parole hearing. And this is a guy who,
you know, he was an arsonist. I mean, he like

(16:25):
burned buildings, people. He just terrible human being. And so
he's in this parole hearing and he's, you know, trying
to explain that he's a changed man. He's not going
to be a danger to society. And they're about ready
to sign off on releasing him. And then Robert De
Niro steps in from the fire department and Because he

(16:46):
knows whatever he's telling you right now is not who
he is deep down. Whatever he's telling you now is
not actually happening. And he steps in and he just says,
all right, listen, Ronald, what do you want to do
to the whole world? And he said, I want to
burn it all. Couldn't help himself. He was this close
to doing the right thing. Couldn't help himself. That's just

(17:07):
who he is. Lane Kiffin says all the right things
about has a really good team, is a good coach,
he just can't help himself. They're winning at halftime. They're winning.
He didn't need to also throw in the, oh, hey,

(17:31):
you know, by the way, just imagine if we would
have the pro players. Took me everything not to say that,
but you still said it. You still said it. Like
you would think like he talked, man, you know, I'm
a change man. I've learned I've this and that I've,
you know, but still there's going to be something that
goes on. Just think about, think about this. Tennessee blue

(17:57):
blood program, USC, same thing. Ole Miss, maybe not a
blue blood, but a really, really good football program. Like
really good football program. Like a lot of legends have
gone there. You want to call it blue blood? That's fine.
I don't want to piss anybody off at Ole Miss.
They've been through enough. The Raiders, one of the most
storied franchises in the history of the NFL. Alabama, blue blood.

(18:25):
I mean, we're talking legendary program during a legendary era.
Lane Kiffin has had jobs at every one of those
places and burned them all. Everyone. Everyone. So it's almost
as if LSU's watching this happening and LSU fans are

(18:47):
just rallying around the guy knowing, oh, by the way,
he's going to burn you down too. This is what happens.
He can't help himself. And it's just, they've become the
story and the talk surrounding college football. And it's not

(19:10):
really them. It's him. And this is a program who's
seen coaches win and then leave. Nick Saban, Les Miles.
You've seen Coach O. You've seen all of these go there.
And then Brian Kelly gets there and there were stories that, well,
you know, maybe he's just out playing golf. You know,

(19:31):
I didn't really want to hit the recruiting trail. I
don't want to go take these guys to dinner. Doesn't
want to really want to do the NIL thing. Yeah,
let's go play a round of golf. There's stuff out
there like that. Fake Cajun accent, all of that. Lane
Kiffin is so blatantly full of it that you almost
respect it. he's honest about his dishonesty right to your

(19:53):
face right to your face the moniker Joey Freshwater that
he used to pick up chicks while he was at
Tuscaloosa going out as an assistant coach Clay Travis asked
him about it. You know what his response was? I've
never used that name. I've never used Joey Freshwater. I've

(20:18):
used Jimmy Chestnuts before, but never Joey Freshwater. Like, he
will lie right to your face. You know he's lying.
He knows he's lying. And it's sort of this agreement, like,
all right, it is what it is.

Speaker 1 (20:34):
Okay.

Speaker 4 (20:34):
Sure.

Speaker 2 (20:35):
Sure. It's like being an exhausted parent when you know
your kid's lying to you. I'll be tired sometimes, and
I know my son's not telling me the truth. But
I'm so worn down, like, all right, man, whatever. Yeah, okay, sure,
you got it. And this has been every step of

(20:56):
the way. One day... He's trying to get professional players,
guys that have spent time in the NFL and preseason
or on train, on rosters, to come back to college.
And the next day, there's an excerpt from a book
that's coming out in which they describe Nick Saban having

(21:19):
to tell members of the coaching staff, hey, whatever you do,
keep laying away from the sorority girls. And a pub owner...
In Alabama, having to call people at the school to say, hey,
Lane left the golf cart here overnight again. And then

(21:41):
two days later, annihilates Clemson.

Speaker 1 (21:45):
What?

Speaker 2 (21:47):
It's just it's this roller coaster ride of all right.
All of it makes me dizzy. All of it makes me...
But okay. That's what we got. And that's what we're
going to continue to get. It's just the way of
this world. It's just how this whole thing is going
to be done. And you just know, on the other

(22:10):
end of this, you know that he is going to
burn LSU, or it's going to end poorly, and then
we'll probably... end up at another premier school. It's amazing.
And he says afterwards, well, you know, I just didn't
want those players being on the roster to be the story.

(22:33):
They're not. You're the story. And whether you think it
should be allowed or not allowed, that's all separate from
the point of this is sort of the reputation that
he has acquired and obtained from over years and years
and years of burning things to the ground. That bridge

(22:54):
he walked across to get to pick a school, pick
an NFL organization, whatever, all that got burned to the
ground immediately. I remember working in the South when he
left Tennessee to take the USC job. And what did
he do afterwards? Trolled him. They trolled him. Take pictures

(23:20):
as he was passing through Tennessee on recruiting trips. Trolled him.
Couldn't help him. Cannot help himself. He can't. It's entertaining
as hell, man. I'll say that. It is entertaining to
watch how this thing goes because everybody knows, hey man,
this is going to end bad and you're all going
to be pissed off too. Just so we're clear here,

(23:44):
you're all going to be pissed off about it. I mean,
Al Davis fired him, ripped him publicly beforehand. Lane Kiffin
once sent Sebastian Janikowski out from the infield dirt at
that dump they played at with the Raiders because the

(24:04):
A's were shared a stadium. He sent Janikowski out to
kick a 76-yard field goal.

Speaker 1 (24:10):
What?

Speaker 2 (24:12):
Fired on a tarmac. Like leaving golf carts at a
pub overnight, chasing sorority girls, using fake aliases to meet chicks.
So look, man, I just they looked really good. That

(24:34):
should be the story. But unfortunately, the real story is
what's Lane going to do next? And whether you want
to say it's good for college football or it's bad
for college football, you could argue that point. It is
wildly entertaining. Jonas Knox here on FSR. In for Colin

talking earlier in the show and kind of open up

(26:23):
the show discussing the situation in college football. Look, man,
the Michigan, Western Michigan fiasco is kind of a microcosm
of what has gone on. in college football off season.
It just, none of it makes any sense. They found
an extra second line around. The replays weren't in sync.

(26:44):
Like all the other, like all the stuff that you
could possibly imagine would have to take place in order
for them to find another play in that game to
give to Michigan and to win it on a Hail Mary,
which by the way, impressive Hail Mary. That was, that
was awesome. Probably shouldn't have been allowed. But nonetheless, here
we are. And so whether you want to blame the

(27:05):
Big Ten, you want to blame the broadcast, the cameras, like,
there's just... You know, it's... It just felt to me
like that was par for the course for what college
football and what has happened in college football offseason. A
lot of it just doesn't make any sense. A lot
of it is playing out in the courts. You got gamblers.

(27:27):
You got scandal. You got NFL players wanting to go
back to college. You got coaches involved in all sorts
of stuff. And so, yes, of course, one of the
games that would be talked about, especially on the Monday
after this wild weekend of college football, which is not over,
by the way, which is not over, would be the

(27:49):
Michigan-Western Michigan game. That's exactly what you would expect would
take place. That right there. Something like that. Because in
the NFL, it's a little bit more buttoned up, a
little bit more polished, a little bit more... Maybe they're
going to figure out a... In college football, they'll almost

(28:10):
kind of lean into the conspiracies a little bit. Kind
of lean into that. And so that play is going
to be viewed and looked at for years to come.
That's going to be one of those that they're talked about.
If you're a Western Michigan fan, you're going to say, hey,
remember where you were when... Just like when you were

(28:32):
a Michigan fan and you lost to App State. Do
you remember where you were when? That was one of
those moments in what was a really sloppy game that
Western Michigan probably should have won. That had an extra
play added to it when it probably shouldn't have. That
went the way of the Wolverines. And I've... just in

(28:56):
looking into the different conclusions and reasons and why this
happened and would this have happened if it was Western
Michigan who was attempting to Hail Mary the second, like
all there was, you know, yeah, it showed zero seconds
on the clock, but in reality, it was more like
0.9 seconds on the clock. So hold on a second.

Speaker 1 (29:16):
What?

Speaker 2 (29:18):
Like literally hold on a second.

Speaker 6 (29:20):
What? What?

Speaker 2 (29:22):
That's what we're doing to justify this whole thing? It's bananas?
It's weird? But what you probably would have expected based
on the offseason we've had in the world of college football,
that game, how it ended... made a ton of sense
based on what we've seen this entire offseason. Jonas Knox

(29:46):
here on the Herd Fox Sports Radio. And based on
what we've seen the entire offseason from the 49ers, it
would make sense that they would start their season in Australia.
I'll be honest with you. It would make a ton
of sense. Kyle Shanahan spoke about the opportunity for the
Niners to open the season in Australia because he wasn't

(30:07):
real crazy about the fact that they could have gone
to L.A., for a de facto home game against the
Rams like they get every year in Los Angeles. Instead,
they're starting off the year. In Melbourne, here was Kyle Shanahan.
It's cool for us.

Speaker 6 (30:25):
We always have an advantage. I see it as one
home game a year in L.A., just the way our
fans are and take over that stadium. So it's disappointing
to let them off the hook and get them out
of that. But I have a feeling, knowing how our
fans roll, I have a feeling they won't be much
different here.

Speaker 2 (30:40):
I expect to have a good showing.

Speaker 6 (30:41):
I wouldn't say it hit me right on the plane,
but after being here for a couple days, this is
the right time to be here. It's the right place
to be, and it's the right team to go against.

Speaker 2 (30:50):
I mean... Like, we're starting the season off in Australia.
What are we doing here? Like, just let me really
like the Patriots and Seahawks are kicking off on a Wednesday.

Speaker 6 (31:02):
What?

Speaker 2 (31:03):
OK.

Speaker 6 (31:05):
All right.

Speaker 2 (31:05):
Sure. Sure. But again, when you think about it. Probably
the perfect place for the 49ers to kick off their
year based on the offseason. Much like college football, based
on the offseason, probably the result that you would get
in Ann Arbor. Based on what we saw this offseason,
and much like what we saw this offseason with the Niners,

(31:28):
probably what you would expect to get. Just so we're
keeping track here, I just want to know that we're
all on the same page. We need hard... Physical evidence,
and we're all on the same page here. As we
track the stories of the 49ers. The Brendan Ayuk debacle.

(31:56):
Still not sure what's going on there. Still not sure
who contractually has his rights. I don't know. Think it's
the Niners? Maybe it's not. Brendan Ayuk, who.
Posts all sorts of stuff to social media. He likes
to speed past Levi's Stadium. And then if there's a

(32:17):
warrant issued for his arrest, likes to take pictures next
to his car at a racetrack. Talked about John Lynch
and all the other things that came along with it. Just,
you know, that's that's a weird story in itself. That's weird.
That's a weird one. Weird, weird, weird. See, next up here.

(32:40):
You know, Kyle Shanahan and that whole car accident thing.
That's still a little bizarre how that whole thing took place.
Took a long time for that story to come out.
Took a long time for details of that story to
come out. And, you know, him calling reporters aside to

(33:02):
explain the story and take accountability for it. And it
wasn't her fault. And you can't blame her. And then
you've got, well, there's no body cam footage of it.
And the police officer on the scene used discretion to,
you know, not let Tim go. But his phone slipped
behind him as he reached for it. It was a
driverless car.

Speaker 1 (33:21):
It was.

Speaker 2 (33:21):
Huh? Huh? But okay. All right? Okay. All right? That's weird.
Just like the Brandon Ayuk story is weird. And then
you get to Jed York. Shows up at a trailer
park in Ohio. In some gym shorts. By the way,

(33:47):
vet move. That's a vet move. That's somebody who's been
down that road before. All right? There's a reason why
some guys roll into a strip club in those type
of basketball shorts, okay? I'm just telling you. It's the
same reason why that guy also at the urinal goes
one pant leg up instead of just doing it the
proper way. Easy access. So that's a vet move by

(34:10):
Jed York. But he shows up to this trailer park.
He's got $ 140 cash on him. And he gets popped
for trying to get a prostitute. Reached out three times.
You know, kind of a weird story for the 49ers.
And then there's all those injuries that have taken place.
Not ideal. All the injuries that have taken place there.

(34:32):
Everybody seems to be banged up. And why would that be? Oh, no,
I don't know. Because the fact that they practice next
to a nuclear reactor. Also kind of odd. Kind of strange.
So yes, it would probably be better to have that
game be in LA.

Speaker 3 (34:50):
It would.

Speaker 2 (34:52):
And yes, it is a de facto home game for
the Niners every time they come to LA. It just is.
If you want to criticize the Rams fans, that's fine.
But here's the reality of how this stuff works in
Southern California when it comes to the NFL. The NFL

(35:12):
left LA years and years and years ago. So because
they left, people in LA either already had a team
that they rooted for, or as they came up, started
rooting for others. All right, well, if this team's going
to leave LA, screw them. I'm not going to follow

(35:32):
them to St. Louis. Get out of here. I'm not
following them. I'll just cheer for the Raiders. Or the
Niners are in California. That works, too. I'll just cheer
for the Niners. Or, hey, the Cowboys are really good.
I'll just cheer for the Cowboys. So the fact that
the Niners take over Rams games, it's not really that surprising.

(35:55):
That fan base is a loyal fan base. Whether they're
going to go all the way to Australia, I have
no idea. But that fan base is a loyal fan base.
And there's a lot of Niner fans in Southern California.
So I know that that seems like kind of an
insult and it seems disrespectful that, you know, the Niners

(36:15):
would take over your stadium, your giant gazebo in downtown LA.
I know it seems like that. That's a real odd
thing to happen, but it's not. That's just the way
that football and NFL fans are. Have been groomed out
here in L.A. That's the way it is There was

(36:35):
no team here for a while So it's going to
take time To develop this quote unquote Home field advantage
There's a lot of people who just Were looking around
for teams to root for I had a buddy Had
no NFL team to root for Started getting into the
NFL Had no team to pick from Because there was
no L.A. team He literally chose the Browns Because they

(36:55):
were the worst team on Madden To this day Diehard
Browns fan But that was because there was no team here. So, look,
you can criticize the Rams if you want. You can
go down that road if you want. But that's just
the facts. So, yeah, Kyle Shannon looks at it like
a home game. Of course he should. But I would
say starting the year off in Australia makes a ton

(37:17):
of sense based on what's happened there all offseason. And
you know what? For everybody involved, maybe it's better they
start it off in Australia. Get as far away from
Chernobyl as you can. Okay? There's no nuclear reactors. There's
no driverless cars that, you know, yank your phone away

(37:41):
from you as you reach behind you to try and
get it. There's not going to be a Brandon Ayuk
situation speeding by your stadium. And I don't think there's
any trailer parks in Melbourne. Maybe there are. I have
no idea. I'm not sure. But I just think that

(38:01):
if you're Kyle Shannon in the Niners, I don't know,
maybe a trip to Australia does make some sense, considering
what the offseason looked like. Just like that game in
Ann Arbor the other night and the conclusion of it
makes a lot of sense, considering the offseason the college
football had. Add the Jonas Knox on X. at Jonas

(38:22):
with us as always on the I heart radio app.
It is Jonas Knox in for Colin here on the
herd here on Fox sports radio. We are going to
hear from somebody in the NFL who has decided, you
know what? I think I figured out how this whole
thing works, right? I think I figured out how this
whole thing works at the quarterback position, especially with this organization.

(38:46):
And that's yours right here on FSR.
