Two Pros and a Cup of Joe. Fox Sports Radio,
LaVar Arrington, Brady Quinn, Jonas knocks in the Here Coming
up on this Thursday edition, we look ahead in the
week fifteen in the NFL. It kicks off later tonight
forty Niners Seahawks in Seattle. Is brock Purty gonna play
are We're gonna see a fourth starting quarterback for the
Niners this year. We'll discuss all of it, plus them
over unders. We're also going to have a discussion about
(00:21):
football equipment and merchandise from the two thousand's. Trust me,
it's gonna make some sense. We're gonna talk about other
NFL news and notes around the league. Albert Brier stops by.
We've got another edition of incase you missed it. It's
all yours coming up next year. Two Pros and a
Cup of Joe on a Thursday, Fox Sports Radio. You're
listening to Fox Sports Radio? Yeah yeah, throw up Burns.
(01:00):
I'm glad you you guys really like House my my
intro song. You know this is the intro song that
I selected. Now, all of a sudden, Johnson, you want
to be doing this this whole throw the hooks up thing. Again,
Well Brady started it. We're gonna be clear about this,
the whole No, he did the whole house and intro
songs and all that. Listen. I picked the Corn song
(01:23):
and every time it started to come on, Brady with
mocky Yeah, yeah, what what you your songs? Corn? That's
who that is? Yeah, Corn, It's called ball Tongue. It's
the name of the song. I know about the band
Corn that you're pretty corny, but you eat that was
(01:46):
a dad joke, Like you just dropped a dad joke.
That's all right, okay, Um, it's true. That's basic. I
didn't deny it for a corny individual, that is that
is fair as a little waffle. And fail kept from
like how many remember these? How many years is that
every tying? When I was reb I was young in
(02:09):
my career when those were out, remember those it was
like oh, five oh six those came out or something
like that where it was like a hat slash beanie.
Remember that. It was like, that's what was a hat slash?
It was a beanie with a with a bill on it.
It was like sell them. But I'm saying the NFL
(02:30):
and it was and it's gonna know about those, it's
got Rebok on it. So when was Rebok to sponsor
THEO it stopped. They stopped because I mean they were,
they were when I was there. I think they stopped
by like twenty. It was a whole It was a
little rousing eight or nine because that was when Nike
(02:52):
took over, right, and the Nie never when under Armour
thought they was gonna get it and Nike came in
and housed him like so oh, y'all think y'all bat Oh, yeah,
y'all want this here. Y'all can have the referee uniforms.
But thousand twelve actually is when they keep the official
uniform supplier. Wow, how about that? So Reebok had it
(03:13):
for number of years. Good for Reebok. Unfortunately, now what
are day up to? Somebody needs to bring you where
is Rebok now? Oh? Their career? You know what? You
know what? Reebox still makes the pumps, remember the Reebok pumps.
They still make those, the old the old d brown shoes.
(03:35):
So those still there. Yeah, they still make up a
rebox seems comfortable. I don't know. I told you all
yesterday or the other day, the rebox was biting my feet.
You remember the Rebo Do still make the Rebok pumps?
They're great, man, You're not lying. Do you remember the
ones that were like spats, They like look really cool.
They were like they were spikes, but they look like
(03:56):
spats and you could like you can zip them up.
You don't remember that. I have no idea what you're talking.
They were cleats. They looked I had them. I was
wearing them in camp my rookie year and I couldn't
even make it to the season because they looked pretty cool.
But they was biting my feet, man like tearing them
(04:17):
up the hills. But they look like spats, Like I
was a big spat guy. But they look like spats.
So you put them on and then you lay them
up and then you zip them up, and it looked
like you had a spat. Oh I remember this. Yeah,
those did look cool. Yeah, I mean they looked cool,
but not comfortable, not function I mean, I ain't trying
(04:39):
to hate on them, but I want I really wanted
to wear them. I did, I really did. I was like, man,
I made it like I'm in the league now, like,
look I got these spatted up cleats. I got out
there for for one practice. I came off the field,
and whole chunk of my my hill was coming off
based off of a rub a rub blister on both hills. Yeah,
(05:01):
maybe I was just that explosive. Maybe it wasn't shouts
out the reebox. Hey, but and by the way, glowing endorsements,
send us some pumps, man, I would wear some reebox
pomps browns. Uh. This is the one phenomenon I don't understand.
Why do women wear shoes that are uncomfortable? Like my
(05:22):
wife will wear shoes, She'll wear shoes and and take
flip flops with her. What's the thing that, well, your
feet get tired, don't wear them? Like, is that an indicator?
Like it say you can't find a pair of shoes.
It's halfway decent looking. That's not going to turn your
your feet into ninja turtle feet. I would say that
(05:42):
society has said that that's what beauty is for, you know,
for women. That sucks. They don't make ultra boost high
heels every time I get a pair of tennis shoes,
like I get a pair of kicks because I'm I'm
now back into being a sneaker dude again. I said that, never,
que I said I'd never do it you get a
(06:02):
nice sneaker collection, it's it's getting. It's so when I
moved here from from Maryland, I left everything like I
just came here and started over, So I haven't I
that's you were just gonna say that very it's cruel,
it's very inconsiderate of my feelings. But uh, there, they
(06:27):
were long gone by the time I moved um from there,
but they played a part in why I wanted to
move to California because had I lived in California, there
probably wouldn't have been a natural disaster that costed me
my my koi fish. But well, not that natural disaster,
there could have been plenty of others. I don't know.
I don't. I haven't had anything take place where I
(06:47):
would have lost any of my COI since I've lived here.
So I'm just saying that's a touchy topic for me.
But look, I'm gonna go back to I'm gonna go
back now. I'm gonna go back to my I buy
my my wife the same pair of sneakers I get
every time I get a pair of sneakers, like because
it's because you know what it's like. Even if we
(07:07):
don't do like the corny like, oh, we're wearing the
same tennis shoes type deal. It's like I don't want
her to ever feel like I'm looking at her like
she's got to wear heels, like we're going out tonight,
like oh what am I wearing tonight? Like oh, you know,
those shoes would look good with it. And I point
out like a pair of sneakers, like like, let's just
become sneaker heads and and have fun like wearing sneakers
(07:28):
versus you having to like put on some Gucci hills
or anything like that, you know, stuff like that. So
I'm with you on the on the whole, like feel comfortable.
It's just really comfortable. But but I will say this,
don't wear them ugly ass flats either, Like, don't don't
wear those ugly ass like joints that look like the
booty the booty socks that you put in under your
(07:49):
your real, your real shoe and stuff like that. But
it's a shoe. It's like a slide slipper shoe. I
don't like that either. I don't like that. Yeah, I mean,
just personally speaking, you know, you gotta to be comfortable.
It's gotta look good. It's gotta wear no hits and
it's got to perform well. Like ti iraq dot com.
You listen, where coming do you live? Here? From the
ti iraq dot com studios ti iraq dot com, we'll
(08:09):

Tiraq dot com. The way tire buying should be. It
is too pros and a cup of joe here on
dot trading. Start attacking y'all's dogs about the way. Yeah,
sim y'all go at McCoy's man, And you know, I
don't really appreciate y'all going after McCoy fish man. They're
(08:31):
in Koi Fish heaven right now, and they're they're up
there right now, like, please defend us. You allowed us
to die once, don't allow these people to Yeah, but
what a way to go for that. They're in Kloi's
life though, they're in Koy's heaven paradise. Just think about
LaVar's Koi fish gasping for air, looking up at that
nice expensive chand there that's up. That's cool. I just say,
(08:54):
like we're just taking you off. They're either gasping for air. Right,
they're underwater. They were gasping for life. Yeah, that's what
they were grasping for life. You know, it's really horrible.
It's very sensitive. Okay, how long you're terrible here? How
(09:14):
long ago is that? When did that happen? It's never
too long. This is never long enough. It probably happened
more recently than boss Hog. Okay, well when did that
want it happened? When was that big hurricane that that
hid in in Maryland? That was it? Like? What two
thousand nine? A hurricane? Fact check, It's not gonna happen
(09:35):
fast around through. It's not up again due to radio show.
I got business back here. Well, I was like, you
don't think Lee's going to be able to identify win
the hurricane? It was a hurricane Irene? Yeah it was Irene.
What year was it? There? You go? I was, yeah,
my dog died in two thousand. Oh yes, it's not true. Yeah,
(09:57):
that's the biggest lie you've ever made. First off, the
best up part about that is he's trying to attribute
that's when my dog cast its two making that up?
I was ten years ago. I mean, do you want
to see the actual evidence. I mean, I'll send you Okay,
I'll send you a picture, the actual evidence of you
burying him. We don't need kids, we need more, we
(10:19):
need more dogs. You ain't getting any more in that house.
I need to share you that it's not going through
that again. But yeah, it was two thousand fifteen. I
got a ten year old. I'm gonna have to deal
with that pretty soon. Man, big dog, bulldog, American. I'm American,
you know. So he is an American boy. He's ten.
So he got gold chain. Though his gold chain is
(10:40):
clean too, you know, like how the rappers be wearing him.
He's got gold chain, like a thick one, like one
of them like Mr. T Dips. He's pretty cool. Dude
was a dangle low or you keep it tight on
the now he's got he's got that linebacker's neck. Yeah,
so you know he wears it fits him well. It
actually made him look cooler. I was against it. I
(11:01):
was opposed to it. I came home one day it
was on him. I was like, what are you all doing? Yeah,
he looks it looks. It looks alright. Hey man, you
look all right. Not a bad looks. Dresser is his name.
Dresser Dresser is the you know it looked like he's
got pants and a shirt on. Like so it looks
like he crawled through like a dresser drawer. So we
named him Dresser. Well, I mean, listen, you know, if
(11:23):
you need to get cleaned up for the holidays, if
you guys throw on a holiday party or whatever, I mean,
just tell him, Hey man, it's time. It's time to

(12:51):
just continues on and somebody loves every bit of it.
We'll get into that for you here and another edition
of Vacation missed it here from the tire Rack dot
Com Studios. Let's get into some Thursday night football action.
How about it? Week fifteen is here and it starts
later tonight. We've got Niners at the Seahawks. San fran
is a three point favorite, only three in mini books. Yeah, dropped.
(13:13):
It's a three and a half in some but but
three point favorite in mini books. And now speaking of three,
we could be looking at, uh the third and now
maybe fourth quarterback who could be starting for the San
Francisco forty niners this year because brock Party is dealing
with an oblique issue and so there's the potential that
what Josh Johnson might actually get. I mean, I mean,
(13:36):
it's it's Kyle Shanahan's system. I was trying to think back.
I'm having a hard time think of a quarterback you
didn't excel in Kyle Shanahan's offense. So Matt shop was
a pro bowler in Houston and his offense. We talked
about this, Leavar. I mean you mentioned like RG three
was an offensive rookie of the year in that system.
Brian Hoyer had his best year in Cleveland. Cleveland was
(13:59):
a think leading the a f C North that year
in the Kirk Cousins bought out in it. You know,
you now look at what he's done with Jimmy g
Obviously he didn't you know, in starting play a lot
of time in New England, but he's been to now
what a super Bowl with Jimmy g and deep in
the playoffs. I mean, I just Nick Mullins got traded
for based on the small sample size of games he started. C. J.
(14:22):
Bethard's you know did well in it. By the way,
you remember when Nick Mullins, Like that was a real
conversation that Nick Mullins was very Cooper Rush esque is
what it was. Yeah, Like I remember there was a
preseason game against Denver and Jimmy Garoppolo through an early
pick and Mullins came in and I just remember hearing
people say, Man, Nick Mollins is the guy. I mean,
Nick Mollins is the guy. I mean, I know you
(14:43):
paid Jimmy money, but Nick Mollins is the guy. So
that's just all Kyle Shanahan that just like he just
made pretty much. Man. I think he is so much
more brilliant than anyone gives him credit. And it started
like when he was young, you know, following his dad
and and just drawing up scout team cards. And he
knows like what personnel and what formations or shifts or
(15:04):
motions get you into the defensive front and he wants
to run against or the coverage he wants to throw against,
like he's that good. I think the only thing that
he ever has to figure out in his offense is
how are you gonna play George Kittle if I put
him here? How are you gonna play Christian McCaffrey if
I put him out here? What are you gonna do
if I have both Christian McCaffrey and when Deebo Samuel
(15:26):
was playing, when I have them both in the backfield,
how are you gonna play that? Like, that's the only
thing I think early in games he's trying to figure out.
Once he figures that out, he just goes on from
there and everything. I was just setting you up for
whatever it is later on the game. Like last week
it was, you know, they throw the hook, They throw
the hook and then throw the hook up burdoh, And
(15:46):
then the two minute drive they run a double move
and I you kind of started to financial l Dean.
It releases downfield pretty just you know, a little pump
fig throw it up, touchdown, and like that. That's that's
what he's He's doing to help pretty as a rookie
succeed and it's not overly complicated. So again, I'm one
of his biggest fans because watching tape on. That guy
(16:08):
is so much fun, Like it's it's it's like watching
your favorite movie to me, if you're if you dig football. So,
by the way, has Matt Ryan been the same quarterback
since Kyle Shanahan left Atlanta? I mean, he did win
the m VP that year, unless he followed that up
with an m v P somewhere. But I'm but I'm saying,
but I'm you know what I'm saying, Like, my god,
what are you saying? Has he been since since that season?
(16:31):
Do you look at Matt Ryan is one of the
top quarterbacks in the NFL after Kyle Shanahan left. No, So, like,
I just there is something too wherever he goes. Whoever
you to go ahead, just saying what do you want
to say? Bust my balls? Just get it out of
the way, Brady, go ahead. So much sensive this morning,
I was just gonna say, but everyone's still blaming if
they're throwing on fourth and one or whatever it was
(16:52):
so well, yeah, I mean it's his fault exactly, Like
everyone's still blaming and Kyle Shanahan and that offense apparently
being up three, like a defense can't get take any
plame with that one. Yeah, I felt that way about Garoppolo. Niners.
Everybody wants to blame Garoppolo for that loss. It was
their defense in the Super Bowl defense, I mean a
(17:15):
defensive guy, So what he gave him a two possession
to possession lead. Like if you if you think back
to how well their defense was playing all year long,
what would people attribute the success of that season? Two?
The way their defense played, their defense were was lights out.
So you think that you go into a second half
of a game, you're in the fourth quarter and it
was still a two possession game. You're in the fourth
(17:37):
quarter with a two possession game, and what was it?
Third and eighteen to Tyreek Hill, and everybody everybody gets
upset because okay, they come back, they take the lead,
and Garoppolo misses a throw, like okay, he overthrew them,
and like guess one throw? Well, what about the two possessions?
How many players they take for them to to overtake
(17:57):
the lead of a two possession game in the four
quarter of the Super Bowl. I'll tell you right now,
if I was on that defense, I still have my
head hung low, hung real low, because you let a great,
great opportunity to get away anyway, here. Here's what I
would say about tonight. This is we're talking about. I
(18:18):
think this is an interesting matchup because as poorly as
as uh the c I C Hawks have been playing lately,
there's still above five team and they still have the
capabilities of of beating a San Francisco team. So I
think this is a very very intriguing game. I think
(18:39):
it's a really dope game to have on a Thursday
night on Amazon Prime. Make sure you get it on
Prime Um. Check the game out on Prime Um. Yeah,
you know, it's one of those games where I'd say
you will most likely be more entertained than let down
by this game. I think they're gonna play each other hard.
This this this forty Niners team is really really on
(19:01):
a a like a very very nice rise, like they're
they're they're on some Cincinnati Bengals type type rise, and
how they're playing, like their their play has has gone
up tremendously, Like they look really good since they've gotten healthy.
Now they've gotten a little banged up again. But I
think ever since they've added McCaffrey and adding that wrinkle
(19:23):
to their offense, I think that this team has just
been pretty pretty pretty devastating on offense. You guys surprise
their favorite in this spot. They're like you mentioned, they're
banged up. Kenneth Walker's coming back for Seattle, and I
don't know Seattle sputtered a little bit lately, but it's
a short week. You're on the road, and you could
be playing your fourth quarterback of the Season's favor about More,
(19:44):
to be honest, me, the way they're playing right now, me,
I'm surprised they're not favored about More. I really like
the Niners right now. Yeah. So I look at Seattle.
They've lost three their last four, and I thought Gino
hasn't been planned very well. I thought the pressure starting
to kind of mount. He's pressing a bit. It's a
(20:04):
bad matchup too, when you think about like Seattle doesn't
have the best offensive protection that they were better earlier
in the year. I think now they've started to slip
up some and that's gonna be a mismatch to me
with with both on that defensive front. Even if they
get Keneth Walker back, he's still give me a little
banged up. DJ Dallas also has been practicing, or at
least he didn't Tuesday. Um, so we'll see if he
(20:25):
has any depth of the backfield. I just look and
I say, like the Seattle has a hard time stopping
the run. San Francisco is one of the best teams
running the football. If Pete Carroll's defense can put this
all on brock Purty and force him to throw plus
you know, passes, I think you get a turnover. I
think you get a pick, and I think maybe that
keeps you in the game. Like that's what it's gonna
(20:46):
come down to. If they can put this on Purdy's
shoulder and really stress him to showcase whether or not
he can be a guy, that's what would dictate this
because that hasn't been the case since Purdy's taken over.
You know, he he hasn't been asked to do that yet.
These teams have played some great matchups, man like back
in the day, that front. If that front keeps playing
the way that they're playing, and they can create that
(21:09):
that type of running space for McCaffrey and allow cow
shanahan to get into a rhythm um of balance between
the movement of of Kittle and and you know, now,
I guess I you can and you know, McCaffrey, I
think that that's it's still gonna be it's going to
be difficult for them to force Pretty to have to
(21:31):
be the one who wins the game. I don't I
don't see Seattle being the team that forces him to
have to do anything outside of what cow Shanahan wants
him to do. I kind of want to see Josh
Johnson play. I'll be honest with you, when's the last
time a coach has won a game with three different
starting cornerbacks in the season? Well, like, when's it? When? Like,
(21:51):
when's the last time that happened? And that were to happen? Though,
then you can't keep building the narrative that that he's
the next Joe Namath. Of course, they said they didn't
want to say Joe Montana put that pressure on him,
so they said Joe Namath. I thought that was one
of the funniest things I've heard on a Feller commentary.
By the way, well because Joe mont I'm gonna say
Joe Namath, not Joe Montana. Joe Montana is a much
better quarterback than Joe. I mean, he had a better career,
(22:13):
but still, why would you even go there? Some would
argue Joe Namas shouldn't be in the Hall of Fame.
Some would argue that Joe Namath is from Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania.
I would not. I would not be doing where I'm
from a service if I allowed you to come out
at the side of your neck and say that with
defending you guy through fifty more interceptions and touchdowns in
(22:37):
his career, he's a Hall of Famer. You leave Willie
Joe's name. I'm just saying, like there's an argument to respect.
I've heard that story. Help you anywhere? Can I go
back to the history of this robbery of late, like
Seattle's kind of dominated them if you think about it.
I know the fort Nighters won earlier this season, but
(22:58):
Seattle swept him last year. They swept from the year
before that in COVID they split the two years and
then basically I know this pre dates some of the
you know, current coaches, et cetera. But for four years
Seattle swept them. They're going to play them hard, and
I mean, that's that's a pretty nice matchup. That's a
(23:21):
that's an inner divisional nice matchup. Like they match up well,
It's like it's like how we've been talking about the
whole Kansas City Bengals thing right, like they just match
up against each other, or say, I kind of like
the NFC West is like that as a whole, Like
all those teams played each other really really closely regardless
of what the records are. Like the Niners owned the Rams,
but I think the Rams have been pretty dominant against
(23:43):
the Seahawks have not mistaken, But then the Seahawks been dominant.
Like as I just pointed out, versus period sexual it's
just and then Arizona just likes to just split. We're
here Arizona, Hello, No, but Arizona not so much. It's
(24:10):
two pros and a cup of Joe here on Fox
Sports Radio, and fellas, it's time to stop treating your
groins like junk. Introducing the Gillette Intimate Pubic Hare Trim
or a gentle and easy shade from America's number one
trusted men's grooming brand. Show your pubic regions some respect
with Gilette Intimate. The best a man can get. By
the way, do you guys see the best a man
can get? Did you see this story from the Football
(24:33):
In with Ben Roethlisberger podcast where he said that he's
thought about coming out of retirement and playing for the
forty niners. He just going through that transition. Every retired
quarterback has thought about that, Every retired player has thought
about that. Yeah. I mean there was probably like two
or three times total in my entire retired life where
(24:54):
I was sitting there, and it was always during the playoffs.
It's never been regular season. This is during the playoffs.
I'd be sitting there. I'd be like, oh, I got
one more I got one more series in me, I
got I got one more series in me. You know,
I might even stand up getting my stance read it,
like pointing it out, like here we go, why why? Why?
Why is off? Why is off? Why off? You know, yeah,
(25:16):
there we go. I missed the old like just hearing
defensive players like yell out things and make a big
deal about it because like offensively, like you didn't have
to do too much and the defense is like, what's off?
He stepped off the boards like dud I rolled. Like
they're like yelling at each other like, hey man, what
(25:36):
why y'all yelling all out combo combo combo, bad Joe,
bad Joe, playing like every single time aproaching, Hey, make
sure we got these ships emotions, you know, because it
really messed up the defense. I'm like, they're right, Like
these guys on the other side, they start freaking out
when you start moving guys around like simple across the
(25:57):
formation motion for us to get where he needs to be.
Truth of the matter is, we know all the attention
is on y'all, so we gotta be loud and try
to garner some attention. So when we're on, you know,
when we're on. Yeah, that's that's all. That's really all.
Do you really mimic playing a banjo while you're calling
out ban jo? Yes? You thought? Have you ever have
(26:22):
you ever looked at the signals jonas for what? Like
for Tampa two, the defense will normally take their arms
and make a t your head tip, we were head tappers.
It doesn't matter Tampa two. It will be third and
long and go put the hand in front of the
(26:43):
face the back screet screat. Yeah, we do that. That's
screen right there. Alert draw screen every tap, third third long,
alert draw screen, draw screen. Charles Green, what told you,
Charles screen? When I get thirty yards, there's not even
any thought to like, let's be more to screen. Can
(27:05):
we come up with something as football is not as
scientific as people think it is. It's like it is
very like regimented. Literally, if you're playing against a Andy
Reid team back in the day, there's certain teams. You know,
it's draw screen, come third down, playing a banjo. Banjo
couldn't come and that's that's your coverage responsibilities. Yet signals
(27:30):
too complicated, mano, come on, man, that was Tampa two too.
That that right there, to fist on the side, Darius smiles.
The two fists on the side of that was Tampa two.
There's there's a few different like Q dog thing. Well,
Q is the hook. That's the hooks when you take
(27:51):
the fists and and and and touch them on your
sads and your head like their horns or something like.
That's that's that's too. That's Tampa two Too's check to
Tampa two. It's a check too. And the foll one too.
We throw him up and and and there is a difference.
There is a distinct difference between a regular cover two
and a and a Tampa two all the way. So, yeah,
the Tampa two was made famous obviously by coach Kiffin.
(28:13):
And yeah, well I'll say I love you's had the
most success. Yeah, Kiffin was the architect of it. You know,
he ran it so well, I'll be honest with you.
It was the most unfun defense to go up against
because you're basically just throwing where the mic left, so
the middle linebacker would run to the middle of the field.
It almost plays out like like post tie safety zone.
(28:35):
But as a quarterback you dropped back, like we should
be running the football. This is dumb checked down into
the running back because it's loose, that's all that's. Yeah,
it's loose, like you're not you're we're not letting you
get overtop. Well not let me not say us, but
a team like a Tampa where you have Simeon Rice
and and Warren Sapp and Booger McFarlane and then you
(28:58):
got cheeky out of Oka for On on one side
of and then the linebacking corps is Quarrels and and
and Derek Brooks was like he was a safety and
a linebacker's body that could play. Although he's like one
of the greatest ever. But when you have that type
of awareness and that type of personnel where you can
get a rush with four guys, it's Tampa two is
(29:22):
like it's great, Yeah, because all you gotta do is
you know, the ball has to come out, So all
you gotta do is retreat to where your your your spaces,
your landmark is and read the quarterback. Retreat read the quarterback. Yeah,
I kind of liked it. I remember the days what
up against like a Rex Ryan defense when he was
(29:43):
in Baltimore, and you look at some of the things
he didn't with the Jets, You're like, holy crap, what
do we do? It's awesome, Like you gotta figure it
all out. You know, you got guys walking around. They
all be like an overloaded blitz. On the one side,
you have no clue what they were doing. I just
always waited for the crosser Tampa to second down, passing down,
like passing down, okay, okay bird bird Bird, I dropped,
(30:06):
I get my drop back to that out and just
looked like, okay, two went away. It's two covers, one
coming back in on my side. Nope, he's gone. I
just turned and look at somebody coming across that they're
coming across. You know, this is how much the game
has changed. Even if they didn't throw him the ball,
(30:27):
if he came trotting through, ricked him up all the
way up. Yeah, you get I'm talking my best decleaners.
Was not even a play that was a tackle. It
was it was somebody running through my zone and covered
two and I'm gonna come up and bone him. That's
(30:48):
that's what it was. That's definitely shut up, shut up.
That's a four arm. That's what's a football term now.
But yeah, yeah, it's not the one stuff. Yeah, Jonahs
kind of looked weird. He got like, look, we just uh,
you know, we just did it differently in the six
one four grown up, It's just, you know, we did
(31:09):
it differently. Aready referenced the four one two or in
the segment you referenced the four disrespected Willie Joe I
could float between Dublin and Pittsburgh. I mean that's just
the way I work. I'm a p a Ohio guy
that shout out to the thirty three. You guys don't
know anything about that, but where that is? All right?
It is too pros and a cup of Joe here
on Fox. By the way, Joe Montana is from westp
(31:30):
A too, by the way, He's from Ringle, So it's
like Joe Montana, Joe Namith. You know, it's kind of
like yeah, you know, they're both from the same same
part of town. It's all from the water. But you
know the man, the manana hala Um that gave you
a different type of superpower, you know what I mean.
Alleghany gave you a different type of superpower, and then
the Ohio gave you all the power. You know. That
(31:52):
was that was what Dan Marino was drinking. Was the Ohio,
like where they all met. It's the three Rivers. It's
the three Rivers and they came together and name the stadium.
So me and Q was always connected anyway, because I
was on the Alleghany side, but Q was on the
Ohio side. So it's like we was drinking the same
public I think maybe Q might have been wealthy. I
wasn't wealthy, and we was drinking public water. You know,
(32:14):
we might have been drinking the same water. Yeah, Dick,
that's all I'm saying. Connected. Yeah, that's why Q looked
like that. I let it get away from me because
I drink Long Islands and beer. But for a while
there I kind of had like that that that Q. Look,
you know what I mean. And not not talking about
Q Dog, I'm talking about Brady Quinn Man all right,
there we go. Just thought straighten that out for ever
(32:38):
that it's going to throw the hooks up kind of show.
So far it's Two Pros and a Cup at your
Fox part, Rad, that's wrong with you? All right? So

LaVar Arrington, t J. Hutchman's Otta and Plexico Birds on
the I Heart Radio app, Apple podcast or wherever you
(33:45):
get your podcast from. Uh huh yeah, but at least
Nada they got this on rotation at the Queenhouse. I
feel horrible because I only know that one part, so
every time it comes on, only sing that one point.
But I wish you merry Christmas. You know that part?
(34:05):
I do? I do know that part now, yeah, and
you have the son repeat by the way there it
is right there. I'm serious. It's a good song. It's
very traditional. It's it's traditional for Jonas in his household.
Damn right. It is big Tomali weekend at the house
(34:26):
this weekend. Man, I've never had it tom You've never
had it Tomally. You're missing out? Really they could. You
know what's funny is I never had it Tomali until
I was in Mexico City as an adult, like all
the way adult. Yeah. But the problem with Tomali's is
if the mass is not right, it's not right. Yeah,
it's got to be right, because it's gonna be like
(34:47):
too bretty type, too dry to dry, like you get
a good one. I remember the first time I've ever
had it to Molly I was. We were we were
at a golf course. Me and my homies were in Cabo.
We were golfing, and I don't like golfing, so so
I'm with them. I'm smoking my cigars, I'm having me
some some beers or whatever. We get to one of
(35:08):
the like little rest stations and it was a really
cool golf course. So they had like food in the
and the rest stations, and we're going to rest station.
They had to Molly's. The first time I ever tried one,
and I was hungry, so I tried it. I was like, whoa,
it's pretty good. Yeah, I'm double fasted to Molly's. They're
they're ready to go, like we're ready to get back
(35:30):
on the greens. I'm like, all right, just give me,
just give me a couple more minutes. I come walking now.
I was like, do we have any more of these
rest stops? Well, they're being into Molly's. I first didn't
know what they were, Like, what are these they're gonna
be at the next one. I took like ten of
them and was sitting there in my car. Oh bad.
Then I had one. Then then the one time I
(35:52):
had one with uh, who's my guy? Um? Moon Yos. Yeah,
we were, we were, we were out we were out
there golfing again and we were we were in there
for breakfast and hand now we were smashing them. I'm like,
I'm smashing Anthony. And plus they're a good drinking food.
They don't sit heavy, so you can rip beers and
and crush a couple of to Molly's and you're fine.
(36:15):
So next time you're coming out here to you, we're
gonna make sure his grandma this week and make sure
grand Mom, you know, sends us some. It is U,
two pros and a cup of sports radio. By the way,
coming off top of the next hour, we do have
an update on a quarterback situation in the NFL. It's
a fascinating, fascinating just incline from one player on that.
(36:39):
Now it's not we didn't bring him up earlier on
in the show, and I'm surprised that none of us
touched on the RG three deal. Phil felt like only
one of us could. It's kind of funny to me
that is kind of the I'm gonna touch on it.
Oh yeah, I mean I'll probably do it on on
you know, up on game though you know it isn't
(37:01):
I don't know. I don't know if you guys would
be comfortable going down that topic line. What do you mean?
I'm just saying, come on. They bleeped it out too,
by the way, like in the replay of it, it's like, really,
that's where we're at. Two, we're bleeping out that word.
By the way, we can talk about to complicated other banks,
(37:23):

producer lead to Lap left one. All good you guys,
in case you miss it. After the NFL Owners meetings
on Tuesday's UH Jerry Jones was asked if we could
expect a decision on O b J. He said, sooner
rather than later. Stand by, interesting, what are we doing
(38:04):
literally on here? It just like why does he just
love the fact that they're in the headlines that he
that they're connected to this guy who made a free
agent tour December, Master Marketer and brander Man. If he
don't get it, if he's not gonna be ready, what's
the point. Yeah, ain't doing nothing. But if people want
(38:25):
to listen to him and repost it, that's what they're
gonna do. That's what Jared is doing. Like, Hey, y'all
want to pay attention to pay attention? There you go?
Does O b J think he's gonna get our best story? Really?
I guess some more, but Aime Mexico. Yeah, I thought
r G three was the better story. I thought that's
