At storylines, hot seats, you name it from all those games.
We're also going to look ahead because it could potentially
be the final of Aaron Rodgers' career. And what do
you know, we have a conspiracy theory that's making the
rounds in the world of college football as well. Two
plus Pete Prisco's going to stop by. We've got another
edition of In case you missed it. We've got our
fsr IR and the leftovers. It's all yours. Coming up

(00:34):

a Monday, Fox Sports Radio, and away we go.

Speaker 2 (00:44):

(01:06):
and we got football to discuss playoffs over the weekend.

Speaker 2 (01:11):
But how the hell are we feeling here on this
Monday morning? Is this a new song? No? Oh?

Speaker 3 (01:17):
No?

Speaker 1 (01:18):
Every time it sounds like it's a difference forgetting, Like
I have two or three that I'm thinking about, and
I always I just keep forgetting.

Speaker 2 (01:25):
I got one loading, but it won't be today. Yeah,
I'll get my done. I do have one submitted though
it is in It is in there. Why does that
sound like it's a different song every time I hear
it? It does? I don't know. Just I think that it
has to do with where you are emotionally, you know

(01:46):
what I mean? Like, okay, big good. If you're not
feeling good, it sounds differently than if you're feeling good.
If you're in a good mood, it sounds differently than
if you're in a bad mood. That's what I think
it is.

Speaker 1 (01:56):
Why can we just be supportive of each other here
on the show. Why does it have to turn it
to this? It just exposes your dark side, Jonas, that's all.
We call you a vampire, but you know that song
really confirms that you have vampire tendencies. Like it could
get bad. Well, you know what, then then I'll just
curtain back on what you do away from here. It
could be bad.

Speaker 2 (02:16):
That's fine.

Speaker 1 (02:16):
I'll just start shaking your guys' hands and say my
goodbyes if that's the case.

Speaker 2 (02:20):
You know, pulling a J Brown? You know whoa? That's okay? Okay?
How do you like? I don't. I don't listen. It's
it's a playoff game, so temperatures are are high. You know,
everybody wants to win. It's a lot online. But how
do you drop the ball? Which time?

Speaker 4 (02:43):
Right?

Speaker 2 (02:44):
One of the times the time where they hid where
where Siriannie ran down the tideline and had something to
say to you, How do you drop the ball and
then start beefing with the coach? I would confused. I
ain't gonna lae. I was. I was confused. I mean
he did not get targeted very much. But you would

(03:07):
assume if you're gonna get a target when you're not
getting targeted very much, you'd catch it, wouldn't They throw
it to you thought, here you go, hey does catch it?
That's a I was confused about that, but you know,
but I was confused about that game altogether. So there's that.
I'll get out of the way and let you.

Speaker 4 (03:27):
I'll go, well, let me ask this is like, what's
the feelings there in Philly?

Speaker 2 (03:35):
You won the Super Bowl last year?

Speaker 4 (03:37):
Jalen hurts, I don't think through a pass that was
longer than what Jwan Jennings through for the forty nine ers.
The offense led by Kevin Patula has been criticized inconsistent, uh,
lacking creativity, not very productive, Like what's the fallout here?

(03:58):
Is this a one in one year for Petullo? Is
off its coordinator? It is Aj Brown truly gone after
this offseason. It sounded like from postgame you guys said
as goodbyes, is that where this whole thing's going.

Speaker 2 (04:13):
You gotta be out of air man? Yeah, it's not.
That's too toxic.

Speaker 1 (04:17):
There was I can understand if it was isolated incident,
you know, as LeVar said, temperatures are running hot. It's
a playoff game. I get all that, but it's not
even just that. There was stuff that was going on
this year this stuff was happening last year too, like there,
So this is now multiple years in a row that
he's either not happy.

Speaker 2 (04:37):
Or something's going on.

Speaker 1 (04:39):
And you know, whether he doesn't like Jalen Hurtz or
he doesn't like Nick Sirianni.

Speaker 2 (04:46):
Feel horribull conclusion I find mean. But catch the damn
ball so you can have a little bit of relevance
to your argument. You didn't. He didn't do himself with
solid yesterday. That's all I love was say. Yeah, it
was not great as a rat for him. You won
a Super Bowl, you could get out of the way
of drama. He's too good to just put him out there.

(05:09):
Somebody's going to get a quality get in aj Brown.
He's got a lot of football left in him, a
lot of good football left in him. It's gonna be
I'm curious what will it like. What's his contract situation.
He's still under contract right if he goes they got
to trade him. Yeah, if they cut him, which they're
not going to cut him. He's too good to get cut.

(05:31):
He's still he's a guy that that you could get,
you know, you could get some value out of. But
it's not it's not going to move forward with him,
and as far as offense coordinator, this offense went downhill.
I mean it just it just did. It wasn't the
same offense, didn't look the same, didn't feel the same,
didn't operate the same. And when you have such high

(05:55):
expectations and you had that type of a roster, I
I didn't know what was probably the most damning. I'm
not gonna say, I don't know. I think the most
damning part of last night's game is that you're dealing
with a patch work team. And listen, maybe Kyle and

(06:17):
Salah will prove that coaching and motivation and strategy and
a will to win can outweigh the jimmies versus the joe's.
But as far as I know, for as long as
I've been a part of athletics, doesn't matter what sport,
it's always it's always the players that are the reason

(06:42):
why you win or why you lose. Again, I argue
the fact that I think coaches are super, super important.
You gotta have great coaches. But if this team can
go to the Super Bowl and potentially win the Super
Bowl with this group of guys, uh, I don't know

(07:02):
what that means for how we look at players versus coaches.
I think it totally can can create a debate on
the narrative of do you need high end rated players.
I mean, we're looking at Indiana, they're about to play
for national championship. Maybe it changes the narrative on looking

(07:23):
at high end players and how they're treated. Yeah, I uh,
it's just not working.

Speaker 1 (07:31):
I mean, I don't know how how many more examples
their their needs for people to see this play out,
Like the Niners defense is awful, Like they've been bad
for the entirety of the year, like they're banged up.
They and Philly made them look like they were the
Niners defense that was, you know, carrying them to a

(07:52):
Super Bowl a few years back. I just I don't know, man,
I don't know what Philly's answers are.

Speaker 2 (07:57):
What I know.

Speaker 1 (07:58):
Nick Sirianni was asked after It's about the heated exchange
with AJ Brown and tried to make sense of it all.

Speaker 5 (08:04):
Yeah, you know, I was trying to get him off
the field, you know, because we were about to punt
when that was really that was really it.

Speaker 2 (08:10):
So I love Aj.

Speaker 5 (08:12):
I think he knows how I feel about him. I
have a special relationship with him. We've we've probably went
through every emotion you can possibly have together. We've laughed together,
we've cried together, We've yelled at each other. You know,
we're both emotional trying to get him off the field,
and you know he never wanted You know that happens
in this game.

Speaker 2 (08:32):
Happens in this game. And but I love him so
so you gonna run up in his face to get
him off the field. Big picture question. Okay, okay, in.

Speaker 4 (08:43):
This coaching cycle, you've got John Harbaugh, all right, he
seems to be the belle of the ball. Maybe Ea
Stefanski's up there too, Mike McCarthy's names being tossed.

Speaker 2 (08:51):
Around, and then there's some others.

Speaker 4 (08:54):
But I think we do we all agree those are
the top two, top three candidates. However you want to
look at it? Is there anyone else you're throw in
the mix. I wouldn't look at McCarthy. Okay, yeah, yeah,
I look at those two far and away.

Speaker 2 (09:10):
If Nick Sirianni became open, would would he be?

Speaker 3 (09:15):
No?

Speaker 2 (09:16):
Uh? I mean you can't. You can't debate his body
of work. Though his body of work is is He's
been crazy productive, maybe a little rough around the edges,
maybe a little abrasive from time to time. From time
to time, I mean, but he gets results that I

(09:42):
would have to say, Yes, conventional wisdom would say if
if Nick Sirianni became available as a coach, he would
be a highly sought after coach. Yes, then they win
the NFC East this year. Yeah, I mean yeah, they
came in as a number two se I mean you
you asked the bit yesterday, seed three seed yeah, I

(10:07):
mean they got a home game.

Speaker 1 (10:09):
No, he Listen, he's had a great I mean his
body of work is there, like the idea a couple
of years ago that he was even on the hot
seat after you know, the disappointing year that they had
and finished to the season, I would agree with you.
He's been fantastic from a record standpoint. I just think
there's enough people out there.

Speaker 2 (10:27):
That view them as.

Speaker 1 (10:30):
Howie Roseman built, and they could find somebody to coach
that team right or wrong and get the same or
maybe better results, especially this year.

Speaker 2 (10:45):
That's that's kind of my read on it. So I
don't think that he was so it is the personnel.
I think they didn't overcome coaching yesterday. No, But if
it is the personnel, then they should have been able
to overcome coach that is by far the most depleted
team in the playoffs. Yeah, by far, not even close. Well, well,

(11:07):
I don't know. The Chargers are pretty depleted too, as
depleted as the Niners. Their offensive line, Yeah, I mean
if you look.

Speaker 4 (11:15):
At five starters for example, Like their offensive line is
as depleted.

Speaker 2 (11:20):
As they get. Wow. Even if that's the debate, even
if we made the Chargers of the debate, what happened
to the Chargers is what should have happened to a
depleted San Francisco team. They should have lost.

Speaker 4 (11:36):
So you put Kyle Shanahan coaching the Las Vegas Raiders,
how does that change things for them?

Speaker 2 (11:41):
They would become a playoff team within two years?

Speaker 4 (11:46):
Okay, so but but okay, we don't know that they're
not gonna be in two years with another head coach
that might say, I would say, you gotta have talent,
all right, Like you gotta have talent.

Speaker 2 (11:57):
Now, I think the Raid have talent. I think they do.

Speaker 4 (12:02):
They have some their rosters not the same as the Eagles.
Their rosters not the same as others. Like, let's let's
not kid ourselves. There's some bad football teams, and the
rosters aren't are the same. These are two more you know,
equated football teams. We can look at, you know, Bosa
being out, Warner being out, Kittle going out in this game, which,

(12:23):
by the way, I just it's awful, And it also
lends itself to If anyone's been on social media, you've
probably seen at this point a lot of the conspiracy
theories around what are the substation that's right there next
to it's still Levi Stadium, their practice facility there in
Santa Clara. Yeah, I mean I've called games there. I'll

(12:46):
tell you it's real. It's there. I'm not smart enough
or I don't know anything about it, but it is
very enticing to read this article talking about what is
the electro magnetic pulse or whatever else that supposedly has
impacted the forty nine ers, and it's at least a
theory as to why they've had so many soft tissue injuries?

Speaker 2 (13:08):
Is that the gist of it?

Speaker 1 (13:09):
Generation Yeah, And I think like doctor David Chow, you know,
got in on it and said, well, you know, it's
a stretch to say that that's everything, but you know,
when you see how many injuries they've had, and you know,
they they look at just the levels and how much
it's impacting the surrounding areas. I mean, it's at least worth,

(13:29):
you know, a conversation to be had because it is
bizarre that think about the potential like Hall of Fame
players that have dealt with issues on the Niners just
this year. So Kittles out, Fred Warner's out, Nick Bosa
is out right there.

Speaker 2 (13:47):
You're going to put that on a pulse, breaking your ankle,
popping your ga.

Speaker 1 (13:51):
You look at the article, it's like, yeah, if you
if you really a lot to it.

Speaker 4 (13:57):
And there's a guy who went and actually measured it,
went to the practice field, he went to the stadium.

Speaker 2 (14:03):
He's kind of measuring it, going, yeah, if they're.

Speaker 4 (14:05):
Subjected to this over this long period of time, and
obviously Kittle who's been there for a long time.

Speaker 2 (14:11):
MacCaffrey has had his injuries for.

Speaker 4 (14:13):
A long time, and we can go on down the
line of players they've had and it sounds awful.

Speaker 2 (14:19):
But I mean, by the way, this isn't like the
first time.

Speaker 4 (14:22):
We've seen a NFL franchise have to deal with putting
their practice facility near something that could be harmful to
the players. Like I remember when I was part of
the Saint Louis Rams, they had their practice facility and
I think it was Earth City, like there in Missouri.
It was like down wind from I don't want to

(14:43):
say a dump or something like that, and there was
concern over there being like toxic you know, chemicals in
the air from from being downwind of that. And I'll
be the first to tell you I have never ever
been on a practice field in my life.

Speaker 2 (14:59):
All Right, that smelled like that practice smelled on.

Speaker 4 (15:04):
A windy day. And if you think we weren't ingesting
something that was probably bad for our health, you're out
of your damn mind. Like it couldn't have been in
a worse spot. So yeah, the move to l a buddy,
let me tell you, go look back up Earth City
and like where say it was ramsall practice facility was

(15:27):
that place stunk? It was like there was again I
don't know what was being processed of what was going on,
but people used to be like, this can't be good
for our health. You know, ask guys who have Sam Bradford,
Chris asked guys who were Chris long, we are there
for a long time James Lords.

Speaker 2 (15:44):
They'll tell you like there was something going on there. Man, Yeah,
it's God bless. I hope y'all are are okay? I mean,
would there be claims connected to this? I gotta look
like pens something.

Speaker 1 (16:00):
Hey, Wretchie Bushcott got what do you get ten million
dollars for that turf issue there.

Speaker 4 (16:05):
Which in his defense, I mean again, there wasn't a
lot of like it was kind of slick around that.

Speaker 2 (16:11):
Uh. The dome was the Edward Jones Dome Games James. Yeah,
I don't know Edward Jones, James Jones.

Speaker 4 (16:21):
Because Raymond James, Edward Jones, they're both financial institutions.

Speaker 2 (16:24):
But it is what it is. I say, Eddie James
is more than person. He's the financial one. You know,
you know you want some of this and done, you
come to me. And of James. Dang. Now they got
the battle Hawks. They're fine, they're good. Oh, don't do that.
Jo has a battle Hawk. Damn. We're burying the league.

(16:48):
We're burying. We're back on track. We are burying the league.
Sam san friand san friand beat what was a fully operational,
pretty much fully operational. Returning to the playoffs, defending their title.

Speaker 4 (17:07):
This offense has struggled all year. Let's be real, like,
this isn't on the defense. In my opinion, this is
on the offense. Batulo has never found a rhythm much
Jalen Hurts. I think there's questions probably about Hurts and
his ability to you know, be the quarterback they need
him to be in the passing game. It's just it's
been a struggle. And and by the way, some of

(17:28):
that has to do too. I think with what Hurts
has been given a year after year after year, like
constantly have the change coordinators. It's tough, like a Baker Mayfield.
You know, We've talked about how difficult it is in
Tampa to deal with a new coordinator.

Speaker 2 (17:42):
Every single year.

Speaker 4 (17:43):
And for some reason, with Kevin Bittulo and an offensive
line that's better than most weapons, and DeVante Smith.

Speaker 2 (17:49):
And A J.

Speaker 4 (17:50):
Brown, John Dotson whoever too, That's what I'm saying. But
they don't they don't don't stretch the field. They don't
throw it down the field. And you got to almost
sudden a thirty yard pass yesterday as longer than anything
that did. It hurts you even throw the ball over
fifteen yards.

Speaker 2 (18:06):
The worst thing that could ever happened to Jalen Hurts
yesterday is that Tom Brady was calling his game. I'm
sitting there like, dang Tom. He was like and I
don't think he meant to, like you knows on him,
but he kind of was like pointing it out, like, hey,
look that's right here. He had a clean pocket. What

(18:28):
you what? You getting all jittery and jumping for what
are you? I mean he did it early too, though,
I mean he was he was rolling out to his right.
He pointed out very easily and clearly, like you're cutting
yourself off half of the field and if no one's
open on that side of the field, then you you

(18:48):
don't have any options. I mean, it just it didn't
look good. And I don't know that there's an easy
bailout for it. Again, I think when you had that
type of a showing and that big of a game,
it's gotta fall out defeat of two people. They get
all the credit when you win, they get all the
credit when they lose. And that's the coach and that's

(19:09):
the quarterback.

Speaker 5 (19:09):
You know.

Speaker 1 (19:10):
It's great about Philly, though, if you win a Super
Bowl as a head coach, that could keep you employed
at that.

Speaker 2 (19:17):
Place for at least most more games.

Speaker 1 (19:19):
I mean, Jeff Fisher was getting gigs for years because
he went to a super Bowl in Philly. You could
go to a super Bowl and then go to another
one and actually win.

Speaker 2 (19:33):
It and still be on the hot seat losing.

Speaker 1 (19:39):
Sorry, buddy, all right, there's because we're talking about a
person and then they're well being. But it's there's one
to be done for me lately, and then there's Philly gone.

Speaker 2 (19:52):
And listen, I tell people all the time, that's the
same fan base in Pittsburgh, same type of people, Pennsylvania fans. Man.
The way they do things is why.

Speaker 4 (20:04):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (20:04):
But Tomlin hasn't He hasn't had to deal with this. Hey,
and he went to his super Bowl and won another one.
He's had to deal with some intense scrutiny. Bro, I
don't know, he's had to deal with some intense scrutiny.
And let them boys not show up tonight. We may
be having the same conversation tomorrow. It's just like if

(20:24):
you looked at Philly and you're like, and I know
Lane Johnson was out, But if you looked at Philly
and you're like, all right, so you give me, Saquon
Barkley defends for over one hundred yards, you give me
a j effectiveness on the ground. Dallas Goddard, Dallas Goddter
was getting this man like that should be Like what
am I it's seeing here?

Speaker 2 (20:45):
Bro Their defense, defensive front, their defense was in fool.
They were intact, they were intact, and they were getting
laced up in the routes. Bye bye guys that were
not I mean not number ones, not number ones. I

(21:05):
don't get that. I thought it was a poor defensive
showing by by Philly, I really did. I thought they
would have been better versus the pass or I'd have
thought that they got more pressure on brock Party and
forced him into mistakes. Brock Purty won that game with
his arm. He did, And that's I would not against

(21:27):
Philly even if you didn't have what you needed on offense.
I would have thought that they would not have been
able to generate enough offense against that defense in a
playoff game at home, mind you, in Philadelphia just seems
strange to me, like it was a full moon game.
But again, give give a ton of credit to the

(21:49):
forty nine ers man like I don't I don't want
to take that away from him. Give them a ton
of credit. That was a well of a job. Whatever
it is they saw in that team, they found a
way to do it when they needed to do it,
and they got it done. And that's what it's all about. Really.

Speaker 4 (22:04):
Also, I have an update over the Saint Louis Rams
practice facility in Earth City.

Speaker 2 (22:11):
Now, when you get quiet, we know something's going on.
So go ahead. I got here. I was waiting for
you to finish your point. But I do find this
kind of entertaining.

Speaker 4 (22:21):
The landfill contained radioactive waste that was great there illegally.
In nineteen seventy three, there's been a portion of the
site at an underground fire that was moving closer to
the radioactive waste, creating a risk of releasing toxic fumes.
Don't worry, pretty sure we all smelled them. Nearby residents

(22:42):
reported being besieged by a toxic stench for years. Chemical
and radioactive waste was also repeatedly seeping into the groundwater
from this DA From this, I don't mean to laugh
about this. But in regards two fan lawsuits, let's see,

(23:04):
at least one lawsuit was reportedly filed by a Ramas
fan elegend they suffered smoke related respiratory illness as a
result of the conditions near the facility.

Speaker 2 (23:14):
Wow.

Speaker 4 (23:15):
The proximity of the facility of the landfill, and the
associated environmental hazards has a major point of community concern
and activism during the team's final year in Saint Louis.

Speaker 2 (23:24):
It's giving me silent hill vibes. You guys watch that
never heard of?

Speaker 6 (23:27):
It?

Speaker 2 (23:28):
Was that the one with like all the people with deformities.

Speaker 4 (23:30):
And yeah, and there was a big fire under the
ground and it caused a bunch of toxins in the air.

Speaker 2 (23:35):
So everyone died and had to evacuate. Did they also
move back to la Oh? Was that just the rams?
They might? So this is the final thing.

Speaker 4 (23:44):
In nineteen ninety one, they found evidence of radioactive contamination,
although these findings were later disputed. The EPA eventually admitted
that radioactive a thorium had escaped the confines of the
super Fun site at another location.

Speaker 2 (23:58):
There you go. I would be curious if they did
a study on a lot of facilities. I would be curious,
like on the grounds like I know in Washington and
out in Virginia, like I felt like it was it
was a swamp ground. They built it on a swamp
and I know for certain I jacked my ass up

(24:21):
in practice slipped like grass gave and I mean not
even anything crazy, just grass just gave, like like like
I used to be in in Michigan Stadium, Like the
grass just just went simple. I don't know, man, I
think it would be interesting to see what the conditions

(24:43):
are of the grounds on a lot of these places. Yeah,
but look at how far you've come in. I'm not
looking to take it. I'm not trying to make it
about me.

Speaker 1 (24:53):
No, no, no, I'm just saying, but like, look at
the beautiful work set up you got here.

Speaker 2 (24:57):
Well, if they did a study on this stud studio,
I think that there would be some concerning things that
would come back in that report too. Just it's just
taking a stab at it.

Speaker 1 (25:09):
I still remember in twenty eighteen there was they had
the wildfire outbreak and people the smoke engulf the studio here.
There were ashes everywhere and people this is before COVID,
people were doing shows with masks on.

Speaker 2 (25:28):
What's happening here? But you know what, here we are
talking football and eating pizza and they were good games.

Speaker 1 (25:37):
Math yeah, and speaking of games. Here's a game day tip.
Order Pizza Hut before the QB shots the first Hut. Oh,
you're hungry. The big New Yorkers got those giant foldable
slices right now. It's just ten bucks. The biggest pizza
for the biggest games, Only a Pizza Hut. Speaking of pizza,
last Friday, we did a segment where we said the

Play of the Day.

Speaker 4 (29:14):
They give it to more Now flip did Juan Jennings

Speaker 2 (29:45):
Congratulations, we made it through a whole segment without using
referees as a reason. Congratulations to us. Yeah, how about it?
Clean game? I got called clean right?

Speaker 1 (30:01):
Congratulations Josh Allen first career road playoff win.

Speaker 2 (30:05):
Yeah, how about that? Maybe this is a quality win.
Could go on a little bit of a heater here.
You know that was a quality win. Man. They should
shouldn't they there unless that took it out of them.
They had to fight to get that one.

Speaker 4 (30:21):
I feel like there are two teams and well, I'll
call say in the divisional realm that I'm like, yeah,
I feel like if a team gets a lead on them,
that's kind of a rap, you know, even though their
their season has been all about these fourth quarter comebacks
the Bears being won.

Speaker 2 (30:38):
The Broncos are kind of the other one.

Speaker 4 (30:39):
They've had a ton of fourth quarter comebacks, like late
game heroics.

Speaker 2 (30:43):
I don't know.

Speaker 4 (30:43):
I just feel like Buffalo's got momentum. They have to
go to Denver, and I believe Buffalo's a slight favorite.
If I'm not uh am I correct there one. I
think it's like a point a half two points like
that one and a half point favorite.

Speaker 2 (30:57):
I just I feel like.

Speaker 4 (30:59):
You're you're looking at at like the betting public has
no faith in either Chicago or the Broncos, because I
think they're both underdogs even though they're the higher seed
and playing at home either like being able to win,
which is interesting to me because you look at me,

(31:19):
You're like, they've got a little momentum going. But I
don't know. I just I don't see it, but congrats
to Josh Allens. Guys, it was awesome.

Speaker 2 (31:25):
Yeah for now, congrats, Well, are you gonna be so skeptical,
I'm not being skeptical. I'm not being skeptical at all.
I'm not. I promise I'm not. I'm just saying congrats
for now. That was a big game. It was a
quality game. I did not think that they would get
through that game. I thought Jacksonville will win that game.
And I mean, I don't know how much that means,

(31:45):
but at the end of it was a stick pick.
It was. It was a miss, but it was close
to being a It was close to being a call.

Speaker 1 (31:55):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (31:56):
Listen, the playoffs are to playoff. You build a reputation
based off of what happens right, whether it goes well
or whether it goes bad. Yesterday, for Jacksonville and Buffalo,
they could have easily thrusted Buffalo McDermott Josh Allen into

(32:18):
the same conversations we're having about Baltimore, same conversation today
in a lot of ways that maybe we're having about Philadelphia.
They could have been easily on the other side of
this conversation. So give them a ton of credit Man,
because I felt like if there was a team that
had a lot of pressure on them, I would have

(32:39):
gave Buffalo the most pressure to win, maybe outside of Philly,
but I think I felt like clear number one pressure
cooker to win yesterday was Buffalo.

Speaker 1 (32:53):
Because there's also the well, you can't get past Patrick
Mahomes and my homes ain't there anymore.

Speaker 2 (32:58):
So Lamar j Accent's not there. He does.

Speaker 1 (33:02):
He's of all the AFC quarterbacks, he's the guy who's
got the most experienced and the one that I think
people look at and go Joe Burrow, when when's he
going to get his Like, when is he gonna deliver?

Speaker 2 (33:16):
You got Aaron Rodgers left, C. J. Stroud, you got
bow Nicks and you that's it. Yeah, I mean, when
you put it that way, there has to be an
amount a large amount of pressure for Josh Allen to
get to the Super Bowl. Drake May obviously, and Drake May.

(33:37):
Drake which, by the way, he's got a helm. Drake
May's got the hell man and he wasn't even that great.
What do you mean by that? La He's him. We're
not getting into that game yet, But what do you
mean by he's good. Yeah he can run. I did
not know you could run that well. I was. I
was shocked. Yeah, that's what I'm talking about. I was shocked.

(34:02):
I was watching. I was like, oh my god, a guy.
Yeah you too, man, you can play some ball back
in the day. No wonder. His name is Drake May.
Couldn't be like Chris Smith or something. He's got grip
saying I mean Josh Allen like beat. I'm just saying,

(34:24):
he Drake May. He fits his name. I've seen him play,
I've seen I've seen New England play. I just never
really played that. We had that much close attention to
him and we pulled back the curtain. God, we've got
a group text and me takes off running. It is

(34:47):
absolutely baffled.

Speaker 4 (34:50):
Hey what about the little shimmy put on Kleil Mack
and on his feet off.

Speaker 2 (34:55):
Yeah, Mac went for it too. It was like, all right,
little saus what the hell LeVar? It's just completely blown away.
Mar Laar is hitting the side of his TV like
wait is he white? He's like, damn going on. I
was like, hey, man, throw some some Louisiana hot sauce

(35:19):
on it, because I'll tell you what that original Louisian
hot slaue it just like Drake May did it. Dressed
up them eats with ease. That's right, just like Drake Man.
You can put it on that nachos, those pizzas, that
gumbo that's going to taste really good. It's going to score. Uh.
Doesn't make it the MVP. It makes it the m VP.
So make sure you get you some of that Louisiana

(35:41):
hot sauce by you some Today it is two pros
and a cup of Joe.

Speaker 1 (35:45):
Here on Fox Sports Radio, LaVar Arrington, Brady Quinn Jonas
knocks with you.

Speaker 2 (35:49):
Up next, a heartwarming.

Speaker 1 (35:51):
Story in the NFL playoffs, and it's yours right here
on FSR.

Speaker 2 (35:58):
All right, well let's do this pizza hut huh. Let's
let's talk about some pizza hut. I mean, we took
a quick little pause just to stop, but you know
what it's all about. We told you if your pizza
the hut, if you hit us with a hut before
the first hut of the quarterback, it's a challenge, and
Pizza Hut is all in on it. Listen, don't forget

(36:19):
to order pizza hut before the first hut is yelled,
I could. I guess it's continuing to go on, all right,
And here's the move, the Big New Yorker. You got
to get a hold of it. Man, it's the biggest.
I had it this weekend. It's the baddest. What did
you put on yours?

Speaker 1 (36:35):
I just got cheese. I wanted I wanted it to
feel like real New York, like real New York. Oh god,
it was good. I mean, was that cheese like like
pulling together and like like you know, like getting like
real tangled.

Speaker 2 (36:49):
Up like you know, like in New York. They serve
it to you on like a paper plate. Oh yeah,
like when you when you when you fold it together,
it's like all the cheese kind of runs together and
then comes together. Yeah. I got hungry. My stomach is
burning now, and I'm sure yours is as well. And
you know what, Pizza Hut is here for you. And
it's that Big New Yorker we're talking about. The Big

(37:10):
New Yorker is the biggest pizza, the baddest pizza for
the big games. And the big games are on you
get those massive slices. You know what time it is,
it's that n why slice. So before the first Hut.
Order the biggest pizza for the biggest game. So when
you're watching, make sure you call Pizza Hut before the
first play. Basically like, put your order in before the

(37:31):
first play. Yeah, and listen, man, that big pizza. You
get it for ten bucks? Man, ten bucks? What's your
game day Pizza Hut order? I don't know, but get
it in. Do the fold, make the slice even better.
Tell you what me and Jonas have told you about it. Anyways,
Big game weekends all ahead of us. Don't forget to

(37:53):
pizza before the Hut. Order the big New Yorker early.
Don't wait, it's just ten bucks.

We got something good for you.

Speaker 3 (39:28):
So Liam Cohen and the Jags they did, in fact
lose yesterday, but there is some good coming out of this.

Speaker 4 (39:34):
Uh.

Speaker 3 (39:35):
He was interviewed during postgame actually by Lynn Jones of
The Jacksonville Press, Free Press News.

Speaker 2 (39:41):
She had some words of encouragement to give a listen
here two you congratulations on your success, young man. You
hold your head up, all right. You guys have had
a most magnificent season.

Speaker 6 (39:51):
You did a great.

Speaker 2 (39:52):
Job out there today. So you just hold your head up. Okay,
ladies and gentlemen, you want all right, keep it going.
We got another season. Okay, appreciate thank you. Let's continue
success to you and the entire team. Thank you. Man. Dude,
how wholesome is that?

Speaker 6 (40:07):
Guys?

Speaker 2 (40:07):
What was her question? Very wholesome? Very wholesome.

Speaker 3 (40:09):
She didn't have a question she wanted to get like,
just be like, because you know Liam Cohen.

Speaker 2 (40:14):
Was that was a hard loss for them. Well then
she can go wait outside.

Speaker 1 (40:18):
We don't need answers, Okay, we don't need compliments, all right,
And this is the problem. Okay, you need a guy
like Pete Prisco in there. He's gonna ask the hearts
you do, Yeah, you do a hard ask. What was
Pete Prisco waiting to ask? If he was indeed there
at the game?

Speaker 2 (40:36):
Hey, Liam, why didn't you kick a field goal?

Speaker 5 (40:38):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (40:39):
I kick a kick a field goal. Let still kick
a field goal, Liam they do those things on fourth downs,
you know, you know, kickfield goals. It's just it was
out an all time high yesterday.

Speaker 4 (40:53):
Let me ask this question, is Trevor Lawrence says he
changed the perception of him as a quarterback for you guys.

Speaker 1 (40:59):
Yes, yeah, he had a good, good especially a good
second half of the season.

Speaker 2 (41:03):
Second half of the year. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (41:05):
I was just gonna say, is he talked about post
game like this feeling like it's it's sustainable, Like is
it in your minds? Because it really was a good
second half the season, ripping off that many wins in
a row. It doesn't happen all the time. Like we
remember the Minnesota Vikings. Were they thirteen and four that year? Yeah,
they went all those tight on one score games, and
after that it's like, yeah, it's hard to replicate that

(41:26):
year over year.

Speaker 2 (41:28):
Yeah. Yeah, it's like Washington last year and this year. Sure,
It's just I don't know why you have to pick
out Washington. It feels a little bit, well, it's just
a good.

Speaker 5 (41:36):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (41:37):
I didn't mean I think they're far enough along where
I don't I think we still got to figure out
what Jaydon Daniels is going to be because I mean,
if you're if you have RG three fear, you may
be looking at them a little differently. You know. Really
it could be the whole curse. But I don't feel
that way about about Trevor Lawrence.

Speaker 1 (41:56):
Denver is the one seed, and nobody handled.

Speaker 2 (42:00):
Them this year. The way Jacksonville did, like in Denver
like that was that was when I really handled their business. Yesterday,
they could have gone either way. I did not come
out of that game. I did not come out of
that game feeling like, oh they were overmatched, Like dang,
they got dominated or whatever. I mean, even the commentators
were like, hey man, I almost feel like, whoever wins

(42:23):
this game might go to the super Bowl. Who was
commentating that game? I don't remember, was it? Yeah? I
thought that was hid for hell boy. A lot of
these dudes is oblivious man to reality. It's kind of wild.
What do you mean? But they beat quarterbacks? Man, some
of the stuff they'd be saying be kind of wild.
You know why what? Because they touched they touched man touched. Yeah.

(42:47):
I almost turned the sound off a couple of times,
like right now,
