the ball that measures what they call the heartbeat of it,

that recognized the ship. Well in this case, it hits

you know the wire is going to have cause it
to do anything? But that was essentially when they did

saw that they wanted the FIFA to investigated that. They
went back to the measurements and they didn't see like
a blip on the heartbeat of the ball. So they're saying, no,
no evidence of that hit the wire, even though it
looks really really blatant that it hits the wire.

And there was also a game earlier in the tournament,
and I think it was against Portugal.
