(01:11):
All in a yeah big time hashtag all in yeah yeah, yes,
hell yeah yeah it is. It is a a fun time.
By the way, Congratulations on on the second career there,
Brady Quinn just wanted to say that in advance. Congratulations
on the second career. He's a flight attendant. You didn't

(01:36):
know that, well, I did read something about this. He did. Yeah,
I didn't have it explained. It wasn't explained fully, but
I did hear he's a flight attendant. Yeah, all right.
I mean, well, you gotta be careful what airline you fly,
and then sometimes you gotta be careful like where you
sit right. Um, there's not many options. It's to fly

(01:56):
Indianapolis for the big ten media days, and so I
flew southwest. This isn't a knock at its southwest. But
I think I've told you guys before, it's a cattle call.
As far as how they board, you know, they got
round up everybody group may just get over here right
on to the planet. Hey, but it's a little it's

(02:17):
a small area, like the A group is like a
small area group, and everybody's looking at everybody to make
sure they have the right And now are you a one?
Are you a position? Who cares? Excuse me? I'm a three?
Is a three the highest? Is it? Not? Well? The

(02:38):
problem is so I ended up going and sitting like
first row. But what you forget is like there's a
lot of elder new folks who get on the plane
and wheelchairs and they tend to sit around that area.
And so I quickly realized as I sat down, as
I started to still away my luggage, their luggage, another
person's luggage, another, I was like, okay, this is what

(02:59):
comes on with like this seating assignment. I now because
I'm on a Southwest flight. I'm helping all the old people.
I'm helping him in and out of the bathroom, I'm
passing drinks, I'm getting I'm getting like iPads down. It's
like the entire flight, and I had no problem doing it,
but it was a different experience. I was like, oh, okay,

(03:21):
that's what happens when you get assigned to that sense.
Excuse me, so excuse me. I need my sugars after
the number right now, I need I need a pepperman.
Can you get my purse out? Can you please get
my pocket boom from out top? Please? How how long?
How long is that flight? Is a two hours from
my It was like two and a half two and
a half and and and so I was I was hoping,

(03:41):
you know, read some stuff, get some stuff. Don I
was like, Okay, that's probably gonna happen. That I felt
terrible that there was one elderly lady who she you know,
when when I got on the plant, she was already
on and somebody had already stowed away her luggage, and
then I helped her stow her purse. Well, she kept
asking me where her purse and her luggage was, and
I kept bad to explain to us, like, man, I
know your purses, I don't quite know where your luggage is,

(04:03):
but I swear to you I didn't steal it. Because
I think she was starting to get a little bit
worried or concerned where her luggage was, and that was
really the only person that she had spoken to outside
of whoever brought her on the plane. So that became
a little bit of an issue after she asked me
about nine times where it was. But I think she
also kind of forgot a little. Was anybody a pain
in the ass? Any fights, any any issues, arguments over masks?

(04:27):
No leg room, any any fisticuffs? Well there there was
only one restroom, so that became a bit of an issue,
I think for a lot of for the flight attendants,
because they were really adamant about people not lining up,
you know, in front of the bathroom at the front
of the plane, because I was the only one that
was actually you were able to utilize. So then that
became a bit of an issue with a flight attendant

(04:48):
was just hammering people. I mean, she's like, I don't
know how many times I have to remind you. It
was just it was like they were getting scolded. At
one point. Well listen, job, well done. You did it.
You came to the aid of a lot of people
who needed it, and there it is. That's a see,
that's what we need. That's what we need, a good
wholesome story to start the show with big ten medias.
Did they everything you though that they ding that they

(05:09):
hit the button? Like, did they get so comfortable with
using your services that at some point that they hit
their there there they're called button no. No. The one
lady was like like having a hard time king on
the internet, and I was like trying to show her
on her iPad how that works. That was like another experience.
But no, no dings. I don't honestly don't know if
they people. It shocks me how people don't even know

(05:32):
how to find the bathroom. Like there's people who are
walking up and they're like opening up like storage spaces.
It's right here. I could actually use this place, like
you could actually fit Yeah, that would work. Um well, listen,
I don't want to know my flight store. You wanna know?
You wanna hear my quick store. Yeah. So on our

(05:53):
way back the other night, when we're on a flight, Um,
so I wore a mask because if I take them ask,
I don't you generally wear the mask on the plane.
But if somebody's coughing a lot, or if I hear
a lot of sneezing, any of that, I put I
put my mask on. Right, So this one person was yacking,
coughing up a lunk, so I put my mask on.

(06:14):
I'm sitting there and you know they turned the lights
out on dim when you're flying late so you could rest, relax,
you know, and and have a comfortable flight. Well, the
lady that was taking care of the you know, the
area we were in, comes and she's like, you know,
asking my wife all these things, Oh did you need this?
Did you need that? And then we'll walk away. And

(06:36):
I was like getting offended. I'm like, or am I
not sitting here? Like what is going on? I finally
realized that I think between the black mask that I
had on my face the darkness of of the cabin,
she thought I would sleep. She thought I would sick

(06:56):
because generally when people walk up on me, I smiled
and I had my mask on and and I'm sitting
there and I guess she couldn't see the whites of
my eyes. That wasn't enough. And I think she was
assuming that she didn't want to bother me because I
would sleep. And I took the third It took the

(07:18):
third trip of her like ignoring me, where I was like,
excuse me, I would like to have a prosecco please
on ice, if that, if, if that would be okay
with you? You know, you weren't wearing glasses, no glasses
so she couldn't see my eyes. So I came to

(07:39):
the conclude I was ready to be mad, like like,
I was really ready to be mad. And then I
sat there. I started going through the gymnastics of what
she was paying attention to, why she was servicing, you know,
each seat, and I realized that she thought I would sleep.
That's what it was. Um, Now I was camouflage. So lesson.
Lesson learned. Don't wear masks. At least pull my mass

(08:03):
down and smile yeah at the person. He's a human
being there. I'm awake, I am awakened, would like to
get some service, thank you. Well, yeah, that was my story.
That's what happened. You guys are a couple of celebrities.
You know. That means you go to go on flights
and you in different experiences, right, que is the helper,

(08:26):
consummate professional of helping. I just wanted to be looked
at and known that I was awakened and was waiting
to get some service. You know. At one point one
guy came up and complimented me for it, and he's like,
where can I fill out your survey force? Probably southwest miles.
But by the way, are we going to get the announcement,

(08:48):
cause I know yesterday you had Kevin Warren at Big
Ten Media Days is talking about all these other teams
are considering it. Brett McMurphy was reporting that it was
Miami and Florida State and like all these Oregon, Washington, Stanford,
cal like all these different Man. I'm exhausted by this.
I mean, is this is any of this happening anytime soon?

(09:09):
Or is it? Are we are we at where we're
at when it comes to the Big Ten and some
of these conferences and we can just focus on the season.
I've said it before. I mean my sense from the
conversations that I've had either here or just in the
previous weeks, is there You're not going to see this
this super conferences that We've even got other pundits on
our you know, radio waves that seem to think this

(09:29):
is happening, but they're honestly just like spitballing, they have
no idea what they're talking about. You know, it doesn't
make sense for any of these conferences, whether it's the
SEC or the Big Ten, to have a bunch of
other teams join if you're gonna have to give up
a portion of the revenue share. I mean, you're not
necessarily gonna be adding teams that are gonna bring in

(09:51):
additional revenue based on their TV ratings and what that
what that brand represents. So if you're Ohio State and
Penn State in Michigan, you're it out. You're not like
looking at a school going well, why are we bringing
them in? Like how are they moving the needle for us?
You know Notre Dame is the only school that really does.
And so until they make a decision, which you know,

(10:12):
I think again, as as I've said, you need to
figure out what happens with the Big Ten rights deal.
Who gets left in or left out of it could
largely determine what ends up happening then with the Big
Ten and what Notre Dame ends up doing. So until
that's announced, which I assume it will be announced soon,
I don't know how soon, but like you know, maybe

(10:35):
todaysh soon, maybe like potentially, I mean I heard from
a birdie those snaps supposed to be mentioned yesterday, but
like these days, they get kind of complicated. So we'll
see whenever that's announced. But I think that's the first
domino to fall in order to help us get a

(10:56):
sense of what's going to happen again. From the conversations
I've had, though, I don't foresee them adding on teams
with the exception of a Notre Dame and someone else
whenever that time would come, and I don't know that
that time is coming anytime soon, at least considering Notre
Dame has got a TV right still until NBC Sports,
so maybe they could get out a year early. But

(11:18):
there's you know, their affiliation with the a c C.
That could be a really hefty buy out. All those
things standing the way for any team, whether it's Notre
Dame or someone else as far as realignment, and it's
not like that stuff happens overnight. God, that's just there's
so much going on. Man. But hey, we are what
do we got to less than a month away from
the kickoff the week zero in college football? So let's

(11:40):
get fired up for another good season ahead. Hey, baby,
I I get to see we are up close and personal,
trying to talk LaVar into making it out there. Yeah,
which game? Who's Who's Penn? Stay at first game? Do they? Oh?
That's right, you're the Drew Brees revenge game. His fans
against LaVar. That's right, that's going to be a show

(12:01):
up the West Lafayette. I might have to have my
my chin ready, you know, I have to have my
mask up in in my hood up. So I looked
like I'm sleep like, look at that man sleep walking.
That's a very good point. All I know from playing
there is they would take hot dogs and they would
put like pennies in them or dimes in them, and

(12:22):
they would be throwing them that in batteries. Fans are
so close. Wait, they're so close to you on the
sideline dogs. Yeah, like so you do you get hit
with a hot dog, you think like, oh, it's like
all right, it's a little demeaning, but whatever, it's a
hot dog. Next thing, you know, you t like a clink,

(12:43):
like what the heck was that? And you'd see they'd
like shove like a penny in it and they throw
a hot dog at you. It's like it's like meeting
nun chucks. That's great. I didn't know. I didn't know
Purdue fans are like that. How about it? All right?
Good for them. So that's something look forward to. And
that's and that is that the Week zero matchup? Or
is that the week after for Pens week one Thursday
night in Prime. Oh man, that's so awesome, all right,

(13:04):
so we get looking forward to that. That'll be fun.

in case you missed it, we got the b Q News.

(13:25):
We got the good, the bad, and the ugly. The
old p Petras Papadakis is stopping by, but coming up
next here there is uh a situation at quarterback in
the NFL that we might finally have a resolution on,
and it's not the one you're thinking. We'll get into
that for you here on Fox Sports Radio. Be sure
to catch live editions of Two Pros and a Cup
of Joe with Brady Quinn, LaVar Arrington and Jonas Knocks

(13:48):
week days at six am Eastern three am Pacific on
Fox Sports Radio and the I Heart Radio two pros
and a cup of Joe. Fox Sports Radio, Navar Arrington,
Brady win Jonas knocks with you here on fs are
you can listen to. This show is always on the
I Heart Radio app. By the way, coming up later
on this hour. Um, credit where credit is due. If

(14:11):
if you want to arrive at camp, there are ways
to do it, and then there's this way to do it.
So we will we will get into that here on
Fox Sports Radio. UM. So, I don't know if you
saw the big news yesterday. UM, and I don't even
know if it warrants breaking news, but why not. Uh,
It's official. Uh, the forty Niners are moving on from
Jimmy Garoppolo and Trey Lance is going to be the starter.

(14:33):
It's a stunner. Nobody saw it coming. Um, I think
just congratulations. Yeah, they have officially announced Trey Lance is
going to be their guy moving forward and they're away
from from But Kyle shanahannder He Spatson, he spoke yesterday

(15:02):
not only about the quarterback situation, but also the process
of trying to trade Jimmy Garoppolo and how well, you know,
the surgery kind of put a wrench into things. I
think all three of us are very much on the
same page. Jimmy understands where we're at. We understand where
we're at. Like I can't tell you how appreciative I
have been of Jimmy and him being here and so
appreciative what he did for us last year. I think
Jimmy and we knew what movie made the year before

(15:24):
on that Jimmy did a hell of a job coming
to camp and went in that job and taking us
real close to the super Bowl. But we have moved
on to Tray. We're starting camp out this way. We
think Jimmy would have been traded if the surgery didn't happen.
It did. He needed to do it, so there's no
ill will there at all. But it's good to see
that he is healthy. But now it's all just seeing
how this will end up. So did Garoppolo really just

(15:45):
everyone knows the situation we're in. Did he just really
throw a wrench into everything when he decided to get
that surgery Because he just said everybody knows the situation.
He also said, you know, I listened. You know, no
hard feelings we got is there. But we would have
traded him if he wouldn't. If he did ended up
that way by no hard feelings. You know, we're moving on.

(16:07):
You know, I appreciate him, but he did get that surgery.
We would have traded his ass if he didn't get
that surgery. But he did get it. But there's no
hard feelings towards it. But he's healthy now. He's healthy now. Yeah,
just just he did make jure. He reiterated he is
healthy now. So if you want to trade for him,
get at me. You can hit me at five five
eight eight eight eight, leave a message. What a weird

(16:31):
ending to it to a really successful time in San
Frand for him, man, just to uh, this is how
it's gonna go. So there it is. What What did
San Francisco expect though? I mean they traded up the
draft trade lance to replace him, like the writing was
on the wall. Did they think Jimmy Garoppolo was just
gonna do whatever they wanted? I mean, if he needed surgery,
he's gonna get surgery. Like that's that's how that kind

(16:53):
of goes. But well we'll see. I mean, there's not
many spots for for Jimmy g I think that's the
hard thing is figuring out where he ends up. But
look this this move almost it reminds you a little
bit of It's like Kansas City, Yes, right, I mean
you're moving on from a player who's got to your
super Bowl because you feel like you've maybe got a
talented player who can win the m v P and

(17:15):
can go get you a super Bowl. Like That's what
this is about. And I think this is gonna be
a fun case study to see. Is it gonna pay off?
I don't know that it's going to. But that's really
what what you've got on the table right now is
you've got a team that thinks they've got a roster
build out around him and they can play to his
strength enough to be able to get past where Jimmy

(17:36):
g took him. And that's pretty damn far. I mean
in Kansasee, you're you're speaking on Alex Smith and and
Patrick Mahomes, right, Yeah, yeah, you know, I don't know.
I don't know that trade Lance is Listen. I hope
for the game. I hope for for the season that

(17:58):
Trade Lance is actually able to transition into being that
franchise guy for them. But I'm looking at it more
from the perspective of they did move up in the
draft to get them. You can't. It's very difficult to justify,
Like I don't know that the landscape is still the
same when I was coming out. But I will say this,

(18:20):
if you get a top draft pick, let alone, you
moved up to get them, and year two, especially at
the quarterbacks position, year two, they're not playing. They're still
not playing. Oh I'm I'm I'm checked out. As a fan.
As the media, I want to know why is this

(18:42):
guy that you guys moved because if you move up
in the draft, you're telling me this is a can't
miss guy. Perfect example, a perfect example. Right now. I
will say this, I can justify Jordan's Love sitting longer
because I have one of the best in the game,
a two time back to back m v P that's

(19:02):
in front of them. I get that. I I can
actually sympathize more with Tray Lance than I can with
Jordan's Love. Jordan Love just gotta keep improving and when
he gets his opportunity, be ready when you get your opportunity.
But but for Trey Lance, this is a scenario where
it's it's it's it's sink or swim, and and it's

(19:25):
sure as a player, you want to be able to
have those opportunities to get out there and have your
opportunity to play and show your your you know your abilities.
But in this scenario in particular, I think they're playing him.
They're doing this because they have to based upon where
they drafted him. Whether he's ready or whether he's not.
This is a sink or swim scenario. And Jimmy Garoppolo,

(19:49):
for good or for bad, for whatever it is you
how you look at Jimmy Garoppolo. The dude was a
winner when he was playing with the forty Niners, and
people in that that fan base I would assume aren't
going to forget so soon that he was the quarterback
when they made it to the to the super Bowl.
I mean the other quarterback that made it to the

(20:09):
super Bowl with them, they you know, people still love
him to this to this day. I mean about I
mean people like people really hoist those guys up the
making to the super Bowl for I mean, if we're
talking about a history of I loved this guy, Joe Montana,
I love this guy, Steve You, Steve Bono, I love
this guy, not Steve Bono, but Colin the Man, Kaepernick,

(20:36):
and now Jimmy Garo. Now Jimmy Garoppolo is on that list, right,
so you know it might it could be difficult. So
Kyle Shanahan's record with Jimmy Garoppolo including the playoffs is
thirty five and sixteen. Without him, he's eight. And so
I mean, like the numbers are there, like there there
was anybody that wants to dispel Jimmy Garoppolo. It was

(20:59):
a success, will run it was he went to a
Super Bowl. You were a few minutes away from winning
that Super Bowl. Uh, you went to an NFC title game.
He wasn't at all a pent and it's not ball
washing the guy. Plus he had he had a nice
dinner with an adult film star, which I think was
a lot of people were jealous and should go high
on the resume in my opinion. But I just do

(21:19):
we think if the plan is, let's try and do
something similar to Kansas City. I'll ask the question, was
Trey Lance coming out of college anywhere close to the
prospect that Patrick Mahomes was. I don't know. I mean,
it's not like a lot of people everyone in retrospects,
oh yeah, bebro died Homes way up there. It's like, no,

(21:40):
you didn't everyone people people were uh being critical of
that draft pick when they took him, because what was
the thing you heard all along? Well, why didn't he
win more? You know, and if he played you know,
I played in collegees, you know, it's you know, worthy
of that draftick, why did't he win more? And you're going, well,
first off, like, did you watch any of the tape?

(22:00):
Did you see how bad their defense was? Did you
did you see what he was dealing with? Like he
had to score fifty plus points a game in order
to win. Like I don't know how many games I
called that he was the quarterback in where I'm going, Well,
gonna be another shootout, but I guess I'm gonna miss
my flight back home. I have to brief booking for
the next day. But I don't, I don't. I mean

(22:21):
Trey Lance was much more raw one year starting experience. UM,
different player, I mean really truly more of a dual
threat player. I mean, Mahomes is athletic, but he didn't
he didn't run around like Trey Lance did. I mean,
Trey Lance can run QB power, you know, and he's
he's gonna be running through between the tackles that wasn't
Patrick Mahomes offense with Cliff Kingsbury, you know, during his

(22:45):
time in college. So to me, they're completely different prospects.
And you look at the armed talent of Mahomes, it's
the ability to throw off platform, meaning he could be
facing left and I'll throw the football right. If across
his body, he could throw its side arm whatever way.
You once along with having a strong arm, trade Lance
was the type of guy just had a strong arm.

(23:06):
I mean, you go back and watch some tape. You're
kind of concerned with overall accuracy, and that's still probably
a concern, but uh, it was in the Lavard Jonas,
you said it, like I mean, we talked earlier a
little bit about this. Kyle Shannon seems to work to
the strength of quarterbacks to get the most out of them.
So that's what you're betting on, Like you're betting on,
you know, John lynch And and Kyle Shanahon being on

(23:27):
the same page and those two, you know, being able
to play the strength of Trey Lance to get past
where they got with Jimmy Garoppolo. Yeah, I mean, I'm
sure that was you that that said that, Jonas, And
I thought that was a great point, well taken full breakdown.
I mean, what you come to expect here and I
think that that's that's an accurate assessment of it, is

(23:50):
that that's what they're banking on, is that they've had
a year to see what Trey lances strengths and weaknesses are.
And the one thing that people can ultimately a is
the brilliance of what cal Sanahan has brought to the
table as an o C is that he knows how
to work to the strengths of the quarterbacks that he

(24:11):
has while not allowing the weaknesses to to hinder them
from having success. I mean, we watched it classically play
out with with uh with h r G three, and
we watched the play out with with Kirk Cousins as well. Um,
he's did it in other places also, and now he's
done it with Jimmy Garoppolo. And while some may say, well,

(24:34):
maybe it's more so the talent and the players, I mean,
that was a Heisman Trophy winner and in r G three.
But I'll be the first one to tell you as
as a local radio host in the market during the
time that r G three was there, they made they
made that r PO that that Uh, what did they

(24:56):
call it back then? It they don't really call the
pistol the pistol set of of offenses and his ability
to just am I going to hand it off? Am
I gonna throw it? Or am I gonna run? It
almost looked like they had already predetermined that that. Honestly speaking,
now that I've had an opportunity to see his body
of work in different places, that was their Deebo Samuel.

(25:16):
They just put him at quarterback. They were using Deebo
Samuel as a quarterback r G three's rookie year, and
he was that good of an athlete, He was that
great of an athlete. Um and his ability to to
run the ball and could throw the ball well enough
where it gave him running lanes. It. It was something
that was amazing to see how well r G three

(25:38):
adapted and adjusted to plan at the NFL level, And
a lot of people attributed it that too to the
way Cal Shanahan was drawing up the offenses. When Kirk
Cousins came in, it was an entirely different offensive set
that was being run. So I give him a lot
of credit. I'm going this will have to be his
finest work with Trey Lads, I will say that if

(26:01):
you had any doubt of if it is cow Shanahan
and not the player, You're gonna find out this year.
If it's cow Shanahan or if it's the player, that's
that's gonna be fun to watch. It's two pros and
a cup of Joe here on Fox Sports Radio. Coming
up next, a little bit of a disappointing end to
a story in the NFL and a career in the NFL.

(26:22):
Will get into that for you here in another edition
of incase you missed it, twelve minutes from now here
on fs ARE. Let's let's have the real conversation here,
all right. Aaron Rodgers entrance into Packers training camp yesterday. Um, now,
I don't know, he hasn't confirmed it, and who knows
if he's even gonna talk to the media or if

(26:43):
he just talks to Pat McPhee, whatever the case may be.
This is a play on Nicolas Cage, correct. I mean,
I'm assuming that's what it's gotta be. Nicolas is it?
He's got to be. I mean, hey, good for him, man,
You know what, just just roll with it, if you

(27:04):
if if people are gonna be on him and not
like him because whatever his stance was on the vaccine
last year, they think he's uh, you know a little
bit dismissive, or he's got this uh, this arrogance to
him whatever, whatever, he's a loof whatever, it is good
for him. Man, play it up all you can, and
I hope we get this version of him all year long.
I'm into it. Good for Aaron Rodgers just I mean

(27:28):
it's it's showing more personality. I guess it's one way
you put it. But um, he's almost like toying with people, like, Hey,
we haven't talked about him for a while since he
signed his new deal, and so let's just go ahead
and put this out there. Um, it looked like he
beefed up a little bit. You think he was trying
to show off the fact he's been work it out
like that was that was maybe one of the things
I took from it. Well, I'll say I took from

(27:51):
it that he needed a panting or some type of
shampoo commercial deal that that should be pending. Yeah. Um,
after being n y ooming um the Wranglers, he certainly
needs a Wrangler deal. I mean, Wrangler can really really
put themselves back on the map if they were to,
I mean, they're already on the map. Another Packers quarterback

(28:12):
for wrangler. Come on, man, yes, but this is like
new and improved. This isn't Brett Farvesh throwing the ball
with with his his golden retriever and his you know,
his black labradors, Like this is. This is like the
new improved, like this is two point oh Wranglers. And
and then fruit of the loon, fruit, fruit, fruit of

(28:33):
the loon, of course, like you know, they had Michael
Jordan's doing fruit of the loom for a really really
long time. I think, are you saying loom or loom
loom it loom loon or loom loom with an l
or an end? Okay, I mean I don't wear it,
so I mean, but I know, fruit of the something, fruit,

(28:53):
fruit of the hammock. How about that we'll call it
the fruit of the hammock. And and and that that
to me is because you can't say beaters anymore. You can't.
That's not politically correct to call him that anymore. But um,
the fruit want to call him tank topsy tank tops
they are what they are. But we've become too politically

(29:13):
correct to call it what historically w B Yeah, Warner Brothers. Uh.
So that's what I took from it because I know
the player that Aaron Rodgers is. I am interested to
see what type of player he'll be this year without
having Davonte Um, this is probably the first year that

(29:35):
I mean, I guess we could say he doesn't have
a defined I mean, unless you you you feel differently
about this one, que or Jonas, I would say this
is the first time he doesn't have a truly defined
number one. And it'll be interesting to see because he's
always shown his brilliance as as a quarterback, it's going
to have to be on full display this year because

(29:58):
you don't have that guy like a Jordy Nelson or
or Davante Adams. That is going to be you know,
even with didn't he have Greg Jennings and those guys
as well? I mean Donald Driver, Yeah, I mean, and
who's the other one, um Randall Cobb, Randall Cobb. Well,
that's that's you know there there What was the other

(30:19):
one that was with Greg Jennings, Uh, he's on NFL,
nickwork Um, I mean James Jones. I mean, he's he's
had some guys, Donald driver was there. He's had some guys.
I mean, Donald was more Brett's guy than he was
Aaron's guy. But and and he's probably you know, that's
probably where Randall Cobb is at this point. Maybe a
little bit further down the line. Um, but it's gonna

(30:42):
be interesting to see what he's able to do with
the group that he has um there in Green Bay.
But I did like his intro. I did. I did
like the way he walked in. Did you did you
guys have an intro? Did you have a get up
or anything? When he walked in? Well, I mean, first off,
why do you throw the backpack? Yeah? That was clearly

(31:02):
a produced piece that was clearly okay. Well do people
pick up your bags? Is it like, um, like you
have somebody that grabs your bags by the car and
they just say leave it by the car and we'll
grab it, uh in in the driveway. And I have
a theory on it. I mean, when you when you walking,
when you get out the car, you you got that

(31:23):
mojo swinging like that, you know what I mean? And
you walking with your your your your well you got
your bag in your hand. Yeah, sometimes you just gotta
let that thing drop you know what I mean. They
say when you when you're really in a mood. You know,
sometimes they tell you like, hey, hey, you gotta let

(31:45):
him hang. You gotta let you, gotta let him drop,
You gotta grow up, they gotta drop. Well, he dropped
them right on right now. Do you think when they
stopped filming he went back and picked it up. Probably somebody,
some guy who came back. He probably had like two
it or he takes on it. Yeah, just to get
it right, you know, because the hair, the way he
did the hair, the way he turned the corner. You know,

(32:07):
you got to make sure the angles are good so
that you know when it hits your side, you know
that the belly looks right like he had no belly,
Like there were no rolls coming out of of the
bottom of his shirt and his pants. I mean, he
pulled it off. He pulled it off, you know, and
I believe it was in slow motion. You gotta keep
in mind, it was not in real speed. It was

(32:28):
in slow motion, so it was a produced piece. But
he dropped that bag on the ground like he dropped
it on him. And then there was a lot of um,
you know, hitting in the windows connected to him. Dropping
that bag like that, And I'm just letting you know, everybody,
sometimes you just gotta let him know, let him know. Yeah, yeah,
I mean it is never dropped your bag on nobody.

(32:51):
There's no bag to drop. Here's a ziplock. Two Pros
and a Cup of Joe. Fox Sports Radiots, LaVar Arrington,
Brady are coming up next though. Are we will get
into uh, we will get to the end of an
era for one team in the NFL. It's yours right
here on FSL. Be sure to catch live editions of

LaVar Arrington, t J hudgmans Otta and Plexico Birds on

(33:54):

get your podcast as from two Pros and a Cup
of Joe, Fox Sports Radio, LaVar Arrington, Brady Quinn Jonas
knocks with you here on fs are. You can listen
to the show as always on the I Heart Radio
app coming off top the next hour. Uh. There could

(34:14):
be another big deal in the works in the NFL
when it comes to a quarterback. We will discuss that,
but right now it is time for something we do
every single day, and it's called this. Sometimes you can't
get to everything in the world of sports or entertainment.
Good thing. The guys are here to bring you in
case you missed it, and for that we turn it

(34:36):
over to our executive producer Lead Do Do Do Do
Lap the Lap guys, in case you missed it. The
Seattle Seahawks unfortunately are releasing veteran Chris running back. Veteran
Chris Carson, the running back, plans to retire from the
NFL due to a neck injury that will put Rashod
Penny at the top of the depth chart. Here's the
seventh round pick and actually ended up having a pretty

(34:59):
decent career. I think he beat out Richard Penny a
couple of times to be the starter each season. But
I saw that he only made like a little only
made only made a little bit under ten million dollars
in his career. So it could have been on the
verge of because I think he's about four years in
to his NFL career. But yeah, twenty seven years old.
Now it's gone that that really sucks that you just

(35:20):
made barely under ten million during your how many years?
Come on? A little under four a little under four,
all right, that's not bad math. Hopefully, hopefully he's he's okay.
I mean that that's the concerning thing moving forward, is
there's no other issues with this neck moving forward. But
you know, he was one of the more underrated guys

(35:41):
coming to the league. I mean, you could say he
was kind of a find if you will. I believe
he came out of Oklahoma State. But I remember him
being like a productive player back then, and he was
a bigger back. But when he was healthy, he was
I mean he was averaging almost five yards per carry.
Like he had a nice run of a couple of
years being a thousand yard run sure for them, and
he didn't even play like all sixteen games. So I

(36:05):
mean it's sad because I think you you could see
the potential of what he was capable of, and it
just he could never really stay healthy. And that was
just you know, part of the problem. In college. I
think he had a hard time staying healthy and stand
up there, and then in the NFL it plagued him
as well. But um, you know, kudos to him at
least for being able to make something of his his
career at this point. Just hope he's gonna be okay

(36:26):
move before yeah, no doubt guys. In case you missed it,
Gardner Minshew on Instagram gave an inside look into his
converted uh prison bus that he had used as a
cross country road trip that he was living in since February.
He's putting that up for sale. You can get that
for the cool price of five grand. That's it. I mean, look,

(36:48):
it's not. I mean, yeah, he could Minshew as a
renaissance man. It's he ever gonna get like an actual
legitimate starting job. And I'm not talking like, uh, you know,
fill in when Jalen Hurts goes down with an injury,
or somebody catches COVID like an actual legitimate chance to
be a starter again, or was his running Jacksonville at

(37:09):
it's a bumber man. Would he be good in Seattle,
I mean Washington State Cougar? Yeah, I don't know that's true. Yeah,
I feel like, is he gonna be the next Ryan
Fitzpatrick where he's just gonna be around the league for
years and years because everybody, everybody likes him and he's
great in a spot. I mean he's he's played well

(37:30):
enough in spots to warrant that, right. Yeah, I mean
he's Look, I was with lost records bad, but he
was on a bad football tude doesn't matter who was
starting back comes down, he's accurate, he's he's shifty enough.
I don't I love his person out. I feel like
guys want to play for I just gotta be honest
with you, guys. I'm sorry to tell you guys this,
but racist. While he's not playing, he's not playing, he's

(37:52):
not going to get the chance. There you go, it's
he's not going to get the chance to start, you
know why, because well it's racist. That's a good point.
A Yeah, that's a good point. I mean, you know what,
I'm pulling for you, Gardner. I really want to see
you get that opportunity. I hope that there's some you know,
something there to to you getting your opportunity. But Lee,
can we run with that on Twitter and and have

(38:13):
the quote attributed to LaVar? So it really confuses everybody,
Like if we could do that on the Fox Sports
Radio Twitter, I kind of think that would work for everybody. Yes, yeah,
like all the sense in the world. What else, guys,
Joe Burrow is gonna miss some practice time. He is
scheduled to have an appendeck to me within the next
forty eight hours. Here it goes, man, here it goes

(38:33):
super Bowl jinks, you know, runner up in the Super Bowl.
It's already starting. Now. We got Burrow with an injury.
I mean, what else is going to happen here? I mean,
it's awful. What's going on with the Cincinnati Bengals. I'm
telling you this could be a prelude. Not good not
a good sign for the Bengals here you guys, you
guys have your appendix still? Yes? Yeah, do you ever

(38:53):
like I wonder what that surgery is, Like, I mean,
this is something's going to knock him out for several
days or weeks or what is that like, isn't it?
Isn't it? Appendix and gold bladders, gold gold bladders or whatever. Yeah,
you get them removed because you don't need them. Yeah,
I don't know. I don't know how how long that
one is. I know when I got a hernia surgery
that took like an entire offseason for build up from that.

(39:16):
They pulled that big old scar tissue from out at Yeah,
go to break. Fox Sports Radio has the best sports
