to you and yours. And by the way, if you
were really really hoping, really wishing, possibly praying that the
Kansas City Chiefs were not done for and that there
was still time to make a run of this whole thing.
(01:23):
The Houston Texans stepped right up and said, go f yourself.
With a dominant performance last night, you can look at
whatever the final score, stat metric you want. The Kansas
City Chiefs look like a shell of themselves, so much
so that I think LeVar basically closed the coffin last
night on our text chain. Would you say Superman's dead?
Speaker 5 (01:45):
Superman is dead? Yep, yeah, Superman is dead.
Speaker 1 (01:49):
I mean the Texans they're like a unique team, you know,
like I've always said, like I look at him and
I'm like, man, are they doing good this year?
Speaker 5 (02:00):
Look at them?
Speaker 2 (02:00):
It's like, oh, they're like at the top of their conference.
Stuff like that.
Speaker 1 (02:04):
And last night I think I think I found myself
coming away from that game asking myself the question, is
the Texans defense that good?
Speaker 5 (02:16):
Special?
Speaker 6 (02:17):
Is it?
Speaker 1 (02:19):
I mean, it looked it was, they looked dominant, but
then it but but the whole point was or is
Kansas City just no?
Speaker 5 (02:30):
Are they just not that good?
Speaker 2 (02:33):
No?
Speaker 7 (02:34):
It is.
Speaker 5 (02:35):
I said this before.
Speaker 1 (02:36):
I feel like the fear factor of what the Kansas
City Chiefs represent even in Arrowhead is waning like it's
it's it's it's fading away. I think last night might
have been to me, that's like the nail in the
coffin of it's the end of an era. It's it's like,
(02:58):
will they be good again? Maybe they'll be good again?
Will they ever be as good as they once were?
I think that that ship has sailed. Andy Reid had
his time, and it was an amazing time. Patrick Mahomes
had his time, and it was an amazing time.
Speaker 2 (03:15):
It's over. It's over. It's over. Oh, that's it. It's
a wrap.
Speaker 1 (03:22):
Johnny comemn the movie's over, like that's the credits are
coming up.
Speaker 4 (03:29):
Oh hey, by the way, Coop's clapping by the seat.
I wish people could see Coop.
Speaker 5 (03:33):
Hey, take a bound.
Speaker 4 (03:34):
He's wearing a Broncos poncho.
Speaker 5 (03:37):
It's a team.
Speaker 1 (03:39):
That's a team, that's a team of the future. Yeah yeah,
I'm just saying, man, go ahead, go ahead, get it out.
Speaker 2 (03:51):
This is one of the greatest takes you've ever had.
Speaker 5 (03:53):
The arguin you're you're on fire, keep going.
Speaker 2 (03:55):
I don't want to.
Speaker 1 (03:56):
Hey, listen, I'm looking at the highlights like there were
a lot of last night. I mean, they didn't help
the case of what Patrick Mahomes could have been if
those guys were catching the ball. I mean even Kelsey's
drop led to a to a turnover. Oh, it's over
for Kelsey. He'd been checked out. He just getting that
(04:18):
checking for a little bit longer. And then once he
once he says, I do the numbtuals like finally one
for the good guys.
Speaker 4 (04:26):
Top thanks man, five years in Canton.
Speaker 5 (04:30):
Guys can go dig too, you know what I mean?
Why not? But anyway, it's over? Why not?
Speaker 1 (04:36):
It's over for the Chiefs though, like their streak is
going to come to an end. It's ended, right, it
was effectively ended last night of them winning a conference title.
It's it's going to end on them going to a playoff,
which ultimately ends what they've been able to accomplish in
the playoffs. I think now you just got to ask
(04:58):
yourself the question is this is this considered to be
a dynasty because what they what they've done, what they've
done is like, to me, it's a rap. So you
got to base it off of what they've already done,
not what they're going to do.
Speaker 4 (05:15):
Yeah, it's a pretty decent run.
Speaker 5 (05:17):
I mean there's always the chance.
Speaker 1 (05:18):
I mean, look, Brady resurfaced and became a winner after
what was it like seven eight.
Speaker 4 (05:24):
Years You like think about this, Patrick Mahomes, since he.
Speaker 2 (05:26):
Took gone to Super Bowls and lost, Like that's the difference.
Speaker 4 (05:30):
Patrick Mahomes, since he's taken over as the starter when
he took over for Alex.
Speaker 5 (05:34):
Smith as always.
Speaker 4 (05:36):
At worse, they're in the AFC title game and they
lose it over time at worse, that's all so like
this now.
Speaker 2 (05:44):
That at worst has gone really really really like like
far away from their at worst.
Speaker 4 (05:51):
Yeah, now at worst is we're not making the playoffs
this shriff.
Speaker 2 (05:54):
Yeah, and we're actually considered to not be a good
team at worse.
Speaker 4 (05:59):
It's just been a while since offensively they've looked decent consistently,
Like there's been a couple of games, but it's been
a while since they've looked okay and a consistently good offense.
It feels like the defense has been carrying.
Speaker 5 (06:18):
That it's caused Enemy man up top.
Speaker 1 (06:21):
Yeah, damn, they had not been the same since Ericbenemy.
Speaker 5 (06:27):
It's time to say it.
Speaker 4 (06:28):
And by the way, Eric b Enemy running backs coach
in Chicago for the Bears.
Speaker 5 (06:32):
They run the ball, that's right.
Speaker 1 (06:34):
I mean the Bears is on fire this year. I
mean they they let it get away yesterday. But I'll
tell you what, it was a hell of a game.
Speaker 5 (06:40):
It's fun. It was a fun game.
Speaker 2 (06:43):
It was finally a fun game to watch Green Bay
and the Beers.
Speaker 1 (06:46):
How about that? Just I was I was waiting for
Cutie jumping on it. I know he was ready to
jump on it. Are you ready to jump on.
Speaker 2 (06:55):
Think about it? They have not won a Super Bowl?
Uh and more than one year after being to me left.
Speaker 4 (07:04):
Yeah, that's a great point.
Speaker 2 (07:05):
I mean they wanted the year after he left, it
went again in twenty twenty four, So you could say, like,
was Eric Bantemy the reason for their success?
Speaker 5 (07:15):
He was part of out of doubt, he was part
of it. That's he was part of it.
Speaker 2 (07:19):
Without a doubt, he was part of it.
Speaker 1 (07:21):
Yeah, A lot of people tried to minimize him and
say and Red it was Andy Reid.
Speaker 2 (07:26):
It's Andy Reid, It's Patrick Mahomes.
Speaker 5 (07:28):
Top, Yeah, up top.
Speaker 2 (07:31):
But meanwhile, all they've done since he's left is go
to the Super Bowls.
Speaker 4 (07:34):
So yeah, Alfa Brady and I would like to revisit
the Babe Ruth for Patrick Mahomes trade.
Speaker 5 (07:42):
Mm, we'd like to revisit that. Please.
Speaker 1 (07:46):
No, we're going to well, we're keeping We're keeping Babe Ruth.
You guys got Patrick Mahomes. You want to revisit?
Speaker 2 (07:53):
Why is it?
Speaker 4 (07:54):
Wait?
Speaker 5 (07:54):
We got Jordan Love though, so don't worry.
Speaker 2 (07:56):
We want Patrick Mahomes. I thought we want we want
my homes.
Speaker 5 (07:58):
Yeah, yeah I did. That's why That's why we trade it.
Speaker 4 (08:01):
Not after last night.
Speaker 2 (08:02):
See, Jonas is trying to treat all like Notre Dame.
You know what I mean, trying to treat I like
your alma mater.
Speaker 5 (08:08):
Today.
Speaker 1 (08:08):
I wanted you to y'all, Oh yeah, it is the
Notre Damers. Yeah, you know, Jonas was all to get it.
Speaker 2 (08:19):
You're trying to pivot off talking about anything past when
I get to I get to Indianapolis and all people
are like, man, you guys had an interesting discussion this morning,
and it's like that's all people were asking me about.
Like hold on, man, They're like that, I didn't know
that or I didn't know what you know, how do
you think Matt Campbell's going to do there? Like that
was such a long, you know, weekend of conversation.
Speaker 1 (08:41):
About that that you just want to gloss over, like
if I'm not glossing over anything.
Speaker 5 (08:45):
I interviewed it.
Speaker 2 (08:46):
Usually you stand on it, Usually stand on it.
Speaker 1 (08:49):
I doubled in and all what I said, I went
into it a little bit more, said I did I
do I stand on it?
Speaker 6 (08:57):
You know?
Speaker 1 (08:58):
I had a family member from the paternal family hit
me up and everything show the.
Speaker 5 (09:02):
Message to Joe. Yeah, I mean it was interesting.
Speaker 1 (09:05):
It was an interesting couple of days after after I
made my care Yeah, dude, I.
Speaker 2 (09:09):
Had Penn State athletes reaching out liking the conversation. Absolutely.
I feel like there's current athletes who see.
Speaker 1 (09:16):
What you what people know is what they know is
just that in a way, we're kind of like we
have felt like we are held hostage to the idea
of if you don't say, Joe Paterno with your love
and admiration for the school, somehow, some way like you're
this villain and and all I'm trying to say is
(09:38):
it's okay to to be the son of the most
legendary coach of the school. And what happened happened, and
you're trying to use your your way of you know,
correcting things for your family or preserving your family name.
I don't have a problem with any of that, And
I think that that's what got confused and what I
(09:59):
had to say. I do not have a problem with
with Jay Paterno trying to fix the reputation of his father.
I have a problem with our school being held hostage,
and it's being at the expense of our school.
Speaker 5 (10:17):
That's that's it. Like, that's it.
Speaker 1 (10:19):
Don't do things that that create these issues unnecessarily. And
then people are like, Joe is innocent, Joe was innocent. Like,
now now you're having the conversation about something that doesn't
even have The only reason why that has anything to
do with the conversation is because a lot of the
(10:40):
energy that undercurrent of why things are being leaked or
things are being you know, sabotaged, and and and you
know all of these things that have been talked about
that I talked about on Friday, was that Friday.
Speaker 5 (10:54):
Yeah, that's Friday. Listen.
Speaker 1 (10:57):
I just stop making us the platform, us the name
you're leveraging to get to where you're trying to go.
You can still fight that battle of restoring your father's
name and your family name, and it doesn't have to
be at the expense or leveraging the players, or leveraging
(11:18):
who you want to be the coach, or leveraging the
school board, or leveraging our education system. Like you don't
have to do all of that to get to where
you're trying to go. And that's my point is, stop
sabotaging the decision makers. Let Penn State move on, Like
we can honor Joe. I'm a Joe descendant right, Like
(11:42):
I don't have any problem with you trying to honor Joe.
But it's now gotten to the point now where it's
been holding us back. It's like needs to be a
cleansing of it. Like guys are nervous to do their jobs.
You're you're constantly being compared and you know, and it's
being compared in a way where it's a non you
(12:03):
can't win. You can't win, like like Joe, Guys like
Jay Paternal create this narrative and you get enough people
going along with it, and then you get our letterman
going along with it, and.
Speaker 5 (12:18):
James James Franklin can't win.
Speaker 1 (12:21):
You can't be but so much when your support is
so much, I'm not supporting it.
Speaker 5 (12:25):
Why aren't you supporting because he's not Joe.
Speaker 1 (12:28):
You do know whether we you know, whether we liked
James Franklin or not, now he's gone, Whether you like
Matt Campbell or not, He's here, whoever the coach may
be after that. We I hope people do understand Joe's
not coming back, no matter what is done and how
(12:49):
it's handled, Joe will not come running out of the
out of the tunnel to coach a game like it's
not gonna happen.
Speaker 4 (12:56):
You ever seen an Sino man seen crazier stuff go down?
Speaker 5 (12:59):
It's happened.
Speaker 1 (13:00):
You're not You're not bringing them back. Reference to Rob
Williams Brendan Fraser.
Speaker 2 (13:08):
Yeah, yeah, that was when he was like the caveman
who was frozen the block of ice a whole.
Speaker 4 (13:14):
Rudy Sean Aston was was in that movie.
Speaker 2 (13:17):
That's right to bring a background of Notre Dame again.
Speaker 5 (13:21):
Anyway, so I didn't gloss over.
Speaker 2 (13:24):
Any hold on, have you seen that movie?
Speaker 1 (13:27):
I have seen him see No Man is Doing from
Mummy or something like that. Yeah, yeah, LeVar got the thing.
Speaker 2 (13:33):
And the other day I forget what movie we're talking about,
but he made reference to something last week and that
now I've watched movies differently the whole time. I basically
asked myself the question, has var seen this? Or would
LeVar watch this? And it's led me to like really
look at like who is actually this movie is made for?
(13:54):
You know, like like LeVar probably didn't watch this one.
Speaker 5 (13:58):
But there you go.
Speaker 2 (13:59):
You know what I'm saying. I'm looking at the cast,
looking at the characters. I'm like, yeah, probably was like nope,
I'm not gonna watch that. Watch it like I was
watching a Miracle on thirty fourth Street with my kids yesterday.
I think I think in part because you know, ESPN
hates God and hate Morings and Catholics. But side note,
(14:22):
pop shot alert? Can I get that? What's absolutely And
I'm sure I'm sure as sensitive as ESPN as someone's
gonna reach all, someone's gonna take issue with it. But
I kept thinking, I was like I was looking a cast.
It's like, oh yeah, I was like, LeVar probably has
never seen this, nor will we ever say version?
Speaker 5 (14:40):
Did you do?
Speaker 2 (14:41):
Did your newer version with the girl with the lisp?
Speaker 5 (14:44):
Never saw the newer version? Yeah? I never will.
Speaker 1 (14:47):
I did see the first one though, and that was
because that was growing up and that was you know,
cable was a was a mother, you know what I mean,
Like television was a mother growing up, Like you had
to find what what shows were on?
Speaker 5 (15:00):
That was it.
Speaker 4 (15:00):
Oh, by the way, I know, I've all the precincts
have closed, the voting is closed. I think I figured
out the best Christmas movie of all time?
Speaker 5 (15:09):
What is it?
Speaker 4 (15:10):
Christmas story just occurred to me this weekend. Why is that?
Speaker 5 (15:14):
Why is that breaking news to you? I mean.
Speaker 4 (15:19):
There's been debates about because there is a debate national lampoons.
Speaker 5 (15:23):
That's that is that's that is there.
Speaker 1 (15:24):
That's that's comedy. Yeah, best comedy. It's just it's not Christmas.
It's not even close. I met Ralphie and it was
like I was ready to like I fan boyd out
Michael Jordan, Michael he was doing comedy for a while,
Michael Jordans, Lawrence Taylor, and Ralphie. Like I was like,
I cursed, like, oh s, what about Prince. I didn't
(15:46):
meet him though. I just looked at Locked. I just
we did. He did look at me.
Speaker 5 (15:50):
Damn.
Speaker 2 (15:51):
I looked at him back. You said you felt that
in your loins.
Speaker 5 (15:54):
I didn't say my lowings, but I felt it in your pocket.
Speaker 1 (15:57):
I know, man, I was like, dang, like Prince he
looked at me and he's actually really good looking, you know,
questioning so many things.
Speaker 4 (16:06):
I work with the kid from Liar Liar that is
every day.
Speaker 2 (16:10):
I mean I think about that Coop like you could
have been every day in Christmas story Bro.
Speaker 1 (16:15):
You could have been him. You would have been a
dope Ralphie Bro.
Speaker 2 (16:21):
I mean that was like a long time ago, right,
it was before your ten, it was before your time.
Speaker 5 (16:27):
Be careful, Yeah, you could have did the.
Speaker 2 (16:32):
Remat hey cool. Not to get off on a complete tangent.
But now that we're here, how competitive it is it
for like the child acting industry, because you have to
obviously deal with the other kids, who I feel like
are super sharp at like a really young age and
and probably are like a little a holes. But then
you have to deal with the parents too, which are
just as bad and just trying to get in for
auditions and whatnot. Is it like adult show crazy competitive?
Speaker 5 (16:56):
It is very competitive.
Speaker 4 (16:57):
I'd say the parents are are worse than the kids
most of the time.
Speaker 1 (17:01):
Don't got to treat y'all like animals, though, Like Okay,
do this justin Okay, sit, okay, get up, okay, start crying, like,
don't they gotta like control y'all like animals?
Speaker 2 (17:16):
I mean to an extent, I mean this snorting pixie sticks.
I get, you know, some directors are better than others.
Speaker 4 (17:22):
That that dealing with child actors.
Speaker 5 (17:24):
But yeah, I mean.
Speaker 2 (17:27):
Tang, that was a slippery slope that he just still
goes down, went all the way down.
Speaker 5 (17:35):
All right.
Speaker 4 (17:37):
I gotta tell you something there, sorry, Coop, can I
can I tell you something that that Brady casually dropped
on me a couple of weeks ago after the show.
I'm sitting there pumping gas and Brady just like drops
on me. Oh yeah, yeah, That's how I learned to
change real quick. When I was younger, I used to
do modeling.
Speaker 7 (17:56):
Up.
Speaker 4 (17:57):
Wait what you know each other?
Speaker 3 (17:59):
Ten years?
Speaker 4 (17:59):
Just tell me you were held model for stuff.
Speaker 2 (18:03):
It wasn't like that. My mom had put me and
my sister's up for stuff. And so every once in
a while she'd be like, wait, we we we we
have to go to do something. I'm gonna pull you
out of school. And so when you're in elementary school
and you're a kid, you're like, oh, this is awesome.
And then she'd take you to like this little commercial
shoot or like a little you know, print ad shoot,
(18:25):
and she'd be like all right, change real quick and
getting there.
Speaker 7 (18:27):
Man.
Speaker 2 (18:28):
Every time we'd get done, I was like, wait, mom,
I was like, did I get paid for that? She'd
be like, yeah, you know, you get paid. I think
back then it was like fifty bucks an hour, like
one hundred bucks, and I was like, it was.
Speaker 5 (18:35):
Like a good money.
Speaker 2 (18:36):
Yeah, yeah, I mean you're talking about like back in
like the nineties, early early nineties. And I remember asking
her one time, your mom, whatever, whatever happened all that stuff,
take us to make that money. She's like, oh, yeah,
we spent that, honey, we.
Speaker 4 (18:51):
Need the money.
Speaker 2 (18:52):
I was like, all right, cool, damn. I really thought
I had something coming there. But nope, at all.
Speaker 1 (19:02):
Absolutely twenty years from now that that would have been
a nice little penny too.
Speaker 4 (19:08):
Did any of that reach any magazines, any stuff that
made that made print and got some run or is
there any of the old Quinn kids on any advertisements
like J C. Penny catalogs back in the day.
Speaker 5 (19:22):
You got real information here.
Speaker 4 (19:24):
No, I want to know.
Speaker 5 (19:27):
Never for I know you never made any catalog.
Speaker 2 (19:30):
Now I'm looking through what was just email to Jonas?
Speaker 4 (19:35):
It's every month, I told you, every month.
Speaker 2 (19:38):
What does this have to do with Like, all right,
it's just sorry. It's like I didn't mean to get
distracted from the show. Jonahs sent me an email that
he received and it appears to be a I don't know,
a push for a book. Yeah, Jos written, Is that
a new book?
Speaker 8 (19:54):
No?
Speaker 4 (19:54):
No, no, no, like that book was shooting a long time ago.
Speaker 2 (19:56):
Hello, Jonas. Every we're still we're still pushing.
Speaker 4 (20:00):
Every book single month. I can. It doesn't stop every month.
Speaker 2 (20:06):
You know what you need to do is you need
to get whoever sends you these emails their contact information
and just send it right back to them. Like here's
here's an idea for a company. If I started you
know how you like spam emails or spam phone calls?
What if I flipped it? You know, you pay like
three bucks four bucks a month, we get their contact information.
We just send them stuff all day. Boom boom boom boom,
(20:29):
Like take that take that type that AI automatic voice,
some sort of call that's frustrating. You're asking them to,
you know, sign up for this or pay for this
or whatever. But just all day, all day, we're like
firing right back at that call center or right back
of those emails. Would you sign up for that?
Speaker 4 (20:46):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (20:47):
Three bucks a month? Yeah, of course I fight back
on the spam stuff, you know.
Speaker 4 (20:53):
Yeah, it's I don't especially when it's around voting season,
like when you start getting all these Uh, I can't
tell you how many like text messages I get from,
you know, somebody claiming to be Gavin Newsome. It's like, hey,
what do you think?
Speaker 2 (21:09):
It's like, Man, isn't that because you went to a
Joe Biden rally?
Speaker 4 (21:12):
Well yeah Biden? Yeah, no, that was and that was
really uh, like I thought I was going somewhere else.
Speaker 5 (21:18):
Is Joe Benton still alive?
Speaker 4 (21:19):
Is he still dam Is he still around?
Speaker 6 (21:23):
Yes?
Speaker 4 (21:23):
Okay, yeah, he was just in a lingerie shop the
other day, was yeah, or what is.
Speaker 2 (21:32):
He shopping for the doctor? He's shopping for doctor Jill.
Speaker 4 (21:36):
He probably probably thought the grocery store.
Speaker 2 (21:39):
Maybe he's got some blue shoe at him.
Speaker 5 (21:42):
Maybe now that would explain it all.
Speaker 6 (21:46):
Uh.
Speaker 4 (21:47):
He could have been looking for an outfit, you know,
because every Olympic dream starts with the first glibe through
learn to Skate USA kids build confidence, strength and joy

Speaker 1 (22:05):

get the right one? Yeah, I got the wrong one.
I'll see that on her learned to skate It's not
so later, Yeah, just moving long, moving stuff around.
Speaker 2 (22:18):
What happened?
Speaker 4 (22:18):
Missed opportunity? Last hour, the first hour up against it? Well,
there's uh another one another one, one's another one another one.
You know, we don't read man like you know, I
know you guys don't always like our show. People like
our show. Man like to be part of all this
whole thing.
Speaker 5 (22:36):
You know.
Speaker 2 (22:36):
I don't want to opt out like Notre Damen did
the Bowl game tick their bold go home always. That's
that's one of the greatest things now is that it's like, oh,
cry babies. I'm like, oh, we're bringing this back around
on social media and the internet. Like it was one
thing when you called someone a cry baby because you
actually watched them like tear up, cry and walk away.
(23:00):
Now it's it's like it's it's interesting to hear people
on the internet call go back and forth on that, which,
by the way, since we're on the topic of college
football and Notre Dame and and Q's rant about it.
Speaker 5 (23:11):
Uh, it wasn't a rant I did. Yeah, it was
a little bit of a rant.
Speaker 1 (23:14):
But it was a good friend not emotional, so it
was it wasn't emotional. But maybe I had a little
bit in there. It doesn't matter, like it was very
well found.
Speaker 2 (23:22):
You just would admit. I'll admit that when things don't
make logical or they're like nonsensical, you know, when things
aren't logical, it bothers me because well, because we have
a we have a better way of doing things, and
you never really want to actually get there. You know,
it's a little bit.
Speaker 1 (23:41):
It's a little bit more amplified when it has to
do with something personal to you.
Speaker 2 (23:45):
I mean, that's just Oh, I could take a strong
stake for b Yu, I could take a strong I
could take I would say this much. I actually think Miami,
even though they got in, like if you really look
at the seating and what they have to play, which
the irony to that matchup too is not only the
Notre Dame not get in and you put the two
teams they lost to both playing each other, and it's like,
(24:07):
a m is a better team than the seventh seed
if we're being real, I think they're better than Old Miss.
I think they're better. I think they definitely compete with Georgia.
Like I just that whole, the whole seating of all
of it. It's just it's so stacked to protect certain
things and the ESPN and can they they want to
act like they're not all a part of it. They're
(24:27):
the ones that are included as much as anyone.
Speaker 5 (24:31):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (24:31):
Well, what I was getting at was now it's turned
into a clout chasing thing. With my wife and my kid.
With Penn, we were out and we were the televisions.
Where we were at there was a whole lot of
big televisions and stuff like that, and Penn was like
tapping Trish like hey, look look, and then we're in
(24:53):
front of all these people, data whatever, and then Trish goes, yeah,
there's Brady, my husband does the show with him. I
was like, oh, God, like, we're out of here. After
I looked at I looked that Pin, We're out of here.
Let's go there. Cloud chasing. Unbelievable man, that happened. But
(25:14):
but you know what was crazy though after I was like,
we're glad. I was like, yeah, I do the show
with Brady Quinn.
Speaker 5 (25:20):
They're like, oh, yeah, you do it. I was like, yeah,
I do. I do two Pros and a Cup of
Joe with Brady Quinn.
Speaker 2 (25:25):
You're in it.
Speaker 5 (25:25):
It's true. By the way, I didn't say Jonas knocked.
By the way, I was making him a point to say.
I didn't say Jonas.
Speaker 2 (25:34):
I had a uh. I had a multiple people come up,
by the way and told me like, hey, listen to
the show. Love the show and a stuff. Love you guys,
So you guys should know that I did have a
guy I know who was still very heavily invested in
whatever got stolen out of Lee's car. And I was like, dude,
that was like six months ago. I said, I have
(25:54):
no idea if he ever got back what was stolen.
But I'm pretty sure he didn't know, but he did.
He did want to bring that up like that is
something that he's been with his entire life about.
Speaker 5 (26:06):
Hey.
Speaker 4 (26:07):
By the way, speaking of the show, levard As a
watch last night the challenge I did, I did watch,
so Adam.
Speaker 5 (26:16):
Hold on. But this is all right, you made it
about you.
Speaker 4 (26:19):
And about us, because I did. I want to remember
Adam Lennon, who's a trick shot kicker. He's on social media,
he does trick shots. We interviewed him for for a
couple of minutes last night on the show. He said
he lives in Las Vegas. He said he listens to
our show every single morning.
Speaker 7 (26:38):
What.
Speaker 4 (26:38):
Yeah, so he's he's a good dude.
Speaker 2 (26:42):
Did you guys get him off if he lives in
Las Vegas.
Speaker 4 (26:45):
I mean, you know, there's there a lot of a
lot of questions you need to be asked about your show.
Speaker 2 (26:52):
I meant, I'm looking at one of his trick shots.
I swear to god, your trucks in there? Did you
do it? Did you do a video with him and
you put your truck in there?
Speaker 5 (26:59):
No?
Speaker 2 (26:59):
I mean this thing looks like it's about ready.
Speaker 4 (27:03):
So you should see some of these, some of these
shots he makes I getting poor to potties.
Speaker 2 (27:08):
Oh no, I'm watching it. Yeah, yeah, I'm watching. That's
why I was like, man, it looks like your truck.
Speaker 4 (27:13):
No, No, I charged I charge way too much for
uh for that. By the way, every goal starts with
an assist on and off the field. That's why Haley

Speaker 5 (27:41):
And I'm mad with you. I don't know where the
hell we at?
Speaker 4 (27:43):
Brou next we are?
Speaker 5 (27:45):
Do I have a read? After this? Am? I am?
I in the right place? Okay? All right? Oh, Joan
is just you know, on his own thing.
Speaker 4 (27:53):
Well listen, it's uh, you know, there's a lot of
a lot of stuff going on.
Speaker 5 (27:56):
Well, you got to drive the show, so you know
more than us. I.
Speaker 4 (28:00):
So up next, we are going to tell you about
a tale of two halves in the NFL. That's yours
right here on FSR.
Speaker 7 (28:06):

Oh really, thank you for the inspiration.
Speaker 2 (29:06):
Brady uh Lorena. Who was the guy who would be
considered a hashtag heart throb in that movie?
Speaker 6 (29:12):
I figured you'd be, oh, whoa, Oh, it's a guy
who plays double O seven.
Speaker 4 (29:16):
Oh, oh my gosh, Pierce Brosman.
Speaker 2 (29:19):
It's not him?
Speaker 5 (29:20):
Oh okay, I thought you were going to say Jesus
was there? Roger Moore?
Speaker 2 (29:26):
I think his name is Dylan McDermott.
Speaker 3 (29:29):
Is that who he is?
Speaker 8 (29:30):
Oh?
Speaker 4 (29:31):
Yeah, close?
Speaker 5 (29:32):
So I was close. Yeah, I don't know.
Speaker 1 (29:35):
I don't even remember the last time i' you're talking
about the new One though, huh.
Speaker 2 (29:40):
Yeah, nineteen nine, over thirty years old.
Speaker 1 (29:44):
Yeah, the new one, there's not I thought there was
a new one that was made. Oh that was m
Story Christmas Store. Now there was a new one made.
I thought, oh not for miracle. Who cares? I ain't
watching the old one. I ain't watching the new one.
All those people watch none of that show. That ain't
my miracle.

Speaker 2 (30:23):
It's exactly what I was thinking though far. It would
be like watching this proof my Miracle.
Speaker 4 (30:31):
What I care Tanta gets arrested.
Speaker 2 (30:33):
Well, the best was I I believe her name is
Mary Wilson, but Susan Walker is her name in the show.
When she takes the card up to the judge in
the court room, I'm like, yeah, because that would like
Getty Kick could just walk up during the middle of
a court session and just take it up to the judge. Yeah,
that'll happen.
Speaker 4 (30:52):
Realistic.
Speaker 5 (30:53):
Yeah yeah, I don't even remember it.
Speaker 4 (30:56):
Speaking of miracles, Uh, the cults are gonna need one.
Daniel Jones, that's a wrap. Achilles done for the year.
Riley Leonard, who, by the way, in a tough spot,
wasn't that bad yesterday? All right, there was.
Speaker 2 (31:13):
The bright spot for the Irish, although I mean it
was a dude quarterback too, So it's.
Speaker 4 (31:18):
Just you talk about a tale of two first first
half of the season. Indianapolis was the best team in
the league and it has been sputtering ever since. And
I don't know if this had anything to do because
it was on the opposite I don't know if it
had anything to do with it was on the opposite leg.
But he was dealing with the broken fibula he's been
(31:38):
playing with the past weeks. Yeah, so so because I
thought that when he went down and he knew right away,
he knew, yeah, And it's just surprised he was able
to walk.
Speaker 1 (31:51):
Like I'm curious as to how severe it is. I couldn't.
I fully ruptured mine and I couldn't put any pressure
on my foot none and I mean.
Speaker 4 (32:04):
It sounded like top Brady.
Speaker 1 (32:07):
So you're saying like you're celebrating guys getting one could
walk in walking. It's messed up, Jonas. Really, that's like
trying to find a win that should be a ten
dollars fine. That was very passive aggressive, like you were
very happy that not only was I injured and couldn't walk,
but Daniel Jones was injured.
Speaker 5 (32:27):
And could walk like and he came back out on
the field too.
Speaker 1 (32:31):
That's why I was curious as to how getting back
to my point, mister uptop, I'm curious to how was
it a full rupture or is it? Is it like
partially ruptured? Like what what is the degree of it?
Because when you fully pop that thing, it sounds. Have
you ever heard a tire pop like hit a curb
(32:54):
or hit something and do.
Speaker 5 (32:57):
You hear go po?
Speaker 1 (32:59):
Do you hear That's how your achilles tendon sounds when
it pops and still rove?
Speaker 2 (33:07):
No, no, no, all right. That was different. That was
a it was a slow leak.
Speaker 1 (33:13):
They have you said they have run flats right, Yeah,
so you got you.
Speaker 6 (33:17):
Got bitch flat right, you got all the way to
the airport, left it there the.
Speaker 2 (33:24):
Word yeah seven miles, I call it Jonas on the way.
The worst part was they have like certified technicians who
come out and replace the tire. The dude who came
out put the tyron backwards. He didn't put it on properly.
So the next time I was like, man, this this
doesn't seem right. And then I was like the guy
kind of did it quick at the airport wasn't really
(33:46):
doing it right. He was like, man, you almost shredded
through this whole thing. Again, I'm like, well, I didn't
put the tire on, so I don't have to tell you.
By the way, do we want to update of our
picks for this week? Because let me tell you something.
LeVar Hots was I hot, Red Hots.
Speaker 1 (34:03):
I know I got the Steelers game. I know I
got that one.
Speaker 2 (34:06):
So you got the Jaguars. You took them on the
money line. That was a couple of points there. Nice,
you took those Steelers and the money line boom, two
more points there? Now you did? We all lost, by
the way on the Packers Bears so on the spread.
That was the spread and the spread. But then you
also lost on Kansas City.
Speaker 1 (34:26):
I did because there's their season sticks. Yeah, their season
was on the line. I was, how does Patrick Mahomes
and this team Andy Reid lose an Arrowhead on a
must win game.
Speaker 5 (34:40):
It's over and they still lost.
Speaker 1 (34:42):
They knew what they were playing for last night and
we're at home.
Speaker 6 (34:47):
You got the y'all can't win. Y'all got the whole
the whole stadium is doing.
Speaker 5 (34:59):
It's be careful. That's okay, that's that's that's Chief's Kingdom.
Speaker 2 (35:03):
Jonas relaxed. Jonahs is nipping at your heels at two
and two, okay, he yeah, didn't didn't start off hop
and started to battle back. And then I'm just I'm
sitting at four and one.
Speaker 1 (35:14):
So you did four and one this week. That's so,
that's why you be waiting. That's you should get ten
dollars fines too, though. You know what, that was very passive.
That was passively.
Speaker 2 (35:25):
That's Lorena. What's up right?
Speaker 5 (35:27):
Right?
Speaker 4 (35:27):
That was?
Speaker 2 (35:28):
That was that was a very we told you.
Speaker 4 (35:31):
We talked over that, Lorenda.
Speaker 2 (35:32):
Get that again.
Speaker 4 (35:33):
We talked over that. What you know, I got you.
Speaker 3 (35:37):
Whens Whens.
Speaker 2 (35:39):
Yeah, I'll take that fine, Yeah, thank you?
Speaker 1 (35:43):
So he gets fine for winning and orgies huh like
that sounds a whole lot of shorties right there. I'm
a bang bang bang all.
Speaker 2 (35:52):
I'm gonna write myself up for peacocking reverse reverse Q
reverse Q man whatever Q pre some bitch that's a head.
Speaker 5 (36:14):
Oh god, oh god?
Speaker 8 (36:17):
Oh uh well already then, uh so I'm sure, uh
you know, I'm sure Pete Prisco is gonna uh gonna
take a couple of victory laps as well too with
his jack.
Speaker 2 (36:31):
What was my record this week? What was it?
Speaker 5 (36:33):
Who cares? What was it you I got? I did
get to money lines. That's that's four points right there, right.
Speaker 2 (36:39):
Yeah, you didn't get any of the rest of the
time though, nothing else, nothing else, not what we saw
tonight's game?
Speaker 5 (36:45):
Oh what is it? Who is it playing?
Speaker 4 (36:47):
Eagles Chargers? Oh?
Speaker 5 (36:49):
Yeah? Who did I take Philly?
Speaker 2 (36:51):
I think we all took Philly if I'm not mistaken.
Speaker 1 (36:53):
Because it has to be Philly. It's like this Chiefs game,
like it has to be Philly. I mean, not for
any other reason.
Speaker 2 (36:58):
Then turn out.
Speaker 4 (37:00):
Then, by the way, the line dip down to one
and a half and that it's back up to Philly
minus two and a half as.
Speaker 1 (37:07):
Of and we said they're going to cover they're going
to cover. Yeah, Yeah, they're going to cover two. They're
going to cover I feel good about that. Yeah, me too.
All right, it's gonna be spicy though. Oh it's like
some Louisiana hot sauce. Spicy if that's what you're talking about,
And you know what, you're right. Cashing that original Louisiana
(37:27):
hot sauce, three simple ingredients onto your plate turns any
day into a tailgate. So no matter what day it is,
grab the original Louisiana hot sauce and add a little
game day to every day. That's Louisiana hot value.

Speaker 1 (38:50):
I got up at three am to pack to go
to Pennsylvania on short notice trip to State College.
Speaker 2 (38:58):
What day was this today? Yesterday? Yesterday?
Speaker 1 (39:01):
And my flights were delayed so badly that I wouldn't
have got in at five pm to go do the
interviews with the new coach. I would have got in
at eleven fifty, which I had to jump back on
a flight at one thirty today to get to Vegas
for the event in Vegas. Yeah, so see you man, Yeah,
(39:23):
I'll see you. Yeah, I'll check you out with it.
So that's uh, that is my ir.
Speaker 2 (39:29):
So where are you right now?
Speaker 7 (39:30):
La?
Speaker 5 (39:30):
I'm I'm in studio right now.
Speaker 2 (39:32):
Oh gosh, you got you got me, sir?
Speaker 1 (39:33):
Yeah, thank you you said, I shaved my my my
neck and I lined my beard. I thought about shaving
it off, but I didn't. But anyway, that was my
eye or I was driving around the terminal trying to
decide do I still go in and try to get
the interview done today?
Speaker 2 (39:51):
Can I get out my wife for a second?
Speaker 5 (39:53):
Yes? Please?
Speaker 2 (39:54):
So the Big Ten Championship game ends, and honestly, I
was shocked, like, congrats Indiana. What a game.
Speaker 5 (40:01):
What a game?
Speaker 2 (40:03):
I mean that team, the coach, everyone, just the players,
so awesome.
Speaker 5 (40:06):
To see interview.
Speaker 2 (40:08):
And I'm like, it's a three hour drive back home.
It's like twelve thirty A. I'm like, I'm just gonna
do this. I'm just gonna head back. So I get
back and the door's locked, like I can't get in.
I don't have a key, and so I call her
to come open the door. I thought she'd be happy.
I was. I was coming back in even though it
was the middle of the night, and she was so disappointed,
(40:29):
like upset that I woke her up. I was like,
not the not the appreciation I was hoping for after
driving three hours of getting in a three thirty.
Speaker 1 (40:37):
AM, I bet you that's it? Good though, Yeah, y'all
made up bluetoo
