still paying him thirty five mil, so I mean he's
doing okay. So Cardinals on the hook for all the money,
gets the starting job in Minnesota. JJ McCarthy, you know,
two years removed now from being the number ten overall
pick in the NFL draft, you know I'm going to

of a failed experiment that you know has talent. So

I don't see myself as that give him any knowledge

We said it on our show back when the Vikings
first got him rich. I remember us saying that it
was almost like a one year tryout, and you know what.

He could do, what he will, what you can do
with it, what he wants, and well, apparently the best
sizeable gap if we want to go over the full story,
they say that McCarthy showed incremental progress this summer, but
couldn't close the sizeable gap that already existed with Murray.

Like, Murray's more of a talent, there's no question there
at all.

And remember, speaking of injuries, JJ missed a lot of
time due to his own injury.

like if yeah, shoot your shot, roll the dice. I
think Kyler Murray is a good opportunity, especially when you're
competing against Jordan Love and Lafleur, who's gonna be coaching
for his job. Let's be honest, he's one of those

guys that if they don't turn a corner this year,
there might be people in Green Bay saying it might
be time to move on from Lafleur if if they
just can't get to that next level. Chicago with Kayleb
Williams and Ben Johnson last year they looked as like, yo,
big step.

Could make an argument for eighty I would say eighty
five percent of the teams, like, you know, they can
make a run, make the playoffs because you know the

winning a Super Bowl with the Seahawks last season. Los
Angeles Rams held pass rusher Miles Garrett out of today's
joint practice with the Cowboys because of a knee issue.
Receiver Puka Nakoua left practice with an undisclosed injury, and
Juleague baseball, the Los Angeles Angels fired pitching coach Mike Maddox.
The NBA announced that the defending champion New York Knicks

will host Lebron James and the Philadelphia seventy six Ers
on opening night October twentieth. James and the Sixers will
visit his former team, the Lakers on Christmas Day. Back
