Just play along, Okay, come on, jeez, it's a Friday.
We've all been here. Geez. Come on, man, seriously, Isaac's
on my case about traffic in the first hour. You're
hell bent on this name thing. Like, let's just roll
with it. Have a good time, man, seriously, let's just
have fun.

Speaker 2 (01:23):
You know, right, all the men call you that.

Speaker 4 (01:26):
The dads were fighting, Yes.

Speaker 2 (01:28):
Because the men call him that, and he's like you.

Speaker 4 (01:32):
How about the Eagles on Black Friday losing in their
black uniforms? Fitting Those things are ugly. They should throw
them out.

Speaker 2 (01:39):
They look ugly.

Speaker 4 (01:41):
Really actually like them?

Speaker 2 (01:42):
No, no, just play along, just agree with you.

Speaker 1 (01:46):
I'm sorry, I can't stand them.

Speaker 2 (01:50):
I actually was saying that their play is ugly. I
wasn't talking about the uniforms. But Ilah, Isaac lowercron is
on the updates and he'll tell us more about these
ugly uniforms and just their ugly play. The Eagles have
looked rough today.

Speaker 4 (02:03):
Yeah, and it's over. It is done.

Speaker 2 (02:05):
It's over.

Speaker 4 (02:06):
And the Bears their first winning season since twenty eighteen.

Speaker 2 (02:09):
Damn, damn, they're not who gayzy Maybe mos are not crazy.

Speaker 4 (02:16):
I've approven like there have only been four NFL games
this weekend. I feel like my takes I've been proven
wrong like eight times on different things, including I didn't
believe in the Bears. It's not that I believed in
the Eagles. I just didn't believe in the Bears. And
maybe today's win doesn't say a lot considering what the
Eagles have gone through as of light. However, this Eagles

(02:36):
team went to Green Bay just a couple of weeks ago,
won an ugly game on Monday night football, which is
not easy to do. And I actually believe in the Packers. Yeah,
So like there's that's It's the world of the NFL.

Speaker 2 (02:48):
It is the world of the NFL this season. Maybe
the Bears are not who gayzy. Maybe they are better
than people anticipated. Because I agree with you, Dan, I
didn't think they were going to be this good, but
they they look good. But there is that's another team
that maybe has surprised even more NFL fans. And you
said this in our pre show email. Is it time

(03:11):
that we apologize to Jerry Jones? Are the Cowboys back?

Speaker 4 (03:16):
I'll tell you what for. As many people that didn't
like the Micah Parsons deal when it happened, and didn't
like how the Cowboys season started out. I can't think
of a better three game stretch that hap has happened
in like eleven days or something like that. They beat
the Raiders on Monday night football. Now the Raiders are whatever.

Speaker 2 (03:38):
Yeah, right, but they did beat the Patriots.

Speaker 4 (03:40):
It's it's the week one, Week one, it's a Monday
night whin. Now you're like, short week, you gotta go home.
You're playing Philadelphia. Philadelphia goes up twenty one nothing. The Cowboys,
in front of most of us, come back from that
twenty one nothing deficit, when twenty four to wow, what

(04:01):
a run. And then with the Chiefs, who, by the way,
we're gonna turn it around now because they were able
to beat the Colts in overtime, and now this was
the turn of nobody wants to face Kansas City. The
Cowboys go out and get a win over the Chiefs
in a Cowboys style football game, and now Dallas is

(04:23):
they're not in the thick of it of being in
the playoff right now, but they are surely a part
of the conversation with a huge game against the Lions
coming up in Week fourteen. All of this after the
trade deadline deals that they made, and Jerry Jones, yes,
maybe just maybe knows what he's doing.

Speaker 2 (04:43):
Poor Lions after their defeat, having to face the Cowboys next,
who are definitely on a high from what they just
did these last three weeks or whatever eleven days that
it was for the three games that happened. Also last
year and the years before, the Cowboys weren't that good
at home. This year, they've only lost one game at home.

(05:04):
They're really like turning it around.

Speaker 4 (05:07):
And they had the tie, and they had the tie
and the tie against Green Bay.

Speaker 2 (05:12):
Right exactly exactly. I don't know, man, I think the
Cowboys are back. And here's what's crazy, Dan, I am
not mad about it.

Speaker 4 (05:20):
That is that is what's really like this happened with
the Yankees. Once. Everybody hates the Yankees, right, Sorry, Cavino,
I know I'm sitting in your chair, but I think
Rich would say the same thing, like everybody hates the
Yankees except the one season when Aaron Judge was a
rookie and all of a sudden, guess what, hey, here

(05:41):
come the Yankees. That one in a while, there was
like one season and then we got back to hating
the Yankees. Now they still haven't won, but there was
like one season and I think that's the case with
the Cowboys, who really they are America's team branding wise,
But if you're looking at America's team or the team
that America loves, I actually think America's team right now

(06:03):
are the Bills. Okay, so I think that that America
is truly behind the Bills. I think there was a
while that it was the Chiefs, but we got Chiefs overload.
We just wanted the Chiefs to get rid of the
Patriots because we were so sick of them. But the Cowboys,
I actually think, to your point, are a team that
we are rallying around. And I think it's because of
how we treated the Cowboys previously.

Speaker 2 (06:24):
Yeah and in recent years and yes, yes.

Speaker 4 (06:27):
And it's not like they went out and bought all
these free agents, signed all these quarterbacks. Jerry Jones did
want to keep Michah Parsons. It's actually the reason why
he traded him. And the point is is with this,
Jerry Jones thought he had to deal with Michaeh Parsons
in the spring. He didn't like how things went down.

(06:48):
So ultimately, if he feels scorn, if he's doing it
because he's he's mad at how things went in the
spring whatever. To trade a potential future Hall of Fame
edge Rusher takes guts and he made them the move,
and some may thought it was selfish that that was
the only reason. I actually thought that the assets that

(07:08):
they got for him and Jerry Jones' reasoning was somewhat sound.
And I love the acquisition of Quinnon Williams. And what
we now have to look at, Manzi is it's the
hiring of Brian Schottenheimer, and it's the acquisition of Quinn
Williams and George Pickens from the Pittsburgh Steelers. Now Dak Prescott,
who has been, let's be real, dragged through the mud

(07:31):
when we're talking about quarterbacks, is very few quarterbacks who
have been analyzed more than Dak Prescott. He's having a
tremendous season. All of these pieces that were looked like
they were dead flowers now are blooming. And I actually
think it's pretty neat with the Cowboy Well.

Speaker 2 (07:44):
I like that analogy. All these dead flowers are suddenly blooming.

Speaker 4 (07:48):
You're right, why do you like him? Why do you
find the Cowboys refreshing?

Speaker 2 (07:53):
Because I think it's a bit of what you said.
For so long the Cowboys have only been criticized that
it's like you are not delivering, you are not living
up to the expectation because you're quote America's team quote.
In reality, they haven't been America's team since a long
time ago. But eighty nine and eighty eight, ninety nine

(08:14):
one right now, that was like the beginning, right, like
the beginning of it.

Speaker 4 (08:17):
And today, well, they were an America's team in the seventies,
so like, yeah, in the in the nineteen seventies is
really kind of when it took over. Then it re
emerges with the Jimmy Johnson Super Bowls, the three in
the four years. But it was kind of their branding
in a way of of you know, just like we
call Kleenex. It was just you called America's team and
the Cowboys were always synonymous with each other.

Speaker 2 (08:38):
And I always felt like you and I have been
working together for a few years now that there have
been times where it's like, do we talk about the Cowboys.
It's like they're not good and it's low hanging fruit.
It was always easy to take a punch at the
Cowboys and to take a punch at Jerry Jones. But
this year after the Michael Parsons trade, you were from
the beginning, you were like, I don't I don't hate it,
like you know, it's he's not going to be the

(09:00):
difference maker of them winning a Super Bowl. And then
you like the trade with the Jets, and you thought
they were preparing for the future. You have been giving
credit to Jerry Jones throughout the whole season when many
people have not. But I because maybe I just see
how critical we have been of the Cowboys for really
no reason, only because you expect them to be good,

(09:24):
but they haven't. They You just want Dak Dak Prescott
to be good. But I hear all these Cowboy fans,
like our coworker Ricky, who's like, I'm done with the Cowboys.
He came up to me like three weeks ago. I'm done.
I'm not I'm never wearing their stuff again. I'm never
gonna be a fan. I've been doing this for so
long I can't do it anymore. And then yesterday I

(09:45):
saw him and I was like, Ricky, what are you
gonna do when the Cowboys go to the Super Bowl?
They're not gonna go And I was like, I think
they might, And that is hilarious to me because I
feel like Ricky represents a lot of Cowboys fans, yes,
and here they are winning.

Speaker 4 (10:02):
I think people hate the Cowboys for history, their fan
base in Jerry.

Speaker 2 (10:07):
Jones, yes, yes, all the things.

Speaker 4 (10:09):
And so their fan base is bailing on them. Maybe
it's time to give them a little bit of a breather.
The history I find remarkable because with the what was
it a thirty six part docu series that they did
on the Cowboys. I think I'm on episode twenty nine
right now. I'm being facetious, but it was, it was long.
There was a lot. Jerry was behind it, so you

(10:30):
know it was going to be longer. They were going
to get the whole story from his side of things.
That success of the Cowboys truly was a four or
five year window, and we look back on it like
it was two decades of the Patriots success, right, or.

Speaker 2 (10:48):
Like it was just five years ago.

Speaker 4 (10:49):
Yes, like it was in this it was thirty years ago,
and it was four or five years That's that's what
it was. It was basically the first term of Bill
Clinton's presidency. That's when the Cowboys were succeed. Now, they
were a story building up to it because of how
bad they were and how they Jerry Jones took over
the Cowboys, which I found interesting and knew the story,

(11:13):
and the documentary shed light on it. But it's been
a distant, distant memory, and Jerry Jones is one of
the reasons why the Cowboys have still been relevant. Think
about the great players that they have had since Troy Aikman,
Michael Irvin, and Emmett Smith left. Okay, let's go around
the room. Let's think of the name a great Cowboy

(11:35):
since the Great Cowboy days. Ryan Pershinger, Terrell Owens. Okay,
he was there for a little bit, all right, Isaac Lohencron,
Tony Romo Okay, Tony Romo, fittingly Papa Bear, Jason Witton, Okay,

(11:55):
Jason Witton, Monci, Yeah, exactly. This is my point. This
is my point. Yes, the only reason you've hated the
Cowboys is because of Jerry Jones.

Speaker 2 (12:05):
Yes, it's true.

Speaker 4 (12:06):
It's not because they have a pretty boy quarterback like
Tom Brady that you can't stand. Or maybe you're a
Patriots fan and are sick of looking at Bayton Manning's forehead.
The whole time, Like there are reasons like why maybe
you're just sick of the forty nine ers, like the
forty nine ers for them not winning a Super Bowl
since Super Bowl twenty nine at least have been in
Super Bowls and have been competitive. The Cowboys have been

(12:27):
none of that. For four hours, yes, long in time.
They're not getting the conference championship games. Everybody in the
NFC has been to a conference championship game since the
Cowboys have been in an NFC championship game. So that's
why it's been so bad, and that's what's amazing about it.
And so now guess what, And they've had good seasons,

(12:49):
but they haven't had consistent good seasons. So now when
you want to come them out and say they're head
coach stinks and the quarterback is no good and they
don't have a running game, which I didn't think they
had to be quite honest. And now you're taking on
project like George Pickens, Well why when you already have
ceedee lamb. And then you get rid of Michael Parsons.
It looks like it's a circus. But what what about
if he actually has an idea? And and and the

(13:12):
Micah Parsons deal. To me, it's so easy to pay guys,
and that's what Jerry used to do. He would just
pay everybody. And it's been my point on along. Even
though he wanted to pay Micah Parsons. He did earlier
on in the spring, but then he ultimately had to
make the decision. No, I don't know if I would
have traded him to the Packers, but who cares. He

(13:32):
ended up making the deal that he made. And now
the Cowboys are sitting there, by the way, with the
loss today, they're not that far back of the Eagles
for the NFC East, so the division isn't even out
of the realmel possibility. You have games against the Lions
next week that looks winnable home games against the Vikings
and your Chargers, moncie, you can go one and one

(13:52):
in that one. And then he finished it with the
Commanders and Giants. Yes, yes, those are all winnable games
for the Cowboys. Absolutely, So it was still there for
them to win the NFC East if they wanted to.

Speaker 2 (14:03):
The one name that you just mentioned that I also
that's the part of the intriguing story with the Cowboys
this year is George Pickens because a lot of people
were like, this isn't gonna work. George Pickens is a diva.
How are you gonna bring him in to the Cowboys.
This isn't gonna work. I don't know, guys, it seems
to be working. He might still be a diva, but
it's working.

Speaker 4 (14:22):
I'd rather watch the Cowboys play with those two wide
receivers and Jake Ferguson like it's fun offense.

Speaker 2 (14:30):
It is a fun offense to watch. I agree. And
Brian Schottenheimer, as our buddy, Adam Kaplan calls him shoddy. Yep,
Shody Shoddy has done a really good job. He was
there with the Higher because a lot of people criticize
that Higher right when he was looking for a new coach,
criticized the Higher from within. It all seems to be

(14:50):
falling into place for the Cowboys, and I'm I'm here
for it.

Speaker 4 (14:56):
They unfortunately, because they have the season opening game, which
Down has played Philadelphia itself. They don't obviously play again
this season, but the Eagles have the Chargers on Monday
Night Football next week. I think a week from Monday,
the Raiders and Commanders should be should.

Speaker 2 (15:13):
Be should then you have the Bills Yeah.

Speaker 4 (15:15):
If the Cowboys went out and the Eagles lose to
the Chargers and the Bills, both road games, then the
Cowboys could win the NFC East. That's what's at stake,
and winning out right now would be to contend their
win streak. But the way that Dallas is playing, I
don't know about you, guys, but I like them against
Detroit right right now.

Speaker 2 (15:37):
Yes, Detroit seems to be kind of spiraling out a
little bit. We talked about it earlier on the Doug
Gottlieb Show that the Lions are definitely not the team
that we had seen the last two years. They are
not the offensive powerhouse we've seen. Maybe you mentioned is
the window closing in on them right before our eyes.
I absolutely like the Cowboys over the Lions in their

(15:59):
next gime.

Speaker 4 (15:59):
I'll give you to the reasons why I think that
we are warming to the Cowboys, and I get Giants
fans aren't Commanders fans aren't. Eagles fans aren't maybe forty
nine ers and Packers fans aren't either. But I think
because the Eagles are so darn unlikable, like they just
truly are. I think Jalen Hurts and sakwon Barkley are
awesome people, yes, but the team of everything about them,

(16:21):
the arrogant, the fans awful, Yes, his name, thank you,
just awful. To deal with the other point that I
would say, when we're sitting here talking about an MVP race,
we're talking about Matthew Stafford right now, like he's your
leader in the odds race, but there isn't a young,

(16:45):
flashy name. Drake may has been part of the conversation.
He's been top three in odds, but we don't have
Drake may Mania like we had Lamar Jackson mania or
Josh Allen mania. So there's not an individual player that
we are falling in love with right now. The National
Football League point, Kayleb Williams is making strides. And it's
not to say that there aren't good players. I just
there's nobody as the single star that is maybe new

(17:08):
on the scene. And so here the Dallas Cowboys become
kind of fresh and new. And so if you're looking
to side with someone and maybe jump on a not
jump on a bandwagon, but want to enjoy football, the
Cowboys I think provide that for you.

Speaker 2 (17:23):
They have been playing enjoyable football and that's part of it.
I mean the Eagles right now, they they to me,
can lose more games here at the end, then maybe
they think they got to really put it together. They
got to get it together. They got to they gotta
get on the same page and get in the locker
room and sit down, have a player z onny meeting
or what. Because you did lose already this year to

(17:45):
the giants like you are, you may slip up. And
you cannot slip up right now because you got the
cowboys on your heels.

Speaker 4 (17:51):
They were dominated today for Bears fourteen for the Eagles.
A majority of those came in the fourth quarters that
were playing from behind. Bears dominated time of possession. DeAndre
Swift and kalmanong Guy each ran for over one hundred
yards today.

Speaker 2 (18:04):
They just did whatever they want him, Yes they did.
They did whatever they wanted. They said, Black Friday, here
we come.

Speaker 4 (18:12):
Gosh, there was yards to be bought by the Bears
at the chunkloads. The Eagles were just giving it to
him today. What a great win for Chicago today.

Speaker 2 (18:20):
What a great win for Chicago. And also you mentioned
that people aren't just real quick before we wrap this
up here, that there is no like like Darling right
that people are jumping on to become a fan of.
And you brought up Caleb Williams in his short career,
he's already a polarizing to some people don't like him.
They just don't like his personality, you know, off the
field than what he does. But he is like a

(18:40):
player that you should be in joint at his second
year and how good he's playing.

Speaker 4 (18:45):
Sure, but I think more people jumped on Jayden Daniels
last year. I felt like that there was more of
a hype about that. I'll also say I think that
there's a little bit of a regression from the Lions
stopped playing as well, and from the team that I
thought as America's team, the Bills. Like there's now with
the Bills not being as dominant as the fan base

(19:06):
and the Bills Mafia would have hoped, and them having
some glaring needs and they're gonna likely I think Isaac
said they're without both tackles coming up on Sunday, Dean
Dawkins isn't gonna play against the Steelers. Like that's you
don't know if that's a winnable game or not, but
it's starting to creep in where the Bills of like, hey,
where the Bills. It's not like all right now, it's enough, now,

(19:27):
let's let's let's win. And I think that excitement is
kind of worn off. Where is the Cowboys? Thirty years?

Speaker 1 (19:34):
Right, it's been a while.

Speaker 4 (19:35):
Sure, Yeah, what teams in the nf NFC would you
not want to play right now? Right?

Speaker 6 (19:41):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (19:41):
The Cowboys definitely on the short.

Speaker 4 (19:44):
Rams, probably Bears maybe as part of this conversation, but yes,
and the Packers as well, but Buccaneers with Baker's hiulder.

Speaker 2 (19:51):
You may not believe in the Packers.

Speaker 4 (19:53):
I do, but there's it's not a long list, but
the Bears are part of that conversation.

Speaker 2 (19:58):
Yeah, boy, Cowboys and the Bears. Yes, good for them.

The line, h Dan Happy, Thanksgivin, Hope you're all done well.

Speaker 4 (21:54):
Mark, thanks so much for remembering me, because we've had
callers that only said how much they loved mons We
had somebody tweet in that they loved Monsey and Mark,
so you hadn't even appeared on the show, and I
already was left out of the compliments. Two story here
Fox Sports Radio.

Speaker 5 (22:11):
Look, look, I'm not going to take away the love
for Monty, but you deserve as much of the law
way two kinds.

Speaker 2 (22:18):
Yes, yes, we're a duo here, but Mark, you're going
to make out a tree. Over the next couple of minutes,
let's dive into the season of the NBA because the
Oklahoma City Thunder off to an eighteen and one start
where Jalen Williams wasn't even playing and they are just
killing it. It's almost like, just give them the trophy now.

Speaker 5 (22:39):
But what Yeah, it really it really feels like that.
We also have to keep in mind you mentioned Jalle
Williams not playing a game this season. Yeah, ched Holmegern
within now the lineup, they just have so much clockwork connuity.
It doesn't matter. I mean, it obviously starts to Shaw
go Tos Alexander being the MVP, but they have so
much gap at their wing position that it's fucking right.

(23:00):
When it comes to defense. You can put Alex Caruso
in there, or case and Wallace or lou Dort. It
really doesn't matter. Front court if chet Holm runs out, well,
Isaiah Hardenstein's there. So yeah, they're a very well run team.
They're very young, and they all get along well and
they all know their roles, and there's also a feeling
that they could even be better. Monte I thought it

(23:20):
was telling that earlier in the season Shay gotus Alexander
was actually saying that this year's team is actually better
than last year's team, not to say they're going to
win a championship, but he was saying from you know,
the beginning of training camp through the first two months
the season compared to where it was last year. He
thinks they're in a better position. So it does have
that feeling. But you know, maybe not in all twenty

(23:43):
nine teams, but a host of other teams will try.

Speaker 2 (23:45):
To have a rebuttal can you pinpoint? I mentioned this
to Dan and we teased it into it. Why are
the Thunder hated so much? People are acting like they've
won five championships in the last six years. They're young,
they're fun, and they're hated like they've been a dynasty
in front of our faces for a decade. You know
what I mean?

Speaker 5 (24:05):
I totally know you mean. Now, I don't think the
hatred has reached toward like anyone outside of LA how
they feel about the Lakers or what the Golden State
Warriors Scott Kevin Durant. But I think that there is
this professional jealousy around the Thunders that they want a championship,
and the feeling is this is just one of many
because Shay Gilders Alexander, he hasn't any reached his prime yet.

(24:26):
Same thing with the roster. You add in the fact
that there's only second Apron concerns and can teams have
the spending threshold to do that they don't have to
worry about that for two reasons. One, you know their
main core of guys are due up for rookie or
first year extensions yet. And two, Sam Presky has been

(24:47):
so good with hoarding all these assets that he has
all these number of options. I'm sorry to go on
your bad side, advanced ponsort, but I know that the
Clippers fan feel that way, Like, well, they made this
amazing trade with Shake gildess Aalaxander hasn't worked out with
the Clippers game, Paul George, he's leaving town, Kawhi Leonard
can't stay healthy consistently. They've been clearly on the winning

(25:11):
side of it. So I think it's all those things
combined that makes them for an enviable franchise.

Speaker 4 (25:16):
Well, the Lakers are on the heels of the thunder
of the Western Conference, but to and I think I
got to deal with the Mavericks with Anthony Davis. What
do we expect for AD's return for the five win MAVs.

Speaker 5 (25:27):
Well, I think that you're going to try to see
You're going to see Ad trying to be at his best,
and when he's at his best, he's almost unstoppable, you know,
he already played a face against the Lakers, but not
when they were in LA. So he's going to get
the video tribute. It's going to be emotional, but at
the same time, he is going to be on a
minute's restriction. The Mavericks want to be careful with him

(25:50):
because he's been dealing with calf injuries and even though
it doesn't necessarily automatically lead to Achilles injuries. I've talked
to doctors over this past season about out in the
state of all these injuries in the NBA, and they
very much caution that for player that has cap injuries,
if they come back way too soon or they're being
asked to put too much of a workload on them,

(26:11):
that could increase the odds that will leave Sanchill's injuries.
So I think aggressive this level, it'll be an all
time high, but he will be limited because of the minutes.

Speaker 2 (26:19):
We are talking to our NBA insider, our NBA guru,
and also NBA writer for essentially Sports, Mark Medina. Mark,
what I know, we're only what twenty five maybe percent
into the season, so still really early. But what is
surprising you more the Phoenix Suns because I was not
expecting them to look like this or the Toronto Raptors.

Speaker 5 (26:41):
That is a good quandary. I'm surprised with both. If
I had a guess, I would think the Toronto Raptors.
I thought that outside of Brandon Ingram's play, they would
just be down in the lottery trying to increase their
odds to get good thing Bongvolves in the spring because
they pretty much got rid of all their remaining core
players that were part of that championship run. Scottie Barnes. Yes,

(27:04):
they've invested in him. He's a great young player, but
he hasn't proven that he could stay healthy consistently as
well as producer at a consistent level. With the Suns,
I'm also surprised at them. Don't get me wrong, but
I thought because of Devin Booker, they would at least
be a competitive team that you don't necessarily want to
play in the play in tournament because all bets are off.
But if you face them the first round, they would

(27:25):
just be a competitive speed bump. But here don't look. Now,
they could actually make the playoffs without having to rely
on the play in tournament. They've been playing that well,
not just Devin Booker, but Dylan Brooks mostly the best
version of him with good defense, good scoring, not too
many texts, and Jordano first great year head coach, has

(27:45):
shown that he really has been prepared for this moment
with making the most of his rosters.

Speaker 4 (27:49):
Margie, since Bonti mentioned the Raptors, how much does it
have to do with how open this conference was at
the start of the season. Is that also a reason
we see a Detroit team sitting there at fifteen and three?
Is this the reason why we're seeing a couple of
these teams emerge now at the top of the conference.

Speaker 5 (28:09):
Well, yes and no. I mean it was going to
be a wide open field because of the Boston Celtics
not having Jason Tatum, Indiana Pacers not having Tyrish Alburn
because of their respective Achilles injuries. But those are two teams,
so really it's about, okay, what's shoo? Teams replace them.
So the Pitton's going fifteen and three and leading the

(28:29):
East right now. I think it has more to do
with Kay Cunningham being in the MVP conversation and just
them relying on their youth and continuity. Toronto, I don't
get it at all. I mean, Brandon Ingram should be
back in the All Star Game after being out for
a few years. But their run doesn't make any sense
at all. So even if you mentioned that there's two

(28:51):
teams out of the East that would be wide open, yeah,
that would give a few teams a few games. But
we really thought because of that dynamic, we Milwaukee back
in the mix. They've lost six in a row. He
thought that the Orlando Magic would take another week. They're
still there, but in seventh place, not the top of these.
And you would also have thought that Cleveland and New

(29:12):
York would be at the top and said they're fourth
and fits respectively. So it is a factor, but not
the main factor that explains the current Eastern Conference landscape.

Speaker 2 (29:23):
Mark, thank you so much for joining us on this
Black Friday. Did you make any big purchase.

Speaker 2 (31:29):
Shirt, yes, Ryan, thank you, and Isaac Lowingcron on the updates.
Thank you, I Loo. But we're gonna wrap this up.

Speaker 4 (31:35):
Before we wrap it up, yes, before we wrap it up.
Sesame Street helped raise all of us. Now it's our
turn donate this holiday season at Sesame dot org because
the world needs Sesame and Sesame needs you. You may
need Isaac Lohenkron, but he's gone, so you only have
a few lifelines left and easy as one, two, three, four.
Let's wrap up this game. Moncey last hour was able

(31:56):
to secure one of three points available.

Speaker 2 (32:00):
That's right.

Speaker 1 (32:01):
Now.

Speaker 4 (32:01):
The next question we get a little bit higher stakes
with the point value not in the difficulty of the question.

Speaker 2 (32:08):
I'll be the judge of that.

Speaker 4 (32:09):
Easy as one, two, three four is the game where
you don't have to get all the right answers, you
just have to get some of them. A perfect score
of ten is your goal. Manzi can't do that today,
but you could get eight out of ten, which is
definitely respectable. Yes, ready to go to Manzi. Yeah, name
three of the four NFL teams that have the most
appearances playing on Thanksgiving Day in the NFL. Just did

(32:30):
fewists fewest?

Speaker 2 (32:31):
Okay? So Lions, Okay, okay, just need three names? Yeah right?
Two lifeline two Lifelin Ryan Smith, Papa Bear, Papa Bear.

Speaker 4 (32:42):
Well, you know I'm always right, and I don't lie.
I want to go with the Packers.

Speaker 2 (32:45):
I actually was thinking that as well, So I'm glad
you said that. And then we need one more?

Speaker 4 (32:50):
One more?

Speaker 2 (32:53):
Am I crazy to think the Cowboys?

Speaker 1 (32:54):
I don't think that's crazy.

Speaker 2 (32:55):
You don't think that. Okay, let's put the Cowboys.

Speaker 4 (32:57):
All right. Why not show me the Lions eighty six times? Yes,
by far the most of anyone. Show me the Green
Bay Packers. Whoo yeah, thirty nine. By the way, she
knows the clue, so she's celebrating before the belly thing
goes off. I may have to change it up at
some point. Show me the Dallas Cowboys. Show me the

(33:21):
Dallas Cowboys. I had to do that.

Speaker 1 (33:25):
I had to do it one.

Speaker 4 (33:26):
Time, fifty seven times with the Cowboys. Packers had the
thirty ninth appearance. The Bears would have also been an
acceptable answer. Okay, all right, all right, we did that
one team, right, three, so you're up to four. Now
you can double that if you get four of the
five answers in this question. Okay, name four of the
five NBA teams with four or fewer wins this season.

Speaker 2 (33:50):
Okay, okay, okay, hold on aw.

Speaker 4 (33:52):
Man, four of the five teams with four or fewer
wins this season.

Speaker 2 (33:58):
Okay, I'm like blanking out on teams.

Speaker 4 (34:02):
That's what's gonna change the names of the Pelicans.

Speaker 2 (34:07):
I want to say, even the MAVs. Oh my goodness.

Speaker 4 (34:12):
Well, if you were listening to the show, you'd know
if that answer was correct or not.

Speaker 2 (34:16):
I'm just when I looked at the last standings, it's
like I know that the Clippers and the MAVs are
all the way at the bottom over there. But let
me go to the east. Ryan Mersinger help me out here.
I'm just blanking out on names. Who are teams on
the East Coast?

Speaker 6 (34:30):
Oh?

Speaker 2 (34:30):
The Pacers? The Pacers aren't good?

Speaker 1 (34:32):
Sure, the Pacers? Yeah? How are the How are the
Hornets doing?

Speaker 2 (34:36):
Not good? I think I think Pacers Hornets? I like that.
I like that. Pelicans.

Speaker 5 (34:41):
Hum.

Speaker 1 (34:44):
How are the Hawks doing? Are they Okay?

Speaker 2 (34:45):
They're not They've won more I think than four.

Speaker 4 (34:50):
Looking for the NBA teams with four or fewer wins
this season.

Speaker 2 (34:54):
The Kings have not been playing well either, but I
don't know if they've if they've.

Speaker 4 (35:00):
All right, we're gonna need you got Pelicans, Pacers, Hornets,
and I need one more.

Speaker 2 (35:07):
Let's go with. I want to see the Kings are
worse than Portland.

Speaker 4 (35:13):
Okay, you want to go King Kings. Okay, show me
the Pelicans. There they are with just three wins on
the season. Show me the Pacers. They've got two wins
on the year. Show me the Hornets. They've got four
wins on the year. And to finish with eight points?
Is it the Sacramento Kings. It is not no, but

(35:35):
seven points? Great job?

Speaker 2 (35:39):
Who was it?

Speaker 1 (35:40):
I see what Rob Perker is miming to us? The nets?
Is it the nets?

Speaker 4 (35:45):
Hornets with four nets with three? Wizards with two? I'm
surprised Miss Harry Potter didn't get the Wizards in two
and the Pelicans, as I mentioned, with three, we're out
of the Eastern Conference.

Speaker 2 (36:00):
Sit thought he was saying Saints, and I was like,
we're not talking NFL. Rob Parker, he was trying to
say Nets.

Speaker 4 (36:05):
Well, good job cheating in your first ever appearance in
the hot seat on Easiest one four.

Speaker 2 (36:11):
It didn't work.

Speaker 4 (36:12):
Shaye got banned for life because of Steve Hartman for it. Yes,
all right, you'll be with Martin tomorrow. I'll be with
Carrie on set Sunday.

Speaker 2 (36:19):
That's right,
