white guy on the side. That's you. You're the smooth
Latino brother. I mean, if Mike Tyson says so this
is fact, I'm Cabino. That is Rich and we're live

Speaker 2 (01:30):
Why did you say boost your winning trying to like
relate to the Votos or something.

Speaker 1 (01:35):
Well, you know you're the smooth Latino brother. I'm just
a white guy on the side of the round trying
to butter you up.

Speaker 2 (01:39):
He's trying to kiss Voto as you hear that kiss
it anyway, Cavino and Rich on Fox Sports Radio starting
the weekend a little early, like mister Furley, because we're
gonna watch the fight and hit the regal Beagle.

Speaker 1 (01:50):
Yep.

Speaker 2 (01:51):
But we're here hanging out with buds in Miami. We
just came here to see the Dolphins play. We just
pick a random game every year, So Raiders at Dolphins,
you know what.

Speaker 1 (01:59):
I'm glad you said that. Let's uh transition what the
uh mister Dolphins, Let's transition not like Bruce Jenner, but
let's transition out of a out of a conversation. Well
you gotta you know, you got to make it clear
these days. Okay, let's transition into something I call Yeah,
you acted too soon. So every year, yes, we pick

(02:19):
a different city and a handful of our good buds.
We get together, you know, guys weekend. Everyone's a dad.
Everyone's busy doing their life and their you know, work
and marriage and family and everything. So it's nice to
get away. You pick a game, you spend time with
your good friends.

Speaker 2 (02:33):
Everybody's dad. My brother's here. He's not a dad, not
that I know, not that he knows. I mean he
might be, who knows.

Speaker 1 (02:38):
With your brother. But here's where sometimes planning too soon
could go wrong. I'm listen. When you're booking flights and
hotels and airbnbs and all types of stuff like that,
rental cars, there's a good chance. Sooner the better I
understand that. I'm you don't want to be the guy
that's like, oh we're flowing next week, Oh let me

(02:59):
go book my flight now, because then you get screwed.
We know that. But sometimes with game tickets and concert
tickets like the World Series, for instance, I have a
buddy that paid thousands for Game five at Yankee Stadium
because he thought, well, game five, it'll clearly be a
two to two or say, you know, assuming turns out.

(03:22):
You know, at that point it was three to oh
the Yankees had one. It was three to one. Those
tickets that were that he paid thousands for ended up
being like five hundo, right, he jumped a gun, jumped
the gun. And because we picked a random city before
the football season started, we're like, you know, it's good
to Miami. That'll be a fun you know.

Speaker 2 (03:39):
It was less about the game more about let's just
hang in Miami with their buds.

Speaker 1 (03:43):
Yeah, it'll be cool. I've never been to this stadium,
so yeah, I've only been here to see my forty
nine ers lose a Super Bowl. But uh, but besides that,
I was like, yeah, so Dolphins Raiders this weekend. I
don't know what made us think that that game was
one you needed to snag tickets too early. I mean,
do we think Tua and Gardner minshew, we're gonna light
it up well regardless, Let's just say the tickets we

(04:04):
bought were two point fifty each. Those same tickets right
now we're on stub Hub and seekeek and all these
places like seventy bucks. Oh it hurt. So that's why
I gotta put money on the fight. So just a reminder,
I don't know Sam J. Stew Dan Bayer if you ever,
why'd you even tell me that? I'm happy not knowing.
I'm sorry, dude. Have you ever jumped the gun like that?
And you're like, why did I buy tickets too soon?

(04:25):
Because it's frustrating.

Speaker 4 (04:27):
Absolutely I have. Before Iowa took on Stanford and the
Rose Bowl twenty fifteen season. Going into twenty sixteen, I
think I bought my Rose Bowl ticket for like over
one hundred bucks, and the prices did go down significantly.

Speaker 1 (04:39):
It's like a stock or anything. It's a panic.

Speaker 4 (04:41):
You think that the ticket's gonna sell out and then
you'll be paying way more, when in fact usually the
prices go down by in high stinks.

Speaker 1 (04:48):
Yeah, that is the worst. Thanks for running my night.
I was trying to have fun watching Paul Tyson. Should
I have not told you that? Yeah? I wish I
didn't even know that. Sorry, let's move on. You want
to get into the big game of the big the
big TV Game of the week, Big TV Game of
the week.

Speaker 2 (05:03):
At least explained too, because there's thousands, hundreds of thousands
of people possibly people listening all the time. Rich has
two TVs in his living room and he's like, way
proud of it.

Speaker 1 (05:13):
I'm not proud of it. You make a big deal,
but you just hate it. Sam, you should hit my
fat up.

Speaker 5 (05:18):
I got an extra.

Speaker 4 (05:19):
TV the game game that I will have Rich's Big
TV Game of the Week.

Speaker 6 (05:25):
It's Rich's Big TV Game of the Week.

Speaker 1 (05:29):
Well, I made it very clear for the price difference
between what you bought your ticket for and you could
have bought it for tomorrow. Yeah, you could have bought
at least a fifty inch TV at Walmart or Target.
How about that?

Speaker 2 (05:40):
Remember when the big projection screen TVs came out. I
paid six thousand, over six thousand dollars for a projection
TV in the early two thousands.

Speaker 1 (05:51):
TVs now are peanuts. Yeah, you could get an eighty
six inch TV at Costco or Target for under a
thousand dollars because they're essentially large monitors. But anyway, so
I roll out the second TV and I figure you
got the the four games split Sunday ticket on one,
and then the second TV deserves the volume and the
big screen. Yes, So we go over every time slot

(06:13):
and what game deserves it. And when you look at
some of these games, there's a clear there's clear answers
this week. So I don't want to I don't want
to poop poo on my own segment.

Speaker 2 (06:24):
Well, but check it out too. We can get Fox
Sports Radio Nation involved. I mean, if you agree or disagree,
it's eight seven to seven ninety nine out Fox.

Speaker 1 (06:31):
You know, these are richest big TV Game of the
Week picks. This one's an obvious one though. The early games,
the one o'clock East Coast games, ten am on the
West Coast games Ravens at Steelers. If you think any
other early if you think any other early game competes
with no Russ, that's the one you watch.

Speaker 2 (06:50):
And then you just you know, have the other games
going on, keeping an eye on that all.

Speaker 1 (06:55):
Dude Russ at home, trying to show that the Steelers
are of the AFC elite. They're seven and two, the
Ravens are seven and three. Trying to go up two
games in the lost column over Lamar and Derrick Henry
and everything they're doing in Baltimore. That to me, I
think the Ravens whoop their ass. That's like one of
my favorite picks of the week.

Speaker 2 (07:13):
But you get to see where Russell Wilson really stands,
where this team really stands.

Speaker 1 (07:18):
You know, the Ravens means are good. So what's the
defense gonna know? Game? What's the defense gonna do? Now?

Speaker 2 (07:23):
That's also why we're so intrigued by the fight tonight.
Where does a fifty eight year old former legend stand
against a hungry, strong young man.

Speaker 1 (07:31):
Where does that Where does a ridiculously good defense and
a different Russell Wilson, how does that team stack up?
And I was Sam, I'll give you props, wasn't it you?
The other day they pointed out that in the past
few years the Ravens have struggled with the Steelers when
the Steelers were clearly not as good as the Ravens.

Speaker 4 (07:48):
Yes, they were swept by the Steelers. The Ravens were
swept by the Steelers last year, both by the score
of seventeen to ten.

Speaker 5 (07:54):
Kind of at the beginning of the year and then
at the end of the year.

Speaker 1 (07:56):
So maybe tom one, you know, has a little step
up on hardad. Maybe he see something that no one
else does in Division. Games are always tough, as you know.

Speaker 2 (08:03):
And I'll tell you what, man, I sort of turned
the page on alternate page would be the wrong expression,
but I sort of had a change of heart on
Russell Wilson.

Speaker 1 (08:13):
I'm sort of rooting for him now.

Speaker 2 (08:14):
Like all right, wow, okay, yeah, I'm seeing it again.

Speaker 1 (08:18):
I like it. So it's sort of like how you've
gone back and forth multiple times on like Lebron.

Speaker 2 (08:23):
Absolutely loved them, hated them, loved them, Like, I'm buying
into it, so I would want to see him light
it up here.

Speaker 1 (08:29):
So Raven Steelers clearly the best game in that Pittsburgh.
This could be fun, terrible Tells will be out great
home field. Raven Steelers by far the best. If you
want to talk about the lopside of game that doesn't
even deserve the four games split. Okay, who is watching
the Jags at the Lions? The two and eight Jags
at They hate one lines unless you're a Detroit Lions
fan and you just want to see them put on

(08:50):
a clinic.

Speaker 2 (08:50):
If jay Stu's not watching the Tyson fight tonight, he's
definitely not watching that.

Speaker 1 (08:54):
Jayce, I'm imagining Jags Lions not on your radar.

Speaker 7 (08:57):
I want to say this had one caveat to that game.
There's still fantasy interest, right, you're taking fantasy interest into
the consideration here because the Lions have some exciting.

Speaker 1 (09:10):
Fantasy TV game of the week. That is a really
great point.

Speaker 2 (09:12):
Like, if I want to see a team, just pounce
on I don't know the team and put some points up.

Speaker 1 (09:16):
That'll be fun. If you're a Lions fan, it's fun
to watch. Well, you know what, Jase do I stay corrected.
There's a bigger trash game in the early in the
early one the Browns at Saints, My god, is that
hot trash so or the cults of the Jets. Yeah,
the early games, that's so great. And then you have
another lopsided one, the Vikings at the Titans. So it's

(09:39):
very clear your early game Raven Steelers locked out on
the big TV. Now the late games you got a
couple of interest. To me. I'm a Niners fan, as
you know, Dan Byers a Seahawks fan. Niners five and
four Seahawks four and five. That divisions by by no
means a lock. Yet McCaffrey wasn't the game changer we
thought he would be his first week back. I admitted
to that he wasn't he Yeah, he wasn't all there,

(10:01):
yet he practiced this week. The Niners are quote unquote healthy,
A lot of the guys are banged up, and everyone's
playing this week. Jake Moody did make that game closer
than it should have been last week. So nine a Seahawks.
That's not getting the big TV, even though I'm a
Niners fan. Another interesting one, The Falcons show surprised me
last week because they lost to the Saints Falcons six
and four at the Broncos, who are trying to hang

(10:22):
in the playoff picture in the AFC at Denver their
two point favorites. That's a good one, but it doesn't
get the big TV because it's very clear again, Chiefs
and Bills. If the Bills listen, if the Chiefs are
gonna lose a game this season, I mean this is
a candidate. No yeah, no, oh, yeah, no doubt. In
Buffalo late game, Buffalo minus two going ten and now

(10:44):
ten and this weekends. Yeah, man, and you know I'll
go to Ja, I'll go to Jay Stu for this
one on Sunday night. Secretly good are the Chargers and
I know you pull for them six and three? Do
you love Jim Harball the way I loved them when
he was with the Niners? Is he a culture changer?
As I remember, I.

Speaker 7 (11:05):
Do, I do, and I remember I love the Hire
And I said to myself and I told others, I'm
willing to punt on this season, like I have so
much faith in Horrbout turning this thing around eventually, but
he doesn't need to do it this season. So everything
right now is gravy. And to me, this is a
big game because it's a one off game. It's going
to show the country how good the Chargers are. I

(11:26):
don't think they're necessarily exciting to watch, but they just
find ways to win. And this is a good opponent.

Speaker 1 (11:33):
You know, that's a very interesting point, Chase, Dude. The Charges,
while they do have some marquee players, there's something that's
they're lacking vibe to me or something like like the
Charges haven't got me thinking I would say identity, right,
but they haven't. They at Harball. But are you really
excited to watch them aside from him and the possibilities.
Chase dou I saw a tweet you did the other day,
and I very much agreed with it. If you are

(11:55):
a supporter of the Charges and you like to see
what they're doing, you almost have to. You almost have
to accept the fact that they stunk, because if they
didn't stink and blow a couple seasons, the Harball thing
wouldn't happened. If if Joe Staleying some of these guys
delivered even a little more, this wouldn't have happened.

Speaker 7 (12:11):
It's funny because Brandon Staley, remember when he lost the
playoff game to the Jaguars. They lost, but they they
were up twenty seven points or something. Humiliating game from
the From an hour after that game until for the
next eighteen months, I was screaming that they needed to
fire him. But if they didn't, if they did fire
him that offseason, we're probably looking at a totally different

(12:32):
head coach. So it was like a blessing that they
held on to him, an awful decision that paid off.

Speaker 1 (12:37):
Yeah, sometimes, as Tom Brady said in his documentary The
Story of the Chinese Farmer, maybe maybe sometimes you think
something's great, not so fast, maybe so it's mad. Maybe
keeping score at home.

Speaker 2 (12:49):
Rich's big TV game of the week, basically saying early window,
Ravens pitt at Pittsburgh, Ravens as Steelers, and then Chief Spills.

Speaker 1 (12:58):
Yeah, and a couple of games to keep an eye on.
I do like that Sunday night National game, Jay Stu's
Chargers and the Bengals. I'm curious to see where those
teams match up, and Falcons versus the Broncos. Like we're
forgetting Denver's five hundred and the AFC, there will be
a team that sneaks in probably nine and eight or
ten and seven in the AFC for the wildcard and
the Broncos there's I still can't figure them out. And we're,

(13:20):
you know, going to week eleven. What has Sean Payton
done there? I can't tell of bo Nix's if he's
it yet, I don't know. By the way, these are
your picks.

Speaker 2 (13:27):
But on a personal note, we are here with our
pals and there's really only one giant TV.

Speaker 1 (13:33):
So how you canna handle this? In the early computer
we have a phone, we have a lot of Yeah,
I think that do split screen action.

Speaker 2 (13:42):
All right, So if you agree disagree, let us know
eight seven, seven ninety nine, Oh Fox, Jay Stu is
on standby Iowa SAMs on the ones and twos, dB,
got your updates.

Speaker 1 (13:51):
We're out here in Miami where that game is gonna
be on No. One. Yeah, yeah, yeah. The reason to
watch that game is to see if we get on
TV somehow. Yeah, to see if can wears is Lyle
Alzado Jersey. Yeah. So listen, great week, NFL Week eleven.
A lot of a lot of games with implications. But again,
you're getting to the point of the season now where

(14:13):
if certain teams have sort of given up and certain
teams are emerging, you aren't going to see more lops
out of games like, for example, the like the seven
to two vikings at the two and seven Titans. You
see more of those games towards this point of the season.
All right, Wilson coming up here on conven on wreck.
Can you tease me? Can you tease you? Yeah, that's
a stupid haircut. Can you can I teach you? Yeah?
You weren't too much jewelry Guido? All right, no, no, no,

(14:35):
can I tease you?

Speaker 2 (14:37):
Are not the ones I would have chose I don't
know all the details on the Paul Skeen story, so
sort of let us know what's to come here.

Speaker 1 (14:44):
On the Fox Sports radio show, you are you are
a collector of baseball cards. In fact, you were. I
call you a scamster. Uh damn Bayer. In my defense,
I was traveling right and is Paul skiing. Thing sort
of happened, so talk about it. He has all the details.
But Dan, to give you the type of guy Cavino
as you got you know you say you're a Cavino
type of guy. Cavino was the kid in the neighborhood

(15:06):
that trick the dumb kids into trading their good cards away.
Oh god, can get ummies.

Speaker 2 (15:13):
They wanted a cloil Out Washington or a Willie Randolph
because they didn't know who Bob Clemente won.

Speaker 1 (15:22):
Yeah, they would bust that.

Speaker 2 (15:23):
They would bring out boxes of their old dad's cards
and like they wanted the new ones.

Speaker 1 (15:27):
And I was like, I saw value in the old
Cavino find the nerd and be like Mickey Man, Oh, Mickey,
that's a mouse's name, I'll have that. Here's a here's
a Greg Jeffries.

Speaker 2 (15:35):
And they were pumped to have the Greg Jeffries, and
I was pumped to get the Mickey Man the best
story of a.

Speaker 1 (15:41):
Sleeves bag Cavino, because you always say that I'm the guy.
It wasn't bag. I was just crafty as a kid.
You said the basketball. I had some basketball cards, but
they weren't as big. But Cavino has a lou Al
Sinda rookie card. Because some kid didn't realize it was
kream Abdul Jabbar. He didn't know it was cream Abdul.
I gave him like like a you know, you gave
a jule.

Speaker 2 (16:01):
I gave him a Willy McGee, like the ugliest Willy
McGee card, like the nineteen eighty six tops Willie McGee.

Speaker 6 (16:07):

Speaker 1 (16:30):
I do fat so I'm swamming, you're smooth. I guess so.

Speaker 2 (16:35):
According to Mike tyson Man, you believe we're getting this tonight.
This is leading into one of the most intriguing fights.
Very strange moment. What sort of circus antics are we
going to witness? We'll find out.

Speaker 1 (16:49):
You know what, I'm always used to a big fight
being on Saturday. Yeah, you're used to football being Sunday.
You used to your baseball team's off days. This, the
fact that this fighting in a few hours is throwing
me off. I keep thinking like, Man, tomorrow can't wait.
I'm like, no, no, we're done with the show. We're
gonna have a burger and watch a fight. It throws
me off too, Man for real. Cadrino and Rich live

(17:10):
from the Ti rack dot com studio.

Speaker 2 (17:11):

Speaker 2 (17:56):
Now, now one's gonna cheer Covino. It's crazy because we're
live one of our buddies. We're here for a guy's weekend.

Speaker 1 (18:02):
That's and that's also the fun of the type of
show we do. Like listen, that's that's what our show's
all about. Hanging with your friends, watching watching the big fight.

Speaker 2 (18:10):
Yeah, I mean, dude, it's so cool that we actually
get to watch with our pals, my brothers here hanging out.
You get to watch the fight together, and we completely
encourage you to do the opposite of what Jay Stu
chooses to do. Get some friends together tonight and have
some fun and enjoy and just you know, you got
to hope for the best. Anytime anybody gets in the ring,

(18:30):
they're always taking that risk. And this is Mike Tyson man.
This is his choice. He's getting paid nicely for it.
In front of eighty thousand plus tonight. You think if
he wins, he'll brush his teeth.

Speaker 1 (18:41):
I don't brush my teeth. Why that my dive in
jay Stude, did you at least hear that clip over
the last week or so, I did. I did.

Speaker 2 (18:48):
But what reasoning, because that's also his reasoning as to
why he's gonna win tonight.

Speaker 1 (18:55):
Old jo I would saying you might have it handy
because it was only a day ago. Yeah, play it.
I don't push my t so what.

Speaker 2 (19:03):
Yeah, that's disgusting. Well man, I got that nervous feeling.
And don't sleep on the other fights. You know, maybe
we'll talk more about that later this there's some great
fights leading up to that fight, and of course there's UFC.

Speaker 1 (19:17):
We're gonna talk about what you need.

Speaker 2 (19:18):
To watch later on in the show Weekend Hobnamy and
we do it every Friday. But gotta tell me about
Paul Skeens and his weakess mustache?

Speaker 1 (19:24):
Well, I mean in his baseball card, do you mean
like one of the best pictures in baseball that has like,
you know, a beautiful you know girlfriend. He's living large
and what I mean, I mean the guy is dominating.
Who's who's having a better year? Like as far as like, uh,
I mean a mustache. Yeah, he's living longer as far
as young stars go, he's on top of the world.
As the Diceman once said, on top of the world. Yeah, sure, man,

(19:46):
I want to go to Dan Bayer for this because
I was listening to the end of gott Leap Show.
By the way, do you.

Speaker 2 (19:52):
Want to congratulate coach Doug on his first win?

Speaker 1 (19:55):
I did. It was the first game. I didn't bet
on himself. There you go, what that's why he won?
But coach Doug nice, man, I saw him celebrating with
some wings. So damn byer, I heard you going over
this Skeens baseball card story and how like the Pittsburgh
Pirates are like feverishly trying to get their hands on this.
Can you just give us the rundown the cliff notes

(20:17):
if we were in high school?

Speaker 5 (20:18):
Yes, so tops Chrome. An updated series came out earlier
this week, and within that updated series they are including
a one of one card. So there is only one card.

Speaker 1 (20:29):
Of this one oh wow.

Speaker 5 (20:30):
And it includes the actual patch that was on the
jersey of Paul Skeens when he made his major league
baseball debut. It's only one game that patchesn't on there
for the second game. It's the one game deal. Jackson
Holiday the same thing for him. The search is on
for his card and it's autographed by schemes, and it's
such a hot commodity out there in the trading world

(20:56):
that there are bounties being put out by people who
would pay significant amounts of money for that card. And
so the Pirates are like, well, hey, we would like
to have the card here at you know, PNC Park
and we would be able to display it and it
would be their thing. But it's tough too when people
are offering, you know, hundreds of thousands of dollars to
want to turn it over to the team. So the

(21:17):
team has tried to up the annie by giving away
in tons of items, which is unbelievable.

Speaker 1 (21:25):
I heard you list this before, damn viras, and I
was like, you know, the list kept going, I'm sorry
to cut you up, And this is just the Pirates are.
So this is they're offering to whoever gets Yeah, they're
pretty much saying one of one, this is our this
is the future of the Pirates. If we were able
to hold onto this guy for forever how long takes
away from the meaning of the card.

Speaker 2 (21:42):
I mean, whoever gets it, if they want to cash in,
that's fine, but like it's theirs to keep and theirs
to decide.

Speaker 1 (21:49):
I don't I mean Pirates should have because if you're
a Pirates fan, picture this. You're a Pirates fan and
Paul Skins is your favorite young player. Damn byre, what
are they offering? This is amazing?

Speaker 5 (21:59):
So how season tickets covin out to a Pirates game?
You like that behind home plate? Right?

Speaker 1 (22:05):
Oh? Nice?

Speaker 5 (22:06):
All right? How about for the next thirty years, no,
thirty years of two season tickets, which that will include
one playoff appearance. So that's awesome, just kidding you get way.

Speaker 1 (22:18):
I threw out a first pitch at Pirate Have you
ever seen it? I threw a first pitch out? Look
it up? I will.

Speaker 5 (22:24):
The deal also includes a softball game for thirty of
your friends at PNC Park No, and Pirates Pirates alumni
will be there, so yeah, maybe Andrew McCutcheon can hang
out with you as you and.

Speaker 2 (22:39):
Your What if some buddy gird gets it and he's like,
I don't have thirty friends.

Speaker 5 (22:45):
You then get a spring training experience like no other,
private tour of Pirate City in their park, a meet
and greet with Schiens, two schemes, autograph jerseys, batting practice
and warm up with the team, other experiences, and then
Livy Dunn basically skeans his girlfriend. I don't know if
you want to take this rich, but.

Speaker 6 (23:03):
What do No?

Speaker 5 (23:07):
No, she has offered to sit a ticket to sit
with her in a suite for a game if you
turn it over to the Pittsburgh Pirates so you can see.

Speaker 1 (23:17):
As if they break up. Then you're like, wait a second, right,
this part part of that should include and she introduces
you to all her gymnastics for this. Yeah, seriously, she's
my wing woman for a month. That's what you should get.
That's insane.

Speaker 5 (23:29):
Seth Myers, who's a Pirates fan, has said he'll give
away VIP tickets to a taping of a show for
anyone just to let him look at the card. Yes,
he just wants to see the card.

Speaker 2 (23:40):
Wow, you know what, I changed my mind on it.
That's really cool. It makes it even more valuable. People
want to get their hands on it. And just to
make it clear too, not that Dan Byer didn't, but
Tops did this promotion this year where all rookies when
they made their debut, they wore that patch to that's
put into the cards. Yeah, so that's really cool because
Paul Skeiens is the guy man that's awesome, dude, that's

(24:03):
really really cool.

Speaker 1 (24:03):
You know what the bummer is, None of my eighty
seven tops with the wood border, none of those cards
are worth anywhere close. No, you know. It's pretty cool though,
if you are a guy that did love baseball cards,
like I'm guessing everyone on the show did when they
were kids.

Speaker 7 (24:16):
Rip.

Speaker 1 (24:16):
Yeah, it's cool to see the comeback of collectibles and
how Tops and other card companies and collectible companies have
stepped up their game for twenty twenty four because they've
done some cool stuff like this. Yeah. I think that's cool, man,
No doubt. Well.

Speaker 7 (24:29):
I like the softball game personally. If you could have
a softball game on the big league field with a
pirate alumni and just imagine rich you coming back from
that game that Foxports Radio has because we just found
the card and you're like, that would have been a
double if Bobby Bonia hadn't snagged it down the line.

Speaker 1 (24:48):
Bobby Bonia snagged my extra base hit. And by the way,
if we did have a Fox Sports Radio softball team,
who would be the star of it? Is there anyone
other than me that actually is like a baseball softball guy?
Stars stars Colin play stars any one of the on
the Damn Patrick Show. Is there is a cueven field

(25:08):
a team, Jase, do I know you would play?

Speaker 7 (25:10):
My money is on Lorena to star personally Lorena.

Speaker 1 (25:17):
I don't even know what I mean, producer jokes. My
jokes always going to direction.

Speaker 5 (25:24):
So play second, you guys. I feel that Rich said that,
so we would all go it's Rich.

Speaker 1 (25:30):
You know, It's yeah, that's true. Guys. Wow, that is
really cool.

Speaker 2 (25:37):
Mant I come back of the cards and to see
that people are getting hyped up about that and getting
all these different autographs. It's an autograph rookie card too sore.

Speaker 5 (25:50):
I WoT the Pirates willing to pay that, but they
won't pay their players. Like that's pretty amazing, I know.

Speaker 1 (25:57):
And by the way, the Pirates, it's one of those
teams where like you look at the history of the
team and they're really it's a it's a great city,
a great team, great history, and like you know, Skeens,
there was like such a great blessing for them, and
I just hope that maybe maybe that team could gain
momentum over the next couple of years. They have some
good young players that this this could be a cool
moment for the Pirates, like this attention.

Speaker 5 (26:17):
You know absolutely I agree.

Speaker 1 (26:20):
I love that. I love that kind. That was the
one glimmer of joy for QS and I missed it
by two years. Aggravating, aggravating, Thank you, Dan Bayer. You
know I feel like the more and more I'm not
I'm not taking back what I said about the Ravens Steelers,
but like, when does the point come could be in

(26:40):
any sport where you finally start to say, all right,
you know what, I've downplayed them. I finally got to
give them some respect. Because I'm still not ready to
give the Steelers respect. I don't know why, Like you
haven't given the Eagles any respect either, No I did,
I said yesterday. I remember, I said they were part
of my power parlays. Until this week, I haven't heard
you give them any reason. And I apology. Remember yesterday

(27:01):
I said, I apologize for for sleeping on them. They
were they were. What if the Steelers compete? What if
they don't win?

Speaker 2 (27:08):
But if the what if they win and they'll be
eight and two and they win, you have to give
them respect if like there's no choice, but what if
they just compete?

Speaker 1 (27:16):
They play well they barely lose. Listen, I was not
alone in saying that this was going to be the
year Mike Tomlin killed his over five hundred streak, And
it looks like it's going to be the opposite, Like
this team got a lot better and Tomlin's has something
going on there. I feel that way in every sport,

(27:37):
there's always a team where you're just reluctant to give
credit to. And I don't know what that mindset. I
don't know why that is. I'm sure there's baseball, I'm
sure there's fighters. I'm sure there's like that you just
are reluctant to give credit to, like you you downplay
their opponents or you're like, yeah, there were Soft seven
and two, Like, I don't know why.

Speaker 2 (27:54):
It's just that's usually it, though, Like, well who did
they beat? That's where it comes from right now.

Speaker 1 (27:59):
Like if you told me the playoff started tomorrow in
the AFC and the Steelers played the following teams, I
would pick the other team. Okay, let's hear it, Buffalo,
I'd picked. I'd go Josh Allen Winz Okay, Ravens, I'm all,
I'm all in on the right. See that the Chiefs
I would say the chiefs HM Houston. That would be

(28:20):
a tough one. But I'm just saying this. I just
don't feel like I don't feel like they're there. But
what do I know? Right? What are we? That's the
fun of it, right, so we shall say. Now coming up,
we are gonna go over weekend hobnobbed. So other than
the fight, other than NFL Week eleven.

Speaker 2 (28:35):
With the fight tonight, there's other fights, big fights this weekend.
So things you need to watch?

Speaker 1 (28:41):
What do you need to watch other than Tyson Paul
and Week eleven of the NFL. We'll break that down next.
A little more fun here as we get into the weekend.

Goes to who can I pick? Or you want to pick?
Are we thinking the same guy? I don't stay it
on the count of three, okay, one, one, two? By oh.

Speaker 2 (30:08):
I Mike Tyson just because I mean, we've been so
hyped up about this, right, Okay, I guess provided so
many antics. No way, dude, Saquon put on another show.
The dude's clocking at twenty miles per hour. He's scoring tuddies.
The Giants are regretting it. You know, the Eagles fans
are thanking the Giants. We talked about having game. He's
having a season.

Speaker 1 (30:28):
In the beginning of the season.

Speaker 2 (30:29):
Yeah, I'll go with sau And we haven't seen what
Tyson has done yet.

Speaker 1 (30:32):
In the beginning of the season, we said Saquon Barkley
could be to the Eagles what McCaffrey is to the Niners. Right,
just bring another layer of greatness and listen, last night,
I was watching with your brother of all people, Cavino,
because I was hanging with the Covino family last night,
kissing ass and we turned the game on after dinner,
and it was that's when the Commanders were up ten

(30:54):
to six, and I was like, I was way off.
And then all of a sudden, I'm like, oh no,
I wasn't way off, not at all. They put on
quite a show in the end of that game.

Speaker 2 (31:04):
Well, congrats again to Saquon Barkley, or Express Pro Pro
of the Week, leading his Eagles to a victory over
the Commanders eight and two. Eagles, they'll finally get some
respect from Mitch Davis and from you, Saquon Barkley, your
Express Pro Pro.

Speaker 1 (31:19):
Of the Week.

Speaker 2 (31:20):
So now, yes, Covino and Rich on Fox Sports Radio.
We do it every Friday. Let's getting some weekend hob
nobbin in for the weekend.

Speaker 6 (31:30):
You're winning bets for talking points. If you get stuck socializing.
You ever done anything dangerous, You ever dance with the
devil in the pale Line Friday brings us weekend hob nob.

Speaker 2 (31:42):
Okay, so this is what you need to watch aside
from Tyson Jake Paul. But I do want to say
look out for the Serrano Taylor fight.

Speaker 1 (31:53):
It's a rematch. These women bad, old dude.

Speaker 2 (31:56):
I saw the first fight. It was wild, it was
a close, Taylor got the win. Sorono wants revenge. She's
promoted by Jake Paul. So watch the undercard and don't
sleep on Mario Barrios. That's my guy, Fato Loco forever.
Mario Barrios is also fighting.

Speaker 1 (32:11):
When he first was on the scene, I thought you
just were making up his name on this pole, like yeah,
Mario and Mario fighting Pride of the Barrio. He's good.

Speaker 2 (32:18):
I've watched Fighting Ramos. So there's some good fights before
the Tyson fight. But guess what, Fox Sports Radio Nation,
it's not the only good fight this weekend. We've been
so hyped up on my Dathan that we haven't really
talked that much about UFC.

Speaker 1 (32:34):
Three to oh nine. Okay, this is huge, huge.

Speaker 2 (32:39):
John Jones is fighting. He's back in the octagon. When
Jones twenty seven and one, John Jones versus Steve a. Miocic,
who's twenty and four. Stepe's old. Yeah, our buddies love him.
We'll be watching that too. But man, this is a
nice card. You got a la Vera and Chandler fighting,
so you got some good fights going on, not only

(33:00):
tonight but tomorrow night. In the world the UFC UFC
three oh nine.

Speaker 1 (33:05):
Don't sleep on it now. I was a little excited, too, Rich,
because I thought Gladiator two came out this weekend. No,
I think it's next weekend. Are you sure? Yeah? This weekend? Nah,
I'll look it up. While he's a pretty certain next week.
Next week you said you were taking your daughter in
a wiken Rich will look that up. I am excited
to watch the finale of American Sports Story The Aaron

(33:25):
Hernandez Story ten parts on Hulu.

Speaker 2 (33:28):
I didn't finish the last episode. It dropped this week.
It's a really good show.

Speaker 1 (33:32):
You were right. It's a twenty sexsy I told you
who you get an information from? Oh yes, mister movie phone?
Is is he not call any master movie phone? Hey,
mister movie phone.

Speaker 2 (33:41):

It's definitely worth to watch josh Ua Vera is great
on that show. And then I'm really surprised or intrigued
to see how Netflix is gonna handle all the eyes
on the Tyson fight and then all the eyes on
Cobra Kai. Because the season finale premieres today, Season six,
Part two, it all wraps up tonight.

Speaker 1 (34:05):
You get to watch Cobra Kai all weekend long Enjoy.

it's great. I saw it. I watched part of it.
I want to keep watching it, Tom Papa, friend of
the show, Could you know what? I've known him for years,
A really good dude and really relatable and funny. In
the special, it's so relatable our buddy Danny g Our producer,
He's like, Yo, man, I was laughing all night. Oh man,

(34:30):
I was relatable. How about ah? But it's really good,
Tom Papa. How about a guy that I don't know?
Do you jive with Hassamanaj? You know? I saw that too.
I like him. I can't say I loved his new special.
Well that's out. If you're into comedy. Jay Stu Lincoln Lawyer,
I watched the first season. I'm trying to remember if
I watch a second, but I see that that's trending
number one on Netflix. Here. Jay stew says it's so

(34:52):
good he's watching it over Tyson. I know you well,
I mean it's it's a it's a pretty damn good show.
Lincolnlawyer standing up Jay or what.

Speaker 7 (34:59):
Earlier in the we a good friend of mine said,
I need a show that I could watch with my
wife because because he likes he likes shows like I
do that have an edge to him, that are Connor morose,
and she just likes chick stuff. And I'm like, you
know what. James E. Kelly Uh created The Lincoln Larwrior.
Michael Connolly wrote the novels. It's a great blend of
like chick stuff and murder mystery.

Speaker 1 (35:20):
I agree, it's very it. Your your wife or girlfriend
will love it. And the movie was great back in
the day with one that was a McConaughey movie, and
then they made a series out of it. Yep, it's
it's I remember watching the first season fantastic. Now. I
don't know how my dad watches this. It feels like
a show younger kids watch. But Outer Banks is back.
If you're into that Apple TV shrinking. Are you gonna

(35:42):
get on board with this or what? I know? Download
for the plane rid, I don't have Apple TV. Cheapskate yahnkrape.
By the way, drinking is fantastic. I mean you like
Harrison Ford, right, you like Jason Siegel, right, the rest
of the Kansas that's going down? And again, anything else
you're watching, Jay Stewart, I was Sam. Besides, I was

(36:03):
