are going to come on for the next decade and say,

Maybe maybe not having on the rundown a lot, but
I do have the games on. I always watch Major
League Baseball when they do the quad box. But be
honest with you, I have an obvious there's really no
other sports going on.

I was watching soccer. I was watching women's soccer. Just
before we got on the air.

Yeah, it's it's always it's interesting to me because every
sport needs a villain, you need a bad guy. And
it's funny because the Yankees did this for so long, right,
I mean for so long every everyone wanted to go
play for the Yankees. And they're still doing to an extent.
They're just not as good at it as they once were.
So I like that the Dodgers are doing what they're doing.

And if it takes major League Baseball having to, you know,
finally come to an agreement where they want to get
all their teams to be what's what would you consider to.

NFL's ideas, we want everyone on a level playing field,
Where does what does that look like in Major League Baseball?

I do see back and I don't want to be

had the Dodgers. But you also had some of my
iconic teams, you know, like like the Oakland Athletics and
they were like a dynasty, the Cincinnati Reds, the Big
Red Machine. So it wasn't always the big markets. They

on these squads, So a little bit different nowadays. You know,
when when you're with these teams, they want to leave
as soon as possible and go to the Yankees and
go to the Dodgers, and that that's the difference back then.

really nice job of setting them up in a situation
to where they can, you know, for to pay them
what they want, and they can give these teams really
good packages in return for them if it's not a
free agent signing like Talker and obviously like show Heyo Tani.

don't think the NFL is truly set up for everyone
to go nine and eight just because everyone has the
same salary cap, teams are able to develop and make
deals and do smart things differently. Look at the Rams,
right They've morged their future right now to get where

So I don't know, man, I guess I'm the last
guy that probably should be talking this, because hey, I'm
not someone who sits around and wants to talk a
lot about baseball. And I'm going home this week and

upset and po't about it, and they know I'm a

is not the kind of show. If you want to
sit here and find someone that's gonna grinch and moan

And I understand that. Yeah, obviously being a Dodger, you,
being a Dodger fan, I would be you know, happy
and through the moon over something like that. You know,
it's so funny because when the news did break, the
phone lunch for some reason just started to light up.

go ahead, give us a call. We took some phone
calls one after another, you know, even even the ones

but just the defeatist attitude, like, well, just give it

It's just that people now have that defeatist attitude that's

in a row, five in a row, ten in a row.

to continue buying every great player that comes on the market,

when they lose. Here's the funny thing, because they are
gonna lose. They just got swept by the Red Sox, right,
they got knocked out the playoffs two years ago, well

I told you just to be able to go ten year,
five hundred million. You didn't blake you and say, oh
