We're setting you up with the information you need to
watch your team within fire is the in game. We're
here to break it all down.

Speaker 3 (00:26):
Les go, let's go.

Speaker 2 (00:27):
This is Fox Sports Radios Countdown to Kickoff, presented by
Bett mg App. Now we're live from your tailgame. Here's
Brian no h Year, NFL veteran Jeff Schwartz at sports
handicapper from crackwins dot com Bill Crack Krackenberger.

Speaker 1 (00:49):
Oh, good morning, everybody. Welcome in Week five NFL. We're
already underway. There's no countdown to kickoff. We're like, I
don't know, minus thirty minutes. Wait, wait, kick off three
minutes ago here in London. And how about this, fellas
Vikings get out to a lead, which they've done all
season long. Rich Eisen said that the Vikings haven't had

(01:11):
a lead all of like three and a half minutes
this entire season. It's crazy how often they've had the lead,
but they just fumbled. Sam Donald got banged up, as
Brian Finley just said, and missed the play. Nick Mullins
came in nice completion to Aaron Jones to move the chains.
Donald back in little little toss to his running back
tied Chandler Fumbo, and the Jets have. They're in business

(01:32):
right now in Plus Territory.

Speaker 4 (01:35):
Good morning. What a day yesterday. By the way, playing
road conference teams is hard everyone as we do this
every culturable season, and we think to ourselves, no, they're
not hard, and then everyone loses road games. Has ranked
teams in college football? The Jets, you know, I don't

(01:56):
think they're very good still, Brian, even through a quarter
today they got gifted that fumble. They're methodically moving the
ball sort of in this game. I still think that
they don't have a lot of juice right now. They're
they're two and two. I get that, But yet Garret
Wilson requesting play calling. Are they traded for Devon Dams?

(02:16):
Are they not? This felt like a game and it
still might happen where the Jets are the right side
here crack if you wager on this game early on
in the morning, I didn't touch it because I don't
trust the Jets. But yeah, we got some football reready
this morning.

Speaker 5 (02:30):
Hey, good morning guys. Yes. Uh. You know when something
looks too easy, it usually is, especially in the NFL.
There's a lot of these situations today. Actually, I just
took a photo of the screen, the current odds screen,
and what I mean by by that is, I know,
here you have an undefeated Vikings team likes looking at
the Likes, looking looking to go five and oh uh

(02:53):
this this season and this just this just a little
a little too easy, Like come on, I'm with Jeff
about the Jets. I am just not sold on this
Jets and this Jets team.

Speaker 1 (03:04):
By the way, by the way, crack as you're saying
that pick six by Rogers.

Speaker 5 (03:09):
Oh wow wow.

Speaker 1 (03:11):
Okay, Andrew van Gink former finn, former dolphin right there.

Speaker 5 (03:16):
I gotta be blunt. You guys have it on the
background there, so it's on. It's on, like what's on
the NFLK Okay, yeah, I like that little yeah there
you go. So, uh, by the way, is Donald back in?
Is he? Because that during that break there, it sounded
like it was a major thing that Donald was out
and like maybe he.

Speaker 1 (03:36):
Just got cracked. You know, got the little helmet to
the sternum, right to the ribs. He was out for
a play, but he's been that's.

Speaker 4 (03:43):
A great play by he showed pressure. He's in the
line of scream with dropped out. Rogers threw it right
to him, tipped the ball, he caught it touchdown.

Speaker 1 (03:53):
And to kind of add to the Jets misery, they
accidentally put six points for the Jets and now they've corrected.

Speaker 4 (03:59):
Yeah, well, how was my play by play interpretation? I
was really good, very well done.

Speaker 5 (04:04):
Across the pond there. That's get that right. But yeah, anyway,
they're looking to go five and zero, and you know
it's funny, guys, I don't have the game on or anything,
and I was going to say a lot of the things.
When this algorithm comes up, that does we'll start right
out early morning live betting. When this algorithm comes up
for live wagering, it doesn't take into effect unless it's

(04:26):
actually automatic or you know, unless it's it's they go
in there and adjust based on quarterback or whatever it
may be, the current live line, which if Donald was out,
sometimes you have to put in you know, your own
uh you know, forecast of like Nick Mullens okay, and
then you rate them how he is compared to the

(04:46):
average quarterback and backup quarterback, and then maybe the Jets
was the right play live because some of the some
of the algorithms of the live wagering doesn't take that
in the consideration unless it's manually updated. That's why I
want to say also when you're talking about live wagering here,
the situation there or anywhere, but for live wagering, one,

(05:08):
I would never bet live wagering in a dome. I
always want to I always look for outside wind, whatever
it may be. So crosswind like reach rereaks havoc on
the offense. Tail wind behind you helps the offenses, So
it's good to know that also what you know across
the pond or whatever it may be. I just heard
them on the break talking about maybe some other games

(05:29):
overseas not here, So you just situationally, you would want
to know what the wind is and what kind of
a crosswind or back when, And because like I said,
also the gaming companies that put up live wagering, they
really don't take that into consideration in their algorithm. The
current live wins. So it's just something I wanted to

(05:52):
say and listen. It's it's amazing that it sounded like
on the break Minnesota was gonna be in trouble. Here
we go, you know, three minutes later it sounds like
it is it ten nothing? Guys at the square?

Speaker 1 (06:03):
Yeah, yep, right, ten to nothing?

Speaker 5 (06:05):
All right, a little early morning action.

Speaker 1 (06:07):
I know it, right, we're off and running already. You know,
I thought it was something this morning. I'm curious if
you guys think about it like this, especially you crack
with as long as you've been gambling. Where I think
that we get into this week to week mode in
the NFL where sometimes you're two reactionary and sometimes you're
two just in the moment. If you zoom out for

(06:30):
a second and then zoom in, that could be a
good way to go about it. Where ask yourself this,
what do you think the Vikings record is gonna be
at the end of the season. And it's an interesting
little exercise as it pertains to today's game against the Jets. Right,
if you say, all right, they're already four and zero,
let's just say they go eleven and six. That's still

(06:50):
a good record. In the NFL. That would mean they
would go seven and six from here on out, and
if you think about that, that's almost like a coin
flip each week. Now there are way more specifics that
go into it, but in a game like this against
the Jets, small points spread could go either way. Like
I think you get so into that they're four and

(07:13):
oh they look amazing. But if you zoom out and say, hey,
even if they're twelve and five, that's a great record
in the NFL. That would mean they go eight and
five from here on out. They're winning like sixty two
percent of their games. So I don't think like when
you zoom out like that, it could be a good
way to think about it from week to week instead
of just going off the knee jerk reaction from the

(07:34):
previous week.

Speaker 4 (07:35):
Good, Yeah, I'm with you there. I have vikings to
make the playoffs, so I'm I think I got fortunate
there with McCarthy getting hurt. I thought I was gonna,
you know, no chance on that wager, and I hit it.
These lending games are we're they're actually playing on turf,
which I kind of that changes the equation for these
games because the grass typically is really bad in London,
in Germany and Mexico. For these games, but the turf

(07:58):
kind of change it.

Speaker 5 (07:59):
There are a.

Speaker 4 (08:00):
Lot of people were on purple in this game. I
can't I can't always determine like whether or not it's
legitimate Vikings fans that travel are just fans in England
that are Viking fans. I'm always you know, I'm always curious,
like who showed up to these games. I did make
a life wager, by the way, guys.

Speaker 1 (08:15):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (08:17):
One thing I'm experimenting with on a small scale, it's
not a lot of units, is taking quarterback passing attempts
over when I think a team is gonna have to
pass the ball a lot. Sure, So I did it
with Rogers right now over thirty six and a half.
He had forty two last game in a sort of
a losing effort, right, They're gonna have to pass the ball,
I think, to get back in this game. He had

(08:39):
seven heading So I need, I need what was that?
What's my mouth? Twenty? Basically what thirty twenty nine attempts?
I think the rest of the way. So, I mean,
here's one right now, I think that they're gonna have
to pass this ball get back in the game. So
I like that wager.

Speaker 5 (08:53):
Yeah, yeah, so you're actually betting a team that you
think is going to be losing and going on to
have to pass the ball. I don't you guys know,
I really don't. Coming into this season, though my mind
has changed around a little bit. I'm an under guy
on most things. But however, I have been taught that
you know that you have to adjust and you and
I'm betting more and more overs. I think I even

(09:14):
sent you guys an over on pass attempts, like Monday
night football. Boy, it's so hard to send something.

Speaker 4 (09:21):
I think you've sent mostly under his buddy. I'm not
gonna lie on that.

Speaker 3 (09:24):
Yeah, no, no, no, I don't know.

Speaker 5 (09:24):
No. As far as past attempts, I did send one
and I was like, oh god, this is so hard
to sender the guys, but uh you no, no.

Speaker 4 (09:31):
We have another interception? Oh boy?

Speaker 1 (09:34):
Really yeah, another one? Just don't for shot it.

Speaker 4 (09:38):
Okay, this is the legod question. I don't really know this.
Does that count as a as a pass attempt? Does
it go to incomplete?

Speaker 1 (09:44):
It's an attempt, absolutely, It just.

Speaker 4 (09:45):
Goes down to the incomplete attention because it's not completed
to your player.

Speaker 5 (09:49):
Right, yeah, yeah, but it's the stats Brian Bryan's work there.

Speaker 1 (09:52):
Yeah, yeah, definitely sure.

Speaker 5 (09:56):
It is.

Speaker 4 (09:58):
There. It's just changed a nine, so three for not
so far. Look, guys, are we surprised that a bad
head coach and a bad OC are coaching a bad
football team? Like I said, is it surprising everyone? Like
I is that I do understand that this is what
you get when you have a bad head coach and

(10:19):
a bad offensive coordinator A forty er, oh, come off injury?
What do people expect from this team?

Speaker 5 (10:24):
But Jeff, they're still picked to go to the playoffs. There.
If you look last week look at their over the
season wins, yes and no. There was a pick them
yes or no? Will the Jets go, you know, reach
the playoffs? It was pick them minus one ten either way.
That people still think this team is going to the playoffs.
And there's still a lot of support for the Jets.
And you know, up until today, I didn't realize you're

(10:44):
me and you are on the same side. I am
on I have a season win under on the Jets,
which I'm a dog on. I'm an underdog to win
that actually going into this week. But it looks like
if this game loses, I'll be a favorite. So yeah,
there's still a lot of sharp guys, believe it or not,
on this Jets team. So you and I are on
the same set, Brian, are you? Are you with us?

(11:06):
Here is the three of us?

Speaker 1 (11:07):
I mean, I thought the Jets would be better than
they are right now. But you can just see how
it's little things that start to snowball, where it could
be Alan Lazard who's wide open for an easy, you know,
first down, and he just drops it, and all of
a sudden you look up and there's a flukey pick six,
and now we're down by ten and Rogers head believe it,

(11:28):
by the way, I know it is so frustrated right
now because.

Speaker 5 (11:32):
He frustrated with himself.

Speaker 4 (11:33):
Yeah, yeah, of course. But the fact is is sort
of the poor play just permeates itself through the entire team,
right like when you have a coach who's not good
and off the twitter, who stinks practice typically is not
as crisp as it should be, and that carries over
into the game, carries over into poor play on Sunday,

(11:57):
right and you look at the Vikings. Okay, Kevin o'conn
is gonna win Coach of the Year. I don't know,
who's gonna beat him at the moment, I just it's
not gonna right, He's gonna coach.

Speaker 1 (12:06):
He's in the mix.

Speaker 4 (12:08):
I know, buddy, I'm just telling you he's gonna win
coach the year. The Falcons are very much of a
nine and eight team. They're like they're they've had games.
If every game is a fifty to fifty in Atlanta.

Speaker 1 (12:20):
Let's get to ten. Let's get to ten and seven punches.

Speaker 4 (12:22):
And like you so, you know, practice is probably not
as crisp as it has to be. And then you
look at Kevin O'Connell, right, I mean, Sam Darnold, he's
not gonna with MVP. In my opinion, I do think
the MVP market is interesting. But Patrick Mahomes is the favorite,
and what what planet is he the favorite?

Speaker 5 (12:39):
Right now?

Speaker 4 (12:39):
I mean, I'm a Chiefs fan. Have you watched Patrick
Mowmes all the season? It's probably gona end up being
Josh Allen as my guess. I'm curious about today though
I do think Buffalo loses. We'll talk about all that.
We get to a lot of games today. But I like,
he's probably not gonna win MVP. But you took a guy
that was not very good in his career, and you
made him into what he is now. And you build

(13:00):
this roster up, you out of Brian Flores like they're
kicking butt right now, guys like they're doing a great job.
That's good coaching, right You're taking your players and making
them play better. In New York it feels like they're
taking their players and making them worse, right And well,
that's the problem with coaching.

Speaker 1 (13:14):
Yeah, I hear you, Jeff. And that's the thing with
the Jets is one, you have high expectations, two year
off track right now, and then three you look at
this schedule and I can see this as a recipe
of a team that's starting to press and it gets
worse and worse and worse and keeps snowballing losses wise,
because after the London game, they get the Bills on

(13:37):
Monday night, then they're at the Steelers on Sunday night,
you get a winnable game at the Patriots that's on
the road, and then you're hosting the Texans on a
Thursday night. So coming up, you got Bills, Steelers, Texans
and if you lose this game, you're two and three.

Speaker 4 (13:53):
The earlier part of the schedule was when they were
supposed to win and the hard part was coming up,
and you want that cushion right for the tough part
of the schedule, which is what you know, A lot
of teams sort of you look as a player, you
don't think about this, but I would imagine that coaches
in front office sort of think, Okay, here's a cushy
part of our schedule. We got to win these games, right,
and then we could get us a little cushion. Looked
like the Packers, right, they win those two games with

(14:15):
Malik Willis, that's a that's a huge bonus for them. Yeah,
they lost last week, So what you won two games
you probably shouldn't have won, So you know, you know,
like you give yourself a little bit of a cushion.
And by the way, you're gonna have to talk to
me out to take in the Packers this weekend, guys,
because today I should say because I because taking a
road favorite is like the last thing I'm ever gonna do.

(14:38):
I know, I think the Rams are just toast, like
there's zombie rams right now. They are done. So it
did not make my five by the way, from my
from my for my contest, I do something. Yeah, no,
I do sometimes vary from my contest picks to what
I give on Sundays because the lines up moved, like
I don't want to go a bad last to but

(15:02):
it's gonna be interesting, guys. We'll get to twelve fifty
five today.

Speaker 1 (15:06):
And I know, I mean, that's so difficult about this
freaking crack Challenge, you know.

Speaker 5 (15:11):
And the Crack Challenge was five games five minutes before kickoff,
you know, and it's so hard because I really don't
know a lot of people that can do that. And
we've had some good success on the show. Jeff, were
you four the one last week that I see that
in the.

Speaker 4 (15:24):
Rest, I was, yeah, I was five and zero in
the contest because or sorry, I was five and oh
because I had a better Falcons number than in my
in my contest and I was that. Yeah, so the
Falcons was my only loss is that I had minus
two and a half and they won by two.

Speaker 1 (15:37):
Yeah it was four and one.

Speaker 5 (15:39):
Yeah, yep, good.

Speaker 4 (15:40):
But I also look, this is the thing about about
ox Way, so you know, I I don't do the
contest in Vegas. I have I do one on one
of the other things I use, and I luckily in
that contest, I can grab whatever number I want throughout
the week and walk it in so like, but the
current number. So like, I took Falcons Mines one and
a half like on Wednesday, and I can I can
remove that pick up until off, but then I have

(16:00):
to take two and a half. Right, It's like, does
that make sense? Sort of? But here's the point that, yeah,
it's kind of nice. The point is, but I record
my podcast, I just take the picks that are available
at that time. That's what you do. But I would
own five week two, all right, I won five and
oh last week. That's the thing about which is crazy.

(16:21):
The variance is insane. Right, that's so hard to do,
but you just have to stick with it. Like if
you just look at one week sample sizes, or even
just two weeks or three weeks, you're gonna get discouraged.
Sometimes you just stick to your process like that. That's
what you have to do because you're gonna have bad weeks.
I want to own five, geez, week two. I mean
I want one to four in the Crack Challenge that week.

(16:42):
Like you just that's that's football, man, Like you wait
on football. Sometimes you just have but you have to
stick with it if you have a good process.

Speaker 5 (16:49):
It's funny. I just got a text from someone that's
listening to the show. Uh, friend of mine. He's like,
you guys are so anti Jets. Don't you realize that
Sauce card and the number two best past defenses the Jets.
Jets have yet to allow one hundred yards al right
receiver this season. Wow, I guess we are Jets. But
you know, looking at that and looking at Sauce and

(17:11):
looking at the number defense, Yeah no, but I guess yeah,
we know they have a good defense.

Speaker 4 (17:20):
Great tim Yeah, awesome timing. By the way, we are
an alert. I'll just let you guys know because the
oh it just happened, I knew it was gonna happen.
We have a double play, guys. We have the bartender
and we have the voice on the same game. And
I could have called this on Monday last week.

Speaker 5 (17:41):
We don't give it out yet because the nation wide
line they move.

Speaker 1 (17:45):
It's the ultimate teams right now.

Speaker 4 (17:47):
It is. I'm gonna hate taking this side, but you
sort of have to in this match up.

Speaker 5 (17:52):
I have to. This is a you understand, I put
a good amount of money on this kind of stuff.

Speaker 3 (17:57):
I mean, the Voice had a good week.

Speaker 4 (17:59):
The Voice had a good week loss last week, so
this is even better. Do you know that a good
week you have too.

Speaker 1 (18:07):
I will get back to all this stuff. My goodness,
you guys are so chatty this morning. We've got Bill

Speaker 2 (19:45):
Follow the money, real good money.

Speaker 1 (19:47):
Ah. Yes, we are following the money with our good friend,
Christian Sipolini, BETMGM Trading Manager. A good morning, Christian, as
we just see the Jets turn it over on downs
trailing ten to nothing here against the Vikings in London,
and I'm just curious what kind of volume do you
get on a London game like this compared to other

(20:07):
games throughout the week, like this game in particular, in
London games in general, what's it normally like for you guys?

Speaker 6 (20:14):
Yeah, these ones are.

Speaker 7 (20:15):
Actually once we liked.

Speaker 6 (20:17):
They're not as big as a Sunday night even Thursday night,
Monday night, but they'll do a decent amount more handle
than a regular game. Almost about two games, I would say,
so we end up taking Yeah, and on this one,
you know, we're not liking the outcome so far because
we've taken a lot of vikings bets.

Speaker 4 (20:37):
Let's get to Saturday night Steelers Cowboys, two of the
biggest brands in all the NFL. We know that that
game on Sunday Night gets a lot of handle. Anyways,
what do you see so far from from that one?

Speaker 7 (20:49):
Yeah, earlier this week we took a little bit of
sharp action.

Speaker 6 (20:51):
We were at one and a half. Now that not
a two and a half the Steelers. From what I'm seeing,
if you're taking the Cowboys, most people taking on them
on the money line, and if you want the Steelers,
people are taking them minus to do it. But we're
actually pretty split in that regard to the point where
we're looking at at this moment pretty close about fifty fifty,

(21:11):
which is, you know, a bit rare usually.

Speaker 7 (21:14):
Especially when the Cowboys are involved. So if it keeps
up like.

Speaker 6 (21:18):
This, you know, we do hope to see Steelers.

Speaker 7 (21:21):
You know, win by one or two. That'd be our
ideal outcome.

Speaker 5 (21:24):
But yeah, fifty fifty, Good morning, Christian, Bill Krochenberger. Let
me ask you if we have a system we go
by here and I'm not really into systems normally without
something back tested, but we are back tested. We have
two different people we go against every week. We play
against their picks, and especially if they match today is
the rare I shouldn't say rare. Here we are in

(21:47):
week five. We've had a match twice this year. Once
of course they lost today they both sources match on
the Washington team against Cleveland, and earlier in the week,
I actually took a little bit of three and half.
I know it. It looked like an ugly pick. Looks
like it might be a good pick. Now, let me
ask you, so, no matter what am I thinking, right,

(22:07):
you guys will be on Cleveland today because of what
everyone has seen the public on Washington and opposite what
they've seen on Cleveland. I'm guessing that would be your
side today. I just want to get your opinion on
what's going on there.

Speaker 6 (22:21):
Yeah, you're spot on.

Speaker 7 (22:22):
No one wants to bet to the Browns. We've taken
very little bets.

Speaker 6 (22:25):
It's something like eighty percent, probably five percent of the Commanders,
which isn't historically how things go. But you know this
Brown team is definitely not enticing to betland.

Speaker 5 (22:37):
No, that's terrible.

Speaker 1 (22:38):
Yeah, I like that, absolutely true. Who else do you
need today, Christian? Who else what results would benefit bet
MGM the most?

Speaker 4 (22:49):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (22:49):
So, I mean the big one that we'll need is
the Cardinals for sure. You know, big spreads like that
fame of the Feahawks, those two big ones. If we
can get one of those teams, the Cardinals or the
Giant to either cover or out win, that will probably
make the week. Looking at the matchups today, we're.

Speaker 7 (23:06):
Actually doing okay on most of them.

Speaker 6 (23:08):
The fact that like good teams kind of are tending
to play each other. Ravens, Bengals, Bill's, Texans, those them
are good there.

Speaker 7 (23:15):
But another one is a bit a little bit surprising
just because they're.

Speaker 6 (23:19):
Owing four, is that we'll need the cults here people
are betting on the oh and four Jaguars, and you
make sense with the QB out, but that line was
at two and a half earlier this week, and then
you know, now we're up the tree and app we've.

Speaker 7 (23:30):
Taken a ton of jackson money, which is.

Speaker 6 (23:32):
Of course rare for an er and four team that
we we don't want them to win.

Speaker 4 (23:38):
Let's talk Bill's Texans, a big game for Buffalo off
a Ravens loss, Texans close winning is Jacksonville? Are you
seeing money on the Texans here? Thinking that the you know,
the Bills played poorly the last time we saw them play, We're.

Speaker 7 (23:52):
Actually seeing more money on the Bills so far. This
line was at two and a half earlier in.

Speaker 6 (23:57):
The week, bet down to now just one, and from
the public side, we are seeing more Bills actions.

Speaker 5 (24:05):
Let me ask you about tomorrow night. I actually played
the underdog there. New Orleans actually did better at bet
MGM plus six. I believe so the New Orleans playing
Kansas City, the biggest public team Kansas City. But people
have seen New Orleans this year come out pretty strong
until they met the Eagles. But let me ask you
if by tomorrow night do you see this line going

(24:27):
back to six? And will you guys be on my
side of New Orleans by game time? What do you think?

Speaker 6 (24:33):
Yeah, I think we will probably go back to six.

Speaker 7 (24:36):
But as you're basically mentioning there, it's a sharp.

Speaker 6 (24:38):
Action that's got us to this kind of no man
playing five and a half. The sharper money is coming
in on the Saints, but we're going to be heavily
leveraged on the Chiefs.

Speaker 7 (24:50):
You know, we're day out. You know we're stune up, not.

Speaker 6 (24:51):
Going to see all the money we're going to get.
But I don't need to see that yet. I know
that when I take nothing but Chief money as we
get up the game, don sure.

Speaker 1 (24:59):
Okay, always appreciate your time, Christian. Do you miss Italy
by the way? Vacationing there recently.

Speaker 7 (25:06):
It was very nice.

Speaker 6 (25:07):
I would like to be back there, but I do
not miss the time zone and watching in the.

Speaker 1 (25:11):
Morning, so I'm absolutely all right. Well, enjoy the day, Christian,
We'll catch it soon. Bud one, there he is Christian
Sippolini bet MGM trading manager. Okay, we go from Christian
to another heavy hitter, our man, Brian Fendly. It on
be friendly.

Speaker 8 (25:31):
Brian, I haven't talked to you in so long, man,
it's good to have this reunion and with you, all
of you guys.

Speaker 1 (25:36):
Man, I feel like this isn't happening quite some time.
I know it's been too long, you know, but hearing
your voice, it feels like just yesterday. It does. It does.

Speaker 8 (25:44):
And yes, thank you, thank you for that dropping. And yes,
thank you once again for that drop. And Brian, I
know you don't spell Brian the right way, but it's okay.
I'll let that pass for now. But you guys are
talking about this big Minnesota Vikings game against the New
York Jets. It's ten nothing in favor of Minnesota in
about six and a half minutes left in the second quarter,

(26:05):
and really one of the defining parts of this game
has been the Picasaurus rex that has been Aaron Rodgers.
He's thrown two interceptions. He is six of thirteen through
the air fifty four yards. Sam Donald has been efficient.
He's six of eleven for eighty yards. As the Vikings
are now back inside the Jets territory. Donald came out

(26:27):
of the game momentarily. It seemed a little severe at
the time, but he recently came back in and the
reason he came out was because of what looked like
a shot to the ribs. You had coming back in
for a second. Nick mullins. Donald is returning and seems
to be doing well. There is also a pick six
in this game, so the fifty four yard field goal
for the Vikings along with the pick six, and that's

(26:50):
been the two defining plays as far as the scoring
is concerned. That game being played over in London and
along the lines of the NFL going international insider Chefter
reporting the league is looking at adding games in Spain,
Ireland and France. Keep an eye on the Steelers and
their involvement in a game in Ireland, according to reports,

(27:10):
because the ownership in Pittsburgh has strong associations and a
strong bond to that area. Some of the key injuries
coming into some of the later games today. As far
as maybe this might affect your fantasy football team, maybe
it won't. Brownside and David and Joku coming off the
ankle problem is just about a sure thing, just about
a sure thing to play today against the Commanders. And

(27:34):
I will leave you with this, guys. Anthony Richardson doubtful
the Colts quarterback today in their game against the Jaguars. Guys,
as I work it back to you and Bill, Jeff
and Brian, Joe Flacco the legend returns. It seems like
he is in line to be the starting quarterback for
the Colts. Joe Flacco, he lives on. I don't know

(27:57):
how old he is, but he's been in the game
for so long, and we'll see what happens with with
him as he steps in for Anthony Richardson.

Speaker 1 (28:05):
Yeah, I bought that.

Speaker 5 (28:06):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (28:06):
Joe said last week that Anthony Richardson told him his
mom is like eight days older than.

Speaker 4 (28:15):
I saw that. Great. I think the I think the
culture and for a bit of a trouble today, Yeah,
I know, Christian mentioned Jacksonville and people are betting Jacksonville.
Doesn't this tell you they're oh and four and favored
by three. The number, by way, has not moved since
the Joe Flacco announcement. I think it was pretty much
the sooner we see this is the this is the

(28:37):
crack child. I kind of in three this week.

Speaker 3 (28:38):
I know I might I might.

Speaker 4 (28:40):
Not take him at four, no, but but the fact
is before this news right, think about they're oh and four,
Colts off a big win against Pittsburgh, and Jacksonville is
still favored by three. Like Jacksonville is not a bad
football team, like they're itching for this sort of breakthrough win.
I took him in my three. I will track challenge

(29:01):
will be different. I don't know what it'll take them
at by the time we get to the end of
the show. But to me, the the Jags are the
right side of this game based off of the number
that was put out there by bookmakers telling you that
they think Jacksonville is better than them, right, I mean,
what's home field now, crack in the NFL's not three anymore?

Speaker 5 (29:17):
Rights two two? It is it is, it is two.

Speaker 4 (29:21):
You hit it, right, And so they're and so they're
telling you, Brian, that that Jacksonville is better and so
I like Jacksonville a lot in this game. Flacco had
it up and down game last week. He came in
through the interception, I mean the touchdown. Immediately, the sort
of went dormant for I don't know, five drives in
a row, and then finally sort of picked up in
the fourth quarter. So I think Jacksonville takes this one

(29:44):
and they cover this uh this number.

Speaker 1 (29:46):
Yeah, it is Fox Sports Radio's Countdown to Kickoff, presented
by bet MGM. Let's dive into this.

Speaker 2 (29:54):
Game.

Speaker 1 (29:57):
Okay, we're looking for in game opportunity here, Jeff. You're
on the attempts for Rogers nets flicking better and better
as the Jets continue to trail. They can't run the ball.
I would love to get tyde Chandler, the backup running
back for the Vikings, his rushing yards. The Jets rush
defense is so leaky, and Aaron Jones is on the

(30:19):
sideline with his hamstring wrapped up, so you might not
get back in this game.

Speaker 4 (30:23):
The dude, I know that we shouldn't complained by our
fantasy teams at all, but I have one team of
zero to four with the seventh most points out of
fourteen teams in my league. And now Christian McCaffrey's out
and Aaron Jones is out by two running backs. So
so fantasy football. I don't know why to play, guys.
It's it's just pointless. I don't know why I do
it live wagering today for some of these games. These

(30:48):
are a lot of close spreads right today, there's a
lot of numbers within three. I think you have to
look for a team scoring early and getting maybe seven
points somewhere. I don't know, you know, you look at
you know what if you know what the Commanders scored early,
you hit the Browns catching a field goal, I mean
a touchdown? What if you know someone? That to me

(31:10):
feels like a situation where you're gonna get a better
number for an underdog at some point today.

Speaker 5 (31:15):
Yeah, that that particular game. If Washington does come out
based on them, you know, they're endorphins going crazy. First
quarter record in the last two games, that might be
a good spot for Cleveland if Washington does come out
with the first score. But don't be surprised. That sounds
like really even almost square even saying that Washington's gonna
come out. Don't be surprised if Cleveland doesn't come out

(31:36):
with the first squarer. Yeah, and it's quiet the stadium
down immediately. So this situation in this game, I think
the the Minnesota just score again Minnesota.

Speaker 4 (31:47):
Yeah, so your guy keeps is just cursed sauce all
he does commit penalty.

Speaker 5 (31:52):
I'm actually on the bet MGM app here as you
can see, and it actually says sixteen. Nothing on the
app is oh I scored again is the bet MGM
app ahead of my live odd screen.

Speaker 4 (32:03):
Jesus, a touchdown a full back dive Ham gets a
scorch out of the running back, of course, so you
want anytime touchdown you probably you probably casting pretty well.

Speaker 5 (32:14):
There seventeen nothing. I would look right now, probably at
maybe what the total would be, and if it's up there,
I don't see a live line totally yet it's.

Speaker 1 (32:27):
Forty and a half.

Speaker 5 (32:29):
Yeah, I was gonna say if it's forty one, it's funny.
I was actually gonna say seventeen that it's almost halftime twenty,
just trying to think what the halftimeline would be. I
may look to the second half under or live wagering,
and believe it or not, everyone wants to live wager
on the vikings. You always want to think is their
tax involved there by betting a team that's winning seventeen
to nothing. The only way I would look is to

(32:51):
the Jets and maybe the under. Believe it or not,
it sounds ugly. Uh, you know, you bet a team
that's being shut out doesn't look good, but you still
have Rogers the helm.

Speaker 4 (33:00):
So I'm trying to get someone to post, you know,
here we go. The rushing yard is back now. They
do not, they do not have Chandler available.

Speaker 3 (33:10):
Oh my gosh, waiting.

Speaker 1 (33:11):
They do a good job of protecting themselves that it.

Speaker 3 (33:14):
Come on, come on, it's an opportunity.

Speaker 4 (33:16):
They go.

Speaker 2 (33:17):
Let you have it.

Speaker 4 (33:18):
They got they got Aaron Jones and Sam Darner right now.
So you know it's thirteen yards rushing is live numbers
eighteen and a half. Oh, Breece Hall got put back up.
Braylen Allen, Aaron Rodgers.

Speaker 1 (33:28):
No, no, tight, no tight.

Speaker 5 (33:31):
Chandler, Wow, it's forty one and a half, guys, live
live line might might look towards the under down.

Speaker 1 (33:38):
Yeah, what do you think? Do they get a little
bit closer here? Crack plus sixteen and a half the Jets, Yeah.

Speaker 3 (33:45):
Yeah, everyone has everyone's lost.

Speaker 4 (33:48):
Everyone has lost the rushing number for Chandler.

Speaker 1 (33:50):
Oh so it's just.

Speaker 4 (33:53):
I like it though. I think it's a good place.
He's got twenty one yards right now.

Speaker 1 (33:55):
Oh, it'd be a great play. They're going to keep
running the ball. The Jets are been a horrible time
stopping the run in general, especially this game. Aaron Jones
might not get back in the game like Ty Chandler's
gonna get his opportunity.

Speaker 5 (34:08):
Christian said, there's double the action on this Minnesota game.
If this game was just a stand alone again the
standalone games, it was a regular game mixed in it,
would you know, have you know, let's say a million
dollar in volume and now it has two million in volume.
People just and of course it's even more than that.
But uh, people gotta have action first in Sunday morning.

Speaker 1 (34:27):
By the way, real fast, what do you get? What
do you think about this? Jeff real quick is uh
you look at all these teams throwing against the Vikings
when they're playing from behind, and that's what Rogers is
gonna have to do. It's gonna have to throw it
like crazy. He throw up for fifty four yards. His
passing props up to two twenty nine and a half.
That sounds like a ton. But they're going to be

(34:48):
throwing it all the time here.

Speaker 4 (34:50):
Yeah, but what just really good.

Speaker 1 (34:54):
But they've given up the most yards because these teams
have t Look at what Jordan Love throw almost four
one hundred yards last week because they're trailing by John.

Speaker 4 (35:02):
Rodgers over half a yard rushing a lot of pass rushing.
It's just like scrambling to make plays right. No, like
crazy for that. No, you're staying away from that.

Speaker 1 (35:14):
Okay, yeah, I don't think it might be right, but
he's gonna be BEMGM.

Speaker 4 (35:18):
And I know guys you're listening to us because everyone's
will send to us. Put the Channelt prop up.

Speaker 1 (35:22):
Please, I know, please, Oh, it would be perfect right there.
All right, We've got Jeff Schwartz, eight year NFL veteran
Bill Krackenberger from crack Winds dot com sports handicapper. I'm
Brian No coming up next to parlay platter. There is
a vicious rumor that I have screwed up the platter
each of the last two weeks. Like you guys have

(35:42):
done a great job and I just destroy this thing.
So let's try look get my pickback on track here
so we can cash in. We'll each have a selection
for you. It is Fox Sports Radios Countdown to Kickoff,
presented by BEDMGM. It is Fox Sports Radios Countdown to
Kickoff presented by BEDMGM. Every time you may wager at BETMGM,
you earn BETMGM rewards points that can be redeemed for

(36:04):
things like bonus bets or converted to MGM rewards points
that could be used towards dining, shows and hotel rooms
at over twenty MGM resorts. All right, let's do this.

Speaker 2 (36:16):
Check this out with our late letter.

Speaker 1 (36:19):
Okay, we each have one selection. We pull everything together
for a greater payout. Crack. We'll start with you with
something you like.

Speaker 5 (36:27):
Well, I hate to steal the thunder here with this
ugly team, but I was already on Cleveland earlier in
the week with the three and a half and I'm
still going to go with them with the three on
my portion of the parlay platter here, it's uh, listen,
everyone's gonna be on Washington. I want to be on
the bookmaker's side to begin with. End we have a
couple people that we fade on Washington.

Speaker 4 (36:50):
Yeah, I like it, So I'm gonna do football. But
it's a couple other sports, like Tiger's money Line today,
Schoobl's pitching they're down they're down one, you know, like
in the series, and also Phillies minus one and forty
five on the on the money Line right now hosts
the Mets down one zero in that series as well.
I think those are not half bad plays. You were
looking for another sport today besides football too, including to

(37:13):
any certain.

Speaker 1 (37:14):
WNB here today.

Speaker 5 (37:16):
Do we need another sport on it?

Speaker 4 (37:17):
mL got Liberty Aces today.

Speaker 1 (37:20):
We got both games going on.

Speaker 4 (37:21):
Oh yeah, you're right. Yeah, no, I'm gonna Kaitlin Clark's out.
That's my We're We're off.

Speaker 1 (37:25):
Kaitlyn Clark props Connecticut going home. It might be over for.

Speaker 4 (37:29):
Them, all right, So I will just uh oh boy,
lots of options here. Give me the Pittsburgh Steelers on
the money line, please, minus one and forty five. I
just don't want the Cowboys right now. It's pretty simple.

(37:51):
They're on the road playing it. I think we know
what the Steelers are. They're not good. Might not be, that,
might not be my might be okay, just okay. But
one of the Cowboys guys, no Parsons, no DeMarcus Lawrence,
offensive line not playing as well, young kids now on
the road playing Pittsburgh's defense, low scoring, grind it out game.

(38:14):
I'll take them on the money line.

Speaker 1 (38:16):
Yeah, hey, I get it. Just as you're saying that,
ty Chandler rushes for about four or five yards, You know.

Speaker 4 (38:23):
Jeff, I've looked at various other outs and none of
them posted it.

Speaker 1 (38:28):
None of Howards, none of they know. They know that
he's gonna get all these carries and he's.

Speaker 4 (38:33):
Gonna be easy. Maybe in a halftime they'll do it.

Speaker 1 (38:35):
I would love that. I would be all about that.
As far as the platter goes crack, I'm on your side.
I'm on the Browns as well. Today. This might be
a little bit more risky, but I think it's correlated.
As you have to say, give me the Browns team total,
give me over twenty and a half Washington's. Washington's defense

(38:56):
is not any good. I know the Browns offensive line
is banged up, but you might get in Joku back today,
twenty one points against this Washington defense isn't too much
to ask for the Browns. And I mean it's not
gonna be a popular play at all, but I think
the odds of it getting there are pretty good. It's
actually minus one ten. It's shaded to the under. But

(39:19):
I like the over in this one against Washington today.

Speaker 4 (39:23):
I look, yea, I think that. I mean, if we
think they're gonna win, I think we think they're gonna
score points, so at least cover this game right now,
up to score points to do so?

Speaker 5 (39:30):
Right?

Speaker 1 (39:31):
I doubt you're gonna just shut Jalen Daniels in that
offense down.

Speaker 4 (39:35):
So the thing about this league, guys, we saw this
last week is there's no better support of humbling you
when you think you're at your highest peak. And right
now Washington thinks start their highest peak and have a
Browns team all Toshaw Watson the offensive one, the defense
is as good, and then they just brown just coming
there and winning. That's that's the NFL.

Speaker 5 (39:55):
The NFL does the NFL.

Speaker 4 (39:57):
We saw it with Seattle last week, with Buffalo last week.
That's what the NFL does. Except Kansas City, the only
team seems to can't be humbled by anybody. For some reason,
it might happen.

Speaker 1 (40:05):
Monday night, though, yeah, no doubt it happens like that
all the time. Building off that coming up next, will
this team who looked unbelievable last week get humbled today? Ah,
good morning, Happy week five to you. As we approach halftime,
Jets get on the board. Aaron Rodgers to Alan Lazard.
Jets still trail the Vikings seventeen to seven, but hey

(40:29):
man still got.

Speaker 5 (40:29):
A ball again. Big score though mentally yes, that's a
giant score.

Speaker 1 (40:34):
I don't get the Vikings rushing three on that one. Listen,
Brian Flores knows more about football than I'll ever know, like, way,
way more. But you just rushed Aaron Rodgers the last possession.
You brought a blitz that he didn't see you sack him,
and then it's third down. You're like, Noah, let's rush three.
Let's play coverage here. I don't know, man. I would

(40:57):
just keep sending heat at Rogers until he shows that
he can he can handle it. I don't get rushing three, Jeff,
you agree with that, you questioned that this.

Speaker 4 (41:05):
Yeah, the rushing three thing I think has shown over
the years that when you rush three, all you do
is let's give you a team an opportunity to throw
the football. And wide receivers are so good now that
it just feels very difficult to you know, to to
just hold off wide receivers getting open if he can't

(41:27):
affect the quarterback at all.

Speaker 1 (41:29):
Yeah, right, absolutely no doubt about that. Okay, So, still
got a ballgame. Sam Darnold not looking great, you know, late,
with some of his throws, slow, with some of his
decisions as he takes a sack.

Speaker 5 (41:43):
Like he's affected from that first injury or no, he
got over that.

Speaker 1 (41:46):
I think he's looked like that the whole game. Crack,
But that's a good point. That certainly didn't help getting
cracked right in the ribs earlier in the game. But
he just looks slow right now, just doing processing. Yeah, yeah,
it looks really slow.

Speaker 4 (41:58):
It would surprise me this game. We got a little
bit closer as we got to the fourth quarter.

Speaker 1 (42:04):
No, I hear you, man, absolutely, Okay. How about a
team that looked great last week, the Baltimore Ravens. They're
at Sincy today to take on the one in three Bengals.
It's funny, right you look at the records and we
all focus on Cincy. The Ravens are just two and
two right now. You know, it seems like a distant
memory that they dropped a couple of games right away.

(42:25):
Because they looked sensational last week against Buffalo. It seems
like this could be Jeff, you always talked about it,
how the NFL will humble you real fast where they
look like world beaters winning thirty five to ten. The
thing that I wonder about is that interior defensive line
of the Bengals still banged up and That's what the

(42:45):
Ravens do. Man, they pound the Rocks. So I think
Joe Burrow and that passing offense they're gonna have to
match points. I think they're more than up for that
in a game like this. So you could see fireworks
today because I just don't see a whole lot of
defense in this one.

Speaker 4 (43:00):
Aren't they getting Aren't they getting a bunch of defensive
linement back in this game?

Speaker 1 (43:03):
They're out, they're out rankins. I think bj Hill might
be back for the Bengals.

Speaker 4 (43:08):
I played UH, I played Baltimore in this game. I
assuming not Baltimore Cincinnati in this game because I just
like divisional dogs getting points in the situation like this,
where the Ravens come off a huge win, they're feeling high,
and both the Bengals can score the ball like they
can move the ball. They geed a little bit better

(43:29):
on defense. Burrows actually played his best against the Ravens.
He's played poorly against the Browns, poorly against UH, the studios.
At times, he's played well against the Ravens in Baltimore.
Like if if the Bengals don't win this game, this
is it at one and four, there's no They're not
coming back from this game. They're at home, so I

(43:51):
have I have the Bengals here. Not my strongest play,
but just I think crack situationally, it's a good spot
to take the Bengals.

Speaker 5 (44:00):
Yeah you said that right, God, I'm thinking about the
Bengals being one and four. Who would have thought that
at the beginning of the season. Yeah, so yeah, big
division matchup here, first division matchup of the year for Baltimore.
The Bengals finally got the first win last week versus
the Panthers. I don't know if we could even congratulate
them for that, but they face a much different animal

(44:20):
today with Lamar Jackson, that's for sure. The Ravens should
be able to continue to dominate on the ground with
the Bengals come in and I think I read there
with like twenty fifth rank rushing defense, so Baltimore may
have trouble stopping the Bengals even in the air, but
they actually another team they only ranked twenty eighth against

(44:41):
the past. Burrow has a healthy Jamar Chase and t
Higgins supposedly, so it'll be interesting to know how this
goes down today. But even though the Ravens are two
and two, I just think that Jackson may be the
difference here in the game. But I didn't bet the
So I'll give you my old saying from last year.

(45:03):
I'll be rooting for you.

Speaker 1 (45:05):
For anybody who's got anything on this game. Huhrack, Is
that the way it's going.

Speaker 5 (45:10):
I was just saying, like Jeff, I'll be rooting for him.

Speaker 1 (45:12):
All right, Yeah, there you go, absolutely, I hear you.
How about this too. The team that Buffalo that the
Ravens crushed last week was Buffalo. Buffalo is at Houston today,
a matchup of a couple of three and one teams.
Khalil Shakir he's out the Buffalo wide receiver, So yeah,
maybe Kean Coleman gets targeted a little bit more. But

(45:33):
that's it's an interesting dynamic, right. You know. Stefan Diggs,
we all know he's with the Texans right now going
against his former Bills team. And then you look at
the Bills and they're wide receivers minus Shakir, They're not
a whole lot there. So I don't know if I
like Josh Allen a lot. I think you mentioned this, Jeff.
He's in the MVP race for sure. He's that productive

(45:56):
that talented, But man, you look at the two wide
receiving between these two squads. It's not even close between
the Texans and Bills.

Speaker 4 (46:05):
So I think the Texans win this game and cover
this game. Here's the name a Buffalo, right, there's sort
of a blueprint to beating them. Not every team can
do this, Okay. The blueprint is this, can you take
away their wide receivers who they don't have? Okay, well,
Houston can do that right with their defense. Now they
don't even have Shakir So if Keilan Coleman's taken away

(46:27):
or dolt looking k like, what does Buffalo do to
throw to throw the ball? The answer is, I don't know.
It comes a Josh Allen game, but I think a
Josh Allen rushing prop. I probably won't hit it, but
Josh Allen rushing prop like an over. It's gonna have
to be a Josh Allen game for them to keep
this one close. On the other side, the middle bolt
of the Bills defense, right middle linebacker, safeties a lot

(46:49):
of injuries. Okay, well, a lot of teams don't have
the personnel to really take advantage of that. Guess who does.
The Texans and the Buffalo is now on a on
a flying back on the road after another physical road
game in Baltimore. I know everyone thinks, oh, Buffalo can't
lose two in a row. Why not, It's the NFL.

(47:09):
They'll playing a Texas team that has not reached the
full potential by the way. Texas have certainly not. But
I but I do think in this spot it is
a a an opportunity to take the Texans here, and
I'm I'm glad to do it. I like the Texans here.

Speaker 5 (47:28):
You notice the two sources we have are on different
sides on this game.

Speaker 4 (47:31):
I know, so I feel so I just feel fine
just sitting with what I have.

Speaker 3 (47:36):
Yeah, but I know you're you're on Houston right, crack
I am.

Speaker 5 (47:40):
I I have Houston for for a play today and
it's you know, this is another big AFC head to
head match up here, both teams coming in three and one.
The big drama in this game is obviously with the
Texans star Stefan Diggs going against the team that trading
them this offseason. So the Bills defense coming off its
worst game of the season, giving up two hundred and

(48:01):
seventy plus rushing yards to the Ravens last week. But
the Texans are still without their star running back also
Joe Mixon. Even though they are at three and one,
they've struggled to run the ball since mixing went out.
So the Texans also lead the league with forty penalties
I've seen, so they need to They definitely need to
clean that up to beat the Bills today.

Speaker 4 (48:19):
If their left tackle, he has a billion penalties For
some reason, Levon Tuccle's got a ton of penalties. I
don't understand. I don't understand why.

Speaker 5 (48:26):
This game has been going back and forth between both
teams being favored by one this week, so it should
be fun.

Speaker 1 (48:32):
No, that's an interesting one. And how about Nico Collins,
the Texans receiver. He's on pace right now for a
two thousand yard season receiving wise, he's just under five
hundred yards so far. That's a lot over almost five
hundred yards in four games. Like you're cooking with grease
at that point. How do you think of this crack

(48:53):
real quick question for you, because if you're on the Texans,
the way I would think of it as like it's
results vary so much from week to week in the NFL,
where just my process. If I'm thinking of this game
and I'm like, I like the Texans for these various reasons.
But then there's this thought where it's like, oh man,

(49:13):
does that feel a little bit too reactionary from last week?
I think you have to silence that voice from time
to time if the matchup is in your favor, right,
how do you look at that?

Speaker 7 (49:25):
Yeah?

Speaker 5 (49:25):
You know, I always say, like from week to week two.
I've said this on multiple shows, even on our show.
Many times, our eyes just play tricks on us from
week to week. So but you're right, though, it's an
interesting situation. And I'm sorry, guys, don't mind me here.
I'm betting. I'm betting the second I told you guys,

(49:45):
if I'm looking down fireing on the screen, I was
looking at the bet the under twenty and a half
on the second half jets, I missed it by a hair.
I just think that seventeen seven, twenty four, forty four,
I kind of like the underhair. Sorry, maybe even the
under twenty. Sorry to give out a live play on air.
A lot of nineteen and a half's popping up now,

(50:06):
but there is some twenties still, including bet MGM.

Speaker 1 (50:10):
Yeah, by the way, Jeff for a second. Bet MGM.
They offered ty Chandler and he's got oh it's there now,
So he's got twenty three rushing yards. It keeps ticking up.
It's up to fifty six and a half.

Speaker 4 (50:25):
It was better when it was like showing thirty and.

Speaker 3 (50:27):
I know it right, just missed it.

Speaker 1 (50:29):
That's what I'm like, Oh, I'll definitely fire away on that.
But fifty so it's like, I don't know, maybe.

Speaker 4 (50:36):
I would probably pass.

Speaker 1 (50:38):
On that now, right, I'm passing on that.

Speaker 4 (50:40):
Yeah, it's I think you sort of missed the best
opportunity to do that.

Speaker 1 (50:44):
Yeah. They had their meeting, you know, and they're like,
let's offer this line. They could get screwed on this line. There,
you go put it out there.

Speaker 4 (50:54):
You think why people I think a lot of people
are think like us and just take it blindly anyways.
Where I just I just I just I can't do it.
I just can't blindly take that number.

Speaker 1 (51:02):
Yeah, it's a little high, it is. I let's see.
I'm curious what the passing yard had jumped up to.
Rogers got a little bit before halftime to get its
up to ninety five, so it's close to the same.
It's at two twenty nine and a half. It's just
one of those things.

Speaker 5 (51:17):
Man.

Speaker 1 (51:17):
It's been a trend where you think Vikings outstanding defense,
but having a lead, these teams just pass in pass
in pass in pass. And you might see that from Rogers.
They got to get that running game working. They think
about last week with Breece Hall, he had ten carries
against the Broncos for four yards. That's an average of

(51:37):
zo point four yards per rush. It's just not gonna
get it done.

Speaker 4 (51:42):
The offensive line has been sort of extra leaky. I'm
sort of surprised that they have good pieces. It just
doesn't seem to be working quite like they thought it
would this season. There seems to be some just some
issues on you know, the the blocking, the cadence. It's

(52:04):
not as clean as it should be. I've been surprised
at sort of how ugly it's looked at times for
that offensive line when it should be better.

Speaker 1 (52:14):
Yeah, that was how That just shows you where the
Jets are. After the loss to the Broncos last week,
when Robert Sala, the head coach, he's like, Eh, maybe
we'll have to look at the cadence. They had so
many false dart penalties and then Rogers is like, I
don't know either that or hold guys accountable. Maybe we
could do that. It's been quite the weapon throughout my
entire career. Here, how about guys just don't jump off

(52:36):
side fall start?

Speaker 4 (52:38):
I mean, yeah, that wasn't That wasn't great, was it?

Speaker 1 (52:40):
No? That was that was not It just shows you
where the jets are right now. But hey, second half's
getting set. Maybe things will turn around. Hey, be sure

crackwings dot com. Jeff Schwartz, eight year NFL veteran I
caught some of your your videos with Bear this week

(53:24):
the Bear. Yeah, I caught a it's good a good job.
By the way, this was I don't know if I
can play this, but let me let me try to.
This is my favorite line I grabbed something from you,
oh about a college pick chef. Check this out.

Speaker 4 (53:39):
I don't like to row the boat saying I think
that's weird. I mean I was, I think it's weird.
But they still won.

Speaker 1 (53:46):
Last and that was your pick you had Minnesota.

Speaker 4 (53:48):
Yea, yeah, Minnesota, very well done by you.

Speaker 1 (53:51):
But that's such a schwartz comment. It's so well delivered,
you know.

Speaker 4 (53:55):
And then watching them play last night just okay. So
I knew the Big Ten obviously, as Organ is now
in the Big Ten, and I covered the Big Ten
a little bit for this other stuff I do. Infuriating
conference of coaches and they're and their and their conservative
play call and play nature like. It's just so many
of these coaches play a coach to lose the game. Yeah,

(54:18):
it is so dang frustrating watching them play. They do
not coach to win the game, crack. They coach to
lose the game. They they coach to to let the
other team win. I don't understand it. Minnesota. They did
that last night. They got lucky as us. He's not
very good right now. But no, I hit my uh
my fate of the week, which was air Force. It
was atrocious. They are they are a extra bad guys.

(54:43):
I tweet this. I think I text you guys this yesterday.
This is the frustrating part about wager. There's many of them.
One I had asked, I had gent last night. Boys
State's running back on an alt number. I had plus
two hundred yards. Two hundred yards are over at one eighteen,
like just a little bit of plus money one hundred
and eighty eight yard the first half. Crack not playing
the second half, Okay.

Speaker 3 (55:04):
Halftime score forty nine to seventeen.

Speaker 5 (55:07):
Yeah, I just wonder how much reach it was. Wow.

Speaker 4 (55:10):
Ucla is very very bad, like exceptionally bad. Okay, and
they'll still cover. It's crazy cover every game. Yeah, they
scored zero touchdowns on offense second half of the LSU game.
Crack covered the game zero touchdowns on offense against Oregon.
Guess what. They covered the game one touchdown on offense
with twenty seconds off against Penn State. They covered the game.

Speaker 1 (55:32):
By the way, I don't know what it is with
your ducks. They are allergic to covering.

Speaker 4 (55:36):
Man, that's your former way join them.

Speaker 5 (55:38):
So yeah, Jeff, you don't mess with either side of
them ever.

Speaker 4 (55:41):
Right, No, but I will say no, I'll take them
like you bet on them, right, I'll take it. Yeah,
I'll If they're a favorite, I'll take them. But I
don't do it often out this year, and I haven't
done it much this year. I did take them. I
take that back. I thought they would smoke the Beavers.
I took that one. I did not think them at UCLA.
I had their team total over a couple of time.
Just here. They's not score as many points. They just

(56:01):
don't care at somebody's games. They're just so shut it down.

Speaker 3 (56:05):
This weekend.

Speaker 4 (56:08):
You can talk about till next Sunday. Oregon, Ohio State.
This weekend, how State four and half point favorite. It
looks like Inn Eugene on Saturday nights. Yeah, what a game.
This is good.

Speaker 1 (56:18):
That should be a lot of fun. That should be good.
Uh hey, coming up next, this team has a stat
that blows my mind. My guess is it might blow
your mind as well. It's on the way. It's Fox
Sports Radios Countdown to Kickoff presented by BETMGM. It is
Fox Sports Radios Countdown to Kickoff presented by bet MGM.
Throughout the entire football season, bet MGM will offer all

(56:39):
different types of no sweat tokens. Be on the lookout
for no sweat same game parlay tokens and parlay boost
tokens just to name a couple. Be sure to follow
bet MGM across all socials at bet MGM. All right,
Jets trying to get their running game going not going great.
Breize Hall just got tackled for about a four yard

(57:00):
loss or so.

Speaker 4 (57:01):
That's the thing about this, guys, is like the Jets
offensive line is just not either seeing things or their
coach poorly. I it's frustrating. That's a Hall of Fame
left tackle is just not doing the right thing. Like
you would think that would be coached up, you know, right, No,

(57:22):
he knew what to do in Dallas.

Speaker 1 (57:24):
Yeah, absolutely he did. It's not like he just got
old in one off season.

Speaker 5 (57:28):
You know.

Speaker 1 (57:29):
Tyrone Smith was really good last year. So the whole
thing is just the injuries. But he looks completely different
right now. Okay, so this stat blew my mind. I
don't know if you guys are the same way, but
think about the Dolphins expectations heading into this season to
what gets banged up. But he didn't get banged up
like Rogers last year in play four. You know, he

(57:51):
played a little bit in the season. The Dolphins have
zero offensive plays with the lead this season. They have
not had an offensive play while leading in a game
yet this year, four games in. Uh, that that's pretty
wild to me because they haven't played the stiffest of competition,
like just a lucky three nothing lead against the Titans. Nope, nope,

(58:14):
not a lead with Tua nothing and uh, they're on
the road against the Patriots. A little bit of Dolphins
money coming in this week, crack where you look at
the Finns getting some cash some uh definitely maybe not
Finns believers, but Patriots fades, you know.

Speaker 5 (58:31):
But there was the absolutely Dolphins money coming in. But
this is one of those games that I don't expect
many people to watch. The two of the worst teams
going going head to head, well I should I should
say two of the worst teams in the AFC going
ahead to head.

Speaker 4 (58:45):
If you were watching this game and you're not a
Patriots or Dolphins fan. Why what's the purpose for this?

Speaker 1 (58:54):
Like gambling man, fantasy football something you have?

Speaker 4 (58:58):
I had not a single gamble take on this game.
I look none, I think. I mean Tyler Huntley's number
is gonna be so low that I might take it
just for fun. Huh well, okay, I'm gonna guess it.
I have not seen it yet. I'm gonna guess on
the road Totalley's starting today, right, yep, it's gonna be
like one hundred and fifty four yards.

Speaker 1 (59:17):
It's close, it's one sixty five. They're both the same, Jacoby,
I'm gonna.

Speaker 4 (59:22):
Take I'm gonna go home. I'm gonna take Huntley under
right now. He's not tolling for one hundred and sixty
five yards in this game. I mean. The problem is
though with it. And here's my caution on this wager
I might skip it. Actually, is that Tyreek Hill can
like just break free and get to eighty yards on
a play.

Speaker 1 (59:37):
Yeah, absolutely, and he should have. Last week Huntley couldn't
get him the ball, so that might be part of
the reason to fade him. But uh yeah, and how
about this other game? I want to throw at you
real fast packers at the Rams. Jeff, I give you
the floor, man, because I get it. It feels very
square to go with the Packers. But what's the argument

(59:58):
for the Rams? Really, that's the quest. What's the argument
for the Rams?

Speaker 4 (01:00:02):
So if you look at the uh, look at the
Rams right now. Okay, let's look at their schedule. So
they lost by six the lines overtime in week one.
They didn't cover that game on the closing number, but
you know that that happens. Overtime loss. Okay, cool. Next
week they go to Arizona and lose forty one to ten.
We realize Arizona is not good. Okay, their defense is atrocious.

(01:00:26):
Everyone gets hurt in that game. Game before they go
into the Niners game, you're like, they're gonna get their
the doors blown off, like they're all injured. They have
a fourth quarter that's heaven sent right down ten points
a fourth quarter against the nine Ers. They win that game,
they're like, okay, here's that one sort of like bounce
you get with that injury. Right with the injury, you know,
like every we see this whole time, right, teams so

(01:00:47):
injured they can't win a game. Boom, they get one
win and they were sort of uncompetitive against the Bears
last week, who are not very good. The Packers came
a lot in the second half against the Vikings. Jordan
Loved looked like he's like he's healthy, ready to go.
And I think the Packer is just much better than
the Rams right now. There's not a home game for
the Rams. Had it'd be fifty Packer fans of this

(01:01:10):
game in Los Angeles. So I just think this is
a spot where the Packers just sort of blow out
a bad, a bad Rams team. It just sort of
as unfortunate that the Rams are where they're at right
now through no far of their own. They're just really
really beat up right now.

Speaker 5 (01:01:29):
You know, I actually made a bet yesterday, even though
I have wait a minute, well, I made a bet
on well, I was looking at bet MGM. By the way,
I'm just looking at the odds what I got. But
so I made this bet, not hedging my other bet.
I have under ten and a half on the Packers
season wins. But I made a bet well Green Bay Packers. Yeah,

(01:01:51):
well Green Bay Packers make the playoffs, yes plus one twenty.
So I did make that bet yesterday. I can easily
win both by the way if it lands on like ten,
you know, something like that. But I just think that
this situation today, both teams coming back off uh tough,
tough losses and hope to bounce back. Today. The Packers
got their star quarterback back. I guess he's a you know,

(01:02:14):
getting that kind of money, he must be the big star, right.
Jordan loved fifties and fifty five million a year wherever
he got. He didn't look one hundred percent last week
coming back though, but he was back. So the Rams, boy,
I'll tell you, they just have been terrible on defense,
thirty first ranked so far this year. Their offense hasn't

(01:02:34):
looked good either for the most part. Still, but then again,
they're missing Cup and Nicoa. So the Packers also, though,
are without their top receivers. I think Dobbs and Watson, right,
both dolls.

Speaker 4 (01:02:46):
Dobbs got suspended.

Speaker 5 (01:02:47):
Yeah, okay, Dobs Dobs out. I met Watson right down
on right, right, yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:02:53):
But take advantage of that though. I don't know, like
we could just see a run like the Malik Willis
gay right, just run the ball, run the ball.

Speaker 1 (01:03:02):
Yeah, you could, and it's or you can just see
like Don Pavian Wicks. You can see Jaden Reid like
they they just have a collection of dudes where even
without the guys that you mentioned, Crack, they can still
put up numbers no problem.

Speaker 4 (01:03:17):
Crack. Whoever text you about the sauce gardener thing just
completely jinks.

Speaker 3 (01:03:21):
Sauce guard boy he does.

Speaker 4 (01:03:23):
That's that's playing terribly and now he's off the field.

Speaker 5 (01:03:27):
Jinx is a nationwide word. Is an old East Coast word.
He joned them, Yeah, you know, he really, man, he did. Yeah.
They text me and said, what are you talking about?
These jets were still picked to be so good and
sauce squadner and the next thing, you know, like you
got a big penalty against them. But uh, going back
to this game, by the way, guys, both sides of
this game, I know, Uh, sports betting syndicate groups on

(01:03:49):
game opened up green Bay minus four. Lots of rams
money came in. Now a little bit of green Bay
money coming back here. We're settled in. This line is
a three minus fifty at bet MGM and forty nine.
Kind of settle in at the three number. I don't
expect it to move off that number, of course, especially
here a couple hours before an hour and a half.
Actually that's a later game. But even the day of

(01:04:11):
the game, very rarely a book will toggle from three
to three and a half for or even three to
two and a half. So both sides of this game.
This is why sports betting in the NFL is so difficult.
How can you I always said this before we even
started doing this show. How could two sports betting syndicates
that use a model algorithm, how can they possibly come

(01:04:36):
up with opposite sides of the game that enough to
bet it? Yause? You know, in other words, if you're
if you're if you're betting this game, you're thinking that
the line should be a couple points in your face,
it's a couple points in your favor by betting it
both ways. So just think about that spread of what
I'm saying, two different syndicate groups six seven points off

(01:04:58):
on their model. So it always shocks me when I
see that. But then again, this is the NFL. But
I'm I'm referring even the college games, or even college basketball.
How can it be possible that someone is against someone
that's a winning gambler. But it happens though they have
their own mythology and they their own methods, and they
do things differently, and and sometimes there's other other factors

(01:05:22):
that one group doesn't know. So, uh, tough game today
here Green Bay and the Rams. I think the Rams,
you know, need the game more than Green Bay obviously,
So we'll see what happens.

Speaker 1 (01:05:33):
By the way, Uh, Donald gets sacked on second down
again with slow, slow with his decision making.

Speaker 5 (01:05:40):
But yeah, is he okay? Did he get up though?

Speaker 1 (01:05:42):
Or oh yeah, yeah he's healthy, just slow getting rid
of the football decided.

Speaker 5 (01:05:46):
Oh I think he said slow to get up.

Speaker 1 (01:05:48):
Oh my bad. Yeah, no, no, no, just not getting
rid of the ball.

Speaker 4 (01:05:51):
Looks a little bit jitter in the pocket today, It
does not look very much. He is, you know, as
uh as comfortable as we've seen him in previous weeks.

Speaker 1 (01:06:00):
By the way, Jeff, you know who does not look
jittery in the pocket. Yeah, that would be Brian Finley.
Believable branding tall in the pocket. Be finally, look at that.

Speaker 8 (01:06:11):
You are the king of segues, Brian.

Speaker 1 (01:06:13):
No, you guys are a rocketed.

Speaker 5 (01:06:14):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:06:15):
So we're looking at this game right now.

Speaker 8 (01:06:16):
The Vikings in London leading seventeen to seven against the
New York Jets, and it is gonna be Jets football
with about eight thirty.

Speaker 5 (01:06:24):
One to go.

Speaker 8 (01:06:25):
Now make it seven forty one to go in the
third quarter, Sam Darnold, you just mentioned him getting sacked.
He's been sacked four times, so that might have something
to do with why he's a little bit jittery because
he's looking over his shoulder wondering when he's gonna get tackled.
Eleven of nineteen through the air, one hundred and twenty
eight yards passing, no touchdowns, no picks. Can't say the
same for Aaron Rodgers, who did throw in a score

(01:06:47):
here late in the first half.

Speaker 5 (01:06:49):
Rogers in the.

Speaker 2 (01:06:50):
Shotgun slot right, takes the snap, drops back, looks over
the middle, blushed out of the pocket, pros back of
the end.

Speaker 1 (01:06:56):
Zone and it is caught.

Speaker 3 (01:06:58):
That's a Jet touchdown.

Speaker 5 (01:06:59):
Allen Lizard climb the ladder Rogers with a rifle shot
on the move and the Jets take advantage and they're
on the board before halftime.

Speaker 8 (01:07:08):
Jets Radio Network. And for Aaron Rodgers, along with that
touchdown throw, he is one of excuse me, eleven of
twenty one through the air one oh two in the
world of passing yards and has been sacked once. Aaron Jones,
his former teammate. They're now running back with the Minnesota Vikings.
He is questionable to return, according to NFL Network. With
a hip injury coming up obviously our next window of

(01:07:32):
NFL games and some injuries you're going to want to
keep an eye on as far as how this might influence.
Wink wink your fantasy football team. Jaguarside and Evan Angrahim
with a hamstring problem, a slight glimmer of hope that
he plays today against the Colts. Not a whole lot
of confidence in him playing, but there is a chance meantime,
Brownstide and David and Joku coming off the ankle problem

(01:07:55):
is just about a sure thing. A lock to play
against the Commander's cowboy corner Trayvon Diggs hurt his ankle
during practice this week, and it seems like he is
gonna be good to play tonight as the Cowboys take
on the Steelers. Colts quarterback Anthony Richardson doubtful today against
the Jaguars, so entering into the fold Joe Flacco, he

(01:08:18):
seems to be. Reports are suggesting the man trending into
being the starting quarterback for Indianapolis today and lastly, guys,
as they work it back to you, Raiders defensive end
Max Crosby appears to be a lock to play today
or this weekend, I should say, as the Raiders are
on the on the grid iron with an ankle injury.

(01:08:40):
So an ankle injury not gonna stop Max Crosby from
getting on the field. And I'll tell you what is
I work it back to Bill, Jeff and Brian. Even
an ankle injury for you, Brian though, and you're still
showing up and doing the show. It's really admirable work.
I gotta say thank you.

Speaker 1 (01:08:54):
I appreciate that. Befendla. It is Fox Sports Radios Countdown
to Kickoff presented by Bett MGM All season Law betmgm's
offering you a second chance on your first touchdown bet
in the NFL. When a customer places an NFL wager
on a first touchdown score bet and he doesn't score first,
but score second, bet MGM will return one hundred percent
of their steak back in cash. All right, let's do this,

(01:09:16):
let's go rush, let's second and chance score.

Speaker 4 (01:09:21):
This might be our last opportunity man.

Speaker 1 (01:09:23):
Okay, Crag, we'll start with you. We're looking for a
first touchdown scorer. If he doesn't score first, but score
a second, we get our stake back in cash. Here
on BETMGM. What's anything that you've got circle today.

Speaker 5 (01:09:36):
And what you're saying at what Brian's saying actually is
is you know many sites offer this the first team,
the first first player to score. Only bet MGM will
actually give your money back on the second if he
scores second. I am I saying it right, Yeah, that's right.

Speaker 1 (01:09:53):
You get your stake back if you scores second instead.

Speaker 5 (01:09:56):
All right, let's go to Derrick Henry. I'm on the
bet MGM site. Derek Henry my first guy to score here,
taking the four to one, hopefully scores first or score second.

Speaker 4 (01:10:08):
Go all right, I'll take Jordan Mason, Niners running back
plus three fifty. I think the Irish score a lot
of points today. Yeah, and they won the football and
Jordan Mason will have an opportunity early in this game
to score the first touchdown or the second touchdown. I
mean they run the ball time in San Francisco. Give

(01:10:29):
me the Niners here running back, Jordan Mason.

Speaker 1 (01:10:33):
Okay, between you and me, Jeff, we've got a decent
shot to cash because I'm gonna go with a different
forty nine er. Give me Brandon i Yuk. He hasn't
done anything so far this season. You might see remember
Kelsey last week. Now it's like Rishie Rice went down.

Speaker 5 (01:10:48):
We get that.

Speaker 1 (01:10:48):
But you mentioned this before the game, Jeff. They're gonna
get Travis Kelcey more involved. Very quiet first three games,
and that's what happened last week. I see something similar
happening with Brandon i Yuk. Very favorable matchup against the
Arizona Cardinals. I think they target him quite a bit.
I think he has a day. I wouldn't be surprised
if he scores first. I'll go with him at nine
to one.

Speaker 5 (01:11:08):
And you know, guys, just just to the public out there,
you might want to bet something like like we've said here,
something you know under like five of the one or
something like that with BETMGM. The only reason why the
chance of him getting that second touchdown obviously if he's
more of a favorite to get that refund than that rebate.

(01:11:29):
So that's also something you can put into the equation
with the bet MGM offer.

Speaker 1 (01:11:34):
Here, right, Yeah, and listen a lot of times, if
your team scores, there's a good chance the other team
is going to score the next touchdowns. I don't know
in this game, though, Jeff, I wouldn't be surprised if
the Niners score back to back touchdowns before Arizona scores one.
You know, so let's go best case. Now, you scores
first and Jordan Mason scores second, right, and yeah, we

(01:11:57):
get the big payout right there.

Speaker 4 (01:11:59):
The Jets offenses having a day.

Speaker 1 (01:12:01):
Or the Yeah, and it's raining and oh.

Speaker 4 (01:12:04):
No, wait it's raining. Oh there's the excuse, Robert in
the rain. Ah, there we go.

Speaker 3 (01:12:09):
I was worried there was There wasn raining again in.

Speaker 4 (01:12:14):
England, which is shocking. It seems like it never range
in England. Roe battered.

Speaker 3 (01:12:18):
I don't care.

Speaker 4 (01:12:19):
I mean the game. He's gonna play the rest of
the game. I forel good about my my oh boy,
which is he okay though? Nope, he's actually hurts. Oh geez, Nope,
that's it?

Speaker 1 (01:12:28):
Yeah, like really yeah, man, your feet is fast.

Speaker 4 (01:12:33):
It's something hamstrings grabbing his hamstring.

Speaker 5 (01:12:36):
Just just just think about that, guys. So Jeff's feeds
ahead of Brian's ahead of mine. This is why you
have to play live wagering. Dooring commercials hate that being
that delay. It's like ten seconds. Yeah, TV delay, then
you go for the AM feed frequency delay. I mean
you're talking thirty seconds.

Speaker 1 (01:12:55):
So yeah, that's not good for my passing prop right
there with Rogers, Man, both guys got hurt. I was
on Aaron Jones hurt. I was on Rogers might be hurt.
That's not great. I sound like your guy texting you
crack talking about Sauce Gardner. Yeah, yeah, goodness. All right,

(01:13:17):
We've got Bill Krackenberger from crackwins dot com sports handicapper,
Jeff Schwartz, eight year NFL veteran. I'm Brian No coming
up next, prop it up. We'll look at the prop
betting market. So many opportunities we'll compare notes. It's Fox
Sports Radios Countdown to Kickoff presented by BETMGM. It is
Fox Sports Radios Countdown to Kickoff presented by BEDMGM. Once today,

(01:14:00):
do this.

Speaker 2 (01:14:03):
Prop it up player plays.

Speaker 1 (01:14:06):
Okay, prop bets go lore Crack. We'll start with you.
What's something you like?

Speaker 5 (01:14:12):
Well, I think I sent you this guys a couple
times this week. The Raiders gardner Minshew under his passing yards.
This is a tough matchup. Also, there's a chance he
gets benched. So yeah, I mean that you have to
throw that into your into into the mix when you

(01:14:32):
when you're uh, when you're betting props to thinking someone
can mike at bench. So I'm gonna say, you know,
I went under some different numbers here, one eighty eight
and a half, one eighty nine and a half, one
eighty six and a half, the last one I went under.
So under Minshew, Okay.

Speaker 4 (01:14:48):
He keeps hitting it.

Speaker 5 (01:14:49):
I like it.

Speaker 4 (01:14:51):
I will go with Joe Burrow over two hundred and
fifty seven and a half passing yards against the Ravens.
He's had some royal games against his team over the years.
And Baltimore's nasty defenses we've seen over you know this season,
Kim be had right. The defense is not as good
as we've seen in the previous years. Guys, I think

(01:15:11):
the Bengals sort of have to throw to be in
this game. I think this game is very competitive. And
you know Joe Burrows averaging two hundred and sixty eight
yards against against Baltimore in the seven matchups, like he's
he's good against Baltimore. So I think he has a
good game today because the Browns the Bengals, I should say,
you need to have a good game today.

Speaker 1 (01:15:33):
By the way, real fast, crack. If someone's like, hey, crack,
I'm on the bet, mgm app right now, I see
Minshew's at one eighty four and a half. Would you
still still that's okay?

Speaker 5 (01:15:42):
It's two yards. I bet under one eighty six and
a half. Yees, so it's two yards yep.

Speaker 1 (01:15:46):
I actually won eighty five and a half for a
lot of that's twent yards.

Speaker 5 (01:15:49):
One. Yeah. There's a lot of a lot of factors
involved here in this bet today. Like I said, they
could couldn't he could get benched again.

Speaker 1 (01:15:57):
So yeah, I'm gonna go with don Tavian Wicks Packers
wide receiver over fifty six and a half receiving yards.
I just think this this Packers offense, it's gonna be
a handful for the Rams. Yeah, and the Rams are
one of the worst at stopping the rush. You could
also look at a Josh Jacobs prop as well, but

(01:16:18):
I think when you can run it and throw it,
the defense is completely off balance. I think the packer's
gonna put up a lot in numbers. So give me
Dontavian Wicks. Rams have a hard time covering wide receivers
on the outside. He's gonna get a lot of targets,
a lot of opportunities with Watson injured, with Dobbs suspended
for a game, give me wis Man. Anything else?

Speaker 2 (01:16:40):
Do you like?

Speaker 4 (01:16:41):
Jeff almost took Jets money line when they're done seventeen
nothing I should have done it.

Speaker 1 (01:16:47):
How dumb are the Vikings today? By the way, you're
up by ten, you're gonna get the ball back and
you rough the rough the kicker? Why are you is
that what just happened?

Speaker 7 (01:16:55):
Wow?

Speaker 2 (01:16:56):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (01:16:56):
And now the Jets are drive?

Speaker 5 (01:16:57):
What are you doing?

Speaker 1 (01:16:59):
That's just that's stupid football.

Speaker 4 (01:17:01):
I feel like so many teams lose games rather than
win games, if that makes sense. That was an example
of that where absolutely just was so was so unnecessary.
It didn't have to do that and it cost them,
uh you know, the opportunity to sort of just pull
away in this game. You know, you know, I like
my quarterback under his guys. I just don't know if
there's a lot of them I like today right these matchups,

(01:17:23):
there's not one that stands out. Obviously the you know,
the Tyler Huntley one we talked about earlier under one
sixty five and a half. But you always worry I
think like Tyreek Hill just having a big play and
all of a sudden that that prop doesn't hit. That's
the worry I think when it comes to the plays
like that, where you know those wide receivers, Man, if
you have any of those dudes, they're they're taking off

(01:17:45):
fast and make you look dumb even though you hunting.
Could be seven of eighteen for two hundred yards because
of two long runs.

Speaker 1 (01:17:52):
Yeah yeah. And also game script too, I'm looking at
Justin Fields at one eight six and this Packer's this
this Cowboys defense obviously without Micah Parsons, without DeMarcus Lawrence,
not the same pass rush. But well, if the Steelers
have a lead, what if they're relying on Naji Harris?

Speaker 4 (01:18:11):
You know, yeah, so I think there's a chance. I
don't think Venom Jim has this up now, but you
know there's a chance to take like a Watt sack number.

Speaker 1 (01:18:24):
That's a that's a great idea, yes, but that some some.

Speaker 4 (01:18:28):
Not every book has those. I think those are posted
typically all look very very close to game time anyways,
but it does feel like what could have a sack
of two tonight.

Speaker 1 (01:18:39):
Yeah, I could absolutely see that happening. Curious about your
guy Chris Jones as well tomorrow night against the Saints
offensive line that's banged up. You know, I could see him.
Broke my heart. A couple of years ago he sacked
Derek Carr with the Raiders, but it was the old
quote unquote body weight penalty, which is a horrible call.

(01:18:59):
And the game my fact that by the way a
Jets settle for a field goal had an opportunity a
little little back shoulder with Alan Lazard didn't quite connect.
So Jets kick a field goal down by seven right
now heading into the fourth quarter, still a game. I
don't know why you're roughing the punter, I said, yeah,
it's silly right there.

Speaker 5 (01:19:18):
Live line looks like it's like six and a half
minus forty. Wow, look around the number there, It.

Speaker 1 (01:19:23):
Is right there, all right, got a lot to get to.
We will get to one of the marquee matchups of
this weekend and it's in prime time. It's on the way.
Keep it locked right here. Count down to kickoff. Rolls on, Oh,
welcome in happy week five to you already have NFL
going on, the Vikings leading the Jets seventeen to ten

(01:19:49):
as we head toward the fourth quarter and looking forward
to that's right, skull, looking forward to Sunday Night football
as well. Cowboys at the Steeler Pittsburgh favored by two
and a half. A lot of injuries with the Cowboys,
most notably Micah Parsons DeMarcus Lawrence. It's their pass rush
right there, man. But you look at Pittsburgh's defense. They

(01:20:12):
got lit up by Joe Flacco last week. Think about
that for a second, Anthony Richardson, the Colts quarterback got hurt.
Joe Flacco goes in there and Flacco is freaking dealing,
you know. So that was surprising. I look for the
the Steelers defense to rebound. The Cowboys just can't run
the ball when you're so one dimensional like that. Bad news.

(01:20:33):
As an NFL offen Cowboys.

Speaker 4 (01:20:38):
So, I, uh, last weekend, as I mentioned earlier, we
saw a reset for some NFL teams, right. We saw
that the Steelers, the Bills, the Seahawks are three and
no teams riding high. The stort just had an an
off week of bad week whatever you want to whatever
word you want to use, Brian and Billy, that's what happened, right,

(01:21:02):
And so now we head into week five, I don't
think that we should take the sort of quot quote
reset we saw from those teams as what they're going
to be the rest of the season. I think it's
fair to say, look, maybe you know, Pittsburgh's defense maybe
isn't as good as we thought, But I don't know.
We have years of data saying they have bad games
every now and then, and as every NFL team doesn't

(01:21:25):
and they're fine afterwards, right, Brian, So I wouldn't look
at what happened last weekend as a reason to wager
honor against Pittsburgh. Same with Buffalo, same with Seattle. That
was last weekend. It's a new weekend. And look now,
if we see the Steelers struggle on defense again this week,
then okay, maybe it's starting a trend of their defense
is as good as we thought. But I don't think

(01:21:46):
that's happening. So I'm not concerned about that being a
reason why I wouldn't take Pittsburgh in this game. The
Cowboys don't have two all Pro pass rushers. Kind of
hard to play defense. He's badest picture and Pittsforck's. You know,
it's not they're They're not terrible on offense. They're much
better I thought they'd be with fields. Lastly, on this

(01:22:09):
I love how every Monday or Tuesday we get the
tweet Russell Wilson might he might dress this week? Guys
getting better? Yeah, the Steelers have to decide when he
gets healthy, who's gonna be their quarterback? Oh, no, crack,
They don't decide nothing. The quarterback is justin fields.

Speaker 1 (01:22:30):
You know.

Speaker 5 (01:22:30):
One of the biggest line moves here, guys, in the
last thirty minutes, I believe it or not, has been
the Pittsburgh Steelers. They have went to three at a
couple couple shops around the country here in Vegas and
minus two and a half minus juice at most of
the other shops, including MGM, minus two and a half
minus twenty, So I don't know it just it just

(01:22:52):
looks funny this game. To me, I wouldn't be surprised,
of course, if either team wins. I wouldn't be surprised
if we get a Cowboys victor. Here. I need the
Steelers because of my you know, we have a big
contest here in town with millions and millions of dollars,
and I put Steelers on a lot of my cards
minus the two and a half minus one ten. We
get a good one though, I think tonight primetime, I hope,

(01:23:15):
as we have eleven combined super Bowl champions between these
two teams, so the Cowboys haven't won one and over
two decades though, even though even though like every year,
it seems like we're talking about their chances to win
it alls America's team, by the way here in Vegas,
probably the number one team I believe in Houston this year.
Talking to the bookmakers in town Houston, they have more

(01:23:36):
potential risk on everyone bet Houston to win everything. But
also you always get the Cowboys, believe it or not,
you get the Bears every year. The Bears money comes
in here every year to win the Super Bowl, and
I'm sorry we can't call it the Super Bowl. I
have to call it the Big Game here at the game.
Yeahh So today they'll be without their the referring back
to the Cowboys, they're without their two best pass rushers,

(01:23:58):
Partians and La Laurence. Dallas just hasn't been able to
run the ball consistently, which makes it tough on Dak
too and his h am. I right to say this
was he the highest Is he the highest paid player
even though he's got two hundred and forty million his
bigger contracts, but he is the highest played for four
years sixty million a year. Going back to the Steelers side,

(01:24:22):
justin Fields looks it looks pretty comfortable on his new
team in offense, but he's now missing a couple of
starters on his offensive line himself. So this is a
classic coach Tomlin spot. Coming off a loss and getting
a home primetime game. It should be a good one tonight.
Let's enjoy it. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:24:40):
No, Brandon Cooks for the Cowboys has a knee infection
and I like this stat too. So Pittsburgh receivers not
named George Pickens have only combined for nineteen catches so
far this season for a two hundred and twenty six yards,
So keep that in mind. Maybe the other guys getting

(01:25:00):
tonight with the lack of a Dallas pass rush. We'll
see how that goes. Okay, So how about this too,
We've got the Browns and the Commanders. Yeah, Brown's at
one in three, Commanders at three and one. Kind of
like the flip flop of what a lot of people
expected so far this season. Definitely, this will melt your mind.
Crack is a great stat. Through four games, the Commanders

(01:25:23):
have more scoring drives than incomplete passes. Wow, they have
twenty three scoring drives and nineteen incomplete passes.

Speaker 5 (01:25:32):
How about that for a hot That's sick.

Speaker 1 (01:25:35):
That's crazy.

Speaker 5 (01:25:36):
Didn't they have like one punt last week or something
like that like that?

Speaker 4 (01:25:39):
I think they haven't punted. Yeah, I think it was
last week they had. They hadn't pun in like two games, right.

Speaker 5 (01:25:44):
It's crazy, and I thought I've seen one, maybe one
punt over two games. Yeah, it was crazy. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:25:49):
Take your hat off to Jaden Daniels. He's really smooth,
he's really looked good.

Speaker 5 (01:25:53):
He was on prime time a couple months and the
people didn't even know who he was. That primetime game
put him on the map. So yeah, I tell you.
We talked about this earlier too, this game multiple times
because the voice and the other person we bet against
are both on Washington. So and I'm just I just
go against it. Like I always say, guys, every week

(01:26:15):
in the spot, just as good to find a losing
handicapper as it is a winning handicapper. Eddie Mush Bronxtail,
he played himself. That's the real Eddie Mush. You really
can't find anyone. You can't make up anyone Eddie Mush.
This this is what we're doing here. So I mean, really,
I haven't really found many of people that are betting
the Browns. We talked earlier and Christian said it's going

(01:26:37):
to be all Washington money here, So the book makers
are going to be on the Browns. And like I
said that, this is a this is the team I'm
going to be on, En like you said earlier, Like
you said before, Brian, the beginning of the season, people expect,
including me, expect a lot more out of the Browns
every year. I am just getting so frustrated with Watson.

(01:27:01):
I'm getting so frustrated with that team. I have to
just give up on them. As far as a team
as team futures, I bet a couple couple futures with
them early in the season before the season started, and
the opposite with Washington. Washington. You know, I bet the
Eagles to win the division and it was Eagles or Dallas.
That's really it. Washington and the Giants were like ten

(01:27:22):
to one. Yeah, that's how bad. Now Washington has fell
into the second it's either it's real close. Washington and
Dallas are like both two and a half to one,
and the Eagles are like even money. So Washington getting
their respect. It looks like they for these last two games.
But then again, it's only two games, guys, It's only
two games. Let's see what happens.

Speaker 1 (01:27:44):
Yeah, yeah, Commanders have a real shot for this division.
Jeff right, They're real players in the NFC East here
they are.

Speaker 4 (01:27:52):
But you know, two points one is Cliff Kingsbury's offense coordinator,
has a habit of his team's playing very well on
offense the first two months of the season and then
very poorly in the back half of the season. So
just just be careful with that, right, Like this is
a trend of Kingsbury. Now, Jay Daniels, you know, if

(01:28:15):
you look at at quarterbacks, he's had had Mahomes in college.
He had you know, he had Kyler Murray in Arizona.
So Daniel's just one of the good quarterbacks he's had.
But that trend how with Mahomes held Kyler Murray. So
just be careful. What do you think about what we
see with him over the years. Yeah, he took off
for a year. He went in like he went to

(01:28:36):
like Thailand for a year. I also don't look, I don't.
I don't know. The most talented team doesn't always win
every division, but I don't know if they're the most
talented team in the division right Like Philly is poorly coached,
do we agree on that? Like Syrian, I feel like

(01:28:59):
if they just had a better coaching, you know, they
need to be better. The Cowboys, for all their faults,
do have a talented football team. They're pretty beat up
right now. But I don't see the Commanders was standing
an eighteen week season with their roster and young quarterback
in oc and coming out on top of this division.
I could be wrong, of course, I mean I've never

(01:29:19):
been wrong before, but it's gonna be the first time maybe,
But I love how like, you know, it's our job
to just give thoughts on sports, and how do you
like you're wrong? I'm like, yeah, I say a lot
of things. Like sometimes I even know someone will tell
me you said this. I'm like, if you say so,
I don't know, man, I say a lot of things.

Speaker 1 (01:29:42):
So uh yeah, yeah, no, I hear you, man. And
that's the thing with Washington is their defense isn't very good.
And that's when you're talking about withstanding an entire season
and winning winning a division against other rosters that are
really better than yours. That's not the greatest position to

(01:30:04):
be in. I'll say this, though, Jaden Daniels has done
a great great job of masking some of the faults
on that roster. How long he stays hot, I don't know.
He's played exceptional football thus far. This is crazy too.
His completion percentage is eighty two point one in the
first four games. That's the highest completion percentage across any

(01:30:27):
four games in NFL history. These are his first four
games and he's completed the highest percentage of passes. That's remarkable.
But how long can you stay hot like that to
compensate for the defense. I'll say this though, that had
to feel good for Cliff Kingsbury where Jayden Daniels is
just crushing his former team, the Arizona Cardinals. Oh yeah,

(01:30:50):
because he's got to be looking at Kyler Murray like, bro,
if you know, if you could do this, or you're
busy playing video games, you know, maybe maybe I'd still
be there. That'd be a sweet win for Cliff Kingsbury
against this former Arizona Cardinals team. All right, We've got
Bill Krackenberger from crackwins dot com sports handicapper Jeff Schwartz,

(01:31:12):
eight year NFL veteran. I'm Brian No coming up next.
They've been struggling while winning every single game. It is

Vikings with a twenty to two ten lead against the
Jets here Jets just went three and out. Leaky Jets
offensive line Rogers sacked on second down and then third
and long they couldn't convert. Vikings have the ball just
about ten minutes to go here up by ten. You

(01:32:16):
gotta like shield your eyes watching this Jets offensive line.
Jeff got to make you sick here.

Speaker 4 (01:32:22):
Uh yeah, it's it's not great. I mean they're losing
one on ones as well. It kind of what's what's
crazy about? Not crazy? But the Vikings offense has not
been great. Like this is a game the Jets should
They probably will score to make a three point game here.
The number was two and a half, right, so they
won't cover. But Darnold is eleven of twenty five, one

(01:32:46):
hundred and twenty eight yards and no Aaron Jones, even
though Jones just he's got a pack on it. He
might he's coming back in the game. Oh though he'd
a heat pack on his ham chain like they're warming
him back up trying to come back in the game.
I doubt he comes back in the game. He does
thought have his helmet, There's no chance. So it's not
been a clean game for the Vikings. They're shown it
now four or five on third down to start zero
and six. Since then that's the third and ten, they

(01:33:09):
do the everyone moves but the center fall start right
now as everyone moved but the center until it's third
and fifteen. We just just have not been very good
on offense today, and this is multiple weeks in a row,
and I'm not sure Devonte Adams fixes any of those problems.
They do need another wide receiver certainly, But you're trading
away draft capital. I guess you're in a win now mode, right,

(01:33:30):
I mean you have to win or you're out if
you're a Robert Solas. So maybe in Joe Douglas too,
so maybe you take a swing and just go ahead.
This is where it's a fun part about ownership, right, Like,
like if you're Woody Johnson and you're you're the owner,
do you step in and say stop trading future assets
to win this season when it looks like we're not
gonna win at the level we think, or do you
go for it? You know, because you're gonna leave the

(01:33:51):
next the next coach with no quarterback, right because Rogers
will be gone, Oh darnold, Oh no interception. You're gonna
leave the next quarter the next coach and GM with
no quarterback, no tackles because your tackles are older and aging, right,
and then less draft capital to fix the problems.

Speaker 1 (01:34:14):
He might be all in too. I get your point,
but Woody Johnson might. Today the Vikings have played such
stupid football and they're still up by ten. Their defense
is obviously saved them.

Speaker 5 (01:34:27):
What down was that, guys, I'm not watching the game.
What down was? Throw the ball? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (01:34:34):
I guess, Yeah, it's still by ten. That's just a
horrible decision. I just I don't I don't get that
at all. So Donald's looked really really bad, I think,
throughout the game here.

Speaker 4 (01:34:46):
But he's not He's not look good today. You know,
this is not this is the worst he's looked. This
feels like the Donald we saw the other parts of
his career, so we're seeing today.

Speaker 1 (01:34:55):
It just looks like the Jets Donald just with the
Vikings here. You know, he's a he just seems and
he's like.

Speaker 5 (01:35:02):
Good, might be a good spot to bet. You know,
every week bet MGM resets. But a matter of fact,
not a lot of sportsbooks do this. I don't have
like any here in Nevada. They reset the futures, so
they'll put up over under season wins, and they'll put
each team to make the playoffs. She has said no.
So by you guys saying this and by the public

(01:35:22):
just seeing a score and seeing maybe Minnesota being five
and oh might be a good spot to bet under
on season wins with Minnesota, yeah, you know, oh yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:35:33):
I mean there's I try to look at these. I
took New England this week under five and a half. Yeah,
number is way too high, five and a.

Speaker 3 (01:35:39):
Half, like what you lay on.

Speaker 5 (01:35:40):
They had a late juice. Okay, so not bad.

Speaker 4 (01:35:46):
I'm okay with taking that. She's are they win six games?

Speaker 5 (01:35:49):
Right?

Speaker 4 (01:35:50):
And they might win to I might. I should have
maybe waited till they beat Miami Miami this weekend and
get yay.

Speaker 5 (01:35:55):
So I think Miami wins this weekend, so I'm hoping.
I also got them my test pick, so I think
it's a good bet. I'm surprised you didn't lay a
little bit more. It's a little bit more out here.

Speaker 4 (01:36:04):
I think, I think I'm out there. Let me look
it up. I think, I uh here, let's see my
future toss.

Speaker 5 (01:36:11):
You say six games.

Speaker 4 (01:36:12):
Yeah, yeah, I got under five and a half wins
at minus one thirty five. Yeah. I also I also
took Chris Jones Defensive Player of the Year this week
at plus thirteen hundred, so I he I mean, it's
probably gonna be Water or Hutchinson, but Krishnan just sort
of do for that award. He's a Hall of Famer.

(01:36:33):
He's the best even tackle all football. He just doesn't
get a lot of sacks. That's sort of the concern.
And he's not always the best against the run. He'll
sometimes the effort level is a little bit, you know,
he's like he wants to get sacks. But I kind
of I kind of hit that. I will say it's
not a future wager that has to involve in the NFL.
But I took Travis Hunter to win the heismanute. I

(01:36:53):
don't know, in the two thousand range. It's a favorite
right now.

Speaker 1 (01:36:58):
Wow. Yeah, it's one of those things where I love
Travis Hunter as a player to win. I don't think
he will either. It's just the Colorado is holding him back,
that they're going to have too many losses.

Speaker 4 (01:37:09):
I agree, but look if they go six and six
and it's sort of a year.

Speaker 1 (01:37:13):
Where they have upsets, absolutely the argument.

Speaker 4 (01:37:16):
So my goal, and this is where I think the
the only time the cash out option for any of
these wagers, which is you know available, is makes you that.

Speaker 1 (01:37:25):
You you very you very much double thumbs down on
all things cashing out wise. Yeah, but I think this is.

Speaker 4 (01:37:31):
Where the one advantage of it is, right, you have
a good future and a good number and Travis Hunter
goes to New York and you can cash out.

Speaker 5 (01:37:41):
Did you get there for.

Speaker 4 (01:37:43):
Travis Hunter to be a heisman? Yeah, let me figure,
let me, let me pull it up. I got a
good number. I didn't get it when I probably should have,
like I waited one one extra week to get it.
But it's a it's a if he gets to New York,
I'll have a good cash out option. I got Travis Hunter.
Oh boy, sorry plus thirty five hundred Wow.

Speaker 1 (01:38:05):
Oh that's good.

Speaker 5 (01:38:06):
Yeah, I'll you know, I don't know if I didn't
send it to you guys, but on bet MGM last week.
I actually bet him, but much much worse odds. I
think it was seven to one I bet, but I
did bet him at bet MGM last week. So when
you said this, I was like, wait a minute, didn't
I just bet Travis Hunter.

Speaker 1 (01:38:25):
By the way, cam Ward last night with Miami tremendous
comeback and Rogers threw a pick.

Speaker 4 (01:38:34):
No ham Ward. Yesterday he threw.

Speaker 1 (01:38:35):
Oh yeah he did. And then the next thing you know,
they're coming back and you completely forget about the awful
interception where they erased a twenty five point deficit at Cal.
That was and their schedule is very very favorable mill
Row obviously in the Heisman race, but losing to Vandy

(01:38:55):
doesn't help things. Yesterday, this is just a crazy day
in college football. Yeah yeah, Bama go down, Tennessee goes
down to an unranked Arkansas.

Speaker 4 (01:39:04):
That was just mayhem. It's great, guys, it is a reader.
It is again. It is very hard to win road
conference games. It's just I put this tweet out there yesterday.
I really, I really do believe this, you know, as
a fan of Oregon. Obviously in our slow start this year,
I have really I don't get upset or worked up

(01:39:27):
when you win a clunker, because how many times do
you lose the clunker all the time? Right, Teams like
Tennessee lost the clunker yesterday, Right, Alabama lost the cunkers
even though do you guys ever look at a numbers
like post game win expectancy?

Speaker 5 (01:39:43):
Dude, Like I see it up there.

Speaker 4 (01:39:45):
Yeah, I guess what Vandy's post game win expectancy was
in that game? Oh god, yeah one. The adjustice scoring
margin was Bama by sixteen points, man, and they won
the game. That's a college football for you. It's different
in the NFL, NFL, you don't get that very often.

(01:40:06):
Collegeable wild. So it was a great day at collegorre
ball yesterday. And the one thing that always pops up
when we have these weekends is and I don't know
why people have to do this. College ball so much
better in the NFL. That's so much more exciting. And
I'm like, they're different sports. First of all. You can
love both, and you can love both, but they're different things.
Right collegeooball is eighteen, twenty two year old's high variance wild.

(01:40:26):
The motion the NFL as bad as like the offensive
playing this game. The Jets are about to score, it'd
be twenty seventeen with six minutes left. I know, like,
this is the way the NFL is. You get these
final six minutes of every game are fantastic.

Speaker 5 (01:40:42):
I thought I was a lock here on my own.
Nothing is ever a lock. That's the word bad.

Speaker 1 (01:40:46):
No, you're right, though, Jeff. They're beautiful in their own way,
you know, so, I don't do you have crack for
this game?

Speaker 5 (01:40:52):
But the under remember halftime and yeah, I gave out
under forty one and a half live and I gave out.

Speaker 4 (01:40:58):
They called Pio, So it's gonna be you have thirty
seven points. They'll bet you pop this one in here, right,
twenty seventeen, six minutes left to find.

Speaker 1 (01:41:08):
Gilmour didn't like it, but he was all over him. Yeah, hey,
coming up next, could this team be the Oregon of
the NFL. Let's throw that out there first though. Brian Fenley,
mister b Fendley eyes, you spell your name wrong. But
that's okay, Oh Brian with the why Yeah it's just

(01:41:29):
a fake Ryan. Well, here's the thing.

Speaker 8 (01:41:31):
We're underdogs, and I love to embrace the underdog mentalities
because there's less Brian's with whys than ies and I
like underdog teams like the Padres and did I just
say that in the Lli market? And I also like
the Clippers, So I think, ess that explains a lot. Yeah,
somebody exactly. Hey, we got a touchdown here for the
Jets after as Jeff mentioned, there was the PI call

(01:41:53):
the Jets driving and they are in the end zone
Garrett Wilson with the touchdown score twenty to sixteen, that
extra point pending. They are playing the Jets trailing this
Vikings team in London with six o four to go
fourth quarter. Earlier in the third quarter, Aaron Rodgers came
out of the game. It looked like he was in

(01:42:14):
some serious pain, as if his ankle or his leg
was rolled up on by an offense excuse me, a
defensive ligneman. He leaves the game and then comes right
back in as if nothing happened. And don't look now.
But with this made extra point, it is three points
separating these two with still six minutes to play. Speaking
of the Jets, in some of their players here, Sauce

(01:42:37):
Gardner came out of this game. He's been evaluated and
is being evaluated, I should say, in the locker room
with a head injury. Coming up at the top of
the hour, we've got our first wave of NFL games
after the international contest, and looking at some of the
key injuries involving some of these teams playing coming up
here later on today Jaguars side and Evan Engram with

(01:42:58):
a hamstring problem has a slight chance call it slight
of playing today against the Colts. Brownstout and David and
Joku coming off the ankle problem is just about a
lock to play against the Commanders. This all according to
NFL Network. We did learn that Anthony Richardson, the Colts quarterback,
officially inactive for today, so that means the keys to

(01:43:20):
the offense for the Colts will be in the hands
of the ageless wonder Joe Flacco. Also to mention here lastly, guys,
before I work it back over to you. With this
game that we're seeing being played out here in London,
it brings up this idea of the NFL going global
and continuing to want to push that international wise and
insider Adam Schefter saying that the league is looking at

(01:43:41):
adding games in Spain, Ireland and France, so those could
be coming up with the near future, including Ireland with
this idea that the Steelers could be playing in a
game there soon because of the Steeler ownership and their
association with Ireland. Speaking of Ireland, I think about you,
Brian Knows. I work it back to you, because you

(01:44:02):
are a fighting Irish fan. Why don't they just have
a game at South Bend an NFL game? What's stopping
them from doing that?

Speaker 1 (01:44:09):
Because South Bend is incredibly ridiculously small.

Speaker 4 (01:44:13):
Yeah, there's this, and I yeah, there's no way. It
just wouldn't happen.

Speaker 1 (01:44:19):
You go abroad, you know you have to do.

Speaker 4 (01:44:21):
But Brian, I question quickly.

Speaker 5 (01:44:23):
Yeah, oh.

Speaker 1 (01:44:27):
For both of us.

Speaker 4 (01:44:29):
The Bruins. Yeah, I it's worse than I thought.

Speaker 8 (01:44:33):
They're covering the spread though all of these weeks that
they're losing, So knt be as bad we're covering.

Speaker 1 (01:44:40):
Baby, Yeah, that's where it is in Westwood.

Speaker 8 (01:44:43):
Hey, if they don't turn it around this Saturday against Minnesota,
then then I feel like we got to look ahead
to next season.

Speaker 4 (01:44:51):
I'm gonna have to wager on u c L A
plus nine. I think it is this weekend, just at
a principle, because that's just the play you have to
make after a big Minnesota win, going.

Speaker 5 (01:44:58):
On the road.

Speaker 4 (01:45:00):
I'm with you, but I'm not gonna like it at all.
It's gonna not be fun to do it, but yeah, you.

Speaker 6 (01:45:04):
Have to do it.

Speaker 1 (01:45:05):
You have to great hanging with you today, guys, Let's
do it again sometime this absolutely it is Fox Sports
Radios Countdown to kick Off, presented by bet MGM. Shortly
after the show, our podcast would be going up. If
you missed anything on today's show, be sure to check
it out. Just search Fox Sports Radio wherever you get
your podcasts, and be sure to also follow, rate and
review it again. Just search Fox Sports Radio wherever you

(01:45:26):
get your podcasts, and you'll see the show posted right
after we get off the air. So I hadn't thought
about this before, Jeff, but you tell me you too, Crack.
You like the Ducks, that's where you went. You love
the Chiefs. Are there some similarities between the two just
from this standpoint? They're both undefeated, but they're both kind

(01:45:46):
of like, Eh, they've had their warts, right, they haven't
looked dominant. We're expecting more that sort of thing. Yeah,
Sometimes the Ducks they just they get a big lead
and they're just not focused. They're not trying as much.
That hasn't been the Chiefs thing, so it's not a
carbon copy. Yeah, right, some similarities.

Speaker 4 (01:46:06):
Besides the three champions I would teach take one organ
it would be nice. Just one wild championship would be nice.
It's a little bit the same. But Organs basically treated
the first five games of the preseason before the Biohause
State this weekend, right, Like, that's the way I look
at it. Everything's primed for this this weekend. The Chiefs
are in the mode of of you know if Organs

(01:46:27):
in the mode of a mode of like we're prepared
for Ohio State. The Chiefs are just in the mode
to get to the postseason, right, like, just get get
to the postseason as healthy as possile. Which is a
problem right now because she writes they're waiting to give
us a diagnosis. He's having surgery Monday. I think it's
because more is actually wrong with his need and less. Yeah,
like that's what I think it is. Like, there's it

(01:46:48):
might it sounds very likely it's not a full torn ACL.
There's a partial torn ACL, but something else is in
is and they're figuring that out with surgery. So we'll see.
Pachaco's out for a while. Kareem Hunt did a good
job last week, but I think he's dealing with some
sort of injury too right now. He says he's gonna
play this weekend. Carson Steele can't hold on the football,

(01:47:10):
Hordwood Brown's out for a while. So you're back to
twenty twenty three offense, which is like grind it out,
hope your defense, you know, put you a good position.
But also, guys, I like Patrick Mahomes. He is not
playing his best football right now. No, he's not. If
he can just get back to some fundamentals, I mean,

(01:47:30):
his interruptions all the same quality off his back foot,
flowing the ball in the air, like just sort of
get back to what you're doing, to what you've done
in the past, and they're gonna be fine out. I
think Monday night they lose. This feels like a lose
spot for them.

Speaker 5 (01:47:45):
Wow.

Speaker 4 (01:47:46):
The Saints have one thing that I think really hurts
the Chiefs. They have Alvin Kamara, and the Chiefs have
Nick Bolton the middle linebacker. That's a huge missmaster for
the Saints. The problem is, and Brian knows this is
a Saints backer.

Speaker 8 (01:48:00):
He is.

Speaker 4 (01:48:01):
Saints offensive line is.

Speaker 3 (01:48:02):
Not good, and it's gonna be tough to move the
ball in this game.

Speaker 4 (01:48:06):
But the Saints defense is that good. I think they're
third and DV like they're a good defense, spinning it
forward quickly. The Vikings offense has been atrocious. Now all
of a sudden, they're great. I don't I don't get
I don't get the sports. Sometimes I could do anything,
and now all of a sudden, the ball of the
he's got a bounce, the ball is in field goal range.

(01:48:27):
Three minutes left. You need two more first downs because
the Jets have three timeouts and the two minute warning.
It's warning in the NFL. It's time out in college.
And how we're doing this now, and.

Speaker 1 (01:48:36):
It's so stupid, it's very dumb. I don't know like
college football is, like, let's be different over here. It's
a two minute time out. You're on the Saints on
this game, right crack.

Speaker 5 (01:48:44):
Yes, Saints plus six.

Speaker 4 (01:48:45):
It's the right it's absolutely the right side.

Speaker 3 (01:48:47):
And Chiefs blowed and I think I sent it to
you guys, but yes, and I said no.

Speaker 5 (01:48:52):
I said, I said, Jeff, I'm sorry, but I told
you to better because it was going to move. But
only half a point but I thought about it again,
just like I talked to Christian earlier. The public will
push this back to the six, I'm sure. Yeah, I'm
seeing here in Vegas there's actually plus six minus twenty already.
So I'm thinking, I'm thinking you'll you'll be able to

(01:49:13):
get that six again. And and now, Jeff, you just
said you you like the Saints to win out right?

Speaker 3 (01:49:20):
Actually did I hear you?

Speaker 5 (01:49:21):
Right?

Speaker 3 (01:49:21):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (01:49:22):
The Chiefs are itching for a loss, right, that's they're
they're they're itching for a loss. They just are. I
can see this game being seventeen thirteen, like just.

Speaker 5 (01:49:31):
Are going into Kansas City beating Mahomes.

Speaker 4 (01:49:34):
I know, sound right has not been the same I said.
I actually, Brian, you mentioned the podcast. I do bear Betts.
I put Chief Saints under as my best bet. That's
forty three and a half.

Speaker 5 (01:49:47):
I know someone that's on that.

Speaker 4 (01:49:49):
I just, yeah, don't who's scoring in this game?

Speaker 1 (01:49:52):
Yeah no, it's a fair point.

Speaker 4 (01:49:55):
I don't think anyone's scoring this game. And you know
everyone's taking over. It's the min night football. We're gonna
chase points.

Speaker 1 (01:50:00):
Would you consider fading Mahomes, Jeff, with what you said about.

Speaker 4 (01:50:03):
It, I do not like, no, I've known of this before.
I don't take you well, I know, I know you're
not gonna do ith you mean is the Saints plus
five and a half or Mahomes?

Speaker 1 (01:50:13):
No? Like Mahomes? Is that two thirty four and a half?

Speaker 4 (01:50:17):
Yeah, what makes you think he's gonna I mean, he
has nine hundred and four yards this year and that
equates to two hundred twenty six per game, and he's
without his two best wide receivers and Kelsey I think
sort of probably regresses back to what he's been this
season for most of the year. This is going to
be a grinded out game for the Chiefs, you know,

(01:50:41):
And yeah, can they win ugly as they've been doing? Ooh,
the field goal just sneaks in there for the Vikings
twenty three seventeen now of three minutes left. It does
feel like the Jets drive down and win this game,
right twenty four to twenty three.

Speaker 1 (01:50:54):
It's just been such a weird game. This is a
typical London special right here, you know it is.

Speaker 4 (01:51:00):
I hit my Aaron Rodgers though live wager forty five attempts.

Speaker 5 (01:51:03):
There you go.

Speaker 3 (01:51:04):
See, Wow, I liked I like doing that.

Speaker 4 (01:51:06):
I've been tracking it so far, and I think I'm
just over five hundred and doing that this year, so not,
you know, just a tiny bit of a you know,
small sample size so far, but I kind of I
kind of like it.

Speaker 1 (01:51:19):
By the way, what do you think about this, guys?
Building off what you just said right there, Jeff, you
might want to look for a team that's going to
be trailing. It's a good chance the Giants are trailing today. Yeah,
no Molik Neighbors, and no Devin Singletary. What do you
think about a Danny Dimes? Maybe a Temps bet there?

Speaker 5 (01:51:36):
Jeff?

Speaker 1 (01:51:37):
Can I interest you in a Daniel Jones market?

Speaker 4 (01:51:40):
What do you think I I looked at him for
for rushing today, just on the road pass rush for Seattle,
scrambling to make plays at the end of the game.
No Molik Neighbors. I'm right on that right, Neighbors, as
we can. I to see you scrambling like just a
crazy Daniel Jones are on fire, trying to make plays

(01:52:01):
type of game.

Speaker 5 (01:52:02):
The only problem with that type of bet, guys, is
when you have a seven point favorite, it's already baked
in the line. You're gonna you're gonna be You're gonna
be giving. It's going to be a couple extra attempts
already put into that because of the expectation of Seattle
getting out to a lead and winning. So you just
gotta be careful making bets that look obvious because you're

(01:52:24):
gonna pay a tax on that.

Speaker 1 (01:52:26):
What do you think about the opposite, Craig, what do
you think about going under there?

Speaker 5 (01:52:29):
Yeah, I'm just I'll tell you I probably would look
at under I like, how bet MGM does these these
live ones? Though it's very interesting, right, But yeah, I
just I just know that because the public's gonna think
that too. On maybe not this giant game with Seattle
because it opened up six, but if you have a

(01:52:51):
ten point spread, sometimes the public, uh, they know which
way the public's gonna bet a lot of times, and
if they look deep enough in the prop more I
would think they would say, oh, well, he's got to
be throwing the ball a ton. So and then you
also have to take out the factor that you know,
someone could be hurt or injured or hurt for a
couple of plays and someone's a series or so. So

(01:53:14):
I'm just saying, just put that into the equation, that's all.

Speaker 1 (01:53:16):
Yeah, Ellen lizard open on the sideline and couldn't squeeze it.
It would have been about a twenty twenty five yard gain.
But second and ten for the Jets. As we're winding down,
just about three minutes to play here, good one Vikings
holding on to a six point lead. Yeah, good stufs
All right. We've got Jeff Schwartz, eight year NFL veteran

(01:53:39):
Bill Krackenberger from crackwings dot com sports handicapper. I'm Brian
No Coming up next, we got pick Scalore rapid fire
Cracks best bet of the day. Wow, Garrett Wilson gets loose.
Nice little gain there for the Jets, about sixteen yard.

Speaker 5 (01:53:55):

Speaker 4 (01:55:05):
Rapid fire.

Speaker 1 (01:55:07):
All right, let's start with the crack challenge here. Jeff,
you are up first. What are you think of today
as the Jets trying to find a way to get
it into the end zone?

Speaker 4 (01:55:18):
All right, here we go. Bengals plus two and a half.
We talked about this game earlier. Actually, like the first
three games listed here on the ben MGM app. Bengals
plus two and a half, Texans minus one, Panthers plus four.
I like to actually I like to list first four
games in a row. I'm gonna I'm gonna go down
the list here Steelers minus two and a half time

(01:55:40):
on saidy night football. Huh Rogers made a throw an interception.
Oh oh, the game might be over. So those are
those are the first four and then look we talk
about the hard part about the Crack Challenge. I like
Jacksonville minus three and a half, minus three, it's now
three and a half. I can't do it, Crack can't
take it three and a half.

Speaker 5 (01:55:59):
Yeah, so.

Speaker 4 (01:56:01):
Bartender the voice, Yeah, coming together, Brown's plus three with
my fifth and final for the crackhowns Carolina, Houston, Pittsburgh, Cincinnati,
and Cleveland.

Speaker 1 (01:56:14):
Okay, and yeah, it looks like Rogers did throw a pick.
So he got there, Jeff, you got there with the
attempts for you. He got there with the passing yards
for me. So very good, very nice.

Speaker 4 (01:56:26):
All right, Crackallenge and the underhit right for crack.

Speaker 5 (01:56:29):
Yep, yes on Earth for second half under on the live. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:56:33):
Great timing for an interception, right there is to find
Gilmore picking it off. Okay, so uh, here's where I'm at.
That's right. Let's go with a couple of dogs over here.
I'm with Cleveland, I'm on Cincinnati, I'm on the Saints.
Now for the faves, you give me the Packers on

(01:56:53):
the road, and Jeff, I hate, I just can't quit
this team. I've loved this all week. I hate that
the line has moved through the key number of three.
You know, Crack, you might look down on this. I'm sorry,
but I'm taking the Jags minus three and a half,
No four or three. Indeed, yeah, I wish it was
still two and a half or three, but I'll lay

(01:57:16):
the three and a half. All right, let's go rapid
fire over here. We'll start with you, Crack, what do
you like today?

Speaker 5 (01:57:21):
All right, let's go with I'm gonna go to the
prop market here. I wanted to just check the bet
MGM number. It's forty one and a half. Okay, so
the Texans Dell over forty one and a half receiving yards.
They talk about him getting more involved this week. Earlier
in the week, I heard that in the press conference
he's had He's a really good player, just got off
to a slow start. So there's one for you guys.

Speaker 1 (01:57:42):
Okay, Jeff, I'm gonna take.

Speaker 4 (01:57:49):
I kind of do like that Daniel Jones rushing problem
I mentioned. I'm gonna go Daniel Jones over thirty one
and a half rushing yards, just kind of trying to
make play, scrambling around, trying to do the best of
his legs.

Speaker 1 (01:57:59):
Hey man, I get it. I'm gonna look at that
same team. Give me one Dale Robinson, the Giants wide receiver.
I'm gonna take over forty eight and a half receiving yards.
No molik, neighbors, gotta throw it somewhere. One Dale Robinson
had a ton of targets last week, so I'm gonna
target him as well, no pun intended. We got time.

(01:58:21):
Let's do this the best play of the day. Crack,
what do you have for us, buddy, Let's go tomorrow night.

Speaker 5 (01:58:29):
Let's go with the Saints. Let's wait on this, guys.
Bet at tomorrow you may find some sixes out there.
Saints over Jeff Schwartz's Chiefs. Come on. But actually Jeff
likes to bet too, so take it. Look look for
the six points tomorrow. There's a couple of them popping
up now. Saints tomorrow night, guys.

Speaker 1 (01:58:45):
Okay, Saints who that we'll see maybe plus two hundred
there if you're feeling crazy, enjoy Week five. Everybody will
see it.
