the NBA Finals together, and the closer we get to
tip off, I feel like I'm getting sick, really, and
my nerves are buildings, saying I've got people texting me
that I haven't talked to in years, and they're texting
me wishing me good luck tonight, Like I'm starting at
shooting guard and I'm playing forty plus minutes.

You know what's great about this, Taylor? Because I thought
about this too. I was like, Man, what would I
feel like if I was a Knicks fan. I'm just
thankful this first two games are not at MSG, like
they need this time to acclimate themselves to.

It's like I was saying yesterday, Carl Anthony is probably
gonna show you some old Karl Anthony town stuff, Like

helpful because MSG. Right, imagine Taylor game one, Like, it's

thinking about it tonight. San Antonio is not the building
that that Knicks fans can take over where they have
in the past in these past couple of series. You're
looking at the Atlanta series, You're looking at the Cleveland series,
You're looking at the Philadelphia series. I can't remember the

a true road atmosphere.

There are very few NBA cities where a New Yorker
would not want.

To relocate to.

Right, San Antonio does not feel like a title list,
but where the New Yorkers I'd be like, Yeah, I'm
just gonna go to the San Antonio, Miami great, you
know some of the Atlanta great.

San Antonio not so much, so they can't take it.

And now imagine, like imagine a few Knicks do infiltrate
whatever the Spurs arenas called these days, and then they
don't put on the T shirts and then you just
got like a smattering of Knicks orange and blue, like
just an ey sore in the middle of that, you know, artwork.
That is the San Antonio crowd. That would be great
for Nicks. They didn't take over, you know, the Spurs building,

but they made it obvious that they were there.

Do you think anyone inside the Knicks organization is thinking
along the lines the way is he is thinking in
terms of, hey, happy to be on.

The road for the first two. Let's dip our toe

They don't have home court advantage. If there's a Game seven,
it's on San Antonio's home court.

I do agree that you want game seven in your building,
you want Game seven in Madison Square Garden. But I
do think there is something there to what is he saying,
where if the Knicks just steal one of the first
two games, the series shifts back to them. Where the opposite,
all the pressures on you to protect your home court.
I don't think this is the worst spot for the
Knicks to be in.

And I think even though game game one is sort
of normally the most anomaly type of game of a series,
but I think this is going to be Sorry, Taylor,
I think this is a Spurs game tonight. I think
if we already saw what was I mean, technically it
is a Spurs game tonight, it's a Knicks game.

Is I think the Spurs will win the game tonight?

Yes, ste If you remember the previous series, the Cavs series,
what was the closest game, Game one, and it was
after a ton of rest. Yes, And so I feel
like you might be able to might sort of recreate that.

The Knicks may be sort of figuring things out, the
Spurs riding a little bit of that momentum and being
at home, and they take game one. But Game two,
for me, steals feels imminently stealable.

And I got news for you, san Antonio. Is he
better be right? You better get tonight's gabe. If you
let the Knicks get out to like an eighteen to
two lead and they just steamroll you on your home court.

is about fighting. And I got to be honest with you.
I can't concentrate. I can't muster up the emotion, the passion. Yes,
I have such a stomach ache right now, Like I
am just perpetually nervous and I can't get enough of

all the content. Last night, I was just sitting in
bed watching every single press conference, the open workout, looking
at them in front of that finals logo. We've been
waiting for this. It felt at one point like it
was never going to happen again in our lifetime, like
they dropped the video with Clyde narrating it. I woke
up this morning and I was showing my son that video,

and he looked at me. He's like, are you crying?
And I'm like, yes, I'm crying. You don't realize you're
twelve years old. You don't realize how much we've suffered
and what this means to us. I want this so bad,
to guys, I can't even describe how badly I want this,
and to think that we are just four wins away
from As I've said a million times over the past
week to friends and family, a lifetime of pain will

be erased and a lifetime of angst will be relieved
if they can pull this off.

Well said, and I really you didn't even mention the
image of Patrick Ewing wearing the twenty twenty six finals hat.

Oh God, Jesus, that broke me.

Man, that broke me. There was a moment there at
the end of grating Patrick Ewings my favorite accid of
all time. I became a Ewing fan in nineteen ninety
when I walk into a shoe store as an eight
year old, and my older brothers playing a prank on me, say,
don't buy those Jordans, buy those shoes, those big, ugly,
bulky shoes. Buy the Ewings. And I'm like, all right, sure, guys, right,
And then I look him up in a magazine. I'm like,

all right, I guess this is my guy. And that's
how I fall in love with the ni back in
nineteen ninety and Patrick Ewing being my guy. And so
when he was on the bench at the end of
Game four against the Cavs and they kind of zoomed
in on his face and then he puts the hat
on and it's Clyde to him to Brunson, it broke me.
I think every Nick fan wants this for themselves, but
I think they wanted for Patrick. They wanted for John,

they wanted for Charles, they wanted for Derek Harper, they
wanted for all those guys as well. And then of
course Houston and Spree and LJ and Chris Childs and
Charlie Ward. There's just so much that goes into this man.
And I know I'm preaching to the choir here, but
it's just mustering up a lot of emotion right now.

How many times have you cried during this finals run?
Speaker 4 (23:36):
I mean, oh my, I mean at this point, since
we've clinched, it's been on a daily basis, all the videos,
all the edits, the highlight reels. I don't I saw
a couple of people who I respect, say Nixon seven,
and I'm just thinking to myself, I am so nervous
before game one. I don't think I'll be able to
survive seven games, Like, could you imagine what that's seventh

game will feel like? Game Day? I don't know if
my body can handle it. I'm being one hundred percent honest.
When you played the Rockets in ninety four, like I
was twelve years old and I sat in a hotel
room in Boston. I'll never forget crying wearing my ewing jersey.
But I was twelve years old, like to me, time
was infinite. Now I'm staring at at us like I'm
not gonna have to wait another twenty seven years to

see them again, why I'd even be alive, Like, is
this my last chance? And so it feels so much
more daunting, it feels so much more heavy at this time,
Like that's why I'm praying for a sweep. I know
there's no chance for a sweep, but I just kind
of want to fast forward, get this over with, and
then relive it all knowing how it all ends up.

Harry All, I was making the argument to the guys
earlier this postseason that Jalen Brunson has changed my life,
and they laughed at me. They said it was an overreaction.
Do you agree or disagree with that sentiment? For diehard
Knicks fans that Jalen Brunson has changed their lives, he

I mean one million percent. I tweeted on the day
they signed him, this is the steal of the century.
And every so often after you know it is back
in twenty twenty two, every so often after he does
something amazing, I go back to that tweet and I
just look at the replies. You idiot, you'll regret this
classic Nick. What an awful deal, I mean, And honestly

like that, I expect this so soon. Man, maybe not,
but I knew he was going to be that guy
that was just some He's a winner and we saw
it in Villanova and the way he conducts himself, the
way he conducted himself after Game four against the Cavs.
There's just so much to like about him. And you know,
the connection with his dad and his connection to the
Knicks and all that, like, it just felt like there
was something magical and so yes, of course, I feel

so lucky. I have two boys who are fourteen and twelve,
and my two favorite teams are the Knicks and the Bills.
And the fact that I've been able to give them
Jalen Brudson and Josh Allen as their guys, I feel
like it's like the greatest things that I've ever been
able to do as a parent.

Yes, I mean these spoiled kids, they haven't been through
the difficult times.
Speaker 3 (25:59):
For either organization. Jesus. I mean, you know, I mean lucky,
very lucky, Ariel.

They missed it, like they just started to care about
sports right once Jalen arrived. And when Josh gets drafted
and I'm like you, he said, you have no idea.
I mean, like for those two teams, think about this
for those two deeps, like the Knicks started to get
really bad as of one and then oh one to thirteen,
they're a laughing stock. They win one playoff game, they

finally win a playoff series in thirteen. The Bills don't
make the playoffs. Between ninety nine and seventeen, I mean,
it was awful. And oh, by the way, in the
midst of all that, my favorite baseball team leaves town.
The Montreal Expos them from Montreal, they leave town. That
seventeen year stretch was absolutely miserable. My kids waltz in
here and they're getting generational run after generational run, and

I'm so happy. I don't want them to suffer, because
let's be honest, if they were born in like three,
they probably would be thunder fans right now or something
like that. And that's the last thing I want.

louum Munson. But do you think any part of you
looks back at those years and was like, you know what,
it's gonna make this finals run even better?

It hardened you?

Yes, yes, and no man, because those were some awful years.
I mean it was awful. Like I would have gladly
taken a ring in two thousand and like I said,
be way less anxious here because I said this to
my kids, like, if they pulled this off, I don't
know if I will care as much. In fact, I
think I won't care as much, and I welcome that.
I don't want to feel that feeling after every playoff loss,

after every series loss, after a random, gut wrenching loss
in March. I don't want to care as much. To
be honest, I don't want it to dictate my mood
as much as it does. And I feel like, and
I asked my friends who have seen their teams win
a championship, like it changes right, Like you care a
little bit less. Yeah, you care a little bit less,
and then you get lost in it if they go
for a repeat, et cetera, et cetera, and so those

years were awful. They were depressing. We were a joke,
we were a laughing stock. I didn't really I was there.
I watched it. I went to games. I moved to
New York. I tried to go as much as I can.
I got excited when you know, Porzingis came, when RJ.
Barrett came. You know, the lottery was our finals. That's
all we had to care about. But I mean, do
I wish that we were the Spurs winning you know,

five out of six? Yeah? Absolutely, that would have been
way cooler.

We have a great research department here and they came
back with that. Your first Knicks game you ever went
to Madison Square Garden March of nineteen ninety five, Patrick
Ewing scored thirty four in a loss to the SuperSonics.

First of all, thank you to your research department. Well

well done. Yes. March eleventh, nineteen ninety five was my
first time entering Madison Square Garden. I went to Crosby's,
bought my Charles Oakley jersey. I begged my parents for
years to take me to a game again. I grew

up in Montreal, and some people like are are confused
by that. I was never a real big hockey fan.
I was. I was a kid who wanted to live
in New York because of the Knicks. I was obsessed
with all things New York because of the Knicks. And
they finally took me to a game. We were sitting
fourth to last row up at four hundreds, and Ving
had a great game, but they got injured in the
fourth quarter and they ended up losing to the SuperSonics.

And so I've been lucky enough to go. I was.
I was at Game three and nineteen ninety nine against
the Hawks, and everyone's chanting Jeff Vang Gundy, Chris Dudley
has a great game. I've been to some playoff games
this year and previous years as well, and I'm doing
everything in my power to be there for Game three.
In Game six, my daughter has a school play Game four.

I'm not gonna I miss it, but it would just
be too hard to go from where we live to
the garden, so I think that's the right thing to do.
But I'm doing everything in my power to secure tickets
for three and six, not freebies. I'm not a celebrity,
I'm not Shalome, I'm not still there. I just need
to be in the building. I don't have those tickets
as of now, but I'm going to do everything in
my power to be there. And I can't imagine what

it's going to be like. And I think you guys
can attest to this. It's fun being a fan. It's
a hell of a lot more fun when you're able
to raise fans to like the team that you grew
up liking as well. And so this morning, my twelve
year old son, who's in sixth grade, which is the
grade that I was in in nineteen ninety four, which
is the age that I was in nineteen ninety four,

comes downstairs wearing his ewing jersey, and again I cried.
I started to get emotional because that was me as
a ninety ninety four run. I had two jerseys at
the time, youwing and start, and I wore those same
two jerseys every single day for the entire run, rotating
one other one other. And so for him to pick
that one, he's got a town of brunts and a

heart and an andob but he picked my guy, number
thirty three, the captain, And I'm getting emotional now. Guys again,
talk to you about this, but it meant so much
to me.

No, I'm gonna cry with you. I mean, this is
what it's all about. Yes, we have waited our entire lifetime.
It's the only thing that unifies that place is this
particular basketball team, the New York Knicks, and they've been
so lousy for so long. So I understand you getting
emotional when your kid comes down.

Werry Patrick, you wings Jersey. As crazy as it sounds,
I would be weeping just like you. It's crazy.

I'm happy for all of us, but we all recognize
this is on it and I'm terrified of what it
will feel like if it doesn't go our wall.

and you got to see all those great teams. How

but there's probably an element of jealousy where you're like,
am I ever going to experience this? As like is
the fan and me ever going to experience what these
people are experiencing right now while the Heat are winning.

Extremely jealous during that entire rum with Lebron, with Wade
and Bosh. But also keep in mind, I am listen,
I'm used to this. It can't get any worse than
the Jets. So I am I'm kind of numb to
at this point, you know what I'm saying.

Yeah, and then it all gets relieved, it all gets released.
I'm not sure. I can't. I can't speak on the Jets.
I would invite you to root for New York's only
football team, as a team that resides in Western New York.

I'm just checking off sports boxes right now before I
get out of here, you know what I'm saying. And
so like the Mets one one, the Islanders they won four.
For me, the Knicks have a shot this year. And
I have already just said, hey, you know what to
go my entire life without the Jets winning a Super Bowl.
I'm okay with that, as long as the Knicks winted
NBA title. And so that's why I'm begging you to
remain positive.

I have to. I'm just I'm a pessimistic person. I'm
perpetually negative, and I fear the word. I mean, come on,
when when all of a sudden we're riding high and
you get the tweet, It's like Mitchell Robinson has a

this how it happens? Is it some.

Yesterday I watched, Yes, but fortunately it happened to the
guy who doesn't need his hands to play basketball.

I don't know. Can he catch a law? Can he

goes up for a layup, I'm praying to the man
upstairs to please bless him with the best health in
the world. It's just so, it means so much. I
try to tell my kids how much this means. My wife,
she's been with me since nineteenninety nine. She was sitting
right next to me when they lost. And I know,
you guys get it. And that's why I'm so happy
to be talking to you, Because this feels like a
therapy session here. People roll their eyes and make comments,

but like, this means so freaking much. And yeah, I
just I just think of the happiness that these fifteen
men twelve who are playing vast majority nine can bring
us in the next you know, how about how about
the fact, guys, how about the fact that it was
exactly a year ago today that they fired TIBs. Exactly

a year ago today they fire TIBs and we become
the laughing stock again. Jason Kidd won't come, Billy Thannovan
won't come. No one wants the cop. The Knicks did
it again. They screwed it up again. And now look

and I'm just thinking to myself, I am so nervous
before game one. I don't think I'll be able to
survive seven games, Like, could you imagine what that's seventh

When you played the Rockets in ninety four, like I
was twelve years old and I sat in a hotel
room in Boston. I'll never forget crying wearing my ewing jersey.

was infinite. Now I'm staring at at us like I'm
not gonna have to wait another twenty seven years to

that was just some He's a winner and we saw
it in Villanova and the way he conducts himself, the
way he conducted himself after Game four against the Cavs.
There's just so much to like about him. And you know,
the connection with his dad and his connection to the
Knicks and all that, like, it just felt like there
was something magical and so yes, of course, I feel
(25:41):
so lucky. I have two boys who are fourteen and twelve,
and my two favorite teams are the Knicks and the Bills.
And the fact that I've been able to give them
Jalen Brudson and Josh Allen as their guys, I feel
like it's like the greatest things that I've ever been
able to do as a parent.
Speaker 1 (25:56):
Yes, I mean these spoiled kids, they haven't been through
the difficult times.
Speaker 3 (25:59):
For either organization. Jesus. I mean, you know, I mean lucky,
very lucky, Ariel.
Speaker 4 (26:05):
They missed it, like they just started to care about
sports right once Jalen arrived. And when Josh gets drafted
and I'm like you, he said, you have no idea.
I mean, like for those two teams, think about this
for those two deeps, like the Knicks started to get
really bad as of one and then oh one to thirteen,
they're a laughing stock. They win one playoff game, they
(26:25):
finally win a playoff series in thirteen. The Bills don't
make the playoffs. Between ninety nine and seventeen, I mean,
it was awful. And oh, by the way, in the
midst of all that, my favorite baseball team leaves town.
The Montreal Expos them from Montreal, they leave town. That
seventeen year stretch was absolutely miserable. My kids waltz in
here and they're getting generational run after generational run, and
(26:46):
I'm so happy. I don't want them to suffer, because
let's be honest, if they were born in like three,
they probably would be thunder fans right now or something
like that. And that's the last thing I want.
Speaker 3 (26:55):
I'm bleep at David Sampson. Go ahead, Taylor, Oh.
Speaker 4 (26:59):
Oh yeah, I'll get it started on them.
Speaker 3 (27:01):
I'm not I just I said it. You don't have
to decay anything. Go ahead.

They your kids didn't have to go through the Antonio
mcdice trade, the Stefan Marbury Vaseolyne, the Nate Robinson era,
the all the bad days they didn't have to watch
louum Munson. But do you think any part of you
looks back at those years and was like, you know what,
it's gonna make this finals run even better?
Speaker 4 (27:25):
Yes?
Speaker 3 (27:25):
It hardened you?
Speaker 4 (27:26):
Yes, yes, and no man, because those were some awful years.
I mean it was awful. Like I would have gladly
taken a ring in two thousand and like I said,
be way less anxious here because I said this to
my kids, like, if they pulled this off, I don't
know if I will care as much. In fact, I
think I won't care as much, and I welcome that.
I don't want to feel that feeling after every playoff loss,
(27:49):
after every series loss, after a random, gut wrenching loss
in March. I don't want to care as much. To
be honest, I don't want it to dictate my mood
as much as it does. And I feel like, and
I asked my friends who have seen their teams win
a championship, like it changes right, Like you care a
little bit less. Yeah, you care a little bit less,
and then you get lost in it if they go
for a repeat, et cetera, et cetera, and so those
(28:10):
years were awful. They were depressing. We were a joke,
we were a laughing stock. I didn't really I was there.
I watched it. I went to games. I moved to
New York. I tried to go as much as I can.
I got excited when you know, Porzingis came, when RJ.
Barrett came. You know, the lottery was our finals. That's
all we had to care about. But I mean, do
I wish that we were the Spurs winning you know,
(28:32):
five out of six? Yeah? Absolutely, that would have been
way cooler.
Speaker 3 (28:35):
Ariol.
Speaker 6 (28:35):
We have a great research department here and they came
back with that. Your first Knicks game you ever went
to Madison Square Garden March of nineteen ninety five, Patrick
Ewing scored thirty four in a loss to the SuperSonics.
Is that kid going to be in the garden for
Game three?
Speaker 3 (28:52):
Yeah? Yeah.
Speaker 4 (28:54):
First of all, thank you to your research department. Well
done to your research department. That's incredible. Thank you nineteen nine,
well done. Yes. March eleventh, nineteen ninety five was my
first time entering Madison Square Garden. I went to Crosby's,
bought my Charles Oakley jersey. I begged my parents for
years to take me to a game again. I grew
(29:15):
up in Montreal, and some people like are are confused
by that. I was never a real big hockey fan.
I was. I was a kid who wanted to live
in New York because of the Knicks. I was obsessed
with all things New York because of the Knicks. And
they finally took me to a game. We were sitting
fourth to last row up at four hundreds, and Ving
had a great game, but they got injured in the
fourth quarter and they ended up losing to the SuperSonics.
(29:38):
And so I've been lucky enough to go. I was.
I was at Game three and nineteen ninety nine against
the Hawks, and everyone's chanting Jeff Vang Gundy, Chris Dudley
has a great game. I've been to some playoff games
this year and previous years as well, and I'm doing
everything in my power to be there for Game three.
In Game six, my daughter has a school play Game four.
(29:59):
I'm not gonna I miss it, but it would just
be too hard to go from where we live to
the garden, so I think that's the right thing to do.
But I'm doing everything in my power to secure tickets
for three and six, not freebies. I'm not a celebrity,
I'm not Shalome, I'm not still there. I just need
to be in the building. I don't have those tickets
as of now, but I'm going to do everything in
my power to be there. And I can't imagine what
(30:19):
it's going to be like. And I think you guys
can attest to this. It's fun being a fan. It's
a hell of a lot more fun when you're able
to raise fans to like the team that you grew
up liking as well. And so this morning, my twelve
year old son, who's in sixth grade, which is the
grade that I was in in nineteen ninety four, which
is the age that I was in nineteen ninety four,
(30:40):
comes downstairs wearing his ewing jersey, and again I cried.
I started to get emotional because that was me as
a ninety ninety four run. I had two jerseys at
the time, youwing and start, and I wore those same
two jerseys every single day for the entire run, rotating
one other one other. And so for him to pick
that one, he's got a town of brunts and a
(31:01):
heart and an andob but he picked my guy, number
thirty three, the captain, And I'm getting emotional now. Guys again,
talk to you about this, but it meant so much
to me.
Speaker 1 (31:10):
No, I'm gonna cry with you. I mean, this is
what it's all about. Yes, we have waited our entire lifetime.
It's the only thing that unifies that place is this
particular basketball team, the New York Knicks, and they've been
so lousy for so long. So I understand you getting
emotional when your kid comes down.
Speaker 3 (31:26):
Werry Patrick, you wings Jersey. As crazy as it sounds,
I would be weeping just like you. It's crazy.
Speaker 4 (31:32):
Man.
Speaker 3 (31:32):
I'm so happy for you.
Speaker 4 (31:36):
I'm happy for all of us, but we all recognize
this is on it and I'm terrified of what it
will feel like if it doesn't go our wall.
Speaker 3 (31:43):
Think about it.
Speaker 4 (31:44):
I just stopped.
Speaker 1 (31:45):
No, not today, don't think about it today. Okay, today listen. Today,
we are four games, four wins away from winning an
NBA championship.
Speaker 3 (31:53):
Don't think about what will.
Speaker 1 (31:54):
Happen if we don't win those four games. Okay, Let's
just be positive, all right.
Speaker 4 (32:00):
I ask you a question as someone who lives in Miami,
and you got to see all those great teams. How
much did that hurt you? Because I'm sure you're covering it.
You're in the midst of it. We suck in that period,
but there's probably an element of jealousy where you're like,
am I ever going to experience this? As like is
the fan and me ever going to experience what these
people are experiencing right now while the Heat are winning.
Speaker 1 (32:20):
Extremely jealous during that entire rum with Lebron, with Wade
and Bosh. But also keep in mind, I am listen,
I'm used to this. It can't get any worse than
the Jets. So I am I'm kind of numb to
at this point, you know what I'm saying.
Speaker 4 (32:34):
Yeah, and then it all gets relieved, it all gets released.
I'm not sure. I can't. I can't speak on the Jets.
I would invite you to root for New York's only
football team, as a team that resides in Western New York.
Speaker 1 (32:48):
I'm just checking off sports boxes right now before I
get out of here, you know what I'm saying. And
so like the Mets one one, the Islanders they won four.
For me, the Knicks have a shot this year. And
I have already just said, hey, you know what to
go my entire life without the Jets winning a Super Bowl.
I'm okay with that, as long as the Knicks winted
NBA title. And so that's why I'm begging you to
remain positive.
Speaker 4 (33:07):
Okay, I know, I know, I know I have to.
I have to. I'm just I'm a pessimistic person. I'm
perpetually negative, and I fear the word. I mean, come on,
when when all of a sudden we're riding high and
you get the tweet, It's like Mitchell Robinson has a
broken pinky, and but what what did he do? Is
this how it happens? Is it some.
Speaker 1 (33:30):
Yesterday I watched, Yes, but fortunately it happened to the
guy who doesn't need his hands to play basketball.
Speaker 3 (33:35):
I mean, so that's what I'm saying, Good things, you play?
Speaker 4 (33:38):
Will you play? Though? Will he actually be clear to play?
I don't know. Can he catch a law? Can he
get rebounds? I mean, we need that stuff from him, right,
We need him to be somewhat healthy. We can't have
someone banging into him and all of a sudden he's out.
These are the things I worry about, you know, I
worry about about all. Please God bless you know og
Ananobi's hamstrings and growings, all those things. Every time he
(34:01):
goes up for a layup, I'm praying to the man
upstairs to please bless him with the best health in
the world. It's just so, it means so much. I
try to tell my kids how much this means. My wife,
she's been with me since nineteenninety nine. She was sitting
right next to me when they lost. And I know,
you guys get it. And that's why I'm so happy
to be talking to you, Because this feels like a
therapy session here. People roll their eyes and make comments,
(34:24):
but like, this means so freaking much. And yeah, I
just I just think of the happiness that these fifteen
men twelve who are playing vast majority nine can bring
us in the next you know, how about how about
the fact, guys, how about the fact that it was
exactly a year ago today that they fired TIBs. Exactly
(34:44):
a year ago today they fire TIBs and we become
the laughing stock again. Jason Kidd won't come, Billy Thannovan
won't come. No one wants the cop. The Knicks did
it again. They screwed it up again. And now look
at us. Can you hear in New York City? Can
you hear it? Do you hear the cops? Hopefully? So?

You are a perfect representation of what everyone, all Knick
fans are going through right now. We're all over the place.

And here's the thing he probably hates us hearing that
because he doesn't want us to be so cocky and confident, right.

I wanted I saw that stupid dog yesterday picking against them,
and I was like, I hate this freaking dog. Like
every pick that I see in our favor, it's like,
just a little bit more confident. Five would be a dream.
Six would be amazing at home. Steal one here, steal
one here on the road, and I'll feel a million

times better just steal one of these year. And how
about the symbolism, guys, how about the symbolism of the
stars of that ninety nineteen They're going to be sitting
there at msg LJ Spree Houston Ewings. They're going to
be sitting there watching our guys hopefully right the wrong
of twenty seven years ago. And let's be honest, we
had no chance in nineteen ninety nine. It was great

just getting there ewing Zinder at Chris Doveley's our starting center.
We had no shot. Duncan with generational just starting his run, Robinson,
it was destiny for him. This feels much different. This
feels much more like ninety four, where it's a toss
up and I just pray to God that God, I
pray to God that the basketball gods will smile down
upon us.

great to us. They got me a Mikey Wyndham Clark

So we had Harris English booked and then at the
last second we got a message from the talent bookers
that said Harris English is actually going to pass.

And now I'm wait wait, talent bookers just absolutely hung
him out to dry and said, hey, this isn't our fault.

He's the one who's passing. They specified that. Well, that's
why they're good talent bookers.

does Harris English?
