Paulie & Tony tell you why this so-called "historic" Game 4 of the Knicks-Spurs NBA Finals was TERRIBLE, and how these Knicks are RUINING their team's proud reputation. Then they bring on "Nerd Sesh" hosts Logan Camden and Carson Breber (or Carosn, we're still not sure) -- to give these young bucks their biggest platform ever -- but they are so RUDE and UNGRATEFUL and lack such an understanding of sports that Paulie and Tony have no choice but to teach these youth a lesson and KICK THEM OFF THE SHOW.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
If you're one of these fools who thinks this is
the best NBA Finals ever, give us twenty minutes. You're
gonna see why it's the worst.

Speaker 2 (00:07):
Let's go roll the intro.

Speaker 1 (00:11):
Speaking of worst producer, hit a button, I'm gonna hit
you over the foot, all right, a ride yo yo,
you damn and to your life from Philly. It's the
number one rated Polly in Tony Fosco show, Yo Yo Yo.
As always, Polly fools go here with Tony Fosco and

(00:32):
Tony Yo, huge and very important show today. You know,
it's our job to clear up all the misinformation out
there in the media about this NBA Finals and show
you why the Knicks are an embarrassment to themselves and
the entire city of New York. Just like our producer
back there is an embarrassment to the show. Look at them,
showed it up again in that stupid Knicks hat.

Speaker 3 (00:55):
One game away from a title.

Speaker 4 (00:58):
Yeah, well you're one pull it away from dead. Yeah
you already won a title. Biggest douchebag, Yeah, shut up,
shut out.

Speaker 1 (01:06):
On a more positive note, you know we're known in
the business, you know for helping out the little people,
you know, with big successes, you know, but we don't
forget that we have to start somewhere, even though we
did start with five hundred thousand viewers. But you know,
but today we're going to have on two young bucks.
We're gonna give them a chance to get exposure to
our millions of viewers. They have a little show, you know,

(01:29):
trying to do it. It's it's called nerd Sesh, which
is obviously a terrible title and shows how little they
know about making content. But you know, we've been hearing
these kids say that this is the most incredible finals ever. Well,
I think it's our job to give them a little education,
you know.

Speaker 2 (01:46):
You know, kids just say that Dawn this things.

Speaker 1 (01:49):
They do, they and and you know, talking about education, Tony,
it seems we need to teach you out there. You
know you're listening to this. You know, people think you
turn on a show, you just sit there and listen
to it.

Speaker 2 (02:03):
You work, You got work, get to do, click like hit.

Speaker 1 (02:06):
Subscribe, leave some dunk comments, right, and you go to
Apple Podcasts okay, and you'll leave a reviewok and hopefully
you wrote all of that down yeah hopefully, probably not,
probably not, because they're lazy anyway, enough with that. Let's
get right into a top story story. All right, First

(02:27):
out the gate. You know, everyone's in a hubbub over
this next Game four win, saying this was a great game, historic.

Speaker 2 (02:34):
Blah blah blah.

Speaker 1 (02:36):
I thought the game was absolutely terrible, didn't your.

Speaker 4 (02:39):
Tony one hundred percent? It was borderline unwatchable. What do
we all know makes for terrible sports viewing?

Speaker 1 (02:47):
Blow out?

Speaker 2 (02:48):
Exactly?

Speaker 4 (02:49):
Game four had not just one, but two blowouts. The
first half was a blowout by the Spurs and the
second half.

Speaker 2 (02:58):
Was a blowout by the Knicks.

Speaker 4 (03:00):
It was only close for like a couple of seconds
there at the end.

Speaker 2 (03:03):
Otherwise it was a snooze fest.

Speaker 1 (03:05):
Yeah, couldn't agree more, DONI. And you know people complaining
about how the Knicks fans were beating up the Spurs fans,
you know, throwing eggs at Victor win Bean Yama's head,
you know, Frankly, that's the action I want to say, Yeah,
when you look at what's going on inside the arena,
well that's just a bunch of long raide shooting and
no contact basketball. Outside the arena, you got contact, you

(03:28):
got fighting, you know, bludgeoning, you got long rage shooting
of eggs of eggs. Yeah, that's what the NBA used
to be about.

Speaker 3 (03:35):
You know.

Speaker 2 (03:36):
You know that's such a great point.

Speaker 4 (03:38):
And you know, if I was ABC, I would be
doing one of those picture in picture boxes and in
the small box the game, but in the big box,
the Knicks fans trying to kill Spurs fans outside the arena.

Speaker 2 (03:51):
That's the real action. You know.

Speaker 4 (03:54):
It's a little known fact, but in the nineteen ninety
four Rockets Knicks NBA Finals, the NBA was so concerned
about having a boring team like the Rockets in the
finals that I heard NBC ordered Oj Simpson, who is
an employee of the network, to go kill people and
run from the law in order to boost the ratings.

(04:16):
And you know Oj wanted to be a good employee
and make his bosses happy.

Speaker 1 (04:20):
So you know, I've heard that though many times.

Speaker 3 (04:24):
You know.

Speaker 1 (04:24):
You know what I can't stand about this current next
team versus the old one. This game is totally ruining
the reputation of the Knicks. You know, the Knicks used
to be respected for having players who are violent, murderous
and you know should probably be incarcerated. I mean, Todyan
when you'll say greatest Knicks player of all time, you
think of one person, Charles's.

Speaker 2 (04:47):
Colaus.

Speaker 4 (04:48):
Just look at his stats. There's nobody better put up
that graphic. Here's Charles Oakley's career numbers. Rebounds seven two
hundred and ninety one. That's third all time in franchise history. Yep,
technical fouls one ninety five, that's top ten all time.

Speaker 1 (05:09):
Yep.

Speaker 4 (05:10):
Opponent's bones broken in NBA record four hundred and sixty two. Wow,
eyes gouged ninety three. Your testicles smashed three hundred and
forty six. And mind you, that's only since they started
keeping track of that stat in ninety two. And of

(05:30):
course the most importance that attempted murders. He has nineteen,
which puts him in second place behind Bill Lambier.

Speaker 1 (05:42):
There you go, can't I'll use those stats, Tony. And
you know, talking about the Knick's reputation, the New York reputation,
how ridiculous is it that of all the city's to
be complaining about violence outside the arena, it's New York.
I mean, New York is known for two things, Broadway
shows and murder and murder. Personally, I think the Knicks,
I think all NBA teams should be encouraging their fans

(06:05):
to beat up the other teams fans, don't.

Speaker 2 (06:07):
You, Tony.

Speaker 4 (06:08):
Of course, what's the point of having home court advantage
if your fans aren't allowed to.

Speaker 2 (06:14):
Threaten and assault the other fans.

Speaker 4 (06:16):
You know, if you don't do that, other fans are
gonna want to come to the games, and even worse,
they're gonna want to bring their families to the game.

Speaker 2 (06:24):
That would be terrible, terrible.

Speaker 1 (06:26):
I mean, you know, when you look at it, what's
the most important thing a sports organization has to have?

Speaker 4 (06:33):
The intimidationation fact. Of course, look at what happened to
the Pistons. The moment their fans were no longer allowed
to come on the court and punch opposing players, they
stopped winning championships. And you know, look at the Raiders
back in the eighties. Their fans used to actually murder
other fans in the parking lot. But now Raiders fans

(06:56):
are going to these games in Las Vegas and having
a good time with their families and going back home
without anyone stabbing anyone. It's terrible to see the decline
of that organization.

Speaker 1 (07:07):
Yep. And you know, you talk about decline of an organization.
You know, we used to respect the Knicks because they
had actual criminals on that team. But you know those
were violent criminals. You know that doesn't mean they aren't criminals.
Right now, there isn't crime happening, because, as we told
you last week, this team is a criminal organization. You know,
they've been saying they built a championship roster. Well, as

(07:30):
we've reminded you several times, the Knicks didn't build anything.
They simply copied that roster from our home team here, Villanova,
and just went out and got Brunson hot Bridges. And
now you know, some people are saying, well, that's not
a crime. I think it clearly is, don't you, Tony.

Speaker 2 (07:45):
Of course it is.

Speaker 4 (07:47):
You've heard of play jarism, Well, this is player jurism.
You can't just copy another team's entire roster and claim it.

Speaker 2 (07:55):
As your own.

Speaker 4 (07:56):
I mean, can you imagine if there was an NFL
team that just copied the entire roster of a college
football team. People would be saying that shouldn't be allowed either,
because it's criminal to just steal.

Speaker 1 (08:10):
What do you want talk talking about? A criminal?

Speaker 2 (08:13):
Yeah, a serial interrupt what you.

Speaker 3 (08:15):
Know, what you do realize the Eagles have been doing
exactly what you said. Like of the Eagles roster is
just players from the University of Georgia. So aren't they
just copying you.

Speaker 1 (08:30):
Know who I'm going to copy Al Bundy. I think
you mean Ted Bundy.

Speaker 4 (08:38):
I think he means shut the fuck up. Yeah, that's
what I'm now shut out? Yeah, exactly, quiet, Yeah, criminal.

Speaker 2 (08:45):
Nobody wants to hear from you.

Speaker 1 (08:46):
You know what, you know what crime? Talking about crime
in this NBA Finals and all that, there's a crime
going on with the refstarty, because you know, people say
they're helping the Spurs, Well then how come the Knicks
other ones winning all these games?

Speaker 5 (08:58):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (08:58):
In fact, you know, we into this because we know
we're journalists and we take the time unlike the rest
of the lazy media, and we found something very suspicious
about these refs that we can't believe the media isn't
talking about.

Speaker 2 (09:10):
You see the refs in these finals.

Speaker 1 (09:12):
If you go look, they've openly admitted how much they
love criminal activity. And you can look this up yourself. Here,
tell them what we found, Tony, Tell them about that website.

Speaker 4 (09:23):
We went to this website that lists the bios of
NBA refs www bra dot net, and we looked up
the bios of the refs in the NBA Finals and
look at this. This is the bio of referee John Goebel.
Scrolled down to the bottom and it shows his favorite movie,

(09:46):
The Godfather, a movie which glorifies what criminal advoctivity exactly.
Now go to the other ref Mark Davis, his favorite
TV show, The Why, and what's.

Speaker 1 (10:02):
That all about?

Speaker 2 (10:03):
Criminal activity? Exactly?

Speaker 1 (10:06):
And now go to Curtis Blair.

Speaker 2 (10:11):
Oh oh, look at this. It says file not found.
How convenient. Clearly they're trying to hide the truth.

Speaker 1 (10:19):
They're trying to hide the truth, don't he said, listen
to this show right now and they can see. That
means that's our fullscoe Bet sounder and time for an
exciting announcement about America's fastest growing app fullsco Bet.

Speaker 4 (10:37):
Tellham Tony, this is big news for all you college
football fans now that Texas Tech quarterback Brendan Sorsby has
been cleared to play by the NCUBLEA even though he
bet on his own games. That means that you can
now get betting advice directly from the players in the games,

(10:57):
and nobody goes to jail, as they saying sports always
bet on yourself. That's why we're partnering with Brendan Sawsby
all season long, so you can get betting advice directly
from the source. Just press the player contact button on
the Fusco bet app and you'll be directly connected to

(11:19):
Brendan Sowsby. Here's a recording of it in action.

Speaker 6 (11:24):
Brendan, I'm thinking of taking the over in your game Saturday.
You agree, Yeah, and I'm thinking of betting my life savings.
You think that's the move? Yeah, thank you, Brendan Sowsby.

Speaker 5 (11:39):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (11:41):
Now that's called the law.

Speaker 1 (11:43):
OOO. Download the Fuscoe bet app now.

Speaker 7 (11:47):
Please note the Foolsco bet player contact button is pending
litigation and users can be prosecuted to the full extent
of the law. Also, simply having Fosco bet installed on
your phone is now considered a crime in all fifty states.

Speaker 1 (12:00):
Go back, all right, Hopefully we'll have our guest on
the line. I don't see him yet, so let's take
a break. We'll be right back. Shant like work, okay.
You know, in this business, being the legends we are,
you know, we feel Tony and I Sometimes it's important
to give back, you know, help the young kids out

(12:20):
there get a break, give them a platform, you know,
give them our platforms. They can see what it's like
to reach a huge audience and adult. You know, here
we're going to bring on these tools. You know, they're
probably very nervous. You know, it's a very big deal
for them, you know, so just go easy on them.

Speaker 5 (12:36):
Here.

Speaker 1 (12:36):
They host a little show called nerd Sesh. They're trying
to make it in the business. Now their names. I
was told Logan Camden and Cosstin braber Briba. But now
I'm looking on the screen and it says Corroson.

Speaker 2 (12:50):
Oh he couldn't spell his name.

Speaker 1 (12:52):
Do you are you unable to spell your own name?

Speaker 5 (12:55):
It's my mistake, guys, and it's a humiliating start.

Speaker 1 (12:58):
I blame our country's education system. And I got to
ask you by boys. First of all, does your high
school know that you're using their equipment to do this
podcast and that you got a class right now to talk.

Speaker 5 (13:10):
To twenty four years old Polly, I'm a grown man
just like you.

Speaker 2 (13:14):
Look lesson number one, don't interrupt the host.

Speaker 1 (13:19):
Look, we're giving you this opportunity. It's not nice to
correct the host live on air.

Speaker 5 (13:24):
So far, you guys have gotten my name wrong. You've
gotten my age wrong.

Speaker 2 (13:27):
What do you mean we got your name wrong? It's
crossing right there.

Speaker 1 (13:31):
They're cranky Tony because they had to stay up late
past their bedtime watching that Daily Law.

Speaker 2 (13:36):
So now they're very rnery.

Speaker 1 (13:38):
Did you have to ask your parents for the permission
to do that?

Speaker 2 (13:41):
You get to stay up late.

Speaker 5 (13:43):
I make my own bedtime and it can be whenever
I want. Oh, you're such a bad at thirty pm.

Speaker 4 (13:49):
You see, here's the problem with kids these days. You know,
when we were growing up, we would never this is Genese.
We would never talk like we would never talk like
this to adults.

Speaker 1 (13:57):
They want to talk basketball. Let's give him that time. Okay,
let's start with you, Carroson. All right, I saw a
tweet that you put out the other the other day.
Because it seems like your other your friend here, Logan
doesn't like the tweet. He's just a retweet, which is
boring anyway, you said, uh, this is that we're watching
a legendary series in the making. Are you watching the
same thing we are? Because from a basketball perspective, it's terrible, right, No,

(14:22):
Sixers is that the problem? Well, that's that is one problem.
But you know what, Tody, tell them, what's the worst
thing in sports?

Speaker 4 (14:28):
Hey, take out your pads and pencils and write this down. Okay,
I'm gonna ask you a question.

Speaker 5 (14:32):
Yeah, so gen Z, I don't even have anything physical use.

Speaker 4 (14:36):
Oh just you know what, just listen with the tell them, Okay,
what's the worst thing in sports?

Speaker 2 (14:43):
Blow out? Exactly?

Speaker 4 (14:45):
And in Game four we had to sit through not
one but two blowouts. The Spurs blew out the Knicks,
then the Knicks blew out the Spurs.

Speaker 2 (14:55):
Don't you think that was boring?

Speaker 1 (14:57):
Yep?

Speaker 5 (14:57):
Let me ask you this, Logan, say with me, what's
the best thing in sports? Comebacks? And we just saw
the greatest comeback?

Speaker 1 (15:05):
And finally, you guys are Logan kind of missisque that
But okay.

Speaker 5 (15:09):
Well you're wrong, yeah, get wrong? Okay, how could I
possibly be wrong? What's the greatest Super Bowl ever?

Speaker 1 (15:17):
Oh?

Speaker 5 (15:18):
Let me guess twenty seventeen because the Eagles won. No,
it's the twenty eight to.

Speaker 2 (15:21):
Three come back. So the greatest thing in sport? League.
These kids, you know, they need to be reprimanded. There's
no discipline in their life.

Speaker 1 (15:28):
Yes, but you know you watch this game, it was
just a lot of shooting. You don't remember because you're
too young. You know, you're probably still inside your dad's nutsack.
But you know basketball used to be about beating the
other team, like literally beating that you're beating them.

Speaker 8 (15:43):
Yeah, don't you think that's what we choke slams and
guys dying on the court.

Speaker 2 (15:48):
That's when the game was real.

Speaker 1 (15:51):
I'm gonna do it after this interview, when I come
to end, You're going to do it and do second
a Knicks fan on a Spurs fan. In fact, that
leads to this next subject I want to bring up. Yeah, yes,
these Knicks fans there beating up people outside the stadium right,
people are complaining about this. I think this is great.
Don't you think that's what home court advantage is all about?
You know, if the fans can't beat up the other fans,

(16:13):
what is it?

Speaker 2 (16:14):
What are we doing?

Speaker 5 (16:15):
Well?

Speaker 8 (16:15):
They they were inspired from old fans at the Lincoln
you know. I mean, you guys started all this back
in the day, so I'm sure you.

Speaker 5 (16:22):
Lost the most Philly take.

Speaker 8 (16:23):
I'm sure you guys have kicked all kinds of cowboys
fans ass outside of Philly Stadium.

Speaker 4 (16:27):
You should just beat Cowboys fans anywhere you see them.

Speaker 2 (16:30):
It doesn't matter.

Speaker 1 (16:32):
Yes, can we keep talking about this next team? You
keep trying to pull the shirt. You guys don't know
how to make content. You got to stay on the subject. Okay,
So here, look, you know that's the new generation. That's yeah, yeah,
seven second attention span right. In fact, I can tell
you guys checked out of this a few minutes ago.
You know it's your generation. Yeah, well you know I've
been on my phone with the booker of the show

(16:53):
trying to get better guests. Okay, anyway, don't you think
it's unfair what's going on with with Jalen Brunson. You know, people,
this guy is so great. His dad is a coach
on the team. You know. Don't you see this in
your little league games? You know that you're playing when
a kid gets more playing time than you do because
his dad's a coach.

Speaker 8 (17:12):
Don't you experience that. I've been bitching about this all
year long. My coach benched me because his son plays
starting pitcher. What kind of bull is that guy?

Speaker 5 (17:21):
So this happened to your pushback here, Paulie? If I
may would be when you've got a guy who's been
arguably the best clutch player in basketball and is the
offensive engine for the team that's been the best offense
in the playoffs and they're one game away from winning
the title. Don't you think that maybe it's not nepotism
and maybe the guy's just really good.

Speaker 4 (17:42):
No, it's nepotism, No, yeah, because he gets the extra
playing time, now gets explaining time, because he gets the
most points.

Speaker 1 (17:49):
You're only fourteen years old, so you don't understand what
life experience is like like we do. See, the more
experience you have, the better you'll get.

Speaker 2 (17:56):
Yeah, real world experience.

Speaker 5 (17:59):
Yeah. Do you think that they've been asking the Brunson
family has been asking the refs to hit Karl Anthony
Towns with some of these ticky tack foul calls to
get him out of the game so Brunson gets all
the credit. I mean, not to put any ideas in
your guys heads. I'm just curious if you think there's
anything to that.

Speaker 1 (18:15):
That made total sense to me. I know, you know, honestly,
that was good analysis by you. I feel like this
is all designed by the Brunson family to try and
erase the memory of Rick Brunson, who is terrible. Yep, yeah,
not a great player, No, not good at all. You know,
you know he is Semen, though, I mean is a

(18:35):
little better, right, he.

Speaker 2 (18:36):
Does have good Semen.

Speaker 5 (18:37):
You're super focused on Semen today, PAULI almost every segment, you.

Speaker 1 (18:41):
Know again, because I'm looking at you, guys, and I
keep thinking about it because you look like Semen. I
mean you're fresh out of the womb there, you know.
Look at the guy on the left. He is not
even saying anything. I think he's still learning how to speak.
We're hitting on all the great stuff. The guy Semen
fifteen year old. Very imature. Immature, guys, very immature. I'm
gonna have to have a word with your parents after

(19:03):
this shit, your principal, do do you do you talk
to your parents like that? Do you talk to him
like that? You know when you're try and ask them
to stay up late to watch the games? No, I asked,
very politely.

Speaker 5 (19:14):
Once again, I'm gonna have to say, guys twenty four
years old may have the youthful beauty that makes you
think even younger. Oh, how does he keep his skin
so so vibrant?

Speaker 1 (19:24):
Gain, let's test me. You know, you guys, you do
all this this basketball stuff on your TikTok. That's kind
of cute, you know where you show you know, you know,
I'm trying to give you a little compliment he had
just to help you, because I can tell you the
guy on the left is very upset again, not talking
too much. I think he's crying. I'm on the verge
of crying. Yeah, I know I can tell. All right. Anyway, look,

(19:45):
let me ask you this, and we're going to test
your knowledge. Who's the greatest nick statistically of all time? Logan?

Speaker 8 (19:55):
Now, this is some sort of mind puzzle I have
to think through. This is like a fo chess kind
of question. It's not going to be.

Speaker 1 (20:02):
He's talking about chess. No wonder nerd session. You know,
we should have a producer. Producer should be producing your show.
You should have a nerd like Actually, he's actually the
smartest guy you guys have ever had.

Speaker 2 (20:15):
On this show.

Speaker 4 (20:17):
You can't even the smartest nick, the best nick.

Speaker 2 (20:21):
You can't even into the best name.

Speaker 1 (20:23):
Yeah, stop trying to deflect the best nick ever.

Speaker 5 (20:25):
The best nick ever is Clyde Fraser or long wrong.

Speaker 1 (20:30):
See, you don't know stats because if you look at
the stats, Tony, say it with me. The best Nick
ever is clearly Charles. Oh tell listen to these stats.
But listen. Can you just listen? Stop with the yah.

Speaker 4 (20:44):
From a statistical perspective, Hey, we're gonna teach you something.
There's nobody better statistically than Charles Oakley. Look at his
career stats. Rebounds seven thousand, two hundred and ninety one.
That's third all time in franchise history. Technical fouls one
ninety five, that's top ten. Now we get to this

(21:05):
opponent's bones broken in NBA record for sixty two.

Speaker 2 (21:10):
You didn't know that eyes gouged.

Speaker 4 (21:12):
Ninety three testicle smash three hundred and forty six, and
they had that's only since they started keeping track of
the stat.

Speaker 2 (21:19):
In ninety two. So the most important.

Speaker 4 (21:22):
Stat nineteen attempted murders, which puts him second all time
behind Bill Lambia.

Speaker 1 (21:28):
That's why he's the greatest Nick of all. Don't you
now see?

Speaker 2 (21:33):
Now did you write any of that down?

Speaker 5 (21:36):
Okay, I didn't write it down, Tony. You're saying blown
violent men. You guys have a lot to unpack. I know,
your generation, the Greatest generation, as they called it, You
got you know, even therapy and emotional vulnerability. You've got
some real stuff to figure out.

Speaker 2 (21:56):
You know what, I care about shooting.

Speaker 5 (21:57):
You don't care about comebacks.

Speaker 2 (21:59):
You don't care about score.

Speaker 1 (22:00):
You need to apologize right now for your behavior, and
the apologize because if you don't apologize right now, guess
what I'm not only I'm not only calling your parents.
I'm calling the principle of your.

Speaker 4 (22:10):

You seem to think it's good that the NCAA basically
let Brendan Sores be off the hook for betting on
his own games.

Speaker 2 (23:16):
Yeah, always bet on yourself, bro.

Speaker 1 (23:18):
Yep, good for him, that's what they say.

Speaker 3 (23:20):
Yeah, no, it's bad. I mean it's corrupt. It could
cause the collapse of the entire sport of college football.

Speaker 1 (23:30):
Oh well, you know what's gonna collapse? Your apotment building
after I blow it up.

Speaker 4 (23:35):

Yeah, that's called home court advantage, bro.

Speaker 2 (24:28):

Do you realize how much legal red tape that would
put the team in if they actively promoted violence, they
could be held liable.
