which we are on Tuesday and Wednesday. But I like
the drama of it. I like Morocco making it far,
Croatia making it all the way to the final match
like they did eight years ago. I liked those things.

that we have coming out of this weekend has nothing
to do Manzi with France holding serves Spain doing the
same against Belgium. By the way, Belgium's pretty quiet now,

different ways and a lot of different angles on Argentina
against Switzerland.

Real, for about forty minutes of that match, it was boring,
and it was boring because it was a one sided affair.
But how we got to the one side of affair
is anything butt boring? The red card that was handed
out to Mbolo from Switzerland, ended up forcing the Swiss
to play with ten men for the final thirty minutes

of regulation time and then playing with ten men in
extra time. As the score was knotted up at one apiece,
Argentina was finally able to break through and then they
added another goal late to end up winning the match
three to one. But it's how we got from eleven
to ten that seems to be the converse sation Manzi
on should the yellow card the second yellow card have

been given to reel Mbolo for the simulation on the
tackle or the non tackle by the Argentine player. Do
you believe that the correct call was made in that
situation to diminish Switzerland's lineup from eleven to ten.

Yes, it was the correct call, but it was very
in the moment, I just was like, oh, how convenient
for Argentina.

How convenient that you In all of.

These matches that we've seen, Argentina has been tested in
ways that I think the other top three teams necessarily
haven't been. Like Argentina has I escaped some matches, you
know what I'm saying, Like, especially even go back to
Cape verdie Go back to Egypt.

Egypt looked like the better team. They should have won
that game.
Speaker 6 (04:54):
So in this situation, even though it was the right call,
I couldn't help but just think, oh, how convenient for Argentina.

And I think that there is a conversation Mancy that
isn't happening from the match that happened prior because of
the call of the soccer ball that did or didn't
hit the cable wire from the camera in the Norway
England match. The technology used by FIFA that they wanted
to tweet out showed that the ball did not alter.
(05:28):
The chip in the ball was not altered by any means,
so they're saying it didn't hit the cable. This ended
up allowing England to score and ended up having Norway
in a situation where they felt that they were quite
wronged that they were wrong, they were on the wrong
side of a call. But no one's talking about that.
(05:48):
We are only talking about what happened was with Switzerland
and Argentina. And it's the point that you make. You made,
is that if there's any rigging going on, people feel
that it is for Argentina.

It seems a lot of a lot of calls a
lot of moments, a lot of situations have gone in
Argentina's favor throughout this entire tournament, and that was just
another one. And it's just kind of like, I feel
like I've seen this happen with other in the NFL,
when the Chiefs were just winning and every call went

their way, and some of the calls were the right calls,
but you were just like, Okay.

Another call in their favor, and here they aren't playing
in Arrowhead. How funny that I bring that up.

The connection there, Chiefs Argentina, they're the same one at Arrowhead.

They get all the calls.

So it's just hard to not to not think of that,
to not believe that they really do want Argentina to
be there. Because of Leone d Messi's final run, It's
impossible for me to not think that there's some rigging
going on.

I think this is the time.

I think that there are people who are emotional, but
I think that there are also people who may may
be more level headed that maybe don't have a dog
in the fight, that have a different perspective, like our
executive producer Jason Stewart. You see the yellow card coming
down on the Argentina Switzerland match. You see Switzerland go
from eleven down to ten, and your emotions were what.

My emotions were good. I'm glad that the flopping was
penalized on that stage at that moment. So the counterpoint
to just let the players decide the game. Why would
you make that call at that juncture of the game.
It's too important, and I would argue that is a
great way to enforce a deterrent on this stage, in

front of everybody. You are not allowed to flop. It's
been a point of emphasis from the referees. I guess
all World Cup I've been told and then so I'm
guessing for the semi finals, in the final, maybe players
will think twice, maybe they'll have the hesitation before doing
this complete farcical flopping thing that I think most people

are in agreement with me, most Americans anyways. Flopping works
against soccer's popularity in this country. I think it's something
that's off putting, it's something that's it's unseemly. It shouldn't
be a part of any sport. It's overly dramatic, and
it takes away from I think this competition. So I'm

glad to see it enforced in that moment, telling players
and coaches, we're gonna enforce this.

This is this is where I look at it from mancy.
Have you ever been pulled over by an officer and
only been given a warning?
Speaker 2 (08:36):

Okay, of course he did. Okay, There's never been a
time that the officer maybe maybe one time in my
life they said, all right, we're just gonna let you
slide on this. Otherwise, every time it's like ticket. Guess
what ticket? Ticket? Ticket? Why you get warnings and I don't.
I have no idea. However, they are the same. They

are one and the same, and the reason being when
I pull away from the ticket, I don't go eighty
on the freeway again. I don't immediately crank it up
and pass all the other cars that just passed me
while I was getting a ticket. When you get a
warning on a traffic ticket, what do you do? And

two and ten right, this seatbelt is buckled up. We
are keeping you know what. I'm gonna just turn on
the blinker now. I know I don't turn for another
half mile, but let's just be safe. So everybody's aware.
In that immediate moment.

You adjust, you are, yes, you adjust.

You play it safe. Huh, you play it safe? You
were given a warning.

I was given a ticket if I got a speeding
ticket and then burned out of the lane as I
was leaving and then the cop pulls me over again.
Probably not gonna just get a ticket. Yeah, probably going
to be more severe penalty. So with all that being said,
it goes to what happened to Mbolo on Saturday. To
(09:59):
Jason's point, Jason is happy that it ends up being
a call that costs Switzerland severely because of how it happened.
This could have been the reversal. This could have been
an embellishment at first, a simulation at first, and then
a tackle on a red card. I'll tell you what, though,
(10:21):
if you don't have the tackle, or if there is
no red card, maybe you're still going full bore. It
is all on Ambolo who had the yellow card, for
playing it safe and for understanding the moment. So while
Jason wants to crack down on the flopping in soccer,
I just want to crack down on the idiots who

think they can still do all the same things that
they did when they're on a very very thin line.

And that's my issue with it.

Is it's not a Does this put a bigger spotlight
on flopping, Absolutely it does, no doubt about it. Do
I think it's gonna curtail it or stop it? No,
not in the least do I think it's going to happen.
And that's why when I look at what happened with
him Bolo, I'm just like, man, you gotta be smarter,
Like that's where I end up falling on this, and

I think that var in this case. As much as
I wanted to be Argentina and say this thing is
rigged and blame it on Argentina getting all the calls,
in this case, Viar was used properly in Switzerland had
to pay the ultimate price because one of their players
wasn't smart enough to realize that he was already.

You're not wrong. There was one person to blame and
it's him. You already had.

Why would you fullop because I feel like that's what
is where we're scratching our head in the sense. It
wasn't that you got a second yellow card because of
a late tackle like you got the first one.

This was straight up you embellishing something you didn't need
to do this.

It wasn't This wasn't a tough play where you went
to try and tackle and.

Get the ball.

This was you, one hundred undred percent trying to get
something that wasn't right. You were trying to steal that
moment that player from Argentina they probably could have got
they were They were given a yellow card right in
the moment, yes, and that they in the moment.

So it's just like, why did you, Why did you
do this? There's nobody else to blame but you. You
guys are not wrong in all of that.

But I will say my opinion of flopping with soccer
has changed from being somebody watching soccer from Afar to
now somebody who's been watching it intently like I care
for the last month.
Speaker 5 (12:30):
I The flopping to me is different.
Speaker 6 (12:32):
It doesn't bother me the way I thought I would
be bothered by it from Afar. It's actually it makes
me laugh when it happens, and then play continues and
the refss like I don't care, and the person's like
on the floor and then gets up. I realize those
flopping happens, not like the one that we're talking about,
specifically from us the Switzerland player. But the flopping happens
because man soccer is a lot more physical than I thought,

and those guys just need a reason to catch a break.

They're like, I just need.
Speaker 6 (12:58):
A second on the ground, yo, Like, I am so tired, though.
Speaker 5 (13:03):
This is so physical.

When I see them driving on the sideline, driving dribbling,
they use dribbling for this and it throws me off
a little bit. But when I see them going down
the sideline and they're just pushing the guy, trying to
get him off balance to get out, I'm like, we.

Could just push each other like this.

It is so much more physical than I thought.

So the flopping really like does not bother me the
way I thought. And I also agree with Jason's point
of like, you know what, yeah, this is This is
gonna be a message to the rest of the teams
for the rest of the tournament. Now will be interesting
to see if this does happen again in an Argentina match,

how it's handled.

The case of Imbolo in that situation as well, is
the as you mentioned that the yellow card would have
gone on to the player from Argentina, and then you're
hoping because that player maybe has a yellow card, that
some sort of change has to be made, maybe the
person is pulled from the match, maybe there's there's there's
advantages obviously yet for Mbolo doing what he's doing. Also

maybe just not being as aggressive, which is what Mbolo
should have been doing or should have been, you know,
in his mind.

The there's just there's so many different levels to it
on why the penalty shouldn't have happened. And I think
more people settled on Jason's side as the dust settled
in the moment you're saying, oh, of course here's Argentina
in your free pass to the semi final. But ultimately
I think that people came around to the point in
in we're so maybe immediate at that point of yeah,

get the guy out of there, but also just understanding
the ramifications of if this is the biggest problem that
some feel in soccer and there's an actual rule to
deal with it, just like flopping was in the NBA,
then good on the official to do it, and including
Alexi Lallis who had this to say on the Herd, it.

Does affect outcomes and you are punishing this player in
the biggest moment of his career and not just punishing
the player, but obviously punishing the team. And you know,
there's an argument to be made that Argentina was on
the ropes at that moment and Switzerland may have come
and beaten Argentina. Having said all of that, you.

Broke the law. You broke the law.

And by the way, this is something that for years,
especially here in the United States, people have criticized and
lamented when it comes to the game relative to the
diving and the flopping and the embellishment. So in this moment,
the letter of the law was applied.

If he didn't have the other red card, he just
gets a yellow card. And then maybe as you muted
the rest of the matter, there's no difference. We had
this conversation and as Sue, when you talk about the
balligin situation, I don't know how you could like the
baligan situation. To me, was var was not used correctly
in this situation. I think it was used perfectly, and

that is the difference between the two. So I don't
think that you could be on the side of Mbolo
and ball Again, I think that there are two opposite
sides of the argument. But when you and I sat
here and talked about the Balligan situation. We also brought
up Draymond Green in the twenty sixteen NBA Finals, in
knowing his flagrant foul number was up to a certain

point and that one more would have had him miss
a game. I think Draymond thought that they had room
because it was a Game five and they could have
won Game six. In Game seven, they were going to
be up three to one in that series. So what's
the big deal if he misses a game and it
ended up coming back to bite them. I also think, Manzi,
it's an argument that I know that you made here
of Luka Doncic in terms of all NBA and missing

games and with your technicals, and then the NBA giving
him a pass like when you think of when you
think of that and Luca missing a game because the
amount of technical fouls that he had, when he can
affect his all NBA standing right, like, you know what's
going on, you know what's happening, don't get the other

technical fouls. You shouldn't have to have somebody come in
and save you. And I applaud FIFA up more so
than what the NBA did. And in the Lucas situation
for at least standing their ground and doing what was right.
That's the issue that I have Isambolo nuie at a
yellow card? So why would you do it? It is
ultimately on his shoulders?

So so true and so right, especially again when you're
playing Argentina. When you're playing Argentina, why why give any
ammo to the belief that maybe.
Speaker 5 (17:31):
If there is a gray area, that call is going
to go in favor of Argentina. So why would you
put yourself in that position?
Speaker 6 (17:38):
There is no excuse, and you're right as the dust settled,
even though in the moment I was like, there it
goes there, there is a clear way for Argentina to
get into the next round. Now that the dust is settled,
it's like there's no one else to blame but him.

by the look on his face. Did FIFA and the
officials get it right on Saturday?

It depends on what your definition of getting it right.

We used to have this same conversation about the NBA
and a supposed bias to get the major markets and
the superstars into the NBA finals and to play devil's advocate.
If those conspiracy theories are true, there's still gonna be

people are gonna watch. They're gonna make their money. I
will say this just from my unique perspective. From the
women's soccer standpoint, there is a ton less diving in
women's soccer. There is exaggeration, but it's not as blatant

where you get jostled and it looks like you've been
taken out by a sniper, which I think is an
interesting distinction between both sports. Now, it's definitely an issue
that we are now, especially with a whole red card deal,
suspicious of FIFA's motives and it seems very nefarious, but

they're a monopoly.

It's not like.

It's going to cost viewership and most importantly, from their
standpoint money.

I don't think that the referee had any other angle
to go to. And what's interesting is the point of
the Argentina and the red card of so many people
again saying like this is for FIFA to move Argentina along.
That match stunk for the final forty minutes unless you
were cheering for like Argentina.

I didn't have it. I didn't I wasn't cheering for anyone.
Speaker 4 (19:41):
But it's one to one and then all of a sudden,
no one team just completely dominates possession because the other
team can't even take an opportunity to go and try
to score because they fear it's going to hurt them
on the back end. It was an awful It was
a bad watch for the final forty minutes of that match,
and I would have to think that FIFA would not
want that. But again, I don't think anything fishy went on.
I think it was to Jason's point, it was the

right call. I think that via R was used correctly,
and ultimately it's on the responsibility of the player here.
It's not a var argument. I think Vaar has worked
great throughout the World Cup. This is a player issue now.

to say it was a throwaway question, but it wasn't.
But he confirmed that, yeah, this was going to be
his last season. He's also made a caption on Instagram
showing himself Michael Pittman Jr. Roman Wilson, Mason Rudolph, DK Metcalf,
Pat Fryarmouth calling this the last Rodeo and using the

hashtag Bonding Week. And I know this is going to
surprise you because I've been anti Aaron Rodgers because it
sometimes just I think he's absurd. I understand this portion
of it. We may want Aaron Rodgers to win another
super Bowl, but Aaron Rodgers understands that this is it,

that they're probably not going to win a super Bowl.
They may try and something maybe magical happening, but the
reason he is coming back to try to win a
Super Bowl and it isn't for the seventeen games that
they're going to play.

I think he revels in this stuff. This is stuff
that I.

Heard that he would do with his teammates in Green
Bay even when he was a rookie. A lot of
the younger guys would get together that this is why
Aaron Rodgers comes back. And I can't hate on that.

be a farewell tour. You don't play in every NFL stadium.

Half your games are at home anyway in the National
Football League, so you maybe going to eight or nine
different spots. Three of those are in a division you've
only been in for about a year, so there's not
a lot of connection to it. It's different if Aaron
Rodgers and the Steelers are going to Green Bay and
even going to Chicago or Minnesota or Detroit, places where

he played a lot in his career when he was
a member of the Packers.

I think it's truly about stuff like this, and I
can't hate on it. I find I find football. When
I was young, I loved every sport manzie and the
most shocking sport that I realized that I hated to
play was football. The practice is the Oklahoma now. The

a lot different than nowadays. But I said, you had
to love football, You really had to love football. It
made you a special sort of person. And I think
Aaron Rodgers loves football, And I think Aaron Rodgers loves
his guys in those guys and he loves doing stuff
like that, and I can't hate on that.

He loves the brotherhood love football, right, Like, it's not
just what's going on on the field, it's everything that

Everybody wants to be wanted, and the brotherhood of it,

What I liked about is your point is that I

that was written about him, and one thing that's pretty
clear is that he's really into the process. He's into
the math, he's in the prep, the training, like he
embraces this stuff and is a part of that is
his wide receiving crew and his offensive line. And I
think this the picture that kind of stuck out to

me was like he's acknowledging this as his final year,
and it's almost like a litmus test to see, now,
how is the NFL going to react to this? This
is a guy that's going to walk in and put
on a yellow jacket. But there's so much like strangeness
and controversy that comes with this guy. I wonder if
if the sendoff is going to be celebratory, and how

it's covered, how the other teams react to him. But
I think that when I saw this picture, that was
the first thing that came to my mind. It's almost
like Aaron Rodgers saying, all right, this is the beginning
of the end. How are you guys going to react
to this.

I think that it's funny because I almost look at
it from the perspective of a DK Metcalf or a
Pat Fryer Muth or a Mason Rudolph, because it's also
about those guys, because in that book we saw how
Aaron Rodgers is finicky with friends, and you can be
a very close friend and then pretty soon you could
be on the outside. I don't think any of these

guys are looking to be best friends with Aaron Rodgers,
but I do think it's a unique experience to have
a week with one of the greatest players to ever
play the position, and some who actually think play the
position at its best in the history of the game,
and to be able to have that week, and that
goes along with the Rogers mindset of the team and
the players, what he does off the field, who he

boxes out who he freezes out, the different story, whether
it be family, whether it be whether it be friends.
For at least those guys that are involved in this,
I think it's pretty cool for them. And again it's
I think it's easy to pile on Aaron Rodgers for sure,
and I think sometimes he lends he wants people to
he wants to be different in that sense, but I

think there's something real and organic with what this is
and him coming back again isn't to get that farewell
when they leave Baltimore or from the Steelers fans. It's
honestly to hang out with his boys for a reason.
He could do this next year, but he's not playing.
It's not the same thing like this is for a reason,
and and I kind of like it.

Yeah, I feel like it shows that even though, like
you said, it's low hanging fruit to hate on Aaron
Rodgers because he's so he does some things that are questionable,
he sayes some things, he has like an attitude all
of that. But to see him do this, I feel

audio that I could listen to all day long with
Wonderwall going on in the background as the rest of
England is celebrating.

Right because you'd think he was interviewing the coach manager
that just lost. Like the way it sounded, it was
just someone who was so annoyed and frustrated you would
think they.

But that was that is a a funny interview.

He was not happy by the end of it.

Doesn't mean that we aren't going to get spectacular matches,
which we are on Tuesday and Wednesday. But I like
the drama of it. I like Morocco making it far,
Croatia making it all the way to the final match
like they did eight years ago. I liked those things.
This is chalk in a way, but it's the conversation

that we have coming out of this weekend has nothing
to do Manzi with France holding serves Spain doing the
same against Belgium. By the way, Belgium's pretty quiet now,
pretty pretty quiet, pretty big, pretty big quiet.

which was an entertaining watch, and then the exact opposite
happened on Saturday night, and there were a lot of
different ways and a lot of different angles on Argentina
against Switzerland.

Real, for about forty minutes of that match, it was boring,
and it was boring because it was a one sided affair.
But how we got to the one side of affair
is anything butt boring? The red card that was handed
out to Mbolo from Switzerland, ended up forcing the Swiss
to play with ten men for the final thirty minutes
(03:41):
of regulation time and then playing with ten men in
extra time. As the score was knotted up at one apiece,
Argentina was finally able to break through and then they
added another goal late to end up winning the match
three to one. But it's how we got from eleven
to ten that seems to be the converse sation Manzi
on should the yellow card the second yellow card have
(04:04):
been given to reel Mbolo for the simulation on the
tackle or the non tackle by the Argentine player. Do
you believe that the correct call was made in that
situation to diminish Switzerland's lineup from eleven to ten.
Speaker 6 (04:22):
Yes, it was the correct call, but it was very
in the moment, I just was like, oh, how convenient
for Argentina.
Speaker 5 (04:31):
How convenient that you In all of.
Speaker 6 (04:35):
These matches that we've seen, Argentina has been tested in
ways that I think the other top three teams necessarily
haven't been. Like Argentina has I escaped some matches, you
know what I'm saying, Like, especially even go back to
Cape verdie Go back to Egypt.
Speaker 5 (04:52):
Egypt looked like the better team. They should have won
that game.
Speaker 6 (04:54):
So in this situation, even though it was the right call,
I couldn't help but just think, oh, how convenient for Argentina.
Speaker 4 (05:04):
And I think that there is a conversation Mancy that
isn't happening from the match that happened prior because of
the call of the soccer ball that did or didn't
hit the cable wire from the camera in the Norway
England match. The technology used by FIFA that they wanted
to tweet out showed that the ball did not alter.
(05:28):
The chip in the ball was not altered by any means,
so they're saying it didn't hit the cable. This ended
up allowing England to score and ended up having Norway
in a situation where they felt that they were quite
wronged that they were wrong, they were on the wrong
side of a call. But no one's talking about that.
(05:48):
We are only talking about what happened was with Switzerland
and Argentina. And it's the point that you make. You made,
is that if there's any rigging going on, people feel
that it is for Argentina.
Speaker 6 (06:02):
It seems a lot of a lot of calls a
lot of moments, a lot of situations have gone in
Argentina's favor throughout this entire tournament, and that was just
another one. And it's just kind of like, I feel
like I've seen this happen with other in the NFL,
when the Chiefs were just winning and every call went

their way, and some of the calls were the right calls,
but you were just like, Okay.
Speaker 5 (06:27):
Another call in their favor, and here they aren't playing
in Arrowhead. How funny that I bring that up.
Speaker 6 (06:31):
The connection there, Chiefs Argentina, they're the same one at Arrowhead.
Speaker 5 (06:34):
They get all the calls.
Speaker 6 (06:36):
So it's just hard to not to not think of that,
to not believe that they really do want Argentina to
be there. Because of Leone d Messi's final run, It's
impossible for me to not think that there's some rigging
going on.
Speaker 5 (06:50):
I think this is the time.
Speaker 4 (06:51):
I think that there are people who are emotional, but
I think that there are also people who may may
be more level headed that maybe don't have a dog
in the fight, that have a different perspective, like our
executive producer Jason Stewart. You see the yellow card coming
down on the Argentina Switzerland match. You see Switzerland go
from eleven down to ten, and your emotions were what.
Speaker 7 (07:13):
My emotions were good. I'm glad that the flopping was
penalized on that stage at that moment. So the counterpoint
to just let the players decide the game. Why would
you make that call at that juncture of the game.
It's too important, and I would argue that is a
great way to enforce a deterrent on this stage, in
(07:37):
front of everybody. You are not allowed to flop. It's
been a point of emphasis from the referees. I guess
all World Cup I've been told and then so I'm
guessing for the semi finals, in the final, maybe players
will think twice, maybe they'll have the hesitation before doing
this complete farcical flopping thing that I think most people
(08:00):
are in agreement with me, most Americans anyways. Flopping works
against soccer's popularity in this country. I think it's something
that's off putting, it's something that's it's unseemly. It shouldn't
be a part of any sport. It's overly dramatic, and
it takes away from I think this competition. So I'm
(08:21):
glad to see it enforced in that moment, telling players
and coaches, we're gonna enforce this.
Speaker 4 (08:27):
This is this is where I look at it from mancy.
Have you ever been pulled over by an officer and
only been given a warning?
Speaker 2 (08:36):
Maybe?
Speaker 4 (08:37):
Okay, of course he did. Okay, There's never been a
time that the officer maybe maybe one time in my
life they said, all right, we're just gonna let you
slide on this. Otherwise, every time it's like ticket. Guess
what ticket? Ticket? Ticket? Why you get warnings and I don't.
I have no idea. However, they are the same. They
(08:58):
are one and the same, and the reason being when
I pull away from the ticket, I don't go eighty
on the freeway again. I don't immediately crank it up
and pass all the other cars that just passed me
while I was getting a ticket. When you get a
warning on a traffic ticket, what do you do? And
(09:19):
two and ten right, this seatbelt is buckled up. We
are keeping you know what. I'm gonna just turn on
the blinker now. I know I don't turn for another
half mile, but let's just be safe. So everybody's aware.
In that immediate moment.

You adjust, you are, yes, you adjust.
Speaker 2 (09:35):
You play it safe. Huh, you play it safe? You
were given a warning.
Speaker 4 (09:38):
I was given a ticket if I got a speeding
ticket and then burned out of the lane as I
was leaving and then the cop pulls me over again.
Probably not gonna just get a ticket. Yeah, probably going
to be more severe penalty. So with all that being said,
it goes to what happened to Mbolo on Saturday. To
(09:59):
Jason's point, Jason is happy that it ends up being
a call that costs Switzerland severely because of how it happened.
This could have been the reversal. This could have been
an embellishment at first, a simulation at first, and then
a tackle on a red card. I'll tell you what, though,
(10:21):
if you don't have the tackle, or if there is
no red card, maybe you're still going full bore. It
is all on Ambolo who had the yellow card, for
playing it safe and for understanding the moment. So while
Jason wants to crack down on the flopping in soccer,
I just want to crack down on the idiots who
(10:42):
think they can still do all the same things that
they did when they're on a very very thin line.

And that's my issue with it.

Is it's not a Does this put a bigger spotlight
on flopping, Absolutely it does, no doubt about it. Do
I think it's gonna curtail it or stop it? No,
not in the least do I think it's going to happen.
And that's why when I look at what happened with
him Bolo, I'm just like, man, you gotta be smarter,
Like that's where I end up falling on this, and

I think that var in this case. As much as
I wanted to be Argentina and say this thing is
rigged and blame it on Argentina getting all the calls,
in this case, Viar was used properly in Switzerland had
to pay the ultimate price because one of their players
wasn't smart enough to realize that he was already.

I The flopping to me is different.

be bothered by it from Afar. It's actually it makes
me laugh when it happens, and then play continues and
the refss like I don't care, and the person's like

flopping happens, not like the one that we're talking about,
specifically from us the Switzerland player. But the flopping happens
because man soccer is a lot more physical than I thought,

and those guys just need a reason to catch a break.

and save you. And I applaud FIFA up more so
than what the NBA did. And in the Lucas situation

That match stunk for the final forty minutes unless you
were cheering for like Argentina.

But it's one to one and then all of a sudden,
no one team just completely dominates possession because the other
team can't even take an opportunity to go and try

a bad watch for the final forty minutes of that match,
and I would have to think that FIFA would not
want that. But again, I don't think anything fishy went on.
I think it was to Jason's point, it was the

and ultimately it's on the responsibility of the player here.

surprise you because I've been anti Aaron Rodgers because it

that they're probably not going to win a super Bowl.
They may try and something maybe magical happening, but the
reason he is coming back to try to win a
Super Bowl and it isn't for the seventeen games that

and it's almost like a litmus test to see, now,
how is the NFL going to react to this? This
is a guy that's going to walk in and put

it's covered, how the other teams react to him. But
I think that when I saw this picture, that was
the first thing that came to my mind. It's almost
like Aaron Rodgers saying, all right, this is the beginning

I think that it's funny because I almost look at
it from the perspective of a DK Metcalf or a
Pat Fryer Muth or a Mason Rudolph, because it's also
about those guys, because in that book we saw how
Aaron Rodgers is finicky with friends, and you can be
a very close friend and then pretty soon you could
be on the outside. I don't think any of these

guys are looking to be best friends with Aaron Rodgers,
but I do think it's a unique experience to have
a week with one of the greatest players to ever
play the position, and some who actually think play the
position at its best in the history of the game,
and to be able to have that week, and that
goes along with the Rogers mindset of the team and
the players, what he does off the field, who he

boxes out who he freezes out, the different story, whether
it be family, whether it be whether it be friends.
For at least those guys that are involved in this,
I think it's pretty cool for them. And again it's
I think it's easy to pile on Aaron Rodgers for sure,
and I think sometimes he lends he wants people to
he wants to be different in that sense, but I

think there's something real and organic with what this is
and him coming back again isn't to get that farewell
when they leave Baltimore or from the Steelers fans. It's
honestly to hang out with his boys for a reason.
He could do this next year, but he's not playing.
It's not the same thing like this is for a reason,
