We are live day.
Speaker 1 (00:26):
Two here at San Francisco Radio Row, get ready for
the super.
Speaker 2 (00:30):
Bowl, talking about the Hall of Fame.
Speaker 5 (00:32):
Way busier day today here on Tuesday. Yeah, first Radio
Row Tuesday. Yeah, one hundred percent more interesting than Monday.
I've touched fists with so many people, Matt, Doug Russo,
Chris Simms. Today, you're starting to feel it. I met
Nate Tye, which is the son of Mike Tys. Yes,
a lot of cool things going on today. I saw
an entire behind a rear end next to Billy Gill
(00:55):
while he was doing the Ringer podcast. I wanted to
tell him his producer was flashing the crew, but I said, no, No,
this is what sports.
Speaker 2 (01:01):
Uh, this is what sports radio is all.
Speaker 1 (01:03):
This is what super Bowl Week and Radio Row is
all about.
Speaker 2 (01:06):
Trust me.
Speaker 5 (01:07):
Billy knows that his producer's asked showing probably yes, you
don't know if we can say that word, but.
Speaker 1 (01:12):
Well I just said it. So we are going to
discuss the Hall of Fame in a minute. Taylor's going
to be for Tom Brady. H Taylor would at to
media and I. By the way, uh, if you want,
we can observations that is in our number one of
stuttson Company, our podcast. Uh so please go there and
check it out where Mac Collins is there.
Speaker 2 (01:31):
Our two. Fred Warner is there in our two as well.
Speaker 5 (01:36):
Mac Collins really gets deep in the interview with Taylor.
Speaker 2 (01:39):
Yes, I am listen.
Speaker 1 (01:40):
We are the show that got Mac Collins on super
Bowl Week.
Speaker 2 (01:44):
Yep.
Speaker 1 (01:45):
And therefore everyone is jealous of this radio show because.
Speaker 2 (01:48):
You know too.
Speaker 1 (01:50):
And Tommy Devino as well. What's going on, guys, finger guns? Yes,
that's what radio rowd super Bowl Week is all about.
Speaker 2 (01:57):
And it's just.
Speaker 1 (01:58):
Plenty of people you don't know. That's what it is.
So anyway, Frank Caliendo is going to be here. I'm
excited for this. I haven't seen Frank in a while.
He'll be here at one o'clock. I think I'm going
to ask him to do the sports update. Oh, okay,
I don't know he was coming in person.
Speaker 2 (02:12):
This is different.
Speaker 1 (02:12):
He is, he is coming in person. Yeah, let's start
with Taylor though.
Speaker 2 (02:17):
Is he okay?
Speaker 1 (02:17):
Because he said right before we started here that he
has an issue with Tom Brady? And so I am
interested to see what his issue is with Tom Brady?
And yes, is he We will get to the NBA,
I promise you.
Speaker 6 (02:28):
So I see this headline tom Brady not pulling for
the Patriots in this year's Super Bowl. Yeah, he says
he does not have a dog in the fight. He's
just rooting for both teams to play good, clean football.
Speaker 2 (02:47):
Mean Tom Brady type football, you know, penalties.
Speaker 6 (02:49):
So that begs the question, which of these two teams
built a statue for Tom Brady, Which of these two teams.
Speaker 2 (02:58):
As head coach?
Speaker 6 (03:00):
Why somebody that was teammates with Tom Brady during their dynasty, right?
And which of these two teams has an owner that
describes Tom Brady, Yes, as Likey's son.
Speaker 2 (03:10):
Yes, So he has a big dog in the race,
is what you're saying.
Speaker 5 (03:13):
He can never refer to Mike Vrabel or Robert Kraft
as his dog's ever again because he just said he
doesn't have a dog in the fight.
Speaker 1 (03:20):
Yeah, yeah, take that statue down. Put it on the poll.
Take that statue down, yes or no?
Speaker 5 (03:27):
Does that mean that Tom Brady is as emotionless as
his sort of face would say that he is, Because
to say that you don't have a dog in the race,
given everything, just the highlights that Taylor just said, makes
me feel like he doesn't have human emotions. You have,
you have unless he's just flat out lying. But what's
the point of that. I'd say he's flat out lying
(03:47):
because he's calling the set.
Speaker 1 (03:49):
Well, listen, he's part he's part owner of the Raiders,
he's a member of the media now, and he probably
feels like that's the right thing to say. I don't
nobody believes this race. I know no one believes them,
but he feels like it's the right thing to say.
And it's an absurd thing to say. I agree with you.
Speaker 3 (04:05):
Are we dismissing that his ego is so big that
he doesn't want the Patriots to have success without him.
Speaker 5 (04:11):
Yeah, it's it's worse than what I think. He doesn't
has human emotions, but they're entirely evil.
Speaker 2 (04:17):
Yes, it's evil. I hope that's the Gates. I really
really matched.
Speaker 5 (04:22):
What he's doing to his face is looking like an
evil character, like a stock evil character in movies.
Speaker 2 (04:26):
So wait, it just dawn them.
Speaker 1 (04:28):
Do you think Tom Brady is enjoying Robert Kraft and
Bill Belichick not getting into the Hall of Fame?
Speaker 2 (04:33):
Mmm? Belichick, yes, Kraft? No? Really? Yeah?
Speaker 5 (04:37):
Yeah, I think there's a universal feeling where if Bill
Belichick gets anything negative happened to him, that group of
people are gonna be fine with it, right, Not the
same with Robert Craft.
Speaker 2 (04:48):
Yes, you think.
Speaker 1 (04:49):
He's okay, Like you think he's upset on behalf of
Robert Kraft Taeler.
Speaker 6 (04:53):
Yeah, I believe their relationship is good. Like Robert Kraft
retired as Jersey, Robert Kraft got that statue constructed for him.
It seems like the animosity was between Belichick and Brady.
And when I'm watching Tom Brady say he doesn't have
a dog in this fight, Mikey, I think hit on
the point. Tom Brady is looking at Drake May and
(05:14):
Drake May's career trajectory and being like, if this guy
gets his first Super Bowl this Sunday, his trajectory is
higher than mine. We can't have this coming.
Speaker 5 (05:25):
Yes, there's Billy Gillan. Now should I tell him his producer.
Speaker 1 (05:27):
Billy gill is walking through with a plate of wings
from the Bounty House that be and Billy stands for Bounty.
Of course, everyone knows that Billy gil come on the show.
Speaker 2 (05:38):
Just while one time, just walk behind? What walk behind?
Speaker 1 (05:42):
Hints he's me and the audience like that. I love you,
Billy pants up here? Yeah, your producer showing his entire
rear end.
Speaker 6 (05:51):
Do you think Tom Brady is jealous of Bill Belichick
of Drake may excuse me.
Speaker 2 (05:57):
That's why Billy won't come on the show. That's why
there's some confused people in our audio. I STU wants
Billy on the show.
Speaker 1 (06:05):
I want him desperately. Yes, I mean save me, Please
come save me, Billy. Billy just stroll by. There are
some very confused people in the audience who's never heard
of me or Billy.
Speaker 2 (06:16):
Billy is a former producer of mine. He is my
producer and a former producer.
Speaker 1 (06:22):
On The Dan Lebizard Show with Steve Gottson. I miss
him dearly and Billy, you're toasting the show with us.
Speaker 5 (06:26):
Billy is talent who happens to produce.
Speaker 1 (06:31):
What was your question for Billy and what made you
think that was going to be good radio.
Speaker 2 (06:35):
By staking a micout for him to answer when he's
fifteen feet away from him, yelling hot, take at him.
He's ashamed of himself right now, and you should be.
Not only did I yooha take at him?
Speaker 1 (06:46):
Right?
Speaker 2 (06:46):
I yield an incorrect.
Speaker 5 (06:49):
It was similar to the black up quarterback Denver Broncos.
I mean the New England.
Speaker 3 (06:56):
Billy is a stray dog right now, and you have
to be you have to be calm with him. And
you just ran up and go let.
Speaker 2 (07:04):
He was so excited to see we all were.
Speaker 5 (07:06):
I mean, I want Billy to go around every station
here with a microphone and say, hey, do you think
Tom Brady jealous?
Speaker 2 (07:15):
We're going to look at it?
Speaker 1 (07:16):
Well he get one yes, Taylor, I think you have
to date the rounds here and just ask everyone that question.
Speaker 2 (07:21):
Okay, can you do that?
Speaker 1 (07:23):
By the way, we apologize if some guest sits right
next to us, does an interview with Colin Coward here
any minute? The super Bowl radio row. That's what I thought.
We just did an interview, was it Cam Heyward? Jam
Hayward was sitting five feet away from me, and I
saw Cam getting distracted because he could hear Colin. He
was holding hearing me, and he didn't know whose question
the answer radio?
Speaker 2 (07:45):
Who follows you on radio? Yes? Oh god, it's picking up.
Where's everyone been a.
Speaker 5 (07:52):
Days?
Speaker 2 (07:55):
It's picking up? Though? Is? He could feel it? We're
getting closer to the super Bowl. This is exciting, right,
it does? It does?
Speaker 5 (08:00):
Why did you look at me like that, Jesus, because
I know you're not excited. That's ally No, I'm excited
about this. I'm not excited about the super Bowl at all. Right,
Earlier I thought that this gentleman. There's a gentleman walking
around carrying some sort of plate, and I thought for
a second that was mister beast. And I was about
to have to get the heck out of it because
I don't like that guy. But it's not some random person.
I got a text from Taylor this morning. He took
(08:22):
a picture of Adam Scheine doing the radio show. I
don't think he's ever been happier in his entire life.
Speaker 2 (08:29):
You feel it now, right? You saw dog, You saw
dog with Chris Sims.
Speaker 1 (08:33):
You see people walking around. We just had pats or
tan On. You're starting to feel radio row a little bit.
Speaker 2 (08:38):
Oh, it's buzzing now it's not.
Speaker 5 (08:42):
Taylor's just happy he doesn't have to go back to
what yesterday was at media day or at the interviews
and stuff where he had to interview his best friend.
But also I had to drive for ninety minutes to
get there.
Speaker 6 (08:51):
Yes, I'll tell you right now, I will never step
a single foot in San Jose.
Speaker 2 (08:57):
For the rest of your for the rest of the
foot in San Jose. Something went wrong in my life.
Speaker 1 (09:03):
Wait, does he realize he has to go back there
for the game Clara?
Speaker 2 (09:07):
Where the game is?
Speaker 1 (09:08):
It's San Jose Santa Clara too, Tomato, you also gave
it a C plus, not that Terri, San.
Speaker 2 (09:15):
Jose and Santa Clara. Yes, a couple of sands.
Speaker 1 (09:18):
So again, if you want to see, if you want
to listen to Mac Collins and Taylor two best friends
speak for four minutes, go to hour number two of
Stugatza Company.
Speaker 2 (09:28):
Is he what is going on?
Speaker 1 (09:29):
I will talk NBA because, believe it or not, the
NBA even on Super Bowl Week. Now, Mikey's gonna get
mad at me. He's gonna start snoring.
Speaker 2 (09:37):
Absolutely not.
Speaker 1 (09:42):
But the trade deadline is approaching, James Harden is being
rumored uh to be on the move some other big
names as well. But there was a move today and
the trade deadline and the NBA, and I can't believe
I'm saying this is more interesting right now until someone
does something stupid here.
Speaker 2 (10:00):
San Francisco is more interesting than the super Bowl. It is.
That's a big plate Mikey would rather hear.
Speaker 5 (10:05):
Drake may say absolutely nothing, yes, and talk about basketball. Yes,
but there was a big trade that went down. Does
it affect you at all that Jaron Jackson Junior is
changing teams?
Speaker 2 (10:16):
Where's it going?
Speaker 5 (10:16):
He's going from Memphis to Utah? No, does not impact
me whatsoever. No, So you are more interested in James
Harden supposedly asking for a trade, more.
Speaker 1 (10:27):
Interested why the Cavaliers would want James Harden. That's what
I'm interesting, because the Cavaliers of the team, they're talking
about Darius Garland for James Harden, and I'm wondering why
the Cavs would want James Harden at this point of
his career.
Speaker 5 (10:39):
Well, especially when I've already told you and anybody who's
willing to listen that if James Harden is in your
locker room. You're not celebrating a championship that year, so
it would be interesting. I've heard or read rumors about
Cleveland's just trying to go all in and maybe even
get Anthony Davis as well, which I think would be
a little crazy for.
Speaker 2 (10:56):
Them to retool that heavily in the middle of the season.
Speaker 5 (10:59):
But it is interesting with James Harden, Like this is
where I think the fans fall out of love with
professional athletes who chase the money, is that it's exactly
what it's all about. His entire career has not been
about trying to get a team a championship. It's about
trying to maximize his earning potential, and most athletes at
(11:21):
a high level try to at least mask the second part,
at least say hey, I'm trying to win championships with
the team that allows me to do that.
Speaker 2 (11:28):
That's fine.
Speaker 5 (11:29):
But when James Harden constantly is just looking forward to
his next contract and demanding that his current team extend
him and then otherwise asking to play for somebody else,
I think overall probably damages his legacy for the people
that want to say, you know, might be better than
Dwayne Wade all the time as a shooting guard. I
think it's nonsense when you look at just the effect
that he has on a team. So it's just another
(11:51):
element to James Harden's strange career. But I think some
of it probably has to do with stuff that might
be coming up, whether it be a suspension of Kawhild
because of his affiliate, you know, the trying to go
around the salary cap or anything like that. So there's
a lot going on there, But it's just a matter
of James Harden is an intriguing talent, but he's also
one of the worst personalities you could have.
Speaker 1 (12:12):
Does it improve Cleveland's chances of making it to the NBA?
Speaker 5 (12:16):
Fu Well, Terrus garlandsn't played a lot because you've got
an OH thing, So yeah, it would. I don't know
if there again, if there's gonna be another move after that.
There's discussions of even moving up and Mobley for a
Yiannis type of trade, what have you. But I don't
think it makes them significantly better, and I think I
think in the playoffs it might make them easier to
defend because James Harden is doesn't move as well as
(12:39):
Darius Garland does and doesn't really rely on his mid
game as much, and so I think James Harden becomes
an easier cover in the playoffs.
Speaker 2 (12:47):
Mikey, you enjoyed the NBA talk or what do you think?
Speaker 3 (12:49):
That plate is made of silver? It looks like very shiny.
It's like getting in my eyes a little bit.
Speaker 2 (12:56):
It looks like when you win Wimbledon.
Speaker 5 (12:58):
Yeah, plate right at the Wimbledon plate.
Speaker 2 (13:01):
No, it's not. It's a soccer related plate, is it?
Speaker 7 (13:04):
Uh?
Speaker 2 (13:04):
It's boring? Can I eat? It? Might be a shield?
Can you need a shield? Maybe it's an order shield. Yes,
looks like a rim. Yeah, it does look like a rim. Yes, yes,
on a tricked out car? Yes? How ridiculous? Does it
out me saying he tricked out? Is he so embarrassed?
A singular rim?
Speaker 1 (13:23):
Eight seven seven ninety nine on Box eight seven seven
ninety nine on Box.
Speaker 2 (13:28):
I'm tired.
Speaker 1 (13:29):
We've done twenty interviews already, We've done two shows already,
and I just want to take phone calls.
Speaker 5 (13:33):
That's all I want to do today as I just
want to take folks. I forgot that was an option call?
Speaker 2 (13:37):
Is yes? Right? Yes, that's it.
Speaker 1 (13:38):
By the way, Draymond Green. Since we're in San Francisco,
What in Rome is he? The rumors are that Draymond
Green might be moved from Golden State here. How about
that third headline on ESPN dot com.
Speaker 2 (13:48):
Huh really yeah, click on that. I haven't read that one.
Read this? What are your thoughts before you read about
it that?
Speaker 3 (13:54):
Well, yeah, you don't want to do the redraft of
the twenty twenty five draft. ESPN's got going on to
Tyler Schuck number two, get number two overall, number two overall.
Speaker 2 (14:04):
That's what I had him won. Tyler Shuck will be
on the show tomorrow. Say this again, What is happening.
Speaker 3 (14:08):
To Tyler Shuck in the redraft that ESPN put out?
Is going number two overall to Cleveland? If they redrafted
this last.
Speaker 5 (14:17):
Year twenty twenty five redrafts probably be Conka Nipple at
number two.
Speaker 2 (14:24):
I love a good nipple. I am so.
Speaker 1 (14:28):
Who goes number one in the redraft? It's still Cooper
flag overrated? Who goes number one in your draft?
Speaker 2 (14:36):
Bike? It's still came Ward, It's still can't wore still
cam Ward?
Speaker 1 (14:39):
Okay, So does Shuck move up the most if.
Speaker 2 (14:41):
We redrafted today?
Speaker 3 (14:43):
Oh I'm sure there's a couple that really moved up,
but I didn't.
Speaker 6 (14:46):
I didn't get past the Jets pick. So the Giants
were picking three. Their original pick was Abdul Carter. In
the redraft, the Giants get Jackson Dart, by the way,
shuck over Dart. That's what they're saying. Wait, that's what
there's saying here. Wait a second.
Speaker 1 (15:01):
So the Giants took Dart, and if you're redrafted, they
still get Dart.
Speaker 2 (15:05):
Yeah, but they get them earlier.
Speaker 5 (15:08):
Walter Clayton Junior is going to get a lead guard
role in Memphis. That's why the redraft is important.
Speaker 2 (15:14):
Dizzy, where's that plate?
Speaker 5 (15:17):
I think he'd go right around where he went.
Speaker 1 (15:22):
So the Giants, by the way, Jackson Dart is going
to be here to borrow. I don't know why and
what I'm doing, but he is the number one guest. Like,
if you ask me pick one guest from this week,
who do you want, I would.
Speaker 2 (15:35):
Say Jackson Dart.
Speaker 1 (15:37):
Okay, And yet he's going to be here when Coveto
and rich Arod and he's doing it live with them.
Speaker 2 (15:44):
And it's right after this show.
Speaker 1 (15:46):
And I want Jackson Dart and I don't want to
get up from this table.
Speaker 2 (15:49):
What comes here to squat? Yeah, I don't know.
Speaker 5 (15:52):
They will take your spot and we're talking to Jackson Dart.
Speaker 1 (15:55):
I think, well, maybe like a a combined effort, a collaborations,
a crossover episode of Yes, okay, they can come on
our show and interview anyone they want. We get to
go on their show and interview Jackson Dark.
Speaker 2 (16:11):
How about that. I'm not giving up Tyler Shuck Matthew Berry.
Speaker 1 (16:14):
I had them up, Matthew, Yeah, hey Manny radio row
super Bowl about you didn't even break that. I doesn't
like us anymore. That's what happened to me and Schefter.
Mikey ran into Schefter last night. We've had Schefter on
the show probably, I want to say, I don't know
two dozen times over the years, me and Mikey have
(16:34):
and Mikey ran up to Schefter expecting a warm embrace,
a hug from his friend.
Speaker 2 (16:40):
Schefter had no idea who he.
Speaker 5 (16:41):
Was, so I had not would have been okay, anything
would have been okay and raised eyebrow.
Speaker 3 (16:46):
He would have been fine. Tell Stu, I'll talk to
him later. You don't even have to pretend you know
my name. Tell Stu I'll talk to him later, would
tell me I know who you are and I'm busy,
and I would have said I got you.
Speaker 6 (16:58):
But Mikey, you would have got in that reaction from
Schefter if you just went up to him and said, hey,
Mikeya from God Bless football with Stu Gotts.
Speaker 2 (17:07):
You went up. Didn't think I had to. You didn't
think I had like you two like grew up together
and went to like elementary.
Speaker 3 (17:13):
First off, he lives right where I used to live.
He like anymore get you forget? Yeah, yeah he does,
and you forget. I worked at ESPN for years. I
had him on long before we had Stu.
Speaker 1 (17:26):
Do you know how many people have worked at ESPN
and currently work at ESPN that Adam Schefter has no
idea who they are? Fifty to fifty If he knows me,
it's a coin toss. I'm just saying tell us about
the problem.

The Jayhawks win sixty four to sixty one Kansas.
Speaker 5 (20:19):
I don't think Darren Peterson or anybody's nickname should be DP.
I'm just saying Dan Patrick. No, man, is it really wow?
Speaker 2 (20:27):
Okay, Dan, I don't want to rock, by the way,
I mean, we don't want a rock. Well, the guy said, celebrate,
let's rock. Okay, you want to.
Speaker 1 (20:37):
Get congratulations, Let's kick it over to UH.

all right.
Speaker 9 (20:46):
It was the easy hour to start with all the
NBA news, But for those that missed it, Grizzily straighted
Jaron Jackson Junior to the Jazz in a deal that
has Memphis getting three first round picks. Then I have
thirteen first round picks over the next seven years. Clippers
and Calves continue to talk about a deal involving James Harden.
Darius Garland expected to be a piece if that deal
goes down, as he would head to LA Bowls. Acquiring
(21:08):
veteran guard Mike Conley and guard Jayden Ivy in a
three team deal that includes Minnesota and Detroit. Pistons get
Kevin Herder and Dario Sariz along with a protected first
round pick.
Speaker 2 (21:17):
Swap is part of the deal.
Speaker 9 (21:18):
T Wolve's clear up cap space and tax savings, maybe
to make room for Giannis and as you mentioned, Draymond
Green a part of conversations in trade talks for the Warriors.
No Steph Curry tonight as the Warriors are home to
the seventy six ers because of his runner's knee. Brown's
head coach Todd Munkin asked today if shaudor Sanders will
be QB one in Cleveland.
Speaker 10 (21:36):
I think, like any position on the team, I'm not
still to be determined. Am I excited about Shador? Am
I excited about all the quarterbacks in the room. Am
I excited to coach this football team? Absolutely? I can't
wait for them to get back and for us to
get started.
Speaker 2 (21:52):
On the stage stour left.
Speaker 9 (21:53):
Chaudeur was asked about those comments and says that it
was to be expected.
Speaker 2 (21:56):
Earlier today.
Speaker 9 (21:57):
Former Chiefs offensive coordinator Matt Naggy will be the new
offensive coordinator under John Harbaugh and the New York Giants.
You guys mentioned Robert Kraft, Patriots owner not getting into
the Hall of fame. And how about this, Lindsey Vaughan
ruptured her ACL, torn meniscus and other stuff. She's still
going to ski in the Olympics coming up this weekend.
Forty one year old, has it competed in the Games?
Retired in twenty nineteen, so it's been a while since
(22:18):
she's been the Olympic. Yeah, right right.
Speaker 2 (22:20):
Wait, hold on, can you give me the injuries again?
Can you say that again?
Speaker 9 (22:23):
Ruptured achilles tendon right, torn meniscus, bone bruise.
Speaker 2 (22:27):
And she still plans on skiing. Yes, you said Achilles.
Speaker 9 (22:31):
Oh, I'm sorry, ACL, I'm sorry, I apologize. Thanks for
the correction, ACL, bone bruise and meniscus. Yes, yes, I
actually think it's yeah ACL Achilles. Not that they're the same,
but going down a hill that fast with those injuries.
Speaker 2 (22:46):
No, thanks, yes, all right, back to you guys. Thank you. Dan.
Speaker 5 (22:49):
I have a simple question, but who the hell wants
Draymond Green.
Speaker 2 (22:54):
At this point of his career.
Speaker 5 (22:55):
Don't unless he's just like a finishing piece for like
a But even then, we want to bring that level
of disruption into your team, that headache.
Speaker 2 (23:03):
Yes, what got me from that update?
Speaker 6 (23:05):
Yep, I've never been more sure after listening to Todd
Monkin that he's going to go ten and twenty four
in two years, we're gonna fire.
Speaker 2 (23:12):
Him and never hearsmember.
Speaker 5 (23:15):
Also, step Curry, stop running that way. You want to
get runners me, runners me. Let's take some calls here, guys.
Speaker 1 (23:22):
Let's go out to Zach who's in Cleveland today, eight
seven seven ninety nine on box.
Speaker 2 (23:26):
That's eight seven seven ninety nine on fobow me.
Speaker 5 (23:29):
Our first Super Bowl conversation so far.
Speaker 2 (23:31):
Yes, let's go to Zach and Cleveland.
Speaker 1 (23:33):
Go ahead, Zach, Hey, Sue Taylor, Mike Iusy, love you guys,
love the show.
Speaker 2 (23:38):
Zach and Cleveland.
Speaker 11 (23:39):
Here calling from a mobile.
Speaker 2 (23:40):
First time, long time. Yeah, for the entire crew.
Speaker 8 (23:43):
Here, just a quick question about Super Bowl Week Radio Row.
What's the single most important thing.
Speaker 11 (23:49):
Theep I have to do to beat the Seahawks.
Speaker 2 (23:55):
Thanks, I'll hang up and listen rack that call.
Speaker 1 (23:57):
I want to ask that question to every guest we
have the rest of the week, not through me, through
Zach in Cleveland. Okay, exactly, Okay, make sure we play
that at the end of Well, not Frank Kelly, He's
not here to talk about the football game.
Speaker 2 (24:09):
What do you got telling.
Speaker 6 (24:10):
So Drake Major just can't turn the ball over. I
think that's gonna be my key.
Speaker 1 (24:12):
The way to answer the question let's go to, is
that your key to the game.
Speaker 2 (24:16):
Key to the game.
Speaker 1 (24:17):
Drake doesn't turn it over and they win the football. Yep,
all right, I had Seattle winning yesterday. I told a
station in San Francisco that I was going to take Seattle.
I did another local station. I took the Patriots. We're
off to a flying start. Let's go to Eric, who's
in Ohio today? Go ahead, Eric, Hey.
Speaker 8 (24:35):
Guys, how's going out yet? I'm good. I just had
a quick question. This can be silly, but have you
ever met somebody we only talked to him and heard
their voice, and when you met them, you're like, huh,
I didn't expect that. No reason, I asked. It's like
I first started listening to you and Dan. I have
seen Dan was like a four foot troll that lived
under bridge and just tried to share children. And you
were like the seven foot tall Knox PARAUGHTU guy with
hostage fingers, which seemed even scarier.
Speaker 2 (24:56):
But then the first.
Speaker 8 (24:58):
Guys a good looking guy. So is there an experience
like that for you?
Speaker 2 (25:02):
Well, I'm a good looking guy.
Speaker 5 (25:04):
Ah and byer, it just happened. We just met him
the other day. I had no idea what to expect.
I didn't have an image in my head, and it
was entirely different than one I probably could have concocted.
Speaker 1 (25:12):
You know what, Eric, I had been waiting for this call,
this question my entire life, because I have two What
is Mike Tyson?
Speaker 2 (25:18):
Okay and the other one is Walter Payton? Okay? But
that's not what he asked.
Speaker 5 (25:22):
He asked, if you'd only heard their voice, didn't know
what they look like, not have you seen them in person?
Speaker 2 (25:28):
They're they different than you thought they were.
Speaker 1 (25:30):
No, I'm saying I heard their voice and I was
surprised that it was O. Yes, okay, So oh yeah,
still a different question. It doesn't matter.
Speaker 2 (25:38):
Still a different question.
Speaker 1 (25:39):
Yes, Yes, I was expecting something different from Walter Payton
and certainly from Mike Tyson. You were expecting to see
something different out of me and Lepitard, and you realize, hey,
they're two normal guys, got it?
Speaker 2 (25:50):
Yeah?
Speaker 5 (25:50):
It is also, as we prepared to take the next call,
I'm wondering if Eric in San Francisco, Yes, got a
little sort of heart race going when he heard Eric
in and it was Eric and Ohio, Eric, we are
taking your call.
Speaker 2 (26:02):
You are on Fox Sports Radio. What's up? Eric?
Speaker 1 (26:04):
And San Francisco Hawk Bar. We're taking a call. He's
joining us right now. Put on those headsets. We're taking
a call. Some people want to talk to you, man. Okay, Eric,
go ahead.
Speaker 2 (26:13):
Uh yes, I was very scared. It was almost your turn,
but it wasn't. Yeah, go ahead.
Speaker 11 (26:21):
Happy New Year, Happy New Year, busy.
Speaker 2 (26:23):
I actually ran in this you guys. Yeah, I know.
Speaker 11 (26:28):
Yeah, So I ran into you Got yesterday outside of
Radio Row and I asked him to sign the personal
record book for me. And I'm considering coming back and
maybe having him resign another book. Yeah, because he left
me a weird like personal message.
Speaker 2 (26:44):
Uh.
Speaker 11 (26:44):
He told me, uh, thanks for reading the books route.
Speaker 2 (26:49):
I did. That's what I wrote.
Speaker 1 (26:51):
Really, I said, thanks for reading the book that Dan
Stanzik wrote. And then I saw it. Then I saw
that I do have four books on me. If you
want to come by after the show, A side another
one for.
Speaker 11 (27:00):
You, all right, I may do that.
Speaker 1 (27:03):
All right, Okay, we'll see you later. O Bar is
with us. Hey, listen, I'm not going to try to
pronounce your name.
Speaker 2 (27:10):
Okay, It's it's easy though. Well, I mean you want me.
You want to just help you out, Well, let me
help you out. Let let's let is he want to
try it? No? No, no, he's to help you out.
Speaker 5 (27:19):
I remember saying his name a few times and you
had a cup of coffee with the Dolphins. Gus hadn't
said it.
Speaker 2 (27:24):
You remember that? Not really? Yeah? Yeah you remember that? Yeah? Yeah?
Speaker 12 (27:27):
Ok Barla what ola?
Speaker 2 (27:34):
Go ahead.
Speaker 7 (27:36):
O?
Speaker 12 (27:37):
Bar okay, Okay, I'm intimidating you. I gave you my
full Nigerian name. Let me let me, let me just
give you the first and last okay o bar byja
bla all right, I remember that.
Speaker 2 (27:53):
You know.
Speaker 12 (27:53):
I'll tell you a funny story because I feel like
my brother had the dopest nickname of all time.
Speaker 2 (27:59):
KG Yes.
Speaker 12 (28:00):
And I remember when I was with the Raiders and
John Madden, the late Great John Madden, was calling our
game and I was like, man like during warm ups.
Speaker 2 (28:09):
I'm like, yo, I gotta go meet John Madden. This
is John Madden and I go up there. Oh, you know,
I gotta tell you a story about your brother. I
can't even do the John Madden play, let me stop.
We have a guy.
Speaker 1 (28:19):
Yeah, okay, I have him do it and he goes.
Speaker 12 (28:23):
The thing was I I nicknamed him kg B because
he was so fast off the edge. By the time
he made a play, his name was so long and intimdate.
I couldn't say that the next play would already start,
so he said, man, I kept cutting him out. I couldn't,
you know, give him him his props. So I had
to just nickname him kg B. That being, of course
like the Russian CIA, and he was like an assassin
(28:46):
off the edge, so it made sense. So but that's
how the nickname was born by John Madden. He nicknamed
him kg B. People try to call me a g B,
but AGB doesn't mean anything.
Speaker 2 (28:56):
He doesn't have a you know, like it doesn't Why
do they try to call you a g B. It
was like, oh, KGB, so he's AGB.
Speaker 12 (29:02):
But AGB just doesn't Yeah, it doesn't have the same
ring as KGB. I wish like my parents would have
like named me Cia or something like that, something like
I don't know.
Speaker 1 (29:13):
Yeah, do you get you have to love Radio Row
at Super Bowl? I do seem like the type of
personality that just embraces all of this, right.
Speaker 2 (29:23):
Yeah, it does.
Speaker 12 (29:24):
It's crazy, it's it's very there's a there's a method
to the madness frenzy, you know, the excitement around the
big game, and that's really cool. You know, gives us
an opportunity to talk ball, to reconnect. It kind of
feels like a little bit of a reunion. But it's
really really cool.
Speaker 2 (29:39):
Man.
Speaker 12 (29:39):
I got to tell you say, you know, I got
a cup of coffee with the with the Dolphins. I
haven't told this story to many people, but people don't
know why. You know, whatever happened uh to oalkbar with
the Miami Dolphins. It's like one of those things that
just popped on the radar and you said a cup
of coffee, it was.
Speaker 2 (29:53):
Really a sip and then I was done espresso.
Speaker 12 (29:56):
So my roommate the story is like my roommate, Joey
Porter was, you know, we were cool buddies. Whatever got
to the Dolphins around the same time, and he signs
a new contract, a big contract. Throughout preseason he was
my roommate and I'm fighting for the squad spot to
be opposite Jason Taylor, to be defensive end to come on.
(30:17):
I end up doing I let the team during the
preseason in sacks. So here it is first game two
thousand and seven, the then Washington Redskins against the Miami Dolphins,
FedEx Stadium.
Speaker 2 (30:27):
This is it.
Speaker 12 (30:28):
I'm kind of this is gonna be my reboot, right
and I'm going, man, I'm gonna be next to Jason
Taylor and I'm on the third down package, dime package.
Speaker 2 (30:35):
I'm like, yes, i run out, Okay, here we go.
Speaker 12 (30:38):
Thank god, I'm about to change my life right now
with the Dolphins. And we get out there and Joey
Porters goes, I'm not getting off the field.
Speaker 2 (30:46):
I'm like, gro no, you got to get off the field.
Gro Dime, Dime dime.
Speaker 12 (30:49):
I'm I'm like, yo, you're trying to punk me. This
is what I'm saying in my internal thought. I'm like,
no flag, twelve men on the field. Wow, coach, this
is when cam camera's at old me off the field
and I never saw another down. The next day they
cut me go yeah, he won't let you on the
field too. I'm like, you're the coach. You want me
(31:11):
to go in. You told me time. I'm supposed to
be the third down package to go rush the passer, Like, what,
that's insane.
Speaker 5 (31:19):
Normally you cut the guy who can't come off the
field because he's not listening to the coach.
Speaker 2 (31:24):
Was Joey Porter?
Speaker 4 (31:25):
Hey he was.
Speaker 2 (31:26):
He paid them all out. So anyways, that that was it.
That was the easy. That was the last time I
played football.
Speaker 1 (31:30):
Yeah, but that guy just signed like a seventy million
dollar contract.
Speaker 12 (31:33):
No at the time, it was like thirty something million
or something at the time.
Speaker 2 (31:35):
But I don't, I mean, it's to cut him.
Speaker 5 (31:38):
So that was like, yo, wait, so do was that
like demoralizing to the point where you're like, even though
I know I could do that, I had a great preseason.
Speaker 2 (31:46):
I'm just I'm done with that. I'm just done with it. Well,
you're talking about what my football career at the time. No,
I try to go back.
Speaker 12 (31:52):
I actually called Al Davis and say, hey, man, I'd
love another shot.
Speaker 2 (31:56):
And you know, I wasn't a big name guy. But
the fact that Al Davis.
Speaker 12 (31:58):
Would take my phone call and allow me to have
that opportunity to try to come back, it was.
Speaker 2 (32:03):
It was great.
Speaker 1 (32:03):
Have you spoken to Joey about this? Like, I've never
talked to Joey after I got cut. I've never talked.
In fact, I have him run into him, which is crazy.
I've not run into him since I got cut over
it and I let it go. I love to see
that his son is bawling and you know, so it's
kind of cool. But you know, part of me thinking
like what could have been? But you know what, I
thank Joey In another way, the positive side is had
(32:24):
he not done that, I never would become host of
American Ninja Warrior. There you go, yeah, wow, Yeah, I've
been doing it for fourteen years now, so it's great.
Speaker 2 (32:33):
Joey's got some crazy at him though. Yeah, yeah he does.
Oh you guys so crazy. Yeah, he was my roommate.
I know, what are you doing this week with Experience? Yeah,
so Experience.
Speaker 12 (32:42):
We are here to kind of just talk about, you know,
Experience the app telling folks down there out there to
go download the app. Is your b f F, your
big financial friend. So Experience and I we've been brand
partners for a very long time. They say, hey, look
you're six six two seventy. We're gonna do We're gonna
call this thing and revamp this thing. This is to
be your Big Financial Friend. And what is doing It's
allowing people to really take control of their finances by
(33:06):
allowing them to eliminate subscriptions that they have that they
don't know what they're paying for.
Speaker 2 (33:10):
And so there's so much more to that.
Speaker 12 (33:13):
But download the Experience app and start changing your financial
course right now, because we all could use it.
Speaker 6 (33:18):
Yes, Tom Brady says he has no rooting interest with
the Super Bowl, which seems kind of.
Speaker 12 (33:22):
Weird, but the Patriots playing to get all he's lying, Yeah,
he's an owner of my old team, the Raiders.
Speaker 2 (33:27):
Yes, do you have a rooting interest the Super Bowl? Yeah?
Speaker 12 (33:30):
Absolutely, of course I have a rating, a rooting interest,
And I'm gonna go with the underdog in this one.
I know Sam Darnold is the big underdog story that
we've seen him and the transformation of his career, but
I'm going with the New England Patriots winning the Super Bowl.
And you go, well, why is that far? The odds
in Vegas and whoever else they's been saying, they're saying
it's gonna be the Seahawks. I get it, I understand it.
(33:50):
I totally get it. But Drake May, can we just
give him a little props? This young quarterback and what
he did against the top five defenses with the Chargers
than the Tech sentence. Then we go over to the
to the Broncos and now the Seahawks. He's not new
to a good defense, you know. So I'm just saying
I think he can cape. He can handle himself. The
defense for the Patriots they're pretty.
Speaker 2 (34:10):
Good as well.
Speaker 12 (34:11):
You've got to experience Mike Frabel, who's going to be
able to get and rally the troop because he has
that experience. So I'm going to go with them. And
guess what, Mac Collins is my bff we've been talking about,
Is that right? So for the last six years we've
been going every time we come out for the Super Bowl.
We come out and we party together, me and him,
Jalil White, and we go out there and we go
(34:32):
hang out and we do everything. We've been rolling hard.
So this is the first Super Bowl where in a
long time that I haven't I don't have my BFF here.
So I said, well, experience my new BFF because Mac
Collins is playing in the Super Bowl.
Speaker 2 (34:44):
But I got a roof for my boy Mac Collins.
Speaker 1 (34:46):
Yes, uh, well, now you have a new BF.
Speaker 12 (34:50):
You We party hard, though, man, we party hard. And
we go with no shoes. I mean you got to
get make sure your feet black and darkening.
Speaker 1 (34:59):
You know what I'm saying. I'm thinking about the apps. Now,
what's the app that you have where you had no
idea how much money you were spending on set apps?
Speaker 12 (35:08):
Well, the experience app can show you how to also
clean your feet from walking around barefoot into San Francisco.
Speaker 2 (35:13):
Don't step on any needles.
Speaker 5 (35:15):
I'm not locking barefoot man, all four of us.
Speaker 1 (35:19):
Oh do you think Tom Brady is enjoying the fact
that Bob Kraft and Bill Belichick cart and getting it
into the Hall of Fame?
Speaker 12 (35:26):
No, because I think he's really setting it up. Because
I think this is what the the voters, whoever they are,
I'm going to say they they are setting it up
to not put Tom Brady in. I've heard Steve, Steve
and A Smith talk about this and I have to agree,
like this was just the appetizer, like get ready for
the big bomb.
Speaker 2 (35:44):
We all said it.
Speaker 12 (35:46):
Hey, you know the future first ballot Hall of Famer
Rob Kraft, first time first ballot for Bill Belichick. I
think the next coming up is Tom Brady. I honestly
think they are prepping us and priming us not to
put Tom Brady in.
Speaker 2 (35:58):
And this will be the.
Speaker 12 (35:59):
Biggest flate gate because it's deflated everything that we've ever
thought of, like this reasoning and logic, like how can
can you can you imagine Bill Belichick and Robert Craft?
And that's the other reason why I want the Patriots,
because you want to slap these people whoever they are
that don't put Robert Craft?
Speaker 2 (36:16):
What did rober Craft do to anybody?
Speaker 12 (36:18):
Like it just seems like there's a bunch of haters
over there voting and just saying, you know what, we
want to hate on them because they were so good. Dang,
y'all hated on them all throughout the Super Bowl dynasty
Like y'all gotta hate on them?
Speaker 2 (36:28):
Like jay Z say, why you hating on me? Is
that necessary? Like it's not, it's not? Is that actually?
Jay Z? Sorry? That was my jay Z boy. Sorry,
tell her you want to give you want to give
a GB. I knew he was going to go there.
I had to sign.
Speaker 1 (36:44):
Before we get out of here. We appreciate your time
one more time. On the way out, He's gonna ask
you to sign one of these hats.
Speaker 2 (36:49):
Okay, Oh, yeah. Absolutely. Do you want me to sign
Experience or my name?
Speaker 1 (36:53):
I want you to sign your name, but tell people
why you're signing it again, what you're doing with Experience
on the way out here.
Speaker 12 (36:58):
Yeah, I'm telling everyone right now to go download the

Sorry disclaimer, my apology. Let's take some calls here. Frank
Kellien does going to join us at about nine minutes.
We have a hat system here I have to talk about.
In fact, let's just talk about it now. Let me
call a second. We have three hats on the table
right now, and what I've asked Taylor to do. So
(38:29):
there's a gold medal hat, a silver metal hat which
is actually silver, and a bronze medal.
Speaker 2 (38:35):
Great, so this is.
Speaker 1 (38:36):
A you know, it's just between us and the audience. Okay,
the guest will never know. When I asked Taylor at
the end of an interview to hand a guest a hat.
Taylor is handing him the hat that coincides with how
Taylor thought the guest was on the show. Yeah, our
last guest agb to like gold, silk, bronze, gold, silver brons.
(39:02):
Which hat would you have handed ocbar Oh gold, a gold, right, Mike, Yeah, yeah, probably.
Speaker 2 (39:08):
You handed him the silver medal hat to sign for me.
Speaker 6 (39:12):
The problem is I don't want to be biased with
the mccollins thing, and then in my mind at the time,
I was like, this is gold. But the only reason
I'm giving him gold is because of the mcollins connection.
And then the problem we're also running into is everybody
signing the gold.
Speaker 1 (39:27):
Yeah, I put patzer Tan on the gold I'm sorry
about that.
Speaker 2 (39:29):
I shouldn't have done that. Yeah, that was just a
four a lot of Now I put.
Speaker 1 (39:32):
Myself in a situation where I'm ripping pats er ten
and That's not what I'm doing.
Speaker 2 (39:35):
But he wasn't a gold medalist. There's nothing wrong with bronze. No, well,
yes there is.
Speaker 5 (39:41):
I think what happened was we intended on this hat,
which is with the Dancing Bears, to be the gold hat, right,
And so you guys are having people signed the bronze
hat and saying, oh, no, that's the gold hat. No, No,
we're fine. The gold hat hasn't actually been touched yet. Okay,
we can just say that we've only seen silver meda
level interviews.
Speaker 1 (40:01):
No, but I think Mikey fancies this as the gold hat.
Now this to got you a company? Who got the company?
Speaker 2 (40:06):
Yes? Yes, right, so now this is a new gold hat.
Speaker 1 (40:10):
That's the bronze hat, and no one's gotten a bronze
medal yet.
Speaker 2 (40:12):
I would say the problem is we need to up
our standards. We need we.
Speaker 3 (40:15):
Need to actually set a standard and actually stick to it.
Speaker 2 (40:19):
Right.
Speaker 1 (40:20):

what he is doing.
Speaker 2 (40:25):
Is critiquing them.
Speaker 1 (40:26):
It's great as a guest on our on our show,
and I don't know how ock Bar gets a B

that's an A plus guest right there, Relax, comfortable, can
talk about anything.
Speaker 5 (40:37):
By the way, we don't have to go to break
in a second, so we're not going to be able
to take these calls. However, if you stay on the
line for long enough, we might have Frank Kelliendo take
your calls at the bottom of the next hour. See
how I did that there without knowing what hour it was.
Speaker 1 (40:50):
Yes, various people, Yes, eight seven, seven ninety nine on
Fox if you want to speak to Frank Kelliendo or
one of his many characters. I have no idea if
he's going to do this, because he hasn't agreed to it,
but we'll spring it on Frank coming up next to
our number two
