Speaker 2 (00:21):
You're listening to Fox Sports Radio.
Speaker 1 (00:26):
It is Stew gottson Company Live here. Radio Row Day
number four. Crowded is he? It's only been four days.
It's only been four It's felt like a month. You
gotta dig deep. I have walked through Radio Row today
and I tell all the producers, all the hosts, all
these local stations, heay, now is not the time to quit.
(00:46):
Now was the time to put your hand in the dirt,
dig deep, and go get those guests.
Speaker 3 (00:54):
So Stu Gotts has told me that a couple of times, Hey,
you got to dig deep today, and I've looked right
back at him, say, I could do this for two more.
Speaker 4 (01:01):
Weeks, more and more energized Taylor as we go along,
because you've got that. I think you used that Joe
Flacco exchange yesterday to really build up your confidence, and
now you're getting going left and right with these Who
was it today, Liam Cohen, you just had an exchange
with Yeah.
Speaker 3 (01:18):
So Liam Cohne was on Colin Coward Show right before
and he was sitting off to the stage while we
were getting ready for an interview and I just point
at him and I go, Liam Cohne, you were my
vote for Coach of the Year. And he goes, thank you,
and I go, I have to be honest, I don't
have a vote, but if I did, you would have gotten.
Speaker 1 (01:33):
He's a different person here. He is he really this
is not the tailor I have gotten the no at all.
Behind this desk, he feels a sense of authority. I'd
say whatever he wants. I think it's putting him behind
a microphone. Well, it's dangerous. We got to shut that
thing off every once in a while. How about Arrissa
Thompson yet something wow? Exchange with her. We had Gronk
and Charissa Thompson on together. By the way, we had
(01:54):
Christopher maddog Russo today, Chris Berman today, Diana Rossini all
but fantastic. Know Izzy was with a bunch of people
as well. This is the first tide I'm seeing Israel
Goodiara the entire day. Both of us have been here
for four hours.
Speaker 4 (02:08):
Yeah, you might know who I was talking to, Tim Howard.
Oh that's goalie.
Speaker 1 (02:11):
Oh really, doumblell let some goals in Jesus. I asked
Zero's Super Bowl questions.
Speaker 3 (02:19):
So when we had Chrissa Thompson and Gronk, I was
off to the side. You guys were doing the interview
for us. And as I'm walking back onto the stage,
Chrissa Thompson stops me, taps me on my shoulder, and
she says, Hey, I have to ask you.
Speaker 4 (02:34):
Do you dress yourself, which in itself strange, most ridiculous
question to ask Taylor.
Speaker 1 (02:39):
Now, my mom dresses me, so no.
Speaker 3 (02:42):
I think she was hinting at, like, hey, do you
have a stylist or something, and I was like, yeah,
I dressed myself, and she goes, I gotta tell you,
that is a great outfit, great fashion. And this coincidentally
is the first day I'm not wearing Patriots gear, so
I had to throw a little fit.
Speaker 1 (02:56):
On, a little fit on it.
Speaker 4 (03:01):
Just got a white T shirt with a green shorty jacket.
Speaker 1 (03:04):
Yes, yes, Dominique Foxworth, our friend is walking up here.
I'm so excited for this. I've cleared the schedule so
Dominique Foxworth can sit with us. We do have one
guest though, right, giant snake. You know, so here's the
deal with a giant snake. Yeah, who is the guy
coming with a giant snake? Robert or maybe I've heard
of him. Yeah, no, so my daughter loves dancing with this.
(03:26):
Oh and loves Robert Irwin. I'm terrified of snakes, Okay, terrified.
I am telling you right now. When he comes on
with this snake and it's a python, I've been told, Okay,
I am going down there. I will conduct the interview
where Dan is sitting right now, if you can hear me,
because I am not going anywhere near that snake. Okay,
(03:47):
I'm just telling you guys right now, not happening. Why snake.
I'm scared of snakes. Snake is scared cat a handle.
I mean, if I stayed, it will be a couple
of snakes gutting it up. Dominique, we are concerned for Taylor.
He is a different person on Radio Row than the
(04:09):
person that I've gotten to know here. He's like, he's
more confident. Oh, he's more social he had interaction with
Carissa Thompson around I'll see you totally different.
Speaker 4 (04:21):
You give him some power back here and all of
a sudden he's mister social.
Speaker 3 (04:25):
Rissa Thompson said, hey, I have to ask you. Do
you dress yourself? And I said yeah, and she goes
great outfit?
Speaker 1 (04:31):
What and then you said? I said thank you? And
that was it. Well he got a good start, man,
I get start. He took the microphone off. That's what
makes a different person. He didn't know what to say
when he took it off. It's crazy. What'd you yell
at Fred Smooth the other day? What happened there?
Speaker 3 (04:48):
So my go to move is I just yelled people's name, yeah,
and then I don't.
Speaker 1 (04:52):
Really have anything.
Speaker 3 (04:53):
After that, I yelled Smooth and then Smoot came on
stage and I was like, oh, I don't have anything.
Speaker 5 (05:00):
I'm at this weird level where like some people recognize
me and other people don't, so like you and you
have to win your mutual like mediocre low level celebrities,
you have to greet each other like you know each other.
And that's a weird situation where you're walking through and
you're trying to make eye contact, but not make eye
contact because you don't want to shade them, And then
when you do make eye contact, you give a healthy
(05:22):
hard hug dap, and they're like, who are you again?
Speaker 1 (05:26):
I only talked about a yellout smooth? What smooth actually
comes up to you? What's to have a conversation?
Speaker 5 (05:32):
I could tell because he said when Chris said he
had a nice fit, he ain't had no move after that.
Speaker 4 (05:36):
It was just thanks the proper movie.
Speaker 5 (05:40):
You follow up have a conversation. Yes, keep it going,
like when'd you get here? How long you gonna be here?
What you're working on? You like this city better than
the other cities that superos in. This is your first
super Bowl, my first Super Bowl? What parties you're going
to later to night? I'm going to whether you're going
to one or not. I'm going to want to get
you on the list of the one option. And see
that's a good move to do withboy who is big time.
(06:01):
As you make it seem like you can get them
on the list when you know that she could get
on anything. It's like, I'm going to this one later.
You want me get you on the list. Yeah, this
is exactly Just hold on, hey, just give me. Just
give me your number. Just give me your number. I
follow up with you later. Let you know what's cracking.
There's a few people that I got coming in this thing,
and I want to make sure that you get that too.
Speaker 1 (06:21):
Taylor.
Speaker 4 (06:21):
Please don't say what's cracking your mouth?
Speaker 3 (06:25):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (06:25):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, whatever substitute.
Speaker 5 (06:27):
I mean, I'm just giving you the vibe like you
can use the language that you're comfortable with.
Speaker 3 (06:31):
All right, this is exactly what I needed because I
consider Dominique a mentor.
Speaker 1 (06:36):
Good do you consider me like a mentee? Maybe?
Speaker 5 (06:39):
Yeah, yeah, I was. I was telling my wife on
the way over. I was like, I'm going to see
my man. A little T T, little T T. We're
gonna grow up, little T T. Well, are you tte?
We can work on that little T T. I like
that little T T. We gotta drop one of those
(06:59):
t's one day when you can transfer the intro to
some more conversation and you just be big team.
Speaker 4 (07:07):
Or of the problem was is Carissa was wearing a
Bounty sweater, so he couldn't really compliment her on her
style back and he was just called that's a perfect opportunity.
Speaker 1 (07:16):
Then you're funny guys like oh do you dress yourself fly?
I'll see you. I'll see you doing that at Fly.
But where could I get some murkys like that? Damn?
You had a layup, you really did, and you passed
it out like Ben Sentmons kicked it out. So you
don't go like, hey, you make that about No. No, no, no, no, no,
(07:40):
you can't go that's you.
Speaker 5 (07:43):
No, No, that's too much. That's too much. No, you
got it. You gotta make fun. You gotta make fun, right. Oh,
I see you got dressing though? Where you get that?
Laying in the back of the warehouse. You can't afford
a nice weather Carissa? And then she's laughing, and then
you wouldn't and they love set.
Speaker 1 (08:00):
To you or they really want t get it right.
I hope that doesn't. You should hope that Dominie. Following
the rest is like, we just gonna get you an earpiece. Man,
I'm gonna talk me through it. Pie what he's gonna
walk into certain situations and you'll hope twenty four to seven.
Speaker 5 (08:17):
Yeah, I just want Yeah, you just gotta get some
meta glasses or something so I.
Speaker 4 (08:21):
Can see in an earpiece and I tell you what
to say. Do you know what you can't do that.
And here you've been on your air pods in here.
When you walk through that front door, your air pods
just start doing weet stuff.
Speaker 1 (08:30):
That happened to me too. It just happened to me.
Speaker 4 (08:31):
I was listening to some old music and it was
very confused. Somebody else is listening to me for music.
Look at that lever of skin jacket right there. Could
you pull that off? Tt That is a good outfit.
Go ask me to try it on. That's what super
Bowl week is all about. That guy right there.
Speaker 1 (08:49):
So I had a little problem with Dominique. Here we go. Boy.
Did resolve it A while ago.
Speaker 3 (08:56):
I was watching the Dominique Fox Work Show and I said, Dominique, man,
that is a great jacket. I would love to get
that jacket in my rotation. He did not respond. Well,
I thought he was jacket keeping it.
Speaker 1 (09:08):
Na. I'm not a gatekeeper, man.
Speaker 5 (09:09):
I just I must not have saw the message, because
when you told me that actually packed that jacket, I
went back, told you exactly where's from the thing is,
you can run the same place as me.
Speaker 1 (09:20):
You ain't got the same players.
Speaker 5 (09:22):
So like you can have a playbook, i't gotta hide
my playbook from me, I mean from you. The playbook
ain't the thing that's getting a job done, big dog.
It's all of is mabe, it's all of this.
Speaker 1 (09:34):
You've got the playbook. It hit the jacket.
Speaker 5 (09:36):
Yeah, she was like, oh I like that motion. You
got a good playbook running, and then you didn't run
a play and snapped it and neelt.
Speaker 4 (09:46):
By the way, be sure to check out a new
YouTube channel for the show, and you can watch us

Speaker 5 (10:05):
Let's get some TT's little tea's low case t's fill
the comments up with tts just.
Speaker 1 (10:10):
To show you how different our playbooks are. Oh, they're different.
Speaker 3 (10:14):
When I confronted Dominique, we were on the way to
the Warriors game. Yeah, oh, he said, where are you sitting?
And I said, oh, this is bad, Like two roads
from the top, I'm sitting up with God. I said,
where are you sitting. He goes, I'm touching wood and
he called me by the way. He made me look bad, man, Charlie.
Speaker 5 (10:35):
Sorry, I'm sorry. So it was one of my business
school friends. And so I went to a stupid, fancy
business school. And some people left that business school and
did what they were supposed to do with the NBA
and made hundreds of millions of dollars and they got
tickets on on the Wood.
Speaker 1 (10:49):
Every week every game. I'm starting a podcast called touching Wood. Oh,
I like that. That sounds great.
Speaker 4 (10:55):
They heard me interview. People said court side ohoo.
Speaker 1 (10:58):
I thought he was.
Speaker 5 (10:59):
Going a different direct. He's going to different right. I
thought he's going to have the arwing on that thing.
Speaker 6 (11:06):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (11:06):
You got to keep that snake away from me. Man.
Speaker 5 (11:10):
I can't help it. Man, you can't have me here.
If I come, everything comes. Man.
Speaker 1 (11:16):
No the snakes. Oh oh yeah, we talked Aboutarwin. My bad. No,
I'm just talking about that snake. Wait for me thinking
about it in my head. I've been thinking about it
all nights. I mean, I love that I'm telling a
different joke. It's the best people. You guys get it. Yeah,
they get it out there. I'm so sorry you You're good,
(11:40):
It's the best. I'm not certain I want to talk
football at all. Yeah, are you tired of talking about
the game? No? No, because no one is really talking
about the game. Yeah. Is that weird though? Yeah, it
is a little weird.
Speaker 5 (11:53):
It's funny how the Super Bowl gets further and further
away from football. But I guess if it were, if
it felt like a more compelling game, maybe it would
be different. But like the game itself, like I'm interested
in the outcome, it feels like the Seahawks are decidedly better. However,
we still like we're retelling this story of Sam Donald,
as if he's already like become this great quarterback, as
(12:13):
if the whole second half of the season didn't happen.
Speaker 1 (12:16):
So like, in my mind, I'm like, they're so much better.
Speaker 5 (12:19):
However, you get a little pressure on Sam Donald, he
might throw you a couple when then we're looking an
entirely different game.
Speaker 4 (12:25):
I was talking to Trey McBride earlier, trying to get
some like juice for this thing, and the best he
could come up with is he wants a tight end
to win MVP Hunter Henry. Here we come, what a
game that would be Hunter Henry taking over.
Speaker 1 (12:36):
I mean, we got some good return guys.
Speaker 5 (12:38):
We're doing like outside the box thinking as far as
MVP is concerned, Like Desmond Howard wanted one year with
a kickoff return touchdown like with Shaheed and it was
a punt returner, the corner that returns punts for Jones. Yeah,
and Jones like for the for the Patriots. Those both
those guys are good returners. You want to go out
on the limb and say, oh, gronks here it's speaking
(12:59):
of against that could win MVP.
Speaker 1 (13:01):
Do you have a theory on why people are interested
in this game?
Speaker 5 (13:04):
It's a super Bowl though, I mean, I think it's
not a lot of big names and these were not teams.
What happens is, I think we like an underdog against
a goliath. There is no goliath in this situation, and
neither of these teams were like super popular before the season.
So it's a double surprise. It's nice we got surprise
on one side and then we get Patrick Mahomes on
the other side. Would be like like a goliath against
(13:26):
an underdog where people will be a little bit more intrigued.
Speaker 1 (13:29):
But yeah, I don't know about playing for a legacy,
you know, like Josh Allen tried to get his first
super Bowl, Mark Jackson tried to get one, you know,
and the journey for Drake Main has been so short,
like to this spot has been so quick, because I
think that that's the legacy conversation.
Speaker 5 (13:43):
If we want to have a conversation, it's like he's
skipping past all those guys. If he wins a super
Bowl right now, then Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson, Joe Burrow,
they all he suddenly like becomes like in their neighborhood,
which is kind of unfair.
Speaker 1 (13:58):
Yeah, for sure.
Speaker 4 (14:00):
Why this is my theory on this because the basket
of the basketball football gods aren't They're gonna They're not
gonna allow this to happen.
Speaker 1 (14:06):
Drake May is not Lamar Jackson.
Speaker 4 (14:08):
He's not like your eyes popping out of your head
watching And so this is going to be rather than
the Patriots back and you know, being this dynasty again,
this is gonna be Drake May's only super Bowl.
Speaker 1 (14:19):
He's the new damn Marine. It sounds like you think
the football gods are fair.
Speaker 4 (14:25):
I feel like they tried to keep things from being
confusing for people.
Speaker 1 (14:28):
Oh yeah, I don't know.
Speaker 5 (14:29):
I think the football gods a messy and they might
they might want to give Sam Darnold the Super Bowl
and see how we deal with.
Speaker 1 (14:36):
It especially, Yeah, makes sense, confused.
Speaker 4 (14:43):
I think the the sort of intrigue for this Super
Bowl doesn't happen until the Super Bowl because I think
you have a breakout star. If you don't have narrative,
you don't have the storylines coming in. Somebody has to
break out from the game. And I think even though
he's already a star, JSN is just gonna just shoot
up to beotentially the best receiver in the league, at
least in terms of the way people talk about.
Speaker 5 (15:02):
Yeah, him and Pooka this year were they were having
ridiculous season. Pooka is a name that people know a
little because he's been on this run. This was kind
of Jasen's first big on on the like put himself
on the Matt moment this season and if he does
it in a big game. He was awesome in the
Championship game, and I do think he does it again
in a big in the big the biggest game. I
think you're right, but he's he becomes like closer to
(15:25):
a household name. But the thing about Jaysen is that
makes it more difficult marketing wise. Like nothing jumps out
like Pookah. He's different. The name is different. He's different guy.
It's unique, and we have like justin Jefferson, it's like
tall and wear diamonds. On the field, like he jumps
out at you, makes grabs your attention.
Speaker 1 (15:43):
Jason just nasty, right, He's like, yeah, you.
Speaker 5 (15:48):
See him on the street and he's like, hey, average dude,
and then he will cook everybody on your team and
snag the ball one handed. He blocks as good as anyone.
But yeah, I think it's a little harder. You have
to really appreciate the game. I think they appreciate a
player like that, but he don't put up to numbers.
I think in this game, for sure, they're going to
man cover and you want to get deep in xs
of those.
Speaker 1 (16:06):
I think they're gonna do a lot of mane Yeah,
I think they're gonna do a lot of man covers.
Speaker 5 (16:09):
They have three good corners over there with the Patriots,
but I think they're gonna blitz a lot. The question
is are they going to be able to protect Sam
Darnold or is he going to be comfortable under pressure.
Speaker 1 (16:18):
I think that's the story of the game. Yeah, I
want to go deep axes at Oh, it's just the
first time we're doing it all we need to do
too that. On the other side, are you.
Speaker 4 (16:25):

Speaker 1 (19:23):
For Jalen Brunson.
Speaker 8 (19:25):
Jamal Murray fires a contested three from the right hand side.

(22:12):
They had like eight healthy skaters and two goalies, so
they had to move it back a week.
Speaker 4 (22:16):
All right, listen to me, Milwaukee Bucks, Ye good luck
trading Yiannis the rest of the way. You just pissed
off the entire NBA and their fan base. Now, no trade,
no Jannis in the playoffs likely? And now what in
the offseason You're gonna sell him for more than you
would have against them with these desperate teams during the season.
(22:37):
Good luck, your phones are not going to ring, Stu.
Speaker 3 (22:40):
I could fast forward to July right now, the headline
Miami Heat the favorites to land Yannis.
Speaker 1 (22:46):
You know it's funny on it back before you respond
to that. Damn? Were you done? Were you done? Yeah?
Somebody was asking for their phone, okay, because normally you
throw back to me, and I feel like that's the
end of it. You didn't throw it back to me. There.
I was confused, and I was I was going to
ask you, do you hate the Olympics like I love
(23:07):
the Winter but the names? Yes, so I just keep
it American to be honest with you. Yes, yes, all right?
Do you need to be at a snake headquarters soon?
Like over here? Like yes, I'm waiting. I'm looking around
for Robert Irwin in that giant python. So Dan, I
need you to get up. I am going to sit
in your seat. I feel like the guys are trying
(23:27):
to play a joke on me. I do I'm getting.
Speaker 4 (23:30):
There's there's not there's Nord did not even hear you
don't make sudden turns, don't do anything.
Speaker 1 (23:36):
So I don't know if you guys saw the schedule.
I don't need this in my life.
Speaker 9 (23:38):
But we had, you know, Gronk plus Carissa Thompson, Yeah,
Kyle plus Kristen hust Check, Robert Irwin plus snake like.
Speaker 4 (23:47):
That's what it says. It was on the dock sent
my lea right to. My guess is you can sit comfortably.
Nobody's trying to surprise you with a snake. My guess
is if somebody brings a large python into an interview,
it might run long, and so maybe they're running a
little bit late and they'll get it eventually, but don't
worry about it.
Speaker 1 (24:05):
So would be great to do this because my daughter
loves Robert or Wood and he loves dancing with the stars.
I don't love snakes, Okay, so this is a sacrifice
of making on her behalf.
Speaker 4 (24:15):
But I'm not sitting anywhere near that snake. Another question
this schoogle guy. He went back to Becksaw youngster.
Speaker 1 (24:20):
He did.
Speaker 4 (24:21):
Wow, Dan, you could always inform me on baseball at
any given time.
Speaker 1 (24:27):
It'll be shocking information to me to.
Speaker 9 (24:30):
Readoogle, I'm gonna tell you about a guy named ol
Tani is something else?
Speaker 1 (24:34):
The one guy what's his first name?
Speaker 4 (24:39):
So, yeah, it was a couple of days ago where
I had both the Honest and John Morant in Miami
in the Miami uniform. Of course, yesterday I was like, well,
maybe just Morant and then now that's not even happening?
Speaker 1 (24:51):
Is He's not wrong? Though?
Speaker 9 (24:52):
Everybody's mad, Like I'm a Bucks fan and I just
think something's got to happen. Anybody who's a casual NBA
fan is mad because of the talk that's gone on
for the last month and then nothing happens.
Speaker 1 (25:03):
Like it's just at some point, get it over with.
It's crazy.
Speaker 5 (25:06):
You.
Speaker 4 (25:07):
I want to shake your hand again. You're the first
Bucks fan I've ever met, Yeah, outside of Miah.
Speaker 9 (25:11):
Right, i'ma Wisconsin native, so that does tie into it.
Speaker 1 (25:16):
Wait, so what is everyone upset about?
Speaker 9 (25:18):
That?
Speaker 1 (25:18):
All we do is talk about Gianna's being traded and
yet trade deadline that because they're not doing it right right?
This is the league who run by player movement both sides.
Speaker 4 (25:27):
Giannis is not doing it right, right, not being more
of a jerk about it, not being more insistent, not
being more public about it. He wants to be mister
nice guy. He wants to say how connected he is
to the city of Milwaukee. But if you're doing that
in public, then do that in private as well, because
you're not going to have people or have your team
looked for you to be traded unless you suggest that
you want to be traded. So you're just playing both
(25:49):
sides of the fence here. And this league is driven
by player movement. It's driven by a lot of that.
When we people talk about, oh, this league, it's not
about a double overtime game between the Nuggets and the Knicks.
It's about Lebron going to Miami and Katie going to
the Warriors and Yannis going somewhere instead of being stuck
no offense Dan in Milwaukee.
Speaker 1 (26:06):
It's totally fine.
Speaker 9 (26:06):
The Bucks need to lose as well, like him coming
back and exactly doesn't help them in the lottery, which
is one of the stronger lotteries that we've had.
Speaker 1 (26:13):
Correct and they're not.
Speaker 9 (26:14):
They can't even get the first round pick because of
pick swaps. But if they could be in the top five,
if fortune.
Speaker 4 (26:18):
Falls top three, you can make a trade that gets
you a traff pick that might be in that top
lottery area.
Speaker 1 (26:25):
Damn, where's the snake? Do you have a like as well?
So I gotta be like here, I'm gonna leave. I
saw it earlier and I just did you mean like
leaves the grounds? Like, what do you mean leave San
Francisco the back. I'll just hang out in the back.
Speaker 4 (26:40):
I've been wanting to be on one of those, you
know segments with the late night segments with the animals
and all that stuff. Johnny Carson used to do that
when I was growing up and stayed up too late.
And uh, yeah, I'm looking around for it and I
don't see it.
Speaker 9 (26:52):
Dude, if it was a lizard, who cares, right, I mean,
you know I care.
Speaker 1 (26:57):
You gonna be honest. I gotta be honest. He called
the cops on a frog inside of his house. It
was a bullfrog, though it pops. It was a bullfrog.
He's here, Where he's coming? I could see it? Where? Yeah,
where is he He's over here? That's right, all right?
I don't know around the other person's neck. Oh, I
see it. Goodbye boy over here, we'll shut up goodbye.
Speaker 4 (27:16):
Well, I have no idea it would be Robert other
than hey, you got a snake.
Speaker 1 (27:22):
Huh, you can get down. So Stu Gotts is leaving us.
He's literally bailing. Robert Irwin, Hello, sir, is real, good
to you. It's very nice to meet you. Hey, Taylor,
nice to meet you. This is Taylor. Robert.
Speaker 4 (27:39):
You could sit right here in the middle because that's
normally the seat for our main host.
Speaker 1 (27:44):
His name is Stu Gotts.
Speaker 4 (27:45):
But he is so scared of the animal that you
brought with you that he's now over there behind that pole,
puping up his sausage.
Speaker 1 (27:53):
Steve, Yeah, I didn't think you were bringing a snake,
because you know, get that thing away.
Speaker 10 (27:56):
I do have a snake, and I am going.
Speaker 1 (28:00):
Would you like to meet Priscilla Likely? I would love it.
I would love it. I would be right back, come
on down, I's ready, here we go. Wow, this is
exciting Stu. That is not his name. It's easy. It's
easy to get mixed up, but it was also fair. Robert. Wow,
what kind of well.
Speaker 4 (28:20):
Wait, do you get your microphone back on? But this
is very exciting. What kind of sneaker are we talking about?
Speaker 10 (28:27):
It's a ball python.
Speaker 6 (28:28):
And now Priscilla, she is an absolute sweetheart, like honestly
would not hurt a fly.
Speaker 10 (28:35):
She's just gorgeous. Do you want to give her a pack?
Speaker 1 (28:37):
Yeah? Absolutely? Where you go for it? Just right? Anyway? Yeah?
Long here?
Speaker 10 (28:42):
And you can feel how soft and like smooth she is.
Speaker 1 (28:45):
Just a mooing right, that's awesome.
Speaker 10 (28:46):
Yeah, isn't that neat?
Speaker 2 (28:48):
Yeah?
Speaker 5 (28:48):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (28:48):
Yeah, really pretty. So she's a constrictor. Okay, so she's
completely non venomous.
Speaker 6 (28:53):
She catches her prey and then she just like basically
gives them a really big hug.
Speaker 1 (28:57):
Really until they stop.
Speaker 4 (28:58):
And so when how do you know that they're sweet?
Like what do you just raise them in a certain way?
Speaker 10 (29:04):
Well, that's the thing.
Speaker 6 (29:04):
I mean, you know that snakes as a general rule,
are actually an incredibly like passive animal.
Speaker 1 (29:09):
They're very very chill.
Speaker 6 (29:11):
And the thing is with her is she's kind of
an advocate for snakes out in the wild, because all
too often snakes are kind of hated and feared and
people just just don't realize that they're very important animals,
really really important out in the ecosystem.
Speaker 10 (29:27):
Just stunning.
Speaker 4 (29:28):
What's it like walking around with this animal in this
type of setting? Like how often do you get like
shocked bay responses?
Speaker 6 (29:35):
You know, it's pretty funny because the amount of wildlife
I deal with, for some reason, this room feels even wilder,
Like holy the NFL community and everybody in here is
just so cool. And there have been some interesting reactions
to the snake, very very interesting. But you know, I've
got to bring some of that ossy Ossie pride, bring
the wildlife into this room.
Speaker 1 (29:56):
And it's been fun.
Speaker 4 (29:57):
Mate, given away free Australian coffee up front.
Speaker 1 (30:00):
It's amazing.
Speaker 10 (30:00):
Well, because there's a game coming to Melbourne down Under.
Speaker 6 (30:03):
There's a there's a football game coming down to coming
down to Australia. So forty nine ers versus Rams is
going to be happening Australia.
Speaker 1 (30:10):
It's pretty cool. That's exciting.
Speaker 3 (30:12):
So one of the players playing in this Super Bowl
this year was my college roommate Matt Collins. So he
has a Sunglow Boa and a ball python and I
feel like you.
Speaker 10 (30:21):
Two no, yeah, oh mate, I reckon where mates?
Speaker 6 (30:25):
One hundred percent is the Sunglow Boa he has is
wowow that is so cool.
Speaker 3 (30:31):
And he was when he was my roommate, he had
them all the time and he was like, hey, I
won't be home, can you feed him?
Speaker 6 (30:36):
And I'm like, I can't. I can't do that. I
can't do that. Fair enough, fair enough. But I mean
that's but you know, respectful love and the snakes. That's awesome, man,
that's really stute.
Speaker 4 (30:47):
You got any questions for Robert? Are you just going
to stay over there like a coward?
Speaker 1 (30:50):
I'm not certain he can hear me? Can you hear me?
I got you right? Okay? Why are snakes important to
the ecosystem?
Speaker 6 (30:55):
Okay, okay, okay, Well here's this is an interesting thing. Right,
So these guys sort of like, i mean, their cleanup
crew because and they're also keeping everything in check because
often they're an apex predator. They're they're actually towards the
top of the food chain and they are eating anything
that's seek or injured, and they're preying on that and
(31:15):
kind of keeping the whole ecosystem in check. And it's
pretty amazing because you watch how chill she is, how
slow she is. See she flicks her tongue out, she's
smelling the air. But when she's hunting. She is absolutely
deadly accurate. Oh God, like Belle go into a strike position,
You want to come over and meet her?
Speaker 1 (31:33):
No, no, no, no, I'd like to meet you. I
just don't want to meet this stake fair enough.
Speaker 6 (31:38):
She'll go into a strike position, she'll ark all the
way back and then like boom, she'll grab it and
then constrict. But when she's in this mode, she's just
like a little puppy dog. She's just like absolutely chilling.
How do you know she's going from one mode to
the other.
Speaker 1 (31:52):
Well, it this way.
Speaker 10 (31:53):
If I had a little mouse on the desk, it
would be a very different.
Speaker 4 (31:58):
She's just not very hungry around. How does she do
like in environments like this?
Speaker 6 (32:04):
It's very stream Oh yeah, because I mean she is
actually completely used to this. You know she's a snake
that she's not a wild snake. She she's raised by people.
She's very comfortable in this setting. And it's actually really important.
You know, for me, the most important thing is animal conservation.
It's about connecting people with wildlife, and it's about making
sure that you have that understanding and appreciation for all
(32:27):
of our animals. And that's what I've always been about
you know, representing my home in Australia.
Speaker 10 (32:32):
That's what makes Australia so fantastic.
Speaker 1 (32:34):
Have you ever been No, no yet. We got kohalas.
Speaker 10 (32:39):
Snakes.
Speaker 1 (32:39):
It's amazing.
Speaker 10 (32:44):
We make up for it with a cute.
Speaker 6 (32:45):
And puddly animals though it's okay, so no, it's pretty special, mate,
it really.
Speaker 4 (32:49):
Oh you ever seem to see online as a giant
spiders and it just.
Speaker 1 (32:52):
Seems to be a turn off. Nah that they're fine.
The spiders are fine. You'll be right right.
Speaker 3 (32:58):
But I want to ask you one dancing with the Stars, Yes,
how has your life changed from there? Because it feels
like after Dancing with the Stars you were like America's sweethearts.
Speaker 6 (33:08):
Oh that's really My girlfriend loves you. Well, that's very kind, Robert.
I can tell you this.
Speaker 1 (33:13):
My daughter, who was watching live on YouTube. She just
said to me, she goes, tell Robert please, I love
him so much.
Speaker 6 (33:19):
And all my friends love him as well. Oh that's
so kind. Well hi, and I mean it really meant
the world. I feel like I just gained this new
new family and new community here in America and to
feel that support was just everything. You know, again, like
I'm an animal guy from Australia. Like that was so
completely out of the ordinary from anything I'd done before.
(33:41):
But I never thought I would get to represent my
message and the mission that drives me.
Speaker 10 (33:46):
On a dancing show.
Speaker 6 (33:47):
But there we were, and it was such a privilege,
and honestly, it sort of felt like I got a
little glimpse into what it would be like to train
for a sporting event.
Speaker 1 (33:55):
That's what it was like.
Speaker 6 (33:56):
It was absolutely day in and day out, really hard work,
you know, but so rewarding to tell those stories and
to feel that support from everyone here.
Speaker 1 (34:06):
It was beautiful. Mate.
Speaker 4 (34:07):
Any messages you want to share with us anything or
just continue to share your message, Well.
Speaker 10 (34:12):
I mean, first of all, let's go Seahawks one hundred percent.
Speaker 6 (34:15):
I mean we've got we've got an Australian in there, so.
Speaker 1 (34:21):
We got that punter.
Speaker 6 (34:22):
Okay, okay, he's he's an Aussie, so I have got
it back in one hundred percent. But mate, you know,
my message is for everybody who's going to be coming
down to watch the game down in Australia, you know,
come and visit us, Come and experience the wildlife and
what makes it so beautiful, you know, and have that
appreciation for the natural world, which I feel like here
(34:42):
San Francisco, you got the redwoods, you got the bass.
It's that beautiful natural wilderness, and I just love it.
Speaker 1 (34:49):
She's checking you out. She adorable.
Speaker 4 (34:56):
I've never been there close to us, snake, but she
seems super fresh.
Speaker 1 (35:00):
She's like, she's really beautiful. You sit next to one
every day on the show. He actually bites.
Speaker 4 (35:08):
Rovin, thank you so much for making the time for us,

Faster eight seven, seven ninety nine on Fox. We have
clear the guest schedule because I wanted to finish out
today's show taking some phone calls and doing an actual
radio So no more snakes, no more snakes, no more guests.
We do have tons of guests. Stop playing. That's we
do have. We do have tons of guests on our
(36:18):
podcast to Gotson Company, Not Live and God bless football
as well. Taylor, what's out already? What's being what's coming
out over the next day or two.
Speaker 3 (36:27):
So we have out right now. Mad Dog Chris Russo
joins us, the mayor of Radio Row.
Speaker 1 (36:32):
He was crazy. It's the craziest I've ever seen, Christopher
mad Dog Russo. He ripped me, he ripped his son,
and he ripped everyone here at Radio Producer. He teared
into it. Oh he ripped old Eddie Ericson. Is that right?
I think close.
Speaker 3 (36:49):
Then we also have Diana Ruscini joining, Amazing Kirk Cousins,
Jean Robinson and then still to come, Rob Gronkowski, Chrissa Thompson.
Speaker 1 (37:01):
It's a who's who lineup right now. Yes, what made
today very special for me because we're all kind of
cannibalizing ourselves here. It's like you have seventeen shows. You
have Christian McCaffrey on all of a sudden out of
nowhere throughout the country. What made today special for me
because he's only done two shows. He did part of
my take he did our show was having Chris Berman up.
(37:21):
Oh yes, yes, Chris Burmer for a good half hour.
By the way, Taylor just fed him some horrible nicknames.
That interview will come out tomorrow, Yes, yes, yes, Boomer,
how about that Taylor had a terrible nickname suggestion for
Matt Collins, well dizzy.
Speaker 3 (37:36):
The problem was I had asked two good questions, and
both times I asked the question Chris Berman goes this
great question.
Speaker 1 (37:44):
Yet I ever said it to me right.
Speaker 3 (37:46):
So then after the second great question, I was like,
you know what, let's heat check. That's a hate check.
And it bricked. The heat check definitely bricked. But sometimes
you just have to be j R. Smith and just
get ready to put up that next.
Speaker 4 (38:00):
I want to ask you what the nickname was, but
I'm going to send people to the to the podcast
to find out because I'm gonna listen myself.
Speaker 1 (38:05):
Well up, we canceled, bo Jackson. What Yeah, I mean
no Jackson, bou or No Jackson would have been worse
than those bo or No, I would have just done
that for like eight minutes. What are we doing?
Speaker 3 (38:18):
So at one point the talent bookers who have been
so great this week awesome, They're like, okay, is he
can interview this person? Stu Gotts can interview this person?
And then they're bringing the third person around, and it's like,
what do you want me and mikey A to sit
with Bo Jackson for ten minutes and try to talk
to him. You're not gonna get that much content out
of there, no matter how confident.
Speaker 1 (38:38):
I might feel right now.
Speaker 4 (38:39):
Yeah, And then the difference between Stu Gotts his interview
just like hey, what are you guys doing? And me
asking like what does a tight end have to do
specifically on the field, different than everybody else.
Speaker 1 (38:47):
They don't want that. They want what you getting into
this week? Mc brun coming up. Wait, so the handler
is texting me right now. He's outraged. He's a friend
of mine, Jimmy Shapiro. Ah that he said, I know
not your fault, but canling on Bo. So I'm going
to tell them right now, bring him over. Even though
I said no more guests I want to take phone calls.
I'm going to tell them to bring him over. You
guys want to play bubb or no? Yes, let's see,
(39:08):
We'll be ready.
Speaker 4 (39:09):
Okay, bring him over right now if you want to
take a call while you're texting, so we don't just
sit here.
Speaker 1 (39:13):
And I have no idea, but I just asked for
bo Jackson. What do you got, Taylor? You got Liam
in Virginia. Liam, if you're still there, you're on Fox
Sports Radio.
Speaker 7 (39:25):
Hi, Hello, Hey, Hey, God bless football, God bless football.
Speaker 1 (39:35):
Liam. That was it. I love that.
Speaker 7 (39:41):
Hey, you're doing radio again. Also question about nso would
you take would you take a Jets at super Bowl
within the next few years with it?
Speaker 1 (39:55):
You got it?
Speaker 7 (39:55):
You got it with like another twenty years illusion?
Speaker 4 (39:59):
Okay, So if you if you get to trade off,
thank you Liam for the car. If you get to
trade off a Jet super Bowl in the next few years,
would you trade that for another twenty years after that
of losing?
Speaker 1 (40:09):
Liam's for probably eight. So I get I get a
Jets super Bowl, but what comes with it is twenty
more years of losing. Of course I would take that deal.
Clearly I'd lose for forty more years won Super Bowl.
In fact, I would listen, I would take if the
Jets could win a Super Bowl. I would take the
(40:31):
Jets never winning another football game for the remainder of Todd.
Speaker 4 (40:34):
We got a couple of minutes here, but we got
to go to West because I'm assuming this can only
be Kanye West at Salt Lake City.
Speaker 1 (40:40):
What's up West? What's up Kanye? That's right, Kanye here
in Salt Lake City. Naturally, you know, I had a
question for you.
Speaker 4 (40:49):
I graduated high school ten years ago and my senior
quote was that the Browns would.
Speaker 1 (40:55):
Win Super Bowl sixty. Clearly they're not there, but I
just wanted to get your guy thoughts.
Speaker 7 (40:59):
Would do you say the Browns will.
Speaker 1 (41:00):
Win a Super Bowl?
Speaker 4 (41:03):
So let's see, I've got a niece graduating high school now,
so I'll have her put it in her yearbook that
the Browns will win.
Speaker 1 (41:09):
Super Bowl eighty and we'll see what happened.
Speaker 4 (41:13):
By the way, if you missed any of today's show,

further away than the Jets. I can't even believe I'm
saying that Dolphins athlete. I guess right. Let's quickly go
to Brian, who's in Illinois. Go ahead, Brian two a
few years ago. I've waited three years. Ass you filled
in for Boomer. Yeah, you get to have a smoke
crake with a legend.
Speaker 4 (41:54):
Karen Stewart fifteen in on the I.
Speaker 1 (41:58):
I did not know. I didn't nothing that hurt? All right?
Thank you? What a weird Joe, I know right?
Speaker 4 (42:10):
I love was he asking if you can get a
lot of Stu Gott's inside information.
Speaker 1 (42:13):
Here we have a preschooler calling in just to.
Speaker 4 (42:17):
Say, God bless football, and it's pretty awesome.
Speaker 1 (42:20):
I love that kid. I called that kid, kid lip.
It's make sure you called back as a second time,
long time eight seven seven ninety nine on Fox, that
is eight seven, seven ninety nine on five for the
next show, time out, and we will take calls, nothing
but calls. And now weur' number two unless we get
(42:41):
a Bud Jackson
