Speaker 2 (00:24):
This is the best of the Ben Maler Show on
Fox Sports Radio.
Speaker 1 (00:32):
So our lead this out. We're changing up a little
bit a story that has gotten a fair amount of
traction or the last ten days or so, and it
has now taken a dramatic plot twist, the rare and appropriate,
rare and appropriate college football start, which is now an
NFL story. It involves gambling. It's got a little bit
everything yet. So we're going to start out in Big
(00:54):
twelve country in Lubbock, Texas, and that is where we
will begin, as we have an up on the gambling
man of college football no more Brendan soorsby the quarterback
who's bounced around like a pinball from one side of
the machine to another. The highly regarded by some, highly
(01:15):
regarded by some, quarterback Brendan Sowersby, who's six y three
to two hundred and thirty five pounds. He's a dual
threat quarterback. He was at Cincinnati. He's trying to play
football at Texas Tech. Previously at Indiana, so with Indiana
Cincinnati now he was transferring to Texas Tech in the
(01:35):
portal to get some of that sweet nil money. Chi ching,
Chi ching, chi ching. Gotta get that nil money, nice
financial package to go to Lubbock, Texas. However, he did admit,
as you may or may not know, he did admit
if you didn't see this, I don't know how you
could have missed it. He admitted that he he enjoyed gambling,
a lot of gambling, which not a problem if you
(02:00):
you're not betting on your own team and against your team,
and though anyway, but at least ninety grand, at least
ninety grand nine thousand plus bets, including on his own
teams games, which is a violation of every single by
law that they have if you believe in rules the
(02:21):
NCAAA roadbook, it violates just about just about everything. And
so he got caught and then entered into a gambler's
rehab program for his gambling addiction. And was ruled permanently
ineligible of the NCAA. So that's it IX nay on
the football A. You're done. However, a Lubbock County judge
(02:44):
recently granted the player a temporary injunction which was going
to allow him to play football in the upcoming college
football season with a self suggested two games suspension nine
thousand bets on sports and whatever. So two game suspension,
(03:05):
of course, that sparked outrage. Alley oh Man, the band
was going nuts here, major backlash, and and now the
lawyers got involved, the Big twelve pushing back, Push it back, now,
push it back, and they push back with their lawyers. So,
if you've not heard the latest on this, we have
a major plot twist. And perhaps you have not been
(03:28):
paying attention here, but we learned now the gambling quarterback
Brendan Soresby is gonzo. He's gone see you later. He's
leaving Texas Tech before playing a single game for the
Red Raiders and is going to attempt to take his
talents to the NFL's supplemental Draft. He's trying to go
(03:49):
to the supplemental Draft. Now, Soresby made his decision hours
hours after the Big twelve legal brigade came in, and
then the lawyers came in from the Big twelve and
they filed the paperwork to enforce sanctions against Texas Tech.
If they dared play this guy, it's like you're in trouble.
(04:12):
You can't play this guy. That's it. And so this
is now getting cranked up to a higher rung of
the legal system, and that means Soresby has decided I'm out.
He had until June twenty second, as it's our sixteenth
June sixteenth, the fifteenth in the West, but June twenty
(04:35):
second is the deadline to declare for the supplemental Draft,
which will end his college eligibility. And that's it, all right,
So that is a good jumping off point. Let us
discuss the question, right, here's the question. Why Why is
Brendan Soresby throwing in the sponge on playing at Texas
(04:57):
Tech and the nil deal and all that and heading
off off to the NFL's supplemental Draft which is not
a guarantee by any means. It's not a guarantee. So
my thoughts on this, I have reading Rainbow Dairy Queen
and Sotheby's and we will combine all of these things together,
and we were gonna make some chimney. Chungas is what
(05:18):
we're gonna make, all right. So a Brendan Soresby deciding
to throw it in the towel, the sponge, whatever metaphor
you want to use here on Texas Tech and heading
off to the supplemental draft. The reason why is because
he looked. He looked at the scorecard. He had a
peek at the scorecard here, and the judge's scorecards. He
(05:39):
saw them early. And it's kind of like a boxer
that said, well, I, you give no chance to win.
The only chance you have is a knockout, and that's
probably not gonna happen. So Soresby he didn't just leave.
He read the room. It appears he has read the
room here and realized that if you look around the
room from the left and you go over to the right,
and you look all over the room there and you realize, well,
(06:03):
wait a minute, here, there's a no vacancy sign, there's
no room. There's no room for me here, and ninety
thousand dollars roughly in gambling that this guy pulled off
and he dragged that scandal into Lubbock, and without even
playing a game. The people that run that university, you
(06:24):
talk about loyalty, blind loyalty to a guy who had
even done anything for your university on the football field.
And the big shots there, the big movers and shakers
in Lubbock, they were all behind this guy. And then
I would assume he met with his legal team or
the lawyers for Texas Tech, and they said, son, the
Big twelve is about to body slam you and give
(06:44):
you the atomic elbow in federal court. So pack your
bag and run off to the NFL and cut your
losses and so face with a massive suspension. He followed
the reading rainbow, and followed the reading rainbow straight out
of town, hoping to find a pot of gold in
the NFL. Good luck, And there you go. It's all
(07:09):
in the book. It's all in There'll be a book,
there'll be a Netflix docu series on this. It's all
it's all going to happen. So Soresby Brandon Sosby, the quarterback,
now choosing the fire escape the front door. He would
have liked to have gone out the front door. The
front door, though, has not one, not two, but three
locks on it. A dead bolt, and a big twelve
(07:31):
lawyer is standing right behind it with crossed arms and
a surly look, ready to forfeit Texas Tech season. So
that's a problem. Now, he bailed the faster than a
waiter who who knows you never gone to a restaurant,
and not, of course I would have been part of this,
but you know, to a restaurant, sometimes the waiter kind
(07:52):
of knows that this group's not gonna tip, and suddenly
the service starts getting worse and worse because you realize
that these people are gonna tip and they're a holes
and that's it. And so that's kind of where we
are now turning the page, but not far all right,
page two here, the other part of this story is
the draft. We've already had beat NFL draft. It was
(08:12):
in late April. But now the question is, how does
Brendan Soorsby, the former Indiana Cincinnati and do I even
say Texas Tech quarterback he didn't play for Texas Tech,
the former college quarterback Brendan Sorosby, how does he stack
up for NFL scouts? And so you look at this,
this is the Q word, capital Q quagmire. This is
(08:36):
an absolute quagmire on paper or on a tablet. If
you look at the Dairy Queen menu and you say, well, okay,
what's on the menu? That's he's a bowl of Rocky
Road Brendan Soresby looks great. However, every spoonful comes with
something you didn't expect. Is that a marshmallow? Is that
some kind of walnut? I don't know what that is.
(08:58):
I have no idea. So he's got that sturdy frame
that the NFL scouts druel about and they get all
horny for and their quarterbacks out of central casting. And
he can't absorb contact, so that's a positive. And he's
got mobility. And so the size and mobility of the
arm talent, it's not the most accurate quarterback in the world.
(09:18):
And yet I would argue the NFL looking at the
supplemental draft, the NFL does not see a quarterback. They
see a scarlet letter G stitched on the jersey. That
is a warning label. Avoid the scarlet letter right there.
So the raw talent would say, this guy's a high
draft pick and should be taken in the supplemental draft,
(09:41):
relatively high. And that's it. And the gambling problem leads
you to believe, don't even think about it right. So
it's like it's on one side, the talent trumps everything.
On the other side, there's a lot of stank. There's
a lot of stank around this guy because the gambling stuff,
(10:01):
and that's taboo. You can't go down that road because
if you're playing quarterback, you get drafted by the Jets
or someone like that, and you start all of a
sudden sucking at a time you can't suck. Instead of
just saying you're playing bad football, people are saying, wait
a minute, is this a mob special? Is this guy
throwing the game because he's trying to pay off some
(10:21):
gambling debts that he has And that's gonna shadow Brendan
sorosby the rest of his athletic career. And the NFL
has to prove. Of course, this other thing that we
have to deal with. The NFL has to first approved
Brendan Soarzby has to prove for the NFL, and the
NFL has to approve his case for the supplemental draft.
(10:43):
And the last quarterback taken in the supplemental draft. You
got to go back to twenty eleven. I was barely
alive in twenty eleven, there was a guy named Terrelle
Pryor who was taken in the twenty eleven Supplemental Draft
in the third round. So it's been fifteen years, my
computer like brain tells me, since we've had a quarterback
(11:03):
drafted in that situation. And so you know, ultimately NFL teams,
each NFL team is going to have to look at
this and say, well what is this? And it's like, well,
it's art. It's like a mid round piece of art.
Mid round piece of art. It's interesting, but where do
we put it? I don't know where to put it,
(11:25):
and they just don't. They just don't love I guess
the way I would say it is explaining to the commissioner.
Having to explain to the commissioner why they drafted a
guy who's on the knotty list. That's the issue, right,
I said, Well, you can, we can stash them, have
them developed for a couple of years and forget about it.
We take them the sixth round or whatever, or the
(11:46):
or the fifth round, and then that's it. So it's
a complicated investment, is what I'm trying to say. It's
a complicated investment, and we expect the litigation machine to
crank up if Soresby is not drafted and there is
no guarantee that he has picked in the supplemental draft.
This has Canadian Football League written all over it. In
one of those other fugazy leagues that no one watches
(12:08):
that are like, who's that team? I don't know who
they are? What is that? Why is that on TV?
I don't get it? All right? Now, last word, we
go to baseball. That's right, talking baseball, San Francisco, Major
League Baseball, twib notes around the majors, all right, So
playing miserable baseball. Boy, You hate to see it, don't you.
(12:29):
The once proud San Francisco Giants are closer to the
worst record in all of professional baseball than they are
sniffing a playoff spot in the National League. And we
are now told the Giants are preparing to go to auction.
They are preparing to sell off just about anyone on
(12:50):
the roster can be yours, and the price does not
have to be right now, Buster Posey, who was a
good catcher, not a very good execusutive, It would appear
based on the early returns. Buster Posey, the president of
Baseball ops because the term general manager was below these guys,
so they had to come up with baseball ops and
(13:11):
all that. So anyway, listen, here's the deal buster posey
is multiple reports saying testing the waters on a massive,
massive door buster sale at the August third trade deadline,
which will be here before you know it. Now. The
only player, the only one who cannot be yours, allegedly
(13:33):
is logan Web, the starting pitcher. Logan Web. Oh what
a web we weave. And so the Giants supposedly have
zero plans to part with their ace right handed starter,
logan Web. So question, let's focus in on that at first.
So the question on this is are you gonna go
thumbs up or thumbs down? Thumbs up or thumbs down
(13:53):
on the giant starter Logan Web being untouchable untouchable on
the trading block for the Giants. So I am going
to go thumbs down on this. I'm going one thumbs
down on this. The idea that logan Web is somehow
untouchable is comedic. Clinging on to Webb, who is a
(14:14):
good starting pitcher, is like hoarding a single can of
chicken noodle soup during a famine, Like, what are you doing?
Congratulations you got the thing of chicken noodle soup. You're
still going to starve. So I just wait an extra
day and then its lights out, game over, and we
understand he's he's the hometown guy, as a Northern California
(14:36):
guy and all that. By the time, though I've done
the math on this, by the time the Giants are good,
like legit good again, Brandon Webb will be throwing slop
at eighty eight miles per hour. Talking about veteran leadership
is what we'll be talking about. And I'll have one
good start every ten starts. That's what happens. And this
(14:58):
team is so far from content. How far are they?
They're so far thanks for asking, They're so far from
contending that his next meaningful start, Brandon Webb will be
in an old timers game or possibly the Cactus leeg
because those do matter. You have a chance to win
the Cactus League every year. It's like the last working
(15:18):
appliance in a house that's already been condemned. What are
you doing here? He's twenty nine, he's durable, all that stuff,
good starting pitcher. As we said, he is under contract
for a few more years, which makes him highly attractive
to teams like the Yankees and other contenders who are
trying to add more pitching, and the idea that anyone
(15:39):
would be unavailable is just ridiculous, especially when you think
about the recent history of sports. The Cleveland Browns just
added Hall of Fame in his prime defensive stud Miles Gear.
They traded him Cleveland Browns to the Ala Rams. The
Dallas Mavericks gave away Luka Doncic to the Lakers. And
we're supposed to believe that Logan Webb is somehow unavailable,
(16:00):
and I get your hands on Logan web or the Giants.
Come on, please stop pretending anyone on that rotten roster
with the Giants is untouchable. And besides, Buster Posey's currently
running and everything must go add online. It's a Southby's
style auction, so it's a silent auction at this point.
Rafael Devers, yes that Rafael Devers, Willie Adamis, Matt Chapman,
(16:25):
Luisa Rise, Robbie Ray. They can all be yours if
the price is right. And if you're auctioning off underperforming
contracts and bad attitudes, and that's mostly Rafael Devers, right,
why would you keep web around again? I keep going
back to this, like, what are you trying to recreate
(16:45):
what you had back in the day a candlestick with
the crazy Crab mascot. You can have buster Buster Posey
say hey Brandon when you're not pitching, or you just
go out there and and logan rather logan Web, go
out there and we're the crazy Crab outfit. Just do that.
Now the Dever's part of it. I love that Rafael
(17:05):
Dever's name is yet again in trade deadlines that he
is up for auction. I find that hilarious and I
hope and I know in the multiverses as possible that
the Red Sox reacquire Rafael Devers. That would be wonderful.
That would be so great shot in freude. If Boston
(17:28):
were to reacquire Rafael Devers, it would be the funniest
cell phone for the Red Sox since they donated Mookie
bets to the Dodgers to jumpstart the Dodgers dynasty, and
that was a gift by the Boston Red Sox. They
got nothing, literally nothing in retire He just gave Mookie
bets to that. Now Mookey sucks now except light hitting
a middle infielder. But he was good for several years
(17:49):
with the Dodgers and they won multiple World Series and
all that, and that was a gift by the Red Sox,
And it was kind of like, if they reacquired Devors,
it would be like turning a broken blender just to
buy the exact same model out of spite. That's what
that would be. And the funny is the Redsize actually
(18:09):
got something of value in return. The problem is that
value is now pitching for the Milwaukee Brewers what they
got for Rafio Devsit. Be sure to catch.

Speaker 1 (19:28):
I leave this hour from New York, New York, and
we'll pro bouncy. But why are you talking about it? Well,
the reason is because it's hot take validation. If you
do this kind of job, you love hot take validation.
So little hot take validation. Someone has some explaining to
(19:49):
the Knicks. I don't know if you heard this. The
Knicks won the championship. Well, really, the Spurs gave it away.
Most series are loss not one in San Antonio decided
to help out the Knicks, and they certainly did so.
You might know where I'm going with this possibility. You don't.
We had mentioned if the Knicks were to win the championship,
this would debunk the long standing theory that the Knicks
(20:11):
could not win because they have a stumblebumb as an
owner in Dolin, the Nepo baby who inherited the team
from his dad and that whole thing. So I was
reading that supposedly members of the Knicks front office are
partially crediting owner James Dolan getting quote distracted by the
(20:35):
sphere in Vegas and that is what led to the
Knicks championship. Let me repeat that for those of you
a little slow in the back of the room. So
this theory is that there's a faction. It's the media
fringe that is claiming that there are members of the
front office who believe that because of that round thing
(21:00):
in Vegas, which is owned by Jim Dolan, that that
is why he was distracted with that trying to line
up those old music acts to perform there and the
Wizard of Oz and all that stuff, and so he
was not laser locked in on the Knickerbockers in recent years.
So that is a good jumping off point. Let us
discuss the question, what do you make of the media
(21:25):
claiming that because of the sphere in Vegas that is
responsible that round thingamajig is responsible for the Knicks breaking
the curse of James Dolan. So my observations on this,
I have the wash, hysteria, saber, and mysterious, and we
(21:46):
will combine all of these things together. We're not gonna
play Connect four. We're gonna play Connect three, which is
better than Connect four because you only have to get
a lot of people call that tic tac toe. We
call it Connect three because that's how we roll in
these parts. Now. We always are with number one, number one,
number one number Oh what fun it is number one,
(22:07):
number one. So the the Knicks finally win the title,
finally win the title, and suddenly the Vegas snow globe
is what ganned off from Lord of the Rings that
they're gonna credit the snow globe there in Vegas. It's
lest I checked. It's a building with Wi Fi and
(22:28):
security and a lot of Neon light things. That's that's
what that is now regardless, look at the media cook,
look at the media cook here. They claimed for years
the Knicks couldn't win because of James Dolan. Now they're
claiming that the sphear in Vegas is responsible for breaking
(22:51):
the curse of James Dolan. Who goofed I've got to
know so this fear did it, not the players, not
the coaching, not the generosity of wemby missing game winning
shots and choking in every game. That it's the round
thing in Vegas that the sphere apparently helped break the
(23:12):
curse by doing what absolutely nothing. That is what's known
as capitol p poppycock is what that is. And the
Knicks one because they played better and the Spurs helped
them out at every possibility late in games, being the
dumbest team in America. And I think of this debate,
(23:37):
I would even say it's a debate. This take that
the sphere in Vegas helped the Knicks because Dolan was
focused on that, he wasn't focused on the basketball. I
put this into the same category as momentum. Now, as
you know, there is no such thing in sports as momentum,
just another explanation for the outcome of a game, which
(23:59):
is manufactured entirely after the fact, after the fact. I
will Garon effen't to you if the Spurs had come
back and won that series, it wouldn't have been well,
the Knicks benefited because Dolan was worried about that thing
of a jig, that what you might call it in Vegas.
No no, no, no, no, that story wouldn't have seen the
light of day now because they won, and it made
(24:20):
a lot of people look like dumb dums. They had
to come up with something. This is what happens when
the media narrative dies. The media grabs the nearest shiny
object and calls it destiny. And here we are, so
the Knicks one utterly debunking the terrible owner can't win
storyline which had been out there for so long. And
(24:43):
so now the media is heading to the wash hysteria
and the laundromat there and they're going into the spin
cycle and they're working overtime James Dolan distracted by the
new Vegas toy that opened up a few years ago. Here,
that's the silver bullet. That's it right there, We were right,
except because of the silver bullet. There it is. It's
(25:05):
that textbook narrative laundering at the laundromat there, and the
Knicks they win, of course, and so the media, who
had been telling us that Dolan could not be the
owner and when they won, he has to sell the
team and all that, they got to find a new villain.
So now they're going to the snow Globe. They're choosing
the snow globe as the villain, all right now, Page
(25:28):
two to San Antonio, and the better story is in
the losing locker room. They'll post mortem on the Spurs,
who were terrible writing the vomit comet throughout the NBA
Finals there. So I read reports that there were conflicting
reports here. So there's one set of reports saying that
(25:48):
the basketball team known as the Spurs are fully committed
to de Aaron Fox, the guy that choked in every game,
as their franchise point guard going forward. Well, then we
heard that Daron Fox had done the thing you can't
do at the time you can't do it. He had
unfollowed the San Antonio Spurs official instagram page shortly after that,
(26:13):
humiliating a masculating loss to the Knickerbockers in the twenty
twenty six NBA Finals. So the social media move has
quickly sparked trade speculation and people chatting, well, where's he
gonna go? The future is not good for dearon Fox
in San Antonio, and that he has now cranked things
(26:34):
up unfollowing the Instagram page of the Spurs. So mixed
messages from the Alamo. The question is d Aaron Fox
unfollowing the Spurs on social media? Is this something or
is it nothing? So, after eight minutes long deliberation of
(26:56):
the available information, the error on this one is pointing
squarely at something. It is absolutely something. And Fox just
unfollowing randomly the Spurs, which coincides with him putting puke
all over the court, and I just absolute die die
(27:18):
diarya for d'aron Fox. And then all of a sudden
he it's the unfollowed button and that's it, okay, come on,
of course, the uh the joke is he unfollowed the
Spurs the exact same way he unfollowed big moments in
the NBA Finals. He just unfollowed them and was nowhere
to be seen. So in today's NBA, I can give
(27:42):
you all kinds of psycho babble. In today's NBA, the
unfollow button is the quickest way to let the world know,
in a passive aggressive manner that you would like a
job transfer. And d Aaron Fox did it. He did it.
He did it, He did it, he did it. And
it's the emoji version of I'm out see you later, suckers,
(28:06):
I'm out of here. It's saber rattling, is what it is,
ratcheting up tensions further. Now, the reason this is not
just say, well, maybe hit the wrong button. His wife
also unfollowed the spurs. It's a family package. The wife
was involved in this as well. That is a dead day.
(28:29):
Dead day when your spouse joins the digital walkout. That
is not a quinkidink. It is no longer a quinkidink.
That is a coordinate attack. This was a planned out
attack de Aaron Fox and his wife O mgu passive aggressive.
(28:50):
It's obviously passive aggressive because somebody has to track this
imagining the losers that track who you're following.
Speaker 5 (28:56):
Now.
Speaker 1 (28:56):
I know a lot of this is done by AI now,
but there are people that obset with this stuff. Well,
you don't follow that person anymore, and thank god they
do that they're doing God's work. I don't really care
that much to pay attention to who Dearon Fox is following.
I mean, my god, I don't have much of a life.
That would even less of a life than I have now.
(29:17):
Oh my wait a minute, is that? Oh my god?
Jalen Brunson he started following who anyway? So the the
unfollow is almost always the first breadcrumb that drops before
you all of a sudden, get the league insiders saying
Daron Fox would really like to go play for team
(29:39):
X or Y or Z or fill in the blank there.
It's the NBA's favorite appetizer, pure digital tension. And to
crank things up even more, dearon Fox signed a massive
four year two hundred and thirty nine or two twenty
nine million. Imagine getting two hundred and twenty million or
whatever it is and then and being unhappy. Wow, that
(30:03):
even hasn't kicked in yet. That extension we are told,
has not even kicked in yet for Deer and Fox,
and he has been usurped on the depth chart, passed over,
upstaged by Dylan Harper, Ron's kid, Dylan Harper. Although Harper
had his moments of stank in the NBA Finals as well,
(30:24):
the Spurs didn't just get unfollowed by Deer and Fox.
They got digitally divorced, is what happened all right? Now,
final point to the NFL and some free agency news
as we are scraping the bottom of the barrel, as
this is the period of the calendar where NFL players
get arrested for domestic violence, DUI and other things. It's
(30:47):
very popular time of the year to get arrested. That's
why we do the NFL book them. We want no
one to get arrested. Many players choose to ignore us
and decide they want to get arrested. So anyway, we've
made this up. Stefan Diggs not get arrested recently, although
he did have some trouble with the Patriots, got out
of that. So Stefan Diggs, who is now a street
free agent in the NFL unsigned generally not a great
(31:09):
sign when we were a few weeks away from training camp,
and he said recently that he is open to joining
the Washington Commanders. Say what, Yes, the Washington Commanders. Diggs
expressed excitement about the possibility of playing back home near
a radio caller Rick in Maryland who says morning time
(31:33):
and in the DC area there where he grew up
in Maryland, played college football at the University of Maryland,
and now he's bounced around the NFL for a number
of years. And when asked about that, he said, quote,
we're kind of figuring it out, working through some things.
Close quote from Stefan Diggs. Question how do you decode?
(31:59):
Please decode Stefon Diggs saying he's working through some things
while practically begging the commanders for a job. So I've
decided to do dust off the Mallard jock speak dakoder ring,
not to be confused with the Mallard Rosetta stone. No,
(32:19):
no, no no, this is the Mallard jock speak. Decoder ring
is what we're going with here. And this is code.
What is it code for? It's code for the market
is cold. Washington is my absolute best and only shot. Best,
of course, means it's all as good as all the rest.
And I'm trying. This is Stefon Diggs saying, I'm trying
(32:42):
to sound mysterious. I would like to give the illusion
that there is a lot of interest, rather than that
no one is interested in me, and that's why I'm unemployed.
So Diggs, of course, is not working through things when
he says that he's working through the harsh reality that
no one is texting and no one is calling. Like
(33:04):
if general managers were burning up the phone, burn, baby burn,
he wouldn't be working through anything except travel arrangements, trying
to get the itinerary ready to fly to whatever city
you're gonna go play for. However, at age thirty two.
We've talked about this in previous episodes of the show.
At age thirty two, with a declining burst and a
(33:25):
well earned reputation from years and years and years of
being very moody, he's a moody guy, moo mood swings,
all of that. Stefan Diggs. He's simply not a must
have guy anymore on your NFL team. The commander's depth
chart at wide receiver is so bad. How bad is it?
It's thank you, it's so bad. They're looking at guys
(33:48):
like Stefan Diggs and mister Brandon Ioka the Niners, who's
also another head case. So they're like, hey, we won't
have any good players, so why don't we just get
some guys that are a little looney tunes and they're
good occasionally, and we'll bring them in and so there
you go. The problem is that GMC. In the case
of Stefan Diggs, you look at the resume and you say, well,
(34:09):
that's one problem, and then you say, there's a lot
of maintenance. There's a lot of maintenance involved in that.
He's not a wide receiver number one anymore. There's not
a wide receiver one. He's a wide receiver if is
what he is here. And this is the classic desperate
open to all opportunities, open to all opportunities face when
(34:30):
you get to this point in your career. It's like,
I just want to play somewhere. I would like to
play somewhere. It's great. When he's happy, he'll be somewhat
productive Stefan Diggs. And when he's not radioactive, cher Nobyle,
cher Noobyle. And if Washington doesn't bite, if the commanders
don't bite on Stefan Diggs, He's one step away, just
(34:52):
one little step away from posting those I'm in the
greatest shape of my life videos on the gram Were
that that close to that happening.
