Speaker 1 (00:00):
Playball.

Speaker 2 (00:01):
It's our nume barwah, no need to go to the bullpen.
It's our number one of the original recipe Ben Mahler's Show.
A reminder that The Ben Mahler Show has heard, as
you know, five nights a week you're listening on a podcast,
so you listen whatever you want on the weekends. So
today is Friday, the fifth day of June, so we
have the fifth Hour podcast. We are planning I haven't

(00:23):
done it yet. We're planning on doing a deep dive
regarding this really stunning story that Ferg Doog, celebrity contributor
Ferg Dog is still in cyber jail. So we'll get
to the bottom of that. There's a lot of conspiracies
in the mallin militia will explain how something like that
would take place. So that'll be coming up on the
Fifth Hour podcast. Here in our number one, Why do

(00:46):
the Yankees always act like every errand Judge injury is
minor when history tells us it's never is.

Speaker 1 (00:53):
Judge will be out till at least August. Bet the
over on that.

Speaker 2 (00:56):
Also, can the Yankees survive the mid Sea He's in
malaise this stretch without Aaron Judge's bat in the lineup,
and is this frustration real from Manny Machatto or is
it just the annual Padres star saying something tough speech
with zero follow through. We'll discuss that as well. The

(01:20):
Padres have lost nine out of ten. Machado is batting
under the Mendoza line. It is not going well in
San Diego. We'll get to all that more. Right now
here we go yak and a yak. It's our number one. Well,
let's call it what it is, the Bronx bummer. You

(01:41):
hate to see it, don't you just hate to see it?
Wel come in the beginning of another night of the
Bain Mahlor Show.

Speaker 1 (01:52):
Yeah, one after another. As we are hanging out in the.

Speaker 2 (01:56):
Air ev Reware, Yeah, we're We're just selling that. We're
hanging out where buddies, We're pals, little scatterbrain. As we
are hanging out coast to coast, border to border and
beyond on the vast and uncommonly powerful microphones of FSR,

(02:18):
as we ammnate live.

Speaker 1 (02:21):
We do it live.

Speaker 2 (02:22):
We're doing it live live, Yes, from the Rank, as
we pull rank here from the world famous Fox Sports
Radio studios where none other than j J in Renton
reminds us this hour may possible in part by our
friends at ti Iraq. For over forty years, I'm told

(02:46):
that's a long time. Ti Iraq has been helping customers
like alf malor prop Guy and the imprisoned Fergnog who's
still in social media jail as far as we know,
find the right tires for how, what and where they drive,
ship fast and free back by free road hazard protection
with convenient installation options like mobile tire installation tire act

(03:10):
dot com.

Speaker 1 (03:12):
The way that tire buying should should be. You see
you see what I did? Should should be like that.
So our lead this hour.

Speaker 2 (03:22):
We're gonna start with the biggest story in sports, which
is not the Carolina Hurricanes taking down my Vegas Golden
Knights with my favorite coach Torts, who some of those
hockey losers are ripping those bozos? How dare you attack Torts?

Speaker 1 (03:38):
Look like a goal to me anyway, I did watch
the game.

Speaker 2 (03:40):
But we're gonna start with the story out of the Bronx.
The Bronx zoo is where we begin, where El Capitan
is El Gonzo. I feel like we've had this monologue
perfected over the years. We have done it pretty much
every other season since Aaron Judge became a thing. If

(04:02):
you didn't see this, perhaps not The Yankee star. Aaron Judge,
a multi time platinum superstar for the Bronx Bombers, has
been diagnosed just days after the Yankee said it's just
a day to day injury. He's been diagnosed with a
stress fracture in the rib, one of the ribs on
his right side. So I'm sure there's some guys out

(04:25):
there in New York willing to offer their own ribs.
And Judge had missed the last three games. He underwent
just about every test you could possibly have. They poked,
they prodded, the MRI here, a CT scan there, an
X ray up top, and.

Speaker 1 (04:42):
A gaggle of doctors.

Speaker 2 (04:45):
You know, the doctors love those celebrity clients so they
can brag to their other doctors when they go. It's
got to be so much fun for those doctors. It's like, oh, yeah, hey,
they examined thereon Judge. Oh he did really, yeah, yeah,
all right, you're up your shot. Okay, I'll tell you
when I'm done putting here. So now we are told
that Judge will miss quote significant time close quote.

Speaker 1 (05:09):
However, actually they said but which you know is a lie,
by the way when they say the word but it's
a lie.

Speaker 2 (05:15):
Is expected return later during the twenty twenty six season.
Now they say the best as good as all the
rest of the best case scenario for Aaron Judge is
that he would return sometime in August. So let's do
some malor math on that. It is June, we're heading
into June fifth, so it's about June fifth, right, still

(05:36):
late on the West coast. It's June fourth, but June fifth,
So then you take that July and then we're looking
at the very minimum two months likely take the over
on that. So this is like a three month at
least situation. So that is a good jumping off point.
Let us discuss the question why why do the Yankees

(06:00):
always act Why they always act like every Aaron Judge
injury is just a minor boo boo, that's it.

Speaker 1 (06:08):
When history tells us it never is, it never is.

Speaker 2 (06:11):
And yet every time, every time, oh no, it's day
to day, it'll be fine, as they line up every
top doctor they can get to examine Aaron Judge. So
my thoughts on this. I've got the Tooth Fairy, Will
the Beasts and spirit airlines, and we will combine all

(06:32):
of these things together and we are going to bang the.

Speaker 1 (06:36):
Drum, is what we're going to do. We're going to
bang the drum.

Speaker 2 (06:40):
And a the Yankees having done this job and talked
about Aaron.

Speaker 1 (06:45):
Judge because he's one of the big names in baseball
for years.

Speaker 2 (06:48):
Aaron Judge with the Yankees, they treat him and when
he gets hurt the same way the people over at
Apple treat your battery issues. They deny it, they downplay it,
and and quietly admit the truth weeks and weeks later.
It is an endless gift loop of denial playing.

Speaker 1 (07:09):
Over and over and over and over again.

Speaker 2 (07:13):
Manager Aaron Boone has officially become the Skipper who Cried Wolf,
the skipper who cried Wolf. And if you're shocked that
Judge is heard, you must also believe in the tooth Fairy.
Every single year, every single year, we watch a similar
script play out. It's just a little tweak. We're very

(07:35):
optimistic that he'll be fine. Okay, oh, there's been a setback,
long silence, and finally we're reevaluating.

Speaker 1 (07:45):
We're reevaluating. The glass is half empty. And these guys
never learn.

Speaker 2 (07:50):
If injuries were birthdays, Aaron Judge would need a cake
the size of Manhattan. This isn't a setback. This is
an annual subscription for the New York Yankees. The man
gets hurt almost every season. Like the way you know,
if you renew your driver's license, go down to DMV

(08:10):
and renew your driver's license and all that. It's very
similar to that, And at some point it's not bad luck.
It's just as we said in a previous episode, it's
just physics. He's six seven, two eighty and yet he's
got some Humpty Dumpty in him, a lot of Humpty
Dumpty with elite exit velocity the V low. What do

(08:32):
the nerds say about that? Can we check in with
the nerds that Humpty Dumpty with vlow exit vmail come on?
And it's never one specific thing. It's an all inclusive
resort of injuries. Whatever your heart desires. You shall receive
multiple oblique strains over the years for Aaron Judge, He's
had a barking, left shoulder, broken wrist, right shoulder issue,

(08:56):
calf strain, left side injury. They said, left side, the
entire left side, back spasms, right hip, big toe, I'm
not done left hand, and now the right well, he
had the right elbow flexer. Now the rib, now the rib,
and it's the old bone song. You know, this bone's
connected to that bone. And Judges had more body parts

(09:16):
breakdown than.

Speaker 1 (09:17):
A used Ford focus.

Speaker 2 (09:19):
At this point, it's wild and it's only gonna get
worse as he stumbles along. Here is getting older and
he's out of his athletic prime. So you figure this
becomes a normal situation just by swinging the.

Speaker 1 (09:30):
Bat saw wing, saw wing.

Speaker 2 (09:34):
I just like that all right now page two. So
now to the job at hand. Yankees have a good record,
not a great record. They have a good record. They're
not in the catbird seat in the American League's Eastern Division.
So the question can the Yankees survive the mid season stretch.
We're not just talking about a brief stretch. We're talking

(09:55):
about two or three months at least without Aaron Judge
in in the middle of everything the Yankees do. So
now they should be used to it by now. As
we've documented here over the last amount of time, it
is an annual event. So you figure the players just

(10:15):
mark it on their phones on the calendar apps say okay,
this is abound sometime around June or July.

Speaker 1 (10:20):
He's gonna get hurt.

Speaker 2 (10:21):
It's like the monarch butterflies migrating to Mexico or the
wild of Beasts crossing East Africa. Aaron Judge going snap, crackle, pop.
It happens. The corporate attitude out of the Bronx, very
corporate team. They're the Yankees, and they all say the
same bull crab, next man up, Blame Bill Belichick for that. Now,
suck it up, do your job. All those things and

(10:44):
true if you look in the Mallard multiverse, and I
do believe in the multiverse, it's possible.

Speaker 1 (10:51):
In this reality that I'm in. I don't know about you.

Speaker 2 (10:54):
Maybe we're in different realities and the streams are crossing over.
But when you get down to the nuts and bolts
of it, it's not like I wouldn't bet the Family
Jewels on it. You take Judge out of that Yankee lineup,
and it's Hamlet without the Prince, and that Broadway show
would not last very long and he'd be people demanding

(11:15):
refunds and whatnot. And so this team doesn't they don't
need optimism. They need bubble wrap is what they need
for Aaron Judge too late now and a judge getting hurt.
A seasonal certainty kind of like hurricane season. If you
live in Florida or the Carolina's you know at some
point there's likely going to be a hurricane, except the
forecast is always a rib discomfort or left side stuff. So,

(11:42):
in terms of answering the question, get to the point, please,
what happens to the Yankees without Aaron Judge?

Speaker 1 (11:47):
Like where do they go?

Speaker 2 (11:48):
You've got minor leaguers Spencer Jones and he got a
brief cup of coffee and if I remember correctly, sucked
at a time he cannot suck. And Jason Dominguez, who
Yankee fans have been wearing knee pads for for a
couple of years. There those guys, and to me is
obviously different positions.

Speaker 1 (12:06):
But the bat is the big thing. Right.

Speaker 2 (12:08):
Defensively, you can always plug the whole. Defensively, the bat
is the problem. And then when those guys don't work out,
Brian Cashman and his Dorksville, USA squad will start googling
available outfielders with a pulse. The obvious names here. There's
two names that are obvious, and it's a twin killing,

(12:33):
if you will, with a halo on top. Byron Buxton,
who's got a big contract and is in Minnesota. And
the next time the Twins are good is when Kirby
Puckett comes back from the other side, and then they'll
be good. So Byron Buxton, and I'm sure that he'll
get some text messages, Hey what do you think about

(12:54):
playing for the Yankees? And I believe he has a
no trade clause and seems to like living near Hollering
James there Minnesota and all the boys and.

Speaker 1 (13:02):
Eke and Roseville, Minnesota.

Speaker 2 (13:04):
And also the other problem with bucks And is he
has a medical chart which is very similar can rival
Aaron Judge.

Speaker 1 (13:10):
So that's the problem.

Speaker 2 (13:11):
And then you look out in Anaheim and the Angels
are a Triple A team and they might as well
be in the Pacific Coast League. The halo's you got
Joe Adele who can rob you of three home runs
one game and then give you a doink off the
head home run in another. And that's a name that
has been talked about for a while for the Yankees.

(13:32):
Long standing person of interest for the Bombers, So we'll
see if that happens. He's a right handed power bat
in theory, and he's under team control for a couple
of years, if you're into that kind of thing, depending
on what happens with the work stoppage. More importantly, the
Angels suck and when they don't suck, they blow. So
it's one of those two things. Some days they suck
and then you come to the ballpark, well, we don't

(13:53):
suck today. Good, you don't suck. Okay, you blow today. Good, congratulations.
So they're the perfect logical dance partner for the New
York Yankees to make it true.

Speaker 1 (14:03):
I'm sure Mike Trout will be mentioned. We'll talk more
about him later.

Speaker 2 (14:05):
And pretty much any crap bag team in baseball, and
there's a lot of them. There's a lot of really
bad teams. So you just go to the bad teams,
or you go to the cheap teams that don't like
spending money, and you can play that game. And yeah,
the Padres Fernando tatise against these guys and it's always
a match. Position wise. Machado sucks this year. Speaking of that,

(14:30):
let's go to San Diego. The Padres are stinking offensively?
How bad are they? They're so bad that Manny Machado,
who's playing third base, has openly ranted after the Padres
were just kicked in the nuts by the Philadelphia Phillies
this week. The Phillies swept both series within its like

(14:51):
within two weeks here they swept him in San Diego
and now in the Delaware Valley, and that led to
Manny Machado going, any meani, let me go, which reporter
should I ran to? He said, of the Potteries, he said,
people are frustrated. The fans want us to win games,
so do we.

Speaker 1 (15:08):
That's good.

Speaker 2 (15:09):
Sometimes the pie just don't look like you want to win.
We're more frustrated than anybody. Really don't seem like it.

Speaker 1 (15:15):
We're playing like dog pooh pooh. I cleaned that up
for the radio. Aren't you proud? Because you can't hear
the S word because you're you know, lightning will strike
you and you'll die if you hear the S word.

Speaker 2 (15:25):
We're playing like dog pooh, or if you think of
it in a nautical term like dog and then one
one thousand ship, you know what I'm saying. Machado again said,
we want to win. We've got to blank hit. I
think that was the F word fun. We've got a
fun hit and needs to come from us, he said.
They say he's ran any thing, rabies. People are frustrated.

(15:46):
He kept repeating himself the same talking points, and we
want things to turn around, and you know everyone on
his ball club's trying to do that, all the same nonsense,
everyone says, and he just kept repeating himself over and over.
So the question is this perceived frustration, is it real

(16:07):
from Manny Machado or is this just the annual padre
star says something tough to sound good in the media
speech with zero follow through, with zero follow through. So
we turned in to the Malar home brew, and there's
an arrow attached to the Maler home brew, and the

(16:27):
arrow on this one is pointing towards zero calories. Manny's
frustration is as real as the quality of movie theater
buttered popcorn being real food.

Speaker 1 (16:44):
That you need. You're hungry, you haven't eaten in a
couple of days. What do you want to eat?

Speaker 2 (16:47):
Let me eat some buttery movie theater popcorn looks pretty good.
It's big, got some crunch to it, a little loud
there not a lot of substance. In fact, I would
argue zero. So this is last I checked. And I'm
not sure if I'm right about this because I just
see the Overnight show. I'm not part of the mainstream.
Mainstream is six am, six pm, and then.

Speaker 1 (17:08):
We do the rogue version of Radio Overnight.

Speaker 2 (17:14):
So believe this is a results based business and San
Diego at this point is delivering the same impact as
Spirit Airlines.

Speaker 1 (17:24):
You know what happened to them?

Speaker 2 (17:25):
The Podreys have lost if I'm not if I'm not
incorrector nine of their last ten, which I don't think
is good.

Speaker 1 (17:30):
Oh man, you're piling on the pod squad.

Speaker 2 (17:33):
Yeah, they have nine of ten, and they lead the
majors in an aptitude in a league with teams that
are not trying to win. I believe the Podreys have
scored the fewest runs in baseball. They'd be better off
putting fish tacos at home plate and giving them a
bat to swing the bat than the guys they're paying
all this money to. They have the lowest batting average

(17:54):
this season. Oh, you're just a boomer. You care about
batting average? What about expected batt ridge? Okay, I can't
I got nothing for you. I got nothing for you
on that. And the greatest part about all this is
you've got Manny Machado and Fernando Tatis, the heart and
soul of the team, the core of the team that

(18:14):
they're matched as a set of albatross you buy on layaway,
San Diego. If the math is riding on this, I
believe they're paying them five hundred and seventy two million
combined for two guys that are hitting at this point
here in June, like backup infielders on a winter ball
traveling squad, Machado in particular. Now Tatis is bad Machado's

(18:40):
they're both at Machado is hitting a career low one
to seventy four with eleven home runs and thirty two
runs batted in, and the Padres still have to pay
him two hundred and eighty six million dollars for that
miserable production. He's under contract for the next seven and
a half years. That'll bog you down. Meanwhile, to tease now,

(19:04):
we ranted about him last week, he then went out
and hit a home run, which is one more home
run than you've hit for the Padres and I've hit.
He's on pace now for three home runs to tease
and forty eight runs batted in which I don't think
is good, and to tease. At this point, you don't
worry about changing the swing. There's no mechanical adjustment. He
just needs jumper cables and a Costco sized tub of Jim.

Speaker 1 (19:28):
Juice, if you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 2 (19:29):
Because the only only time Machada was good, he was
on the Jim jew or not Machada, but to tease
on the Jim.

Speaker 1 (19:34):
Juice there and so.

Speaker 2 (19:37):
He needs some ringworm medication. Get that man some ringworm
medication and he'll be fine.

Speaker 1 (19:42):
It is the.

choking that game away in epic fashion.

Speaker 1 (20:26):
We'll get to that.

Speaker 2 (20:26):

as we're hanging out here together together on the show,
talking to Aaron Judge, who is out for a good
amount of time for the New York Yankees. Down for
the count and we'll take your calls at again eight seven,

(23:22):
seven ninety nine on Fox alf Alf's working as it's
like Shawshank Redemption and he's chiseling away trying to free
Ferg Dog. He's sending us messages from Ferg Dog. He says, Ben,
can you please redo the monologue? It was very hard
to hear over my cellmate screaming.

Speaker 1 (23:43):
I understand.

Speaker 2 (23:44):
We'll hang in there. We hope you're free soon, Ferg Dog.
If not, we recommend another account. Gunner from the Walmart
at in northern Minnesota rites and he says, Byron Buxton
is not going to leave Minnesota.

Speaker 1 (24:00):
He said, he's here his whole career.

Speaker 2 (24:03):
Yeah, well, Gunner, I'm glad that you believe these guys
when they say stuff, because I don't.

Speaker 1 (24:11):
I do not do that. No, no, no, I don't.
I don't go there.

Speaker 2 (24:16):
Most of these guys give you a you know what, Benito,
the long suffering Cowboy fan says, Cooper, are you gonna
let Ben talk about your Angels team like that?

Speaker 1 (24:27):
What did I say?

Speaker 5 (24:27):
That was wrong?

Speaker 1 (24:29):
What did I say?

Speaker 2 (24:30):
Jill in Minnesota, the Yankee fan, See what happened? See Jill,
you were talking trash, Jill, you were slamming me the
other day. You know, my, my, my nick talk And
now yeah, karma right back at you. Also Marked the
full name guy, the deranged mark the full name guy,
ranting and raving as always sending me random stuff about

(24:52):
conspiracies involving jewelry and bracelets.

Speaker 1 (24:58):
And I don't even know what to do with that.
I have no idea what to do with that.

Speaker 2 (25:03):
Not a Burner says, how much is Ferg Dog paying
Alf the Alien opiner to relay his messages?

Speaker 1 (25:10):
That's a great question, that is a and I don't
have the answer to that.

Speaker 2 (25:14):
I guess, well, obviously Ferg Dog and Alf have some
kind of thing. How did how did Ferg Dog get
a phone in cyber jail?

Speaker 1 (25:23):
Like, do we know how that worked? We do not
know how that worked.

Speaker 2 (25:27):
There had there must be something that he was to
get the phone in there.

Speaker 1 (25:31):
I wonder where he hid the phone hmmm.

Speaker 2 (25:35):
I can only imagine some places he might have might
have hit the hit the phone there, Yeah.

Speaker 1 (25:42):
Okay, pocket, Yeah, oh yeah, that's good. That's good.

Speaker 2 (25:45):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (25:46):
I wasn't thinking the pocket.

Speaker 5 (25:47):
Always pocket. Maybe in the bottom of his shoe, the shoe.

Speaker 1 (25:51):
Thing might have been there, might have been the boots.
Those boots are made for hiding. It's a good song.
It's one of the all time great songs.

Speaker 2 (26:04):
Yah, it's solid, it's old, but you know it's got
the good beat to it and all that.

Speaker 1 (26:09):
So I didn't want to talk about the hockey game.

Speaker 2 (26:11):
I did watch it, we didn't start with it.

Speaker 1 (26:13):
It seemed like Vegas was.

Speaker 2 (26:15):
Going to win this game for about ninety five percent
of the game. They had a two goal lead for
a good chunk of the game, and then they had
to finish the game, which was a.

Speaker 1 (26:27):
Bit of a problem. As it turned out. As the
game went on and on and on.

Speaker 2 (26:34):
Seth Jarvis, who seth Jarvis getting it done for Rod
Brinda Moore's Carolina Hurricanes there in Raleigh, as he got
it on a third period comeback, and that set the
stage for the power play goal that.

Speaker 1 (26:54):
Got it done, a one timer, a one timer.

Speaker 2 (26:57):
For seth Jarvis past Carter Hart on the power play,
power play, power play in overtime and the Hurricanes get
past the Golden Knights four to three, And so Caroline
was out two to nothing entering the third period, and
it looked like the I love when they announcers make
de termine, Oh they're out of gas. Well, apparently they

(27:20):
weren't out of gains. And how could Vegas lose the game?
They had all the momentum. Vegas had all of the
moment I don't understand why they would lose the game.
Why did they give up the momentum? Where did the
momentum go to? Now some people blaming my guy Towarts. Now,
if you've been with the show a long time, you
know my favorite coach is John Tortorella.

Speaker 1 (27:40):
Now why is he my favorite coach?

Speaker 2 (27:42):
Because he gave us the single greatest postgame comment of
all time when he was coaching the New York Rangers
and they were not playing well and they said, hey,
why what happened? And he announced we sucked at a
time you cannot suck, which to me will be I'll
repeat that as long as I have a microphone.

Speaker 1 (28:01):
I think it's just wonderful, it's not as great.

Speaker 2 (28:04):
He can't beat the all time great Lee Ilia talking
about the cub fan. Eighty five percent of the world's working,
the other fifteen percent come out here. It's a playground
for the blank blank go out and get a job
like that's the all time great. We just lost Lee Ilia.
Not that long ago. He'd lived a full life. However,
we sucked, and we sucked at a time that you
can't suck. That's Tortorella right there towards so the big

(28:28):
defining moment for many in the game. On Thursday night,
it appeared that the Golden Knights had scored a goal
with five minutes left in regulation.

Speaker 1 (28:39):
But you know what that means.

Speaker 2 (28:42):
A referee waved it off immediately claimed there was goltender
interference and so the gol didn't count. Sorry, not sorry,
you don't get the goal, and it's okay. Well that's
the end of it. Well that was not the end
of it. The other on ice officials came over and
they claimed that one of the players pushed the Carolina

(29:07):
goaltender Frederick Anderson, and that knocked the puck into the net,
and so that's not a kosher goal.

Speaker 1 (29:14):
That's not allowed and all that stuff. So Tortorella torts
was trying to decide what to do.

Speaker 2 (29:19):
He ended up challenging the play and it took about,
you know, thirty seconds or whatever for the officials and
the on site situation room to stick with the call
on the ice, So no goal. The Hurricanes then scored
on a power play goal twenty five seconds later and

(29:41):
ended up going on to win, as we said, in overtime,
and many people blaming tortrell even though that didn't obviously
decide the game because the game ended up going to overtime.
Vegas also got a goal and so to tie it
up and all that stuff. But Tortrello was asked about it,
and he said, our players stabbed it. It didn't move
the goalie and it goes through him into the other side.

(30:03):
I challenge it ten out of ten times, which I love,
because that just pissed off the hockey writers more. They
lost their mind. Oh my god, how could you possibly
do that? And all I looked at the replatter I
looked like a.

Speaker 1 (30:15):
Goal to me. I would have given Vegas. The goal
looked like a goal to me.

Speaker 2 (30:19):
And right away they're like they I think they said
the call stands right. That's what they always say, Well,
the call stands, which is a way of saying if
they'd called it a goal, it would have stood right,
because that's usually how the work call on the field stands. Okay,
Trucker Joe writes in says I've got live video of

(30:40):
Ferg Dog and how he earned his phone in Twitter jail.
So you're saying, Trucker Joe, that Ferg Dog's putting some
work in is what you're saying?

Speaker 1 (30:50):
Is that what you're.

Speaker 5 (30:53):
I hope he has his Ben Mellarnie pads.

Speaker 1 (30:56):
Oh wow, I don't know what you're talking about.

Speaker 2 (30:58):
I mean you can do a lot of work. You
can make license plates and all that.

Speaker 1 (31:01):
There's a lot of time.

Speaker 2 (31:03):
Yeah, what better way to start the show on the calls?

Speaker 1 (31:06):
Though?

Speaker 2 (31:07):
I think this is going to really set us up
for a big time show. We have the top comedian
in all of Hawaii. You know who that is? Do
you know who that is? You got Chris Rock moved
to Hawaii? Or who do you think it is? Shane
Gillis somebody like that. No, let's go now to Dorko
the comedian.

Speaker 1 (31:25):
Do not let me down. Doko you're in the leadoff chair.
Do not let me down.

Speaker 5 (31:29):
Loko, hi Hi, I've got breaking news. A Colorado man
was arrested in Hawaii for what authorities are calling load rage.
Have you heard of this load rage?

Speaker 3 (31:42):
Low?

Speaker 1 (31:43):
No, not road rage? Load rage? No, I've not heard
of that.

Speaker 5 (31:46):
I'm not okay, Well, you've heard of road rage, and
you've heard of road rage, and now we have load rage.
That's when a person is in a restaurant or a
business establishment and the employees won't let them use the
restroom they need to drop a load, and they go

(32:06):
crazy and that they can't use the bathroom inside of
the restaurant. And this person lost it and got arrested. Yeah,
they need.

Speaker 1 (32:22):
Donko are you what are you doing? Are you trying
your material out on the show?

Speaker 5 (32:28):
Yeah? Well yeah, I guess they got to go. They
got to go. You know.

Speaker 2 (32:35):
Okay, dorka, you're banned from calling the show for the
next two days. You understand that you are not allowed
to call the show for the next two days. I'm
putting you on time out for two days. Your band,
that's it. Hang up, Hang up on yourself, do the
honorable thing. Hang up on yourself. That reminds me of
one of the funniest things that we had on the

(32:56):
show years ago. There was this guy that was this
caller named Crying Craig from the Commonwealth. This was back
when I had Pink Headphone Miranda Marino as my producer.
And this guy, Crying Craig loved the show and just
like Darko, he was a horrifically bad caller, just horrifically
just terrible, just dial turner. We call because you hear

(33:18):
the voice, You're like, this is terrible.

Speaker 1 (33:19):
I'm out. And so he loved the show though, and
I always feel bad. I'm a dope.

Speaker 2 (33:24):
I feel bad for these guys that are terrible callers
that love the show. I'm like, all right, they really
into it.

Speaker 5 (33:28):
You know.

Speaker 2 (33:28):
Some of these guys don't care about the show. They
don't have a passion for it. These guys do, they're
just bad at calling. So I did this bit. It
was like, hey, I'm gonna ban you from calling the show.
And it was like heading into the weekend and he
started crying. That's how he got the nickname Crying Craig.
He was like literally crying on.

Speaker 4 (33:45):
The air and he didn't even realize we don't even
have a show those two.

Speaker 1 (33:49):
Days, exactly. I didn't have Yeah, yeah, exactly. He was
really upset by that, and he got the nickname Crying Craig.
And I don't know what. You know, he's a young guy.

Speaker 2 (33:58):
I don't know what happened to him. I don't know
these guys. As I said, it's very difficult to be
a celebrity caller. There's a lot of responsibility. These guys
end up like Kevin Durant at Nobu, like hiding behind bushes,
you know, because they're afraid of the paparazzo and all that.
It becomes an issue, it does. All right, we'll take

(34:18):
your calls eight seven, seven ninety nine on Fox, also
on ex at Ben Mahlor.

Speaker 1 (34:25):
That's at Ben Mahlor if you'd like to be part. Yeah,
all right, so I'll do the who am I game? Now?

Speaker 2 (34:34):

thirty seven or older, after already having scored a Stanley

Speaker 1 (34:53):

Speaker 2 (34:55):
I know this is a convoluted question, but just bear
with me. You'll just send dopey ant anyway?

Speaker 1 (35:00):
So who cares?

Speaker 2 (35:02):
So? Jordan Stall of the Carolina Hurricanes. He became the
second player to score multiple Stanley Cup Final goals at
age thirty seven or older, after already having scored a
Stanley Cup Final goal at age twenty or younger. He
joined me as the only players to do it.
