we'll talk some MBA, specifically about this old fan. We'll
get into some NFL Caleb Williams inspiring but first a

(01:06):
Rando hypothetical that I know you're gonna say, well, it's circumstantial.
What maybe not take a listen to what I'm thinking here.
Let's say you're at a bar, you're watching the game,
hanging out with some friends. Maybe you have to work tonight.
My Mets play late, so that's nice seven o'clock start.

(01:26):
We're gonna be at Sunday's game if you know, and
I are meeting a buddy. You see you in Sacramento
this weekend, drinks on you. Well, you'll probably see us
because there's probably gonna be you know, forty eight people
at that game going to the A's game. Who are
they playing? By the way, I don't even know stop it.
So if your team is playing the A's, it might

(01:48):
not be a bad idea to go up there and
check it out. So I mean we're gonna be I
think we're sitting like right behind the Mets dugout. Yeah,
I'm taking one for the team. I'm not a Mets fan.
Rich is a big Mets fan, but hey, I'll take
a day trip to Sacramento. Be fun. So here's a question.
You're out and about watching the game, if the server
or bartender brings you the wrong cocktail, or an appetizer

(02:15):
that doesn't have the specification you wanted. Is it the
right move for them to still leave it there or
do you expect them to take it back with them
and throw it out. But what if the assumption is
you didn't want it for a reason, like if they
put cheese on something, why would they leave it there?
Because maybe they're assuming you're allergic to cheese or you

(02:37):
just don't like cheat it said. If I say, hey,
can I get a Tito's in Sprite and they bring
me a Tito's and club soda and I'm like, oh,
it's not really sweet. Excuse me, I wanted a Tito's
in Sprite. Should the bartender be like, I got you
my bed, keep that one there if you want, or
do you think he should grab your drink pour it out?

(02:59):
I mean I would prefer because I would just drink both.
But it's just this not what I ordered, right, So
I would prefer that they leave it there. But saying that,
a lot of times you take is it an a
hole move for the server to be like, well, I'm
not gonna give you anything. It's like for you going
by a smoothie and there's extra and you're like, yeah,
just give me the extra. Yeah, you don't own the restaurant. Rich.

Speaker 3 (03:17):
This is like when you get a salad with your
burger instead of fries and they accidentally give you fries
and you're like, no, no, I got the salad. A
lot of servers will be like, just keep those and
I'll bring the salad.

Speaker 1 (03:28):
That's the right move. Yeah, but there's some down like, okay,
give me the fries. Give it to me. What are
they gonna do? The kitchen's gonna eat them instead.

Speaker 4 (03:35):
Rabe can't repurpose them. You're gonna be thrown out. They
get touched by.

Speaker 1 (03:38):
Like that's what That's what I'm saying. So why don't
you step up here? Here's the nugget we learn right now.
It's on you to be like, look, I don't want
you to waste it, so I'll keep it, but I
prefer you know, and I tell you gonna want it,
but you don't want to eat to waste it either,
because I'm not a wasteful person, so I want when
I wanted. But you can keep this here and I'll
find someone who wants. But then they might say, well,
so now I'm just giving you free stuff. Because it's

(03:59):
true being wasteful. A lot of people really are angry
toward being wasteful. Nothing, nothing makes me happier than what
you just described. A moment ago. If you get a
milkshake and a diner and they bring out like a
second cup, like almost like here are the remnants. Here's
like the remnants in the metal in the metal tin cup,
I'm like, are you gonna get it? You know what?
Based on my lesson here, it's on you to be like, hey,

(04:21):
what are you gonna do with the extra? And if
they're like, well, we're gonna toss, and like, well, no,
give it to me. Why would you throw it out?
A lie? I said? I wanted Danny's right if you said,
I'm so sorry, if you're polite a part of me.
I'm sorry. I got the cheeseburger. I asked for the
onion rings. Oh, you're right, you did. They should not
be like, well give me those fries.

Speaker 5 (04:40):
Back, Yeah, they should not.

Speaker 1 (04:42):
Did that happen to you or something happened to me
with the drink example, and it just got me thinking.
I wrote it down to bring up here because I'm
curious what you guys thought. I got a Tito's in sprite. Yeah,
they give me a Tito's and soda and I'm like,
I'm sorry, I corny. You can say I'm corny, but
I want a little the sweetness. I wanted this. I
just didn't want tito and soda a little too blank. Yeah,
I hear you. They took the the original drink and

(05:04):
just poured it out, and I'm like left it there,
like I may have sipped it, maybe Cavino or someone else.
You know what I hate. You have like two SIPs
left and they take your drink.

Speaker 2 (05:15):
I hate that.

Speaker 1 (05:16):
Yeah, have three fries left.

Speaker 5 (05:18):
Don't touch my plate.

Speaker 1 (05:19):
I have two SIPs left. Let me finish this before
you take that.

Speaker 5 (05:22):
I would literally stop people from taking a plate from
my table.

Speaker 3 (05:25):
Especially if riches around he will get all the extra
fries off all the place.

Speaker 1 (05:29):
Yes, I've slapped a waiter's hands.

Speaker 5 (05:33):
Yeah no, I have also, like not hard, but I
like have touched. It'd be like I'm not done.

Speaker 1 (05:37):
No, no, no, no.

Speaker 5 (05:37):
Did I put this at the end of the table
for you to.

Speaker 1 (05:39):
Take, especially kids? They'll take your kids plate, Like you
realize I pick up my kids plate.

Speaker 2 (05:44):
To get out.

Speaker 1 (05:44):
Yeah, no, ask mask before you get to a story.
I know Cavino wanted to get to a really heart
warming story out of the NBA. Cavino, if you don't
mind sharing a story when you were single for a minute,
Oh yeah, I had some cholo yell at me. Man
had some Her name was PRIs Killer for real, PRIs Killer,
not Priscilla. No, she was a killer.

Speaker 2 (06:06):
I remember.

Speaker 1 (06:06):
I remember her being like, look at this cute girl.
I'm going to day with Orange County, like fat ass mamita,
And I was like the Gustan of the barrio at
the time. It was awesome. Loved it, Cavino would. But
I took this girl out to this high end restaurant
and she was super sassy, and the guy took my
drink and it was an exact example of what I

(06:28):
was just talking about, and I wasn't finished with it,
and I had, like it looked like almost half of
the drink. If it's like an eighteen twenty dollars margarita,
I'm getting every sing was this was a hobby. Anner's
margarita is like a twenty dollars drink And.

Speaker 6 (06:43):
Even the second SIPs after the ice smelts a little bit,
don't touch it.

Speaker 1 (06:46):
It so.

Speaker 6 (06:49):
Yeah, like a first smid but okay, yeah, but at
the time, no, no, no, yes, yes, yes, And it was.

Speaker 1 (06:54):
An expensive drink, a lot of height behind. This guy
takes my drink off the table and I'm like, hey,
I wasn't finished with that, and then like I sip
it and I give it and then I finished my
drink give it back to him. She's like, don't you
I have better do that again. You embassed me. I
was like why, She's like, why would you do that?
You're so hard up for that one more sip? Yes,
I'm like, I barely know you. I'm paying for your dinner.

(07:17):
Are you yelling at me?

Speaker 7 (07:18):
Wow?

Speaker 1 (07:18):
That was the end of that.

Speaker 5 (07:20):
I was like going to say, did you check her
out on a second day?

Speaker 1 (07:21):
No, no more hobby airs for you. She said it
was embarrassing that I wanted my last sip before the
guy took it. So I say, get what you can, rich,
especially when things are so expensive nowadays. Man. But she
did have a nice booty though. Yeah, yeah, you should
have been you should have been like, you're right.

Speaker 3 (07:38):
He took her to an establishment after that, called beat it.

Speaker 1 (07:42):
After that, Well, there you go. Covino rich sharing fun stories.
Now there's a story that I think is heartwarming, almost
as heartwarming as Tanner and all these people on Love
on the Spectrum. I don't know if my heart could
handle that show when you probably mentioned it in Weekend Hobnobbing,
I fear it. I feel like it's too emotionally beautiful. No,

(08:03):
it's great. There's nothing said about it's just awesome. I'll
tell you all about it the end of the show Weekend,
hob I mean, like you said, and what makes Covino
and Rich so great, so well rounded? Tell me is
that we can go from fat ass my Meeto that
was her screen name. I'm not just you know, Yeah,
it's going to be my ultra eego. We could go

(08:23):
from that to a ninety five year old woman named Ida.
Ninety five year old woman named Ida? Why is she
in the New State? Where'd you take her? Toomstone chopping man?
That's so wrong. She's a good woman because she has
lived ninety five years as a Chicago Bulls fan. But

(08:45):
get this, ninety five years of rooting for the Bulls.
Think of all the eras, all the nineties teams, the
legendary teams. She sat there rooting at home, and she's
never been to a game, and she was recently surprised.
Take a quick listen.

Speaker 8 (09:01):
So i'mde phone calls and that's Friday. It's Fair Appreciation Day.
And we're all going to the game, all of us
and you, all of us and me. We're gonna go.
We're gonna go to the game. We're gonna have great
seats and it's gonna be amazing.

Speaker 2 (09:21):
We'll stick in a wheelchair. We'll get to their mom.

Speaker 1 (09:27):
You're like, don't worry, I know we're good. She's probably like,
I'm old. Why didn't you take me sixty years ago?
But they invited her, the ninety five year old fan,
to her first game ever, and her sweet reaction was
caught on video. Its gone viral, and it just got
me thinking of, well, man should have did that with
our grandparents, right, did something nice like that? You know
what I think about it? I'm like, did my Dita

(09:49):
ever go to a Yankees game? She had the number
one grandma jersey and everything. I don't think she did well.
You gotta ask yourself when you look back, what are
you bummed about? I'm not trying to be a be
down here. Well, I'm sorry a negative, Norberto. Just see,
I'm not trying to be negative. But when you think
of your grandparents, who are probably not with us anymore,
what did they not get to do that they should have.

(10:12):
I was thinking about my grandfather've never bought himself a
new car when he had the money, because he was like, ah,
who needs that. It's like, I treat yourself. That's a
good one man. You know a lot of times old
people have the money and they were just free to
get to travel. Nowhere near as much as we are
able to do. It's like an excursion back then. It
got us thinking about what are those things, those bucket
list items in the world of sports and life. Well

(10:34):
it applies to you too, though, because again, things that
you never got to do. She's ninety five, has always
been a Bulls fan, never went to a game. With
all those championships, no one ever took her. She never went.
I was probably busy watching the grandkids and raising her
family and everything else. For me. Rich people are shocked
when I tell them I've been in LA for fifteen
years and we're big sports fans. Clearly we're on Fox

(10:56):
Sports Radio. I've never been to a Lakers game, never
been growing up on the East Coast. Of course, I've
been to Nets games and Knicks games, never been to
a Lakers game. I've been to Intwoitt Dome, I've never
been to a Clippers game, but I've never been to
a Lakers game. And I've never seen the band Kiss.
And for whatever reason, people are like, you've never seen
kids you knowed Kiss. I've built a career in rock radio.

(11:18):
I've seen pretty much every band. I've never seen Kiss ever,
and people you know, because of their showmanship and you
know the spectacle that they are. People are often surprised
that I'm not even a Kiss fan, But for the
sake of it, people are surprised by it. I think
there are certain players that if they're playing while you're alive,

(11:40):
it's your responsibility as a sports fan to say, I
should go see this person live. I remember Jordan's a
big regret if we were kids. I never saw Michael
Jordan live, and I like Jordan Kirk Cobain, like I
never saw Nirvana. I never saw Jordan playing, and I
miss that. It's a damn shame. You were a kid,
you didn't know any better. But how did you never
see Biggie? Because think about it, like he was big

(12:01):
when I was in high school. I don't know, Like
going into the city was something I did all the time.
I don't know. Yeah, I just don't know. I don't know.
We heard did he die? Let me get up? Was
it ninety five? Biggy Smalls? Yeah, while you look that up,
I will.

Speaker 5 (12:19):
Tell you Seyfty seven.

Speaker 1 (12:21):
Yeah at twenty four. Yeah, graduated high school in ninety four.
Can't believe it's been that many years. I know, Well,
I look at it this way. There's certain people like
Lebron James. I'm not saying I'm the greatest, but I
did have the foresight when he was on the Miami
Heat and there were how many were they gonna win
against him? Not three, not four, not five? When he

(12:42):
was gonna win all those championships, Remember two, not three,
not four, not five, not six, not seven. I remember
before that's how many Lebron James. Kendall's rich has seven?
Nice I keep ordering them. I can't collectors. I remember
having that that vision. I had no kids. My wife

(13:02):
and I were dating and we were just single together,
and I said, babe, let's take a weekend trip down
to South Beach. Let's go see Lebron play on the
Miami Heat. Because we're gonna one day look back and
be like, hey, do you ever see Lebron. I want
to be able to say, yeah, we went to Miami,
we got sweet tickets, we had a weekend in South
Beach and did it. And I'll never regret that. I

(13:23):
remember taking my kids when they were very little. My
son wasn't even born yet. I just took my daughter.
We went to go to an Angels game, and I
went to a game where Trout and Otani hit home
runs in the same game. That's awesome. And I think
right now, if you're not a Dodgers fan, when they
come to town, you should go see them. Go see show.

(13:43):
Hey Otani. It's like a traveling circus. It's like you
just missed out on Gunthar Gable Williams and Bozo the Clown.
You just missed the whole show. You gotta see you
and got to take your kids, take your family. Absolutely,
I have a because you're gonna regret it. I have
a buddy in New York, my buddy Matt. My friend Nicole,
who I do might have kids podcast with her son.
Keegan's a big NBA fan. Steph's his favorite player, and

(14:05):
they spent quite a nice amount of money to go
see Steph when he played at the Garden versus the Knicks,
because it's His answer was, well, if I don't take
my kid now, when is he ever going to see
Steph in his prime? So something that's your bucket list item. Yeah,
thinks you never attended, but you have to before it's
too late. Thank goodness. They're taking this Ida woman at

(14:26):
the age of ninety five to her first Chicago Bulls
game on fan Appreciation Day, and I'm sure when you
see her there, it's going to be a story. I'm
sure you're gonna see more videos of Ida moving forward.
So now you know the rest of the story. That's
the game. Did they take her yet? I'm just hoping
about not. Well, the story just broke today, So I
don't know when is fan appreciation? Is it today? At
that age? Every day matters? Get her there quick? Who

(14:50):
be real? Right, Danny g Who do we got? Oh?

Speaker 3 (14:54):
No, no, no, no calls. I was just talking about
the next topic with Caleb. It's like April today.

Speaker 1 (15:02):
I'm sorry, today is the Bulls fan appreciation that the
phone's just reset and Danny goes take caleby.

Speaker 3 (15:08):
He said take oh No, I said time for Caleb
and in Rich's air, and I guess he thought Caleb
was a call he was online one. Caleb is actually
a star from USC.

Speaker 1 (15:18):
Now, let's talk about Caleb Williams. Because I'm a guy
that doesn't shy away from it's nice to take care
of yourself, though I'm not too cool to say, hey, guys,
take care of your skin. You don't want your face
to look like a catcher's mint. Guys go to the gym,
take care of you, take care of yourself. Eat healthy.
You see spots face if you look real close, it

(15:38):
has Carlton fisk on it. Take care of yourself. Some
guys are like, hey, to use moisturizer or a sunscreen. No,
that's not manly. Take care of yourself. Well, you want
to look like an old guy. Here's the reports. Well
hold on, let me finish. There's things that some guys
are too manly to do. I love a nice massage,

(15:59):
not to Shawn Watson type like I talk like a
real massade. I also, I've been with my wife a
man enough to say I've gotten a pedicure and it's
fantastic sitting there having someone rub your feet. So, I mean,
if you're gonna like show your Cheetos every day like
you do, you're so proud of your man toes. Yeah,
I think that's the least you could do if you're

(16:20):
gonna have to, if you're gonna expose the rest of
the world and everyone here at Fox Sports Radio to
your gross man feet. Yeah, take care of him. Richmond
wearing tivas. No, this guy can't stop with his flops
in the middle. Once he flops, I was saying, in
like the heat of July, I'll wear flip flops once
a while, And can you know so offended? I want.

(16:41):
This guy goes to the beach and air force one
like he's the other extreme false false, but okay, he
swims in the ocean with Jordan's okay, who's the character
of the office is like, I don't want to see
her feet.

Speaker 4 (16:52):
There was like, was it Oscar didn't want to see
someone's toes or something?

Speaker 1 (16:56):
Oh, it's casual Friday. He's wearing open toad shoes, open toes.
Yeah you're on, you're on. Yeah, uh huh, no, research it.
But I bring all that up not to not to
say that I'm a you know, she just wants to
break about how great his feet are, is what I
think this is about.

Speaker 2 (17:09):
That's really where I'm going.

Speaker 1 (17:10):
I've gotten pillow.

Speaker 4 (17:11):
Angela doesn't want to see oscars tills. I think that's
the one and anyone wants to see that, guys. But
I bring this up because Caleb Williams. We all know
that he painted his fingernails. He did it at USA.
It's been a thing and I just can't. I don't
think I could ever take down It's homage to his mom, though.
I gotta make that, which I thought was.

Speaker 1 (17:33):
Love worked in a nail salon's a career. Yeah, but
I don't know. There's certain things that I'm just like, nah,
just not I'm not too much for it. I just
can't here myself.

Speaker 4 (17:41):
Doing punk rocker. You've been They've been using nail polish,
black nail polish for years. It's like, if you're in
a certain genre of music, like you're an emo punk
pop pop pop punk band, painting your nails is like
just a part of the image.

Speaker 6 (17:54):
Yeah, Carson Daily on that MTV show t r L.

Speaker 5 (18:00):
Yeah, request live just have black nails. I don't remember
to Euro.

Speaker 1 (18:06):
No.

Speaker 6 (18:06):
I couldn't obviously, That's why I asked, hello, Coles rich
Davis's dream job?

Speaker 1 (18:11):
How fare you? Now? Here are the stats? Caleb Williams,
as you know, superstar in Chicago, paints his nails in
homage to his mom. It's this thing. Everybody knows about it.
But since then, forty seven percent of male Chicago Bears
fans have been getting their nails painted on game day
in Chicago. Write this down, forty seven percent. Fifty nine
percent of male USC fans were getting their nails painted

(18:34):
on game day when Caleb Williams was at USC. Where
did these numbers come from? This data suggests is from
social media, so it has to be true. Who did
this survey? Do you hear what I'm saying? Details? This
data suggests a notable trend amongst some male fans in
these groups. I found it on thread, so do not question. Yeah,
with a significant percentage engaging in nail painting on game

(18:55):
day for their support of Caleb Williams and he quotes.
I want to show that men have a feminine side
and that it's okay to express that. And of course,
like we said, it's love to his mom. Who did
nails professionally. Let me tell you that while your social
media statistics are respected by me because I get most

(19:16):
of my stuff in the same fashion, there's no way
fifty percent of Bears fans are painting their fingers forty
seven increase of elite grid iron increase elk grid iron.
According to their report, increase is the word. Okay, I mean,
I'm just assuming, but it doesn't say that forty seven
percent of male Chicago Bears fans getting their nails painted

(19:38):
on game day in Chicago. So and again fifty nine
usc based on that would you do that in support
of your favorite athlete or favorite team? What are you
willing to do? How far will you go? You know
their fans are fans short for fanatic for reasons. Some
people are just extra fanatically. Look at this way, you
got people they root for. You could say there's people

(20:00):
let a very hung up on masculinity and femininity. Guy,
if you're willing to paint your face like a clown
and sit at a game like I got my face
paint on, that's okay, But your nails are were you
draw the line? Well, here's the thing we like to
be like the mucho man, right, yeah, would Randy Savage
do this? That's what you have to ask yourself. I'd

(20:21):
like to ask myself all the time. Would Hector Macho
Comancho do this? Would Randy Savage do this? I don't know,
but there's certain things you say you would never do
that you would for the right reason. If your three
year old daughter, four year old daughter is like, dad,
can I paint your nails? Are you oh, of course not.
What do you think I am? Are you really going

(20:43):
to take a weird stance because your dad? And see here,
that's my point. Your three year old daughter being like, daddy,
let's let's paint each other's nails. That's being cold. You
can't say never. That's being called the good dad doing
it for your support of Caleb Williams. It's not the same, okay,
But if they were let's say was Let's say it
was breast cancer related, right, And I'm like, all right,
we're paying solidarity. Everyone's painting their nails pink, and they're

(21:06):
doing it before you enter the stadium and the money
goes to charity. I'm just making this up. Of course
you're gonna be like, no, I'm too much show to do.
That's So that's what I'm saying. You really can't say never.
But I have a question, and you got to think,
how many young kids look up to superstars like that?
If your son put this in perspective, how many kids

(21:28):
put their EyeBlack ridiculously on because Bryce Harper did it
in college. If their favorite football player is Caleb Williams
and he paints his nails, and little Aiden, little Aiden
Hernandez wants to do it because his favorite quarterback does it,
his dad gonna be like, no, I get it. It's
just a changing dynamic. And I think you just have

(21:50):
to get used to the idea of maybe men now
painting their fingernails. I just think we should look at
it differently. We should be lucky that his mom does
nails and she doesn't do like but you're doing what
you're doing that for Kayleb Williams. Hey, coming up, We're
gonna play is it Cavino or Bill Belichick? A game

(22:10):
that's sweeping the nation because they are both grumpy guys.
Swiggy swiggy swiggy the hot younger women, and we're gonna
give you the chance to win the coveted stainless steel
water bottle called the Swiggy, the CNR and FNL FSR
Midnight Black Swiggy. We play it next eight seven seven
ninety nine on Fox Now. The average time to hire
for most organizations is thirty to forty five days. Are

(22:33):

They both have younger girlfriends named Jordan.

Speaker 1 (24:44):
He the man.

Speaker 2 (24:44):
If that was my daughter, I'd be wet. Both have
a powerful presence in the sports world.

Speaker 9 (24:49):
Look harder, So you can do that when you're seventy two,
You tell us, is.

Speaker 2 (24:54):
It Steve Cavino or build bella check.

Speaker 3 (25:01):
I love this Happy Friday, And what started from Rich's
late night edible Mind on vacation has turned into an
on air game that I've put together a few times.

Speaker 1 (25:11):
Well. I was on vacation, truth be told you right,
had an edible and someone said, oh, look at Jordan
on vacation and I looked. I looked at my phone.
I'm like, oh, heay Cavinos Jordan or Bill Belichick shop Jordan.
And then I realized, wait a minute, they're both with
the younger Jordan's they're both on vacation. And someone said
that would be a fun game. Here we are, and

(25:33):
we're both crumpy, and my defense rich makes me grumpy.

Speaker 3 (25:37):
Cove you and Bill are basically the same person, same guy.
Let's meet our contestant on the studio line looking to
win a CNR swiggy, and then I'll quickly explain the game.
All right, Mancy, I'll use you for this. Would you
love to travel to beautiful Las Vegas, Nevada, Lexington, Kentucky, Spokane, Washington,
Carson City, Nevada, Brownsville, Texas or Winter Park, Florida?

Speaker 6 (25:58):
Wow?

Speaker 1 (25:59):
Are you gonna disappoint most of them?

Speaker 5 (26:01):
Since I'm only picking one? But I gotta go to Vegas.

Speaker 2 (26:04):
Go to Vegas.

Speaker 3 (26:05):
Vegas cool, Saoul, cooler than the water in your swimming pool.

Speaker 1 (26:10):
What's up? Brother?

Speaker 2 (26:11):

Speaker 1 (26:12):

for a living. Thank you.

Speaker 3 (26:22):
By all right, here is how Covino or Belichick works.
I've done extensive research on Coach and Covino and their
young girlfriends. Each member of the crew is going to
read a fun fact and then you gotta tell us.
Soel is it Steve Covino or Bill Belichick? You're gonna
have five chances to get too correct? Got it all right?
Rich is gonna read the first fun fact perfect?

Speaker 1 (26:43):
I love this all right? Is it Belichick or Stevie Cavino?
This guy's Jordan has traveled to Japan three times in
the past year. This this guy's Jordan has traveled to
Japan three times in the past year because Vino or
Belichick jet I went with her one of those times

(27:09):
and it was live chanting was great. She's trying to
go again this September.

Speaker 2 (27:14):
Ridiculous.

Speaker 1 (27:15):
I think she's having an affair with the nation.

Speaker 2 (27:16):
Guy.

Speaker 1 (27:17):
Hold on, you had an ex girlfriend leave you for
an NBA player, Right yeah, You had a girlfriend leave
you for an NHL player, right yeah? You better keep
her away from Otani. I think she's there married show.

Speaker 3 (27:30):
Hey, hey, so he just needs one more to win
a little halfway to a swiggy.

Speaker 1 (27:35):
So we had Yamamotos and her dms.

Speaker 3 (27:37):
Right, Moncey is going to read the second fun fact
many floor is yours?

Speaker 1 (27:42):
All right?

Speaker 6 (27:43):
So he is involved in activities for various charities.

Speaker 5 (27:48):
Covino or Belichick.

Speaker 1 (27:52):
Again, Coveno Charity the least charitable guy I've ever met.
There was a tripper named Charity that counts.

Speaker 6 (28:03):
Right.

Speaker 1 (28:04):
They asked, can a round up that panda express. He's like, no,
broke his health, all right, would like to give it
for the children, for children, And.

Speaker 3 (28:15):
When we get our next contracts, Covino will give all right.
Spot has the third fund.

Speaker 1 (28:19):
Can I just say to soul though, thanks for believing
in me this someone does, thank you? So all right,
Spotty has the floor? All right? Uh, he has four siblings.
He has four siblings. Is a Cavino or Belichick Covino.

Speaker 2 (28:37):
And he's significantly older.

Speaker 1 (28:42):
By the way, I really love the end. He's significantly
olden that I just said that it was siblings, sergnificantly Okay,
thank you? Just me and you were listening yesterday to
listen every day? All right?

Speaker 3 (28:58):
So you want to do the fourth one for fun's
all right? If you can get this one, so I'll
throw in some extra prizes.

Speaker 1 (29:03):
In your package.

Speaker 3 (29:04):
Okay, all right, cool, I will Sam has the fourth
fun packs.

Speaker 1 (29:08):
I think this gets me involved here the fourth fun fact.

Speaker 4 (29:12):
Sam ree His Jordan is a passionate advocate for the
fishing industry, Covino or Belichick.

Speaker 1 (29:21):
Okay, I don't even know this. No, that's Bill Belichick. Yeah,
so Akuzi in his package anyway, I will I gave

this Friday. Yeah, so let me tell you June twentieth
to the twenty second, gather your friends and family and

Don't forget.

Speaker 3 (29:58):
On Monday, as we fill in on the Dan Patrick Show,
we are going to do last one Standing. So another
chance for you to win a swikie.

Speaker 1 (30:04):
Perfect nice. Let's go to the Lovely Monsis what's going on? Months?
Hey Monsy?

Speaker 5 (30:10):
All right, guys, the Masters is going on.

Speaker 6 (30:12):
Dan Bayer enjoying his little holiday at home.

Speaker 1 (30:15):
How do you picture him? Do you picture him in
his undies on the counch?

Speaker 5 (30:18):
No, I don't picture him.

Speaker 9 (30:21):
I think he has like a cosplay in a green jacket.
I think it just sits there like that's what it
is like. He's actually in Augusta's absolutely. He makes his
wife dress like a caddy, a real little green jacket.

Speaker 5 (30:36):
He's having like.

Speaker 6 (30:37):
An Arnold Palmer because he doesn't drink, so he's gonna
have like an Arnold Palmer to the ball washer.

Speaker 1 (30:44):
Wait, what's happening?

Speaker 5 (30:45):
Okay, what is happening at the Masters? It's the second round.
Justin Rose still in the lead from yesterday. He's eight
under par overall.

Speaker 2 (30:52):
He's done for the day.

Speaker 6 (30:53):
Bryson de Shambo done for the day, one shot back,
Rory McElroy done for the day, two shots back, and
Scotti chevl is not done right now.

Speaker 5 (31:01):
He is three shots back.

Speaker 2 (31:02):
He's five hundred part.

Speaker 6 (31:04):
He's through sixteen holes, so he's still out there in
the second round. In NFL news, Saints quarterback Derek Carr
is dealing with a shoulder injury that is threatening his
availability for this upcoming season, and the NFL Network is
reporting that he's weighing his options, including the.

Speaker 5 (31:17):
Possibility of surgery.

Speaker 6 (31:19):
Joe Flacco is returning to Cleveland a one year deal
worth four million that can be worth up to thirteen
million with incentives. Cornerback Jayleen Petree and the Texans have
agreed on a three year, thirty nine million dollar extension.
In the NBA, things are very, you know, messy when
it comes to the Western Conference and the seating and
the standings.

Speaker 1 (31:36):
And all that.

Speaker 6 (31:37):
Nuggets star Jamal Murray, some people thought he was going
to return today from that hamstring injury.

Speaker 5 (31:41):
He's missed the last six games.

Speaker 6 (31:42):
He is still questionable for today's game against the Grizzlies.
Grizzly is rookie Jalen Wells. Did you guys see that
hard fall that he took against the Hornets after a
fragrant foul. He's gonna miss the rest of the season.
Suffered a broken right risk, concussion and facial laceration, so
out for the rest of the season. The Dodgers of
act to be the first baseman Freddie Freeman from the
injured list. And yeah, that's all I got for you guys.

Speaker 1 (32:05):
Back to you, thanks, mon Jo. Before we get out
of here, I do want to talk a little bit
about the tight NBA Western Conference and a couple of
games that you got to be keeping your eye on
tonight and tomorrow. But based on the Derek Carr story.
Something maybe to get into next week while we learn
more With that ninth pick in the first round, Oh yeah,
does that change the quarterback situation? Does that change the

(32:28):
Rock Purty situation? Does that change quarterbacks who have not
yet signed that might now have new suitors.

Speaker 6 (32:34):
You know? And adding the Browns signing Joe Flacco who
have the two pick, that that they're probably.

Speaker 1 (32:39):
Not going to go for quarterback, I mean Aaron Rodgers.
There's nothing signed yet, so if Derek Carr is out,
that changes things in New Orleans. So this draft is
going to be fun. On the twenty four get interesting?
All right? Well we got more Cavino and Rich and
weekend hobnobbing. What you need to watch in the world
of sports and pop culture. We do it next right now.

You hit us up early. You want to be your
big ice Cube guys who give us a school.

Speaker 3 (34:30):
Yeah, he's signed a deal for last Friday, So the
very last installment it's going to be a trilogy.

Speaker 1 (34:36):
Now that's great and all, but Chris Tucker has to
be involved.

Speaker 3 (34:39):
I know for some reason he doesn't want to be
doing these movies anymore.

Speaker 1 (34:43):
Nah, he's got to be. We missed him so bad
in the second one. I know what I mean. You
don't think the right amount of money could get anyone
to do something?

Speaker 3 (34:50):
Yeah, they had the headline from ice Cube himself on Instagram.

Speaker 1 (34:54):
It's a picture of himself. He's took a snapshot.

Speaker 3 (34:56):
Ice Cube closes deal to write and start in last
Friday for Warner Brothers in new line.

Speaker 1 (35:01):
All Right, I'm a firm believer in something Ted Dibiassi
the Million Dollar Man said when we were kids, the
wrestler Everybody's got a price, because they do. Everyone does
have a price. That's sure. That rush hour money's run
out by now doing like go do the movie. But
didn't do a stand up special on Netflix within the
he did he stepped away from Hollywood for a little bit. Yeah,
but this is a dude, do it anyway. Also, I

(35:23):
want to give everyone a little fun fact. This is
one of those make you feel old type of things.
Twenty five years ago today, on this day in the
year two thousand Britney Spears released. Oops, I did it again.

Speaker 9 (35:37):
The amount of times I watched this video and you're
really taking Is this the video where she's playing with
the knives, the reds Oh no, that's not quiet. No,
the red suit, the red like jumpsuit. Oh my god,
I'm just said whatever that was.

Speaker 1 (35:52):
We're saying a lot of people. You know, you can
be in your forties or fifties and be like twenty
five years ago, Like if you're in your four this
is half your life ago. And it does not feel
that way. I say this respectfully, but if you were
to guess what she was doing right now, would you
guess spinning around on the beach?

Speaker 5 (36:08):
Oh it's so sad.

Speaker 1 (36:11):
Well, she's having fun.

Speaker 5 (36:12):
No, yeah, that's what it is.

Speaker 1 (36:15):
I'm a fan of her random anthics. I mind. All right,
So we're Cavino Enriched live from the Tirek dot com studio.

you know it never helps when you look at me
like two bozos. You read it.

Speaker 2 (36:49):
I was waiting for you to mess up.

Speaker 1 (36:51):
Read it genius Landypopo only looked after you said it,
But you really think it helps what I'm trying to
get my workforce flow to go? Manage your workforce differently
expresspros dot com Today, that's expresspros dot com. And now
is time for this week's pro theweek, Who isn't any
pros pro? Theweek goes to easy decision. Luca Man forty

(37:14):
five points in his whole rebounds, six assists, four steals. Wait,
Rob Parker said those were faked tears. No Man, yeah,
he said crocodile ties. He's not Sandy Lyle. He's an
emotional dude. It goes both ways. You see how fired
you up he was with the reps. He was emotional
watching the montage. So he wins not just for you know,

(37:36):
keeping it together, but for dominating in that game. Now,
I know we got to do weekend hobnobbing. This is
gonna take ten seconds. When you were we were staring
at you while you were reading. Did you hear that
Kevin Harland Flubb on the NBA, I would say, I'm
playing quick. He did a Ron Burgundy. He just read
what they gave him and he mixed up two ads.

Speaker 7 (37:53):
In the NBA on GMG, is puck to you by
the new crispy tenders at car?

Speaker 2 (38:01):
What wait?

Speaker 7 (38:02):
Car buying should be?

Speaker 1 (38:03):
Can that be? What is that?

Speaker 2 (38:06):
Waited?

Speaker 1 (38:06):
A minute?

Speaker 2 (38:06):
Hold on? I'm holding hold on?

Speaker 7 (38:09):
Are they serving tenders with cars? Are the tenders in
the car? Because if there is, you're in. We just
had the marriage of two different sponsors and.

Speaker 1 (38:20):
It was ugly. I love Kenn who wrote that Okay, Chicken,
Pendy's gotta tell you maybe he was hungry. Congrats again
to Luka for being our Express pros pro of the week,
Hendy's and cars. All right, we get hob nob. Let's
go live in for the weekend.

Speaker 2 (38:37):
You're winning bets for talking points. If you get stuck socializing.

Speaker 1 (38:41):
You ever done anything dangerous? Ever dance with the devil
in the pale line.

Speaker 2 (38:45):
Friday brings us weekend, Hob.

Speaker 1 (38:49):
I'll kick it off and I'll make it snappy. This
weekend's here's UFC three fourteen Hell yeah, you got Volkanovsky
featherweight division against Diego Lopez, Chandler Pandy, Debati, Pimblett Rodriguez
versus Pitt Polso enjoy your UFC. And in the world
of boxing, Boots Ennis fights this weekend in Atlantic City

(39:12):
on the Zone, So I feel like boxing. Check that out.
Love on the Spectrum Spotty talked about it. I gotta
back them up. Season three is fantastic. It was so
good and so heartwarming. I had a backtrack you have
to and I started watching season one. It's a lovely show.
I know a lot of people shy away from it
because maybe you think it's a little too much. It

(39:32):
is great. Love on the Spectrum and over Promised number
eighty seven with Coach Ball Game. That's our bonus pot.
You could watch it on Fox Sports Radio's YouTube page.
Definitely check it out. I think you'll love it. Over Promised.
There's a lot on Netflix. I don't want to talk
about some NBA games too. But the dating show that
everyone left at Popped the Balloon. Episode one stream live

(39:54):
on Thursday, but it's now living there. So it's where
people eliminate someone just basically when they walk in the room,
like pa pop. You see where everyone popped the balloon
on Charles Barkley. You saw that? Oh man, it was
it was, it was, it was cold. Let me hit
you up. Cavino with Black Mirror is back on Netflix.
Oh yeah, so I know you'll be all over that.
I will, I will. And if you're worried about your
kids and social media bad influence, The Dark Side of

(40:17):
Kidfluencing is a documentary on Netflix that's also out this
weekend about all these kids that are influencers and how
it's not that awesome. Wow, both sound great, so mirror
check that. And with the NBA in full effect and
this tight Western Conference, tonight, the Grizzlies at the Nuggets.
Grizzlies are only one game behind the Nuggets. The Lakers

(40:39):
are playing the Rockets, but the Rockets seem to be
sitting people. Lakers are favored by double digits, and the
Warriors have to go on the road to Portland. So
there's a lot of teams that need to win, some
want to win, some don't, so a lot.

Speaker 3 (40:51):
Of big ones something to pay attention to. In the East,
the Bucks and Pistons play twice. They're about to tip
off right now, and then they play again Sunday. These
two games will determine who gets the number five seed
in the East.

Speaker 1 (41:03):
Nice.

Speaker 3 (41:03):
Detroit's gonna need to win twice to jump Milwaukee in
the standings.

Speaker 1 (41:07):
That's pretty wild. The Pistons had the biggest turn around
ever as far as wins last year compared to wins
this year.

Speaker 9 (41:13):
Yeah, all right, Two big shows season two. If you're
a fan, if you watch He's one. I really didn't,
but I hear it's great. The Last of Us comes
back on Something and on Apple TV. If you're a
friend of a fan of John ham and his ham
John and John ham has your friends and neighbors where
he is a rich guy who loses all his money
and has to rob his neighbors all that so it

(41:34):
looks like a fun one love John Hamson.

Speaker 1 (41:35):
Had got out Iowa. Sam's gonna love this.

Speaker 3 (41:37):
Caitlin Clark is the star on My Next Guest needs
no introduction with David Letterman.

Speaker 4 (41:42):
I've seen a couple of clips. They're having a little
grape free throw shooting contest.

Speaker 1 (41:46):
I love that show. She doesn't even miss with the grapes.
That's this weekend. Yeah, sure, lot much great stuff to watch.
I'll enjoy your weekend, enjoy your NBA, enjoy your baseball.
We're gonna be up in Sacramento Sunday for the mets
A's Yeah, so we'll have tons of stories in for
Dan Patrick come Unday. Perfect. We'll see you that. Until then,
