gets down. He would putting stuff up on his shelf.
He gets down to fistbub me. I'm like yeah, man, yeah, yeah.
It's so I'm like a sheriff walk around with my
Knicks hoodie. I'm like, yeah, what do you guys got

out of my way. Nixer here. So I I go
and I and I'm just thinking Nicks, just thinking nix
just thinking Nix. I go up and I make my
order and I'm the only one, right, I'm the only one.
Then played it. I'm the only one waiting because it's
one of those Starbucks that's in the supermarket, so I'm
the only one waiting and the uh, the barista finishes,
she comes up. She goes, Okay, I got a I

got a hot mocha for Jalen. And I'm like, ah,
you know, funny. I go, huh, I laugh and I
go she say that because of my sweatshirt. And she goes, no, sir,
that's the name you gave me for the order with Jalen.
And I'm like I did, Oh my god, I'm insane.
I'm just I'm just thinking about the name. And I
must have been reading something about I'm sure I was,
and I'm just like, yeah, yeah, yeah, it was the

name for your order. Jalen. Yeah, yeah, yeah yeah Jalen. Yeah,
Like maybe maybe it was about the you know, oh
did he travel on that big jumper at the end
and all that. Yeah, here's a yeah, there's a yeah
for Jalen. Jalen. Yeah, And I said, you know, it's mine,
trust me, it's mine. It's mine. I have problems, I
have issues, but that's mine. That's my drink. I'll take it.

At least you didn't say cat like, you know, as
a reflex, because then she would have been like, as in, kiddy.

She just like took Jalen and like continued on with
their day. But listen, it's crazy because I know what

You're like, I've never been in this situation, and now
you have two teams.

So it's like you you have to you have to

It's hard for you because I'm sure that most of
you is with the Knicks, right Oh.

Yeah, Like if I had, like, if I had to choose,
if I had to choose, because I've seen the Hurricanes win, right,
so okay, I've got I mean, come on, I haven't
seen the Knicks win, right No? Yeah, years old, two
years old when they won, so I'm like, okay, I
you know it's I mean, I am overwhelmed with the
Knicks and today, like I got scared times they think
of going over like just an idle moment driving and

driving the car and going we're gonna win the title.
Oh my, the Knicks are, We're gonna we really are
gonna win. We are really good, And all of a
sudden I got scared, like ooh, like I want I
don't know what it is, like like a wave of
being afraid. What you just drew over? Like my dam is,
we're gonna win the child? What? Like how do I act?
What do I do? How's this gonna go? Like all
these questions, Like I got scared for a couple of

seconds there.

Because I feel like Knicks fans, you guys, you said
it yesterday perfectly.
Speaker 3 (04:19):
Like it doesn't matter if the Knicks were having a
good season or not.
Speaker 4 (04:21):
Knicks fans are always there and you could be having
a bad season, but you're always thinking Nicks are gonna win,
Nicks are gonna win the finals. Like you guys have
always been so faithful and so what you have been
repeating over the last couple of years, even though you
weren't maybe that close to winning. But you've been thinking it,
You've been hoping that, you've been saying it, because you
guys are so faithful to your team, and now everything
you've been saying for the last one, like, let's say,

five years, it's actually happening. So it's like, how how
do you process it? While at the same time not
trying to dismiss your Hurricanes because they're also going through it.

You're you're in a tough spot.
Speaker 4 (04:53):
But I listen as I said, nobody feels bad for you, Jason, No, No,
to live your best life.
Speaker 1 (04:58):
Well, hey, hey, this is my best Why are you kidding?
I can't ask for anymore of this sports year right now?
Are you kid? I mean, I mean, I realize I'm
never gonna see the Jets win the Super Bowl, never
gonna see the Mets win the World Series. But I
can see the Knicks win the finals. Man, I'm like, really,
and and and just you know, just today, just to
see the narrative of Game one going into Game two
of the finals, right, And you know, we talked about

a little bit at the end of the show last night.
I said, just watch, everybody's gonna find you're gonna see
there to find a way for people to still come
out with the Knicks winning Game one and still not
quite believing that the Knicks can beat the Spurs. The
Spurs are still the favorites. The Spurs are are still
a team that can win. And I want to just say, Okay,
you know what, that's fine, it doesn't matter, doesn't change

a result on the court. But I like, at some point,
I want to think the media and and by and
large and and and fans are gonna understand how dominant
to run this is being by the Knicks. Like the
headline Nicks escape Game one against the Spurs, the Knicks
one by ten. Right now, they still every game by
ten for the last month. We have more wins since

April twenty third than the Angels. Okay, that's that's how
many more wins the Knicks have than the Angels. Doesn't
or the Angels. They just got a dig that's got
side swept right there. But like it's sorry, Brandon.

Spread and then you just throw at him.
Speaker 1 (06:23):
I mean, it's not like I said something that wasn't true, Brando.
I just, you know, did I need to say I
needed to say it at some point. But it's it's
not against it. It's just it's more about how dominant
the Knicks are than how bad the Angels have been.
It's really it's it's more about that. But it's like
still people don't understand, like, you know, reading recaps of
the game, and and and and opinions of insiders and

analysts who are saying, well, you know, it's the beginning
of a long series. Now, there's no doubt this is
gonna go at least six games. And I'm like, you guys,
you guys all live on mars Man. The Knicks are
one game away from winning the title, from going home
down to zip right. When I see Wemby say stuff
like he said last night that yeah, it was just
a bad game for me, nothing more, you know, no
more than that. We just, you know, we not a

big deal. There's a lot of time. We had a
lot of time to correct what's wrong. You have a
day to correct what is wrong because you know who
else didn't have a good game yesterday, Brunson and the Knicks.
They it's not like the Knicks played their a game
and and and and was able to come from mind
and beat you guys Brunson had the fourth quarter that
you couldn't have. And all the concerns about Wemby is
he is he still is he still have the energy enough?

Is he gonna get tired? Because we told you this
is the next strategy is gonna be to wear him
out and get him to be really active because he's
played a lot of minutes, and the minutes jumped from
the end of the regular season to the playoffs. There's
no doubt the Spurs are on empty one of the
reasons why I wanted the Spurs matchup rather than Oklahoma
City for the Knicks. But I'm like, at some point

people are gonna understand that this is an incredibly dominant
run by the Knicks. They're not They're not escaping, they're
not winning by one, they're not heaving them in from
half court at the buzzer and all that. I mean,
every game is double digit, and yes they get down big,
but they came back. The Knicks didn't get The Knicks
came back. They were down fourteen in the second half
and they won by ten. They didn't come back and
win and have a big defensive stand in the last possession.

They came back and fans were leaving in the final
few seconds of the game, Like, at some point, I
gotta think everybody's gonna understand that this has been a
dominant Knicks run and not Hey, here's a team, that
ragtag New York team that came out of nowhere. That's
some sort of well, they're lucky to be here. Like
I understand if any other team is having the run
that the Knicks have. I mean, people can't talk about

them enough and give them flower. Is this the Celtics
or the Thunder or the Nuggets or the Pistons. Aw,
look how good they are blowing these teams out. This
is what you have to do. Are they one of
the best individual seasons of all time in the NBA? Instead,
it's eh, you know, the Knicks are up one zip
in the finals, but like, okay, it's time to understand
what you've seen is reality and not any narrative you

think is going on about the team.

You're not wrong that I feel that people are not
seeing what the Knicks are in real time. I totally
agree with you, but I think it has to do
because the Knicks, to me are America's team and Victor
wen Banyama is America's Sweetheart.

So like that, you know what I mean?

Yeah, So like I feel like people are just thinking
it's not that they don't like the Knicks. It's that no,
but it's Wemby. He's so good at what we've seen
Wemby do. This entire season has been so impressive with
the Knicks. You guys went through so many injuries, like
throughout the season. I feel like I don't know if
I ever saw this team because of the injuries that
you had throughout the season, random ones here and there.

So I feel like we're not Like a lot of
people are not appreciating the Knicks in real time, they
will be once this is all done. We're gonna look
back and be like they did what And we weren't
talking about that at that moment. We were talking about
the America's Sweetheart, Victor wein Banyama. Let me tell you, Jason,
my mom has been on in Costa Rica with my
dad and I spoke to her today. I hadn't spoken
like a real conversation. She was rooting for the Spurs.

She was telling me she loves the Spurs. She's loved
them since you know Greg Popovich and liked him, Duncan
and Tony Parker and all of that, And I told
her everything about the.

Next and by the end of the conversation, she's like,
I changed my mind. I'm going for the.
Speaker 1 (10:06):
Next So it's just how you change in mind, you know.
Speaker 3 (10:10):
And she just.

But I told her everything that they've done and how
it started really from last year, Like this isn't new.
This this Knicks team coming back from behind and and
going and fighting till the end. We saw this team
do that last year and they just felt a little
bit short. And as much as we I criticized the
Knicks for firing Thibodeaux after all of that happened, I

see that they they made the right choice because look
at where they are now, Like it just they needed
something to get them over that that small hump because
it was it was just last year.
Speaker 3 (10:47):
But we've seen this team since last year.
Speaker 4 (10:49):
It's just people did not think that they were actually
going to come back and put it together like this
this year against the whether it be the Spurs, whether
it be the Thunder at the time, whether maybe it
was even meeting in the finals, you know what I mean, Like,
I just don't think we really saw the Knicks doing
this again. But I have been seeing it. I'm with you,
I'm seeing it in real time. I am loving it

and watching yesterday's game. It is the Knicks team we've
been seeing since last year. That's what it is.

And if you were looking at the fire right to
talk about the fight that you say, the Knicks are
America's team and Wemby's america sweetheart. Right, Like if it
was a like, the real title of the finals should
be a like a song title. It should be the
title Mby Final should be the New York Knicks featuring Wemby.
Like that should be the name of it, you know,
Like it's like someone does a song and then another
person comes on as a guest singer on there, like, oh,

you know it's a Eminem featuring Rihanna, you know whatever,
the New York Knicks featuring Wemby, Like that should be
the name of the NBA finalm I love per and
uh you know, look, and you know when you said, oh,
we're gonna we're gonna go back and we're going to
talk about how we should have been saying this. Should
have been saying this. The number one thing that I'm
gonna say is. I'm gonna go back and say, yeah,

remember when you all thought Jalen Brunson couldn't win. Remember
when that was a whole big thing, like, no matter
what was going on, Brunson was too small, could win
a championship, can do all these things, couldn't do it
any Remember that, Hey, Becky Hammon, why don't you, hey,
come on the show he let eight seven seven ninety
nine on Fox. Draymond Green eight seven seven ninety nine
on Fox. Let's get on and talk about how the
Knicks aren't good enough and Brunson's not tall enough. Let

next level, it wasn't enough.

But in reality, like Jalen Brunson is, he is Batman.

guy who has been a jag ever since he came
into the NFL. He is just a guy. He's never

caught more than forty one passes in a year. Right,
He's never had more than six hundred and twenty yards
receiving in a year. He's just a guy. And he
got twenty five million a year. Now. Number one, I
can give you a rule which is that they should
subscribe by with stuff like this, and that is, if
you're a skills position player and no one starts you

in fantasy in any league, then you can't make twenty
five million dollars a year because no one know any
league I've been in the last fort no one has started,
not even on bye weeks when it's by mcgeddon or
people starting Christian Watson, I don't even know how rostered
he is in dynasty leagues, and the Packers gave him
twenty five million dollar a year, one hundred and ten
million dollars you can give. This is where you get
(22:46):
a guy that could catch thirty five forty passes in
a year for six hundred yards for three million dollars.
You can get that pretty easy, man. I mean you
needed to give him four years and one hundred and
ten million dollars like That's that's just makes absolutely no sense.
And if teams would go by that philosophy, if you're
not a starter in fantasy or even on a bench,
then you can't make twenty five million dollars a year.

I mean, this is NFL's in crazy twn.

Yeah, no, that seems logical to me. I'm totally with you.
Davonte Smith makes twenty five million, and I'm happy to
take Davonte Smith. I may not start him on my fantasy,
but I'm happy to have him on my on my team.
And Nico Collins makes twenty four point twenty five million,
Michael Pittman Junior twenty three million. Like, but no, I

think Michael Pittman just didn't he just get a new one.
Maybe that's what I'm thinking of.

Alex Spears got that new contract, So Michael Pittman' is

kind of get it over and done with and have

can be consistent in what he does, like they'll they're

this seems more like a safety blanket, like let's let's
keep him on. He's good, he's solid, he knows our system.
Rather have him than not have him. But I agreed,
it seems like a little bit of a high contract.

Well that's the thing is, like, yeah, he's someone that's
part of the Green Bay has been going for the
depth way at wide receiver for the past few years.
Like they keep drafting guys, bringing them in and they
keep basically showing up and maybe being good enough to
start like a tons of wide receiver threes on that team. Right,
Jade reads a little bit better. He got paid, but

who knows that Matthew Golden's any good. And you had
and you had Watson the last and you had Dontavian
Wix the last couple of years too. I just had
a bunch of guys like I don't know what he
has shown that's gonna tell you that, Yeah, this guy's
gonna be great. Now, he did have his best year
in theory last year, but he was hurt. He missed
a bunch of games. He did catch the five passes

and ten games that you're thinking, Okay, maybe he's catching
fifty five passes then for a whole season, fifty five
passes for maybe eight hundred ish yards or something like that.
But like it is, I mean, you can't. You can't
give a guy like that twenty five million dollars a
year like this wide receivers around the league. And this
is the other big point. I'm gonna look at this
contract and go, this is the contract that killed it

for all of us. This is the contract where team
said I am not showing out twenty five million because
now he has raised the floor for average wide receivers
right to make twenty five million dollars a year, and
wide receivers position that the way running back was a
few years ago where teams thought, we don't need a superstar.
We're evolving away from the bell cow running back. You know,
we need a couple of serviceable guys and run and

running backs didn't get paid, and then they started getting
paid again finally after Saquon Barkley at that big year
two years ago. But this is where wide receivers are going,
where teams are gonna say, yeah, we don't need to
spend all this kind of money on wide. We can
just keep drafting for the position. There's tons of young
talent out there. We don't need to pay Christian Watson
twenty five million dollars year, one hundred and ten million.
You don't need to do that. Because while while agents

right now around the legue, no, my goodness, look what
he did, trust me, teams are gonna now back away
and go, yeah, I'm not giving that guy that kind
of money because now a guy that's even a little
bit better's gonna want thirty three million a year, and
you can't do that. I mean you just can't. And
I really I look at this deal and I go,
I thought people were kidding. I thought this was like
an onion headline when I first really, Christian, why are
we really? I mean, he gets he gets one hundred

and ten million dollars like Drake London for his contract
was somewhat questioned, but at least he's the number one
receiver there and I've seen him flash and potentially show
that he can be a dominant number one. But Christian Watson,
I mean, the guy's a jag. He is an absolute jag.

As you said, he had his best year last year
and was injured. Maybe Green Bay sees the ceiling that
we do not see. They did have a heavy rotation
last year with their wide receiver room, but they no
longer have Romeo Dobs, they no longer have Dantavian Wicks.

So right now it eves what Christian Watson, Jayden.

Reid and wasn't their fir math Mattthew Golden.

Who was just okay last year you know in the

we don't see, but they see it behind closed doors
and they're looking at this as an investment, like maybe
maybe they're gonna be making fun of us for thinking

breakout season, and this is the low contract that they

stop getting paid, they're gonna go, that's the guy that

just just okay gets paid like that. Now teams are
gonna get scared from paying all of us who are

approach wide receivers. As we talked to so many years,
running backs weren't being paid properly.

But then you have this guy that could be can

has not shown you one that he can stay healthy

these questions, Like I got scared for a couple of

Because I feel like Knicks fans, you guys, you said
it yesterday perfectly.

Knicks fans are always there and you could be having

Nicks are gonna win the finals. Like you guys have
always been so faithful and so what you have been
repeating over the last couple of years, even though you
weren't maybe that close to winning. But you've been thinking it,
You've been hoping that, you've been saying it, because you
guys are so faithful to your team, and now everything
you've been saying for the last one, like, let's say,

five years, it's actually happening. So it's like, how how
do you process it? While at the same time not
trying to dismiss your Hurricanes because they're also going through it.

see the narrative of Game one going into Game two

a little bit at the end of the show last night.
I said, just watch, everybody's gonna find you're gonna see
there to find a way for people to still come
out with the Knicks winning Game one and still not
quite believing that the Knicks can beat the Spurs. The
Spurs are still the favorites. The Spurs are are still
a team that can win. And I want to just say, Okay,
you know what, that's fine, it doesn't matter, doesn't change

a result on the court. But I like, at some point,
I want to think the media and and by and
large and and and fans are gonna understand how dominant
to run this is being by the Knicks. Like the
headline Nicks escape Game one against the Spurs, the Knicks
one by ten. Right now, they still every game by
ten for the last month. We have more wins since

April twenty third than the Angels. Okay, that's that's how
many more wins the Knicks have than the Angels. Doesn't
or the Angels. They just got a dig that's got
side swept right there. But like it's sorry, Brandon.

I mean, it's not like I said something that wasn't true, Brando.

one game away from winning the title, from going home
down to zip right. When I see Wemby say stuff
like he said last night that yeah, it was just
a bad game for me, nothing more, you know, no
more than that. We just, you know, we not a

big deal. There's a lot of time. We had a
lot of time to correct what's wrong. You have a
day to correct what is wrong because you know who
else didn't have a good game yesterday, Brunson and the Knicks.
They it's not like the Knicks played their a game
and and and and was able to come from mind
and beat you guys Brunson had the fourth quarter that
you couldn't have. And all the concerns about Wemby is
he is he still is he still have the energy enough?

Is he gonna get tired? Because we told you this
is the next strategy is gonna be to wear him
out and get him to be really active because he's
played a lot of minutes, and the minutes jumped from
the end of the regular season to the playoffs. There's
no doubt the Spurs are on empty one of the
reasons why I wanted the Spurs matchup rather than Oklahoma
City for the Knicks. But I'm like, at some point

people are gonna understand that this is an incredibly dominant
run by the Knicks. They're not They're not escaping, they're
not winning by one, they're not heaving them in from
half court at the buzzer and all that. I mean,
every game is double digit, and yes they get down big,
but they came back. The Knicks didn't get The Knicks
came back. They were down fourteen in the second half
and they won by ten. They didn't come back and
win and have a big defensive stand in the last possession.

They came back and fans were leaving in the final
few seconds of the game, Like, at some point, I
gotta think everybody's gonna understand that this has been a
dominant Knicks run and not Hey, here's a team, that
ragtag New York team that came out of nowhere. That's
some sort of well, they're lucky to be here. Like
I understand if any other team is having the run
that the Knicks have. I mean, people can't talk about

them enough and give them flower. Is this the Celtics
or the Thunder or the Nuggets or the Pistons. Aw,
look how good they are blowing these teams out. This
is what you have to do. Are they one of
the best individual seasons of all time in the NBA? Instead,
it's eh, you know, the Knicks are up one zip
in the finals, but like, okay, it's time to understand
what you've seen is reality and not any narrative you

think is going on about the team.

people are not appreciating the Knicks in real time, they

the America's Sweetheart, Victor wein Banyama. Let me tell you, Jason,
my mom has been on in Costa Rica with my
dad and I spoke to her today. I hadn't spoken
like a real conversation. She was rooting for the Spurs.

She was telling me she loves the Spurs. She's loved
them since you know Greg Popovich and liked him, Duncan
and Tony Parker and all of that, And I told
her everything about the.

But I told her everything that they've done and how

going and fighting till the end. We saw this team
do that last year and they just felt a little
bit short. And as much as we I criticized the
Knicks for firing Thibodeaux after all of that happened, I

see that they they made the right choice because look
at where they are now, Like it just they needed
something to get them over that that small hump because
it was it was just last year.

But we've seen this team since last year.

It's just people did not think that they were actually
going to come back and put it together like this
this year against the whether it be the Spurs, whether
it be the Thunder at the time, whether maybe it
was even meeting in the finals, you know what I mean, Like,
I just don't think we really saw the Knicks doing
this again. But I have been seeing it. I'm with you,
I'm seeing it in real time. I am loving it

and watching yesterday's game. It is the Knicks team we've
been seeing since last year. That's what it is.

from Green Bay. Right, Christian Watson four years, one hundred
and ten million dollar extension. All right, this is a
guy who has been a jag ever since he came
into the NFL. He is just a guy. He's never

caught more than forty one passes in a year. Right,
He's never had more than six hundred and twenty yards
receiving in a year. He's just a guy. And he
got twenty five million a year. Now. Number one, I
can give you a rule which is that they should
subscribe by with stuff like this, and that is, if
you're a skills position player and no one starts you

in fantasy in any league, then you can't make twenty
five million dollars a year because no one know any
league I've been in the last fort no one has started,
not even on bye weeks when it's by mcgeddon or
people starting Christian Watson, I don't even know how rostered
he is in dynasty leagues, and the Packers gave him
twenty five million dollar a year, one hundred and ten
million dollars you can give. This is where you get
(22:46):
a guy that could catch thirty five forty passes in
a year for six hundred yards for three million dollars.
You can get that pretty easy, man. I mean you
needed to give him four years and one hundred and
ten million dollars like That's that's just makes absolutely no sense.
And if teams would go by that philosophy, if you're
not a starter in fantasy or even on a bench,
then you can't make twenty five million dollars a year.

I mean, this is NFL's in crazy twn.

Yeah, no, that seems logical to me. I'm totally with you.
Davonte Smith makes twenty five million, and I'm happy to
take Davonte Smith. I may not start him on my fantasy,

And Nico Collins makes twenty four point twenty five million,
Michael Pittman Junior twenty three million. Like, but no, I

think Michael Pittman just didn't he just get a new one.

Alex Spears got that new contract, So Michael Pittman' is

kind of get it over and done with and have
a face that is familiar with the system and it
can be consistent in what he does, like they'll they're
probably they can still can't make a move for a

this seems more like a safety blanket, like let's let's
keep him on. He's good, he's solid, he knows our system.
Rather have him than not have him. But I agreed,
it seems like a little bit of a high contract.

Well that's the thing is, like, yeah, he's someone that's
part of the Green Bay has been going for the
depth way at wide receiver for the past few years.
Like they keep drafting guys, bringing them in and they
keep basically showing up and maybe being good enough to
start like a tons of wide receiver threes on that team. Right,
Jade reads a little bit better. He got paid, but

who knows that Matthew Golden's any good. And you had
and you had Watson the last and you had Dontavian
Wix the last couple of years too. I just had
a bunch of guys like I don't know what he
has shown that's gonna tell you that, Yeah, this guy's
gonna be great. Now, he did have his best year
in theory last year, but he was hurt. He missed
a bunch of games. He did catch the five passes

and ten games that you're thinking, Okay, maybe he's catching
fifty five passes then for a whole season, fifty five
passes for maybe eight hundred ish yards or something like that.
But like it is, I mean, you can't. You can't
give a guy like that twenty five million dollars a
year like this wide receivers around the league. And this
is the other big point. I'm gonna look at this
contract and go, this is the contract that killed it
(25:23):
for all of us. This is the contract where team
said I am not showing out twenty five million because
now he has raised the floor for average wide receivers
right to make twenty five million dollars a year, and
wide receivers position that the way running back was a
few years ago where teams thought, we don't need a superstar.
We're evolving away from the bell cow running back. You know,
we need a couple of serviceable guys and run and

running backs didn't get paid, and then they started getting
paid again finally after Saquon Barkley at that big year
two years ago. But this is where wide receivers are going,
where teams are gonna say, yeah, we don't need to
spend all this kind of money on wide. We can
just keep drafting for the position. There's tons of young
talent out there. We don't need to pay Christian Watson
twenty five million dollars year, one hundred and ten million.
You don't need to do that. Because while while agents
(26:05):
right now around the legue, no, my goodness, look what
he did, trust me, teams are gonna now back away
and go, yeah, I'm not giving that guy that kind
of money because now a guy that's even a little
bit better's gonna want thirty three million a year, and
you can't do that. I mean you just can't. And
I really I look at this deal and I go,
I thought people were kidding. I thought this was like
an onion headline when I first really, Christian, why are
we really? I mean, he gets he gets one hundred

and ten million dollars like Drake London for his contract
was somewhat questioned, but at least he's the number one
receiver there and I've seen him flash and potentially show
that he can be a dominant number one. But Christian Watson,
I mean, the guy's a jag. He is an absolute jag.

As you said, he had his best year last year
and was injured. Maybe Green Bay sees the ceiling that
we do not see. They did have a heavy rotation
last year with their wide receiver room, but they no
longer have Romeo Dobs, they no longer have Dantavian Wicks.

So right now it eves what Christian Watson, Jayden.

Reid and wasn't their fir math Mattthew Golden.

Who was just okay last year you know in the

we don't see, but they see it behind closed doors
and they're looking at this as an investment, like maybe

this is? This is that time when you get together

you know, there's nothing I can say. In fact, she

told me the other day that that he wouldn't return
her text, you know, when he was out with their
front whatever. I don't understand. Like that's why I feel
like these conversations are about Christian Watson, Like how can
you do this? I mean really, And when wide receiver
stop getting paid, they're gonna go, that's the guy that
ruined the good times for everybody. Because a guy that's
just just okay gets paid like that. Now teams are
gonna get scared from paying all of us who are

at least, you know, better than he is. I really
I thought there was an onion headlight when I saw it.

It has to be that the Packers see something we don't.

But you are really right, because if this does not
go the way Green Bay is hoping, expecting, predicting, praying for, Wow,
this is gonna be huge and against them, and like
you said, it's gonna change the way people kind of
approach wide receivers. As we talked to so many years,
running backs weren't being paid properly.

Now they're being paid properly.

But then you have this guy that could be can
be an outlier Jason where everyone will just.

Look at the Packers as being idiots for doing it.

seem like they're putting a lot on this player that
has not shown you one that he can stay healthy
or that he can do more than a rotational wide receiver.

What a game that That moment was so weird. Right away,
he never saw it. He never saw that ball. He
didn't even move because you know how sometimes we see
those outfielders move in a certain direction then they lose
the ball.

Oh yeah, he just took there like, I don't.
