Speaker 4 (03:53):

like they got a three out. The game starts at
eight thirty Eastern.

Speaker 4 (04:04):

Speaker 4 (05:56):
You want to look on my instagram from yesterday? I
was at the ballpark? Now one shot? Hey, who'll stole
your phone? There's a time and a place for everything,
all right, let's get to it. Let's get to it,
Rob g. Big happenings at Madison Square Garden.

Speaker 3 (06:12):
That's to say the least.

Speaker 7 (06:14):
As you all know, it's been reporting now for about
a week and it's been confirmed a couple of days ago.
Over the weekend, President Donald Trump will be in attendant
at MSG here for for tonight's Game three, and as
a result, Madison Square Garden staffing has said that fans
are now being asked to get to the game.

Speaker 3 (06:30):
At least two hours early.

Speaker 6 (06:34):
Even that wasn't enough for some people.

Speaker 5 (06:35):
They were required to provide a ticket to get past
various checkpoints. So one ticket does not guarantee access to
the next checkpoint, so on and so forth, and they
gotta go through tsa type security that goes for everybody, fans, media,
including Victor win Bonyala's a good photo of him online
getting wanded down like he didn't seak anything in that
eight foot frame.

Speaker 3 (06:55):
You're gonna take three people to do it exactly, and
everybody's a good that was a wand on his arm.

Speaker 7 (07:00):
Just saying everybody's upset about it, including dearon Fox.

Speaker 6 (07:03):
Take a listen.

Speaker 8 (07:05):
It's New York, so regardless of who's here, like, you
know it's gonna be you know, it's gonna be loud.

Speaker 3 (07:09):
You know it's gonna be you know, rowdy.

Speaker 8 (07:11):
I think the President being here just makes it inconvenient
on everybody else, Like we got more obviously more security.
Uh we gotta like send stuff early. I think our
buses are a little earlier.

Speaker 3 (07:21):
So that's that.

Speaker 8 (07:23):
Other than that, you know, when you come here and
you play against this team, regardless of like if they're
good or when they're not, Like, it's gonna be a
it's gonna be a building that you know comes ready
to support the too.

Speaker 6 (07:34):
So the Secret Service took the little off my chap stick.

Speaker 3 (07:37):
Are you guys having to go through the same thing.

Speaker 8 (07:39):
Yeah, we're like yeah, we're like, uh, the less less
stuff you can bring, the better.

Speaker 3 (07:43):
Obviously we're getting the screen like it's TSA.

Speaker 8 (07:45):
It's little little inconvenient for the people.

Speaker 3 (07:49):
That's got to play. But did what it is?

Speaker 4 (07:51):
Are they playing at Madison Square Garden or flying to Egypt?
I mean which one is it? This is where we
are in America right now. But anyway, so the big
happenings Game three knicks up two oh looking to put
their foot snap the necks of the Spurs.

Speaker 3 (08:08):
And I'm not.

Speaker 4 (08:09):
Gonna blame this Madison Square Garden fiasco on President Donald Trump?

Speaker 3 (08:14):
Did you hear me? Why aren't you think you have?
Why not? There's only one person to blame this one.
Oh guess I think I know what it is. It's
James Dolan. It's James Dolan. He's to blame.

Speaker 4 (08:28):
He had been away from the team, Calvin with the spear,
getting that done. All of a sudden, the Knicks got
right in right. He had been out of the picture.
You had heard anything from him. Now the biggest night
in New York since fight Sinatra saying New York's New York,
not jay Z And no, I'm going even further back,

(08:50):
and the night is going to be ruined. And not
just inside the building or the game, the pregame, no
watch party outside, no fans. You can't get within a
three block radius of Madison Square Garden because James Dolan
decides that his buddy Donald Trump needs to come to

(09:12):
an NBA Finals game with this magnitude, here's New York
about to explode.

Speaker 3 (09:19):
Right, hasn't have a Finals.

Speaker 4 (09:21):
Game since nineteen ninety nine, hasn't won a championship since
nineteen seventy three, and instead you dampen the mood by
having the most unpopular president in the history of the
United States show up, Like, seriously, it's such a buzzkill
it's such a kill joy. It's a wet blanket being

(09:42):
thrown over New York Knick fans.

Speaker 3 (09:45):
It really really is. And God forbid the Knick.

Speaker 4 (09:49):
So if they lose this game and lose the series
or somehow, it will be the Trump curse.

Speaker 3 (09:54):
It will be why why here and now? Why? It
would be one thing.

Speaker 4 (10:02):
If I don't know it was game six or down
the road, you know, like they've played a couple of games,
but here's a crescendo, crescendo after winning the two games
and the Spurs, this is the big moment.

Speaker 3 (10:14):
They come home.

Speaker 4 (10:15):
It's the first time the fans have a chance to
really let the Knicks hear it, be there to crowd
whatever everybody. And guess what, James Dolan inflates the prices
of the tickets so that the fans can't go tickets
going for ten thousand dollars at the top of MSG

(10:36):
the audacity to auction off to celebrity road tickets for
a million dollars. Do you know how many people and
homeless shelters and soup kitchens that the Knicks could help
with a million dollars rather than taking it in for
two tickets to a two hour.

Speaker 3 (10:54):
And ten minute basketball game.

Speaker 4 (10:56):
I mean, come on, James Dolan, you couldn't help yourself.

Speaker 3 (11:02):
You did it.

Speaker 4 (11:04):
You wanted to ruin the biggest night in New York
Knicks basketball history and in generations, and.

Speaker 3 (11:11):
You did it with this stunt. I mean, you hit
on a lot of stuff.

Speaker 1 (11:16):
The fact of the matter is, it's a such thing
as chemistry, a such thing is flow. It's a such
thing as if you want to call it mojo, if
you want to call it just you know, a good
vibe going and all of a sudden you ruin. You
can have a chance to ruin that. And this is
what I don't like more than anything. New York, as
you know, is full of bus drivers, garbage men, you

(11:37):
got lawyers, you've got street food, car working point is
it's a bunch of just different types of people who
are all coming together. And all the people I know
in New York are gonna say, man, I haven't seen
this much unity and so long, haven't seen this much,
you know, camaraderie and so long, and a part of
that is too, Hey, we all can't afford to get
an MSG. But we can do is have these little
watch parties outside of MSG around corner. You got people

(12:01):
projecting him on the walls and neighborhoods. And to have
those things blocked off, to have those things canceled, to
have folks can't go here, can't go there, to have
the team lose their flow what they've been doing, their
their normal routines. Gotta get up earlier, gotta go here early,
gotta get checked. You just hurt the Aaron Fox. Can't
bring these things to the game, can't bring that. Why
would you do that now when things have been going

(12:24):
so well to me? And this is also considering you
mentioned something President Trump. This isn't even a political statement.
In both administrations, one thing President Trump does is making
about President Trump.

Speaker 3 (12:37):
Right.

Speaker 1 (12:38):
We know that's what she pleased you should be about
to nick to New York City. He is a fan
of the Knicks. You would think he say, let me
lay back, not even even if he was the most popular,
because maybe it's turned into like, but it's gonna be
about me.

Speaker 3 (12:49):
But there's gonna be boos in the building, is what
I'm saying.

Speaker 1 (12:52):
If they show him on the screen the minute the
camera go, it's gonna be the deepest, loudest. He's from
New York and people and people don't exactly so to me,
I just think, and not to mention, the city is enjoying.
I'm Donnie right now. There's vibes are high, the knicks

(13:13):
are great. It just seems like a bad time to
do this. And if anything, if I were gonna do
this is the time. And we've mentioned it. I said
it last week and I'm gonna say it again that
you bring out before everybody's getting lined up, we do
the national anthem, we're getting ready to sing, and this
is when you come out if you're James Dolan on
the mic and say hey, yes, you're gonna boo you,

(13:33):
but you say, look, there's been some tough times.

Speaker 3 (13:35):
I've made some tough decisions.

Speaker 1 (13:37):
You all have been riding with us, and I want
to do something to write this thing. He's apologized. I've apologized.
Please welcome out, Charles Oakley. That's the movie you were
supposed to do today. In Game three, of course, we
talked about this last week that would unify and really
take a team that's right on the high and explode
it and take it through the roof. So to me,

(13:58):
it's a missed opportunity there and more anything, I just
think it's hijacking the story from your team that is
playing great. The story is gonna be about President Trump
if they lose, instead of just hey, we with some shot,
it's gonna be about President.

Speaker 3 (14:12):
Trum about his bad luck.

Speaker 1 (14:14):
If they win and people interview him, he's gonna say,
you know, maybe they need to bring me more often.
I might be the good luck charm for the Knicks.
You and to me, I just want this to be
about the current Knicks who are playing hard, who are
all about the town, all about the city, and I
don't want to ruin any of that. And there's a
chance you may, and there's nothing else. At minimum, You've
just inconvenienced the city, the fans, and the players.

Speaker 4 (14:36):
To me, all right, eight seven seven ninety nine on
Fox eight seven seven nine nine six sixty three sixty nine,
All right, who are you blaming on this? Who deserves
more blame? Is it President Donald Trump? Or is it
Nick's owner James Dolan? We want to hear from you
eight seven, seven ninety nine on Fox. It is the

(14:59):
odd couple where we deliver inside not noise, Rob Parker,
Kelvin Washington on This Magic City Monday, and you know
what you need to do, stick.

Speaker 3 (15:09):
And stay unless you have Nixon four in the USA.

Speaker 1 (15:13):
A Hey, let me tell you about Calshi, which, by
the way, was I'm breaking down. We were just obviously
talking about President Trump. There's a bunch of stuff that
you can trade on with President Trump. I'll explain it
in just a moment here, but let's talk about Calshi.
So if you're not familiar, I've been educating on you.
I will continue to do so. Right now. The Pro
Basketball Finals, we know, are in full swing. We just
talked about it, and you can trade the entire series

(15:34):
on Calshi and on Calshi you can trade each game.
You got props, you got combos, and more until the
confetti falls. So it's getting crazy in the Big Apple
these days, and for good reason. In New York is
just two wins away from winning their first championship in
over fifty years. So coming into the series, New York
has statistically been one of the greatest teams in the
league history.

Speaker 3 (15:52):
We've talked about this.

Speaker 1 (15:53):
Rob g has given us all the stats and facts
about that, and if you can get two more wins,
they can do that. That statement don't sound so crazy anymore, right,
So today New York is trading at seventy eight percent
to win it all, meaning one hundred dollars trade pays
out one hundred and twenty nine dollars if they win.
So not a crazy profit, but it sounds like easy
money to me, right, It seems like they're gonna win now.

(16:13):
On calshi, you're trading against peers in live market, meaning
there's no house and as the probability changes, you can
buy in or out of your position. So for a
limited time, download the Calshi app and use code odd
odd to get ten dollars when you trade ten. Again,
use code odd odd to get ten dollars when you
trade ka Lshi sta is Calshi trade on anything.

Speaker 2 (16:36):
Be sure to catch live editions of The Odd Couple

Olden Polonies coming up here in about five or six minutes. No,
I'm sure they made a remix up, some kid remix
of it. We'll talk to Op in a minute, and
of course looking forward to that. After forty, well, the
energy drops, Rob knows because you just turned forty this year.
The way hangs on and you start wondering where the
old you went. M drive well was built for that

(17:53):
support healthy testosterone, energy and metabolism. Don't ignore the change.
Go to m drive for men dot com. Check him out.

Speaker 3 (18:02):
All right, let's get to it.

Speaker 1 (18:02):
Rob eight seven seven ninety nine on Fox, we just
thought of really your thoughts on President Trump attending Game
three of the NBA Finals.

Speaker 3 (18:10):
Uh and changed everything.

Speaker 1 (18:12):
Rob blames James Dolan for allow You've been doing good,
you've been staying away, and now you make this this mistake.
I said, man, it's a it's an opportunity for you
to just say no and let if you're a real
Nick fan, let the Knicks have this moment in the
city of New York, have this moment. What say you
eight seven seven ninety nine one.

Speaker 4 (18:27):
Finals, you know, pricing out the fans. Oh, we were
talking about that ten thousand dollars. Yeah, shout out to
Josh Hart. He you're real when he talked about that.
Mike in Miami, you're on the odd couple of Fox
Sports Radio.

Speaker 3 (18:38):
What's up, Mike? Hey, what's going on?

Speaker 9 (18:41):
Guys? I mean, this guy lives in your head, rent free,
who cares if he goes to the game?

Speaker 4 (18:47):
Okay, all right, all right, my Mike, Mike, Mike, Mike,
Mike Stock Mike, Mike.

Speaker 3 (18:54):
Mike, Mike.

Speaker 4 (18:56):
To say who cares means you have no idea viea
of the impact. Okay, so so you can be a
Trump guy and call up here and say he lives
rent free. We don't talk about Donald Trump on this
radio show unless it pertains to something in sports. So,
first of all, you don't know what you're talking about,

(19:17):
because we do.

Speaker 3 (19:18):
We do. We talk about Donald Trump here.

Speaker 5 (19:21):
This is it.

Speaker 4 (19:21):
This is sports. It's about Game three. It's about the
players going through all these other things. It's about the
fans not having a being able to have a watch
party on the streets around Madison Square.

Speaker 3 (19:32):
Guard. That's what we're talking about. No, it's not.

Speaker 9 (19:37):
No, it's not a fan being able to go to
a game for the team that he grew up rooting
for like that when we're talking you can't go because
we don't like you.

Speaker 3 (19:46):
No, you can't because you're president.

Speaker 4 (19:48):
And it's gonna make it inconvenience to everybody.

Speaker 9 (19:51):
I just told you, God told you President Obama went
to many basketball game.

Speaker 3 (19:57):
I don't remember him. I remember him at one game recently. Okay,
one game. But this is a moment.

Speaker 1 (20:03):
Not.

Speaker 4 (20:04):
All I'm saying to you is you don't know what
you're talking about when you talk about he lives rent free.

Speaker 3 (20:09):
That's the oldest cliche. Okay, that's the oldest cliche. Get
out of here with that, Mike, because I'm not buying it. Big.
We don't talk about Trump here.

Speaker 1 (20:18):
My biggest thing is nobody's saying he whether he's a
Nick fan or not, or my c My thing is inconvenience,
like to to take away from this moment.

Speaker 3 (20:28):
That's all I'm saying.

Speaker 1 (20:29):
Like, if this were this particular time, this particular city,
the way New York is built, the way it is constructed, like,
you can't do things. It's gonna block off, it's gonna
take away, You're gonna change what's been going on.

Speaker 4 (20:41):
It's changing thing that everybody was doing in the fans.
That's what we're talking about. Nick in New York. You're
on the couple of Fox Sports Radio.

Speaker 10 (20:51):
Hey, you guys doing again from making Thank you for
making us a part of it. I think that's what
makes the show.

Speaker 3 (20:59):
Nick.

Speaker 4 (21:00):
Appreciate that, and you know what, we care about what
you say. That's why you're on the radio. Appreciate it exactly.

Speaker 10 (21:04):
And we can all have different opinions and everything. And
and it sounds like Trump was invited by by Dawing,
Is that correct?

Speaker 3 (21:13):
Hold on, hold on, robb Gie, what is it? Do
you have it? Yes?

Speaker 7 (21:16):
But asking me something off the air about all right? Okay, okay,
go ahead.

Speaker 10 (21:22):
So Madamie, is is we think he's He said he
came on a show and said he paid five or
I think five figures.

Speaker 2 (21:30):
For tickets for tonight.

Speaker 10 (21:31):
I would love to know where that money's coming from.
And not trying to make it political, but obviously a
little bit is either way. At the end of this
New York City, win or lose is getting burned down.
We were just there. My wife wants to go once
a year. She wants to see a play. I hate it.
I'm from upstate New York. I'm from Albany. We take
the train down.

Speaker 2 (21:52):
I hate it.

Speaker 3 (21:52):
I say we can go.

Speaker 10 (21:53):
We're not sleeping over, We're going, We're coming home. I
had to buy the ordrant.

Speaker 5 (21:57):
Because it was so hot.

Speaker 2 (21:58):
I literally waited.

Speaker 10 (22:00):
I waited. I waited twenty five minutes for a guy
to come around put it in a box that I
had to carry around. You would have thought I was
buying a gerbil or a lizard to walk around.

Speaker 6 (22:11):
To cash out.

Speaker 10 (22:12):
It was the most insane thing. This city's not safe
after this happens.

Speaker 1 (22:16):
Go next that listen the SETI is about to be
turned up. Win or lose, you might as well win it.
That's there is definitely gonna be. This is gonna be
a crazy summer in New York. I'm not disagreeing with that.

Speaker 3 (22:29):
Squeeze one more.

Speaker 4 (22:30):
And Roger from is that we know you're on the
odd couple Fox Sports Radio.

Speaker 3 (22:34):
What's up? Roger? Roger?

Speaker 1 (22:38):
All right, appreciate everybody called. Obviously we couldn't get to
all of you. We got Olden Polonies on the other
side of turning right now, he is, Steve just say.

Speaker 2 (22:45):
Fox Sports Radio has the best sports talk lineup in
the nation. Catch all of our shows at Foxsports Radio
dot com and within the iHeartRadio app. Search FSR to
listen live.

Speaker 1 (22:57):
All right, let's get to old and these former NBA
event Fox Sports Radio NBA analysts.

Speaker 3 (23:03):
There we go. We down with opp down it on BP.
Yeah you know me? Oh that man? What's going on?

Speaker 9 (23:11):
Oh my god?

Speaker 3 (23:12):
You guys are crazy a little bit.

Speaker 9 (23:15):
All is good here? All is good.

Speaker 4 (23:17):
Hey, I'm blaming James Dolan for tonight's mess. The Knicks
have a nice thing going. Uh, the fans out front.
You know what I mean, to watch parties in the street,
all that, all that is done. Can't do it, can't
can't do any of that. People got to get there
two three hours before the game to be able to
get into the building because of all the extra security.

(23:39):
And it's just to me, it's a buzzkill. It's just
a buzz kill.

Speaker 5 (23:43):
It is.

Speaker 9 (23:43):
And you know I did on Bucking Fits the other
on Saturday, and I talked about and I made the
statement the SANATOI is going to win the next two games.
And this is before I even you Trump was gonna
be there. But Trump is like, that's so disruptive to
what they've been doing as a team that I believe

(24:05):
is going to have a negative effect on them. And
to me, it's not needed, it's not necessarily O can
we get it. He's a friend of yours, mister James Doleman,
But you don't need it right now? You know everything's.

Speaker 3 (24:18):
Invite him to the parade, you know what I mean?
What you win go to that?

Speaker 1 (24:23):
Hey, I'm looking at like this, but let's say what
you your thought is the Spurs can win to if
you're the Knicks, how do you say, yeah, I know
this is inconvenient. This is crazy, but the atmosphere is
going to be crazy. The city is going know wild?
Right now, how do we try to finish this thing
at home? If you were in that locker room as
a veteran, what are you saying to that team?

Speaker 9 (24:42):
Well, basically continue doing what we've been doing. But the
problem is the ancillary stuff. It's that situation. It's gonna
throw everything off because now you have the extra security,
you got to go through both teams. You may have
delays just you know, the fan. And let's not even

(25:02):
talk about the financial aspects of this. As far as
what they charge you.

Speaker 4 (25:07):
I was gonna ask you, ohd and you played in
that league, ten thousand dollars to sit at the top
of Madison Square guard for one night. This price is
out the word the real fans, the fans who normally
go to games.

Speaker 9 (25:19):
And that's what we're seeing. This is a Michael cosm
and pretty much what sports has become. Ye you know
you not you cannot afford this regular people.

Speaker 3 (25:29):
Ain't none of them in there tonight. Ain't nobody regularly right?

Speaker 4 (25:34):
And did you see did you see the celebrity road
tickets they auctioned off and got a million dollars a
pill for a damn basketball game.

Speaker 9 (25:43):
The most insane thing I've ever seen. I don't give
a damn. You ain't getting that out of me. I
could have on muss money. You're not getting that out
of me.

Speaker 4 (25:51):
Hey, I do want to get here? Did we see
something at the end of the game. I know the
Knicks won it at the end, but they did give
up four fourteen point lead in a short period of time.

Speaker 3 (26:03):
What did we see there?

Speaker 4 (26:04):
What I know it seemed like the Spurs were playing
with a sense of urgency that maybe they should have
had earlier. But they did make a comeback. They could
have folded. They looked dead to me older than they did.
Not fold in that situation. They fought.

Speaker 2 (26:18):
Well.

Speaker 9 (26:19):
The problem that the Spurs have is gonna is the
same reason why they got to the finals. Their youth.
They were so young that they didn't know that they
were inexperience and they weren't supposed to be in the
finals right now, and now it's working against them. And
in that second half what happened was they were like, Hey,
we're just young and stupid and enough to like, hey,

(26:40):
we can make a run right now. So that's pretty
much what it's been. I thought this whole time the
Spurs have actually outplayed the Knicks. But the Knicks when
they make their runs, they're like so fast and so
forceful that it's the rows the Spurs off. And a

(27:00):
case in point, the Spurs had a lead right and
all of a sudden, I remember, Deana Fox has a
it's literally a layup for him, but he stops short
and shoots a short jumper he misses.

Speaker 3 (27:12):
I remember that.

Speaker 9 (27:14):
And then they go down and score the three pointer
five point swing. It's stuff like that when they have
a chance to like really start putting nails in confidence
the Knicks. Not even the Knicks not even doing it.
It's the Spurs doing it themselves. They pulled the nail
back out.

Speaker 3 (27:30):
Hey, hey, old And I want to ask you this
question on the turnover.

Speaker 4 (27:33):
Is that because Wimby obviously can handle the basketball, so
he has the ball and the point guard is going
to turn his back on the most point guards are
looking for the ball, right, but Wimby dribbles and Wibby.

Speaker 3 (27:47):
Is that why that happened? That's a great point, you
know what I mean, Olden.

Speaker 4 (27:50):
Because for the point guard who doesn't have the ball
and is not to be looking for the ball at
all is crazy to me.

Speaker 9 (27:57):
Well, it happened because one It'sohnson has been coaching this way.
He rarely calls timeouts in those situations too. Wendy shot
against Okac made Suffon Castle turn his back because it's like,
I just assume you're gonna take it down and ste
another three. So that's the thing. Their success became, you

(28:20):
know the problem. And so Wenby, for all intents versus,
never thrown that ball. Of course, because you always got
to make eye contacts. He always has to be looking
at you. And so when he did, and if you
look at the place slowed down. He literally made the
decision ass Castle is turning. Everything happened simultaneously and he

(28:41):
could not pull it back. So but they still had
a chance to win the game. They ran a crappy play.
I didn't like that play. I wanted Wendy to dive
to the basket, throw the lob or then you get
a kickout wide open three. Because Josh Hart would have
had to step in for the lob attempt.

Speaker 1 (29:00):
Yeah, I thought the same thing. It was ended up
being a decent It was a look the play was strange, just.

Speaker 9 (29:07):
Seven every jumper is going to be an open look.

Speaker 1 (29:11):
Well right, but and that's and to your earlier point,
when I've brought this up to Rob several times, he's
gonna have to learn. And you know this from being
in the league all those years. Your go to two
or three moves or two or three spots, get me
here on turnover, jump, hooker, turn around, fatal, walt the glass.
He right now is figuring out what are my if
a buckets on the line? Where are my spots? I
don't think he knows that right now. I want to

(29:32):
ask you. I want to ask you about Karl Anthony Towns.
It's been an amazing last you know, year or two
for him where we knew the talent was there, but
left so much to be desired, getting the foul trouble,
make weird plays disappear some games. This postseason, he's been
essentially flawless for for all that you could ask for him,
and even in these first two games in the finals.

Speaker 3 (29:54):
What changed for him? Is it Mike Brown? Is it
just he did it? Click? What do you see?

Speaker 9 (29:59):
I se a guy who embraced a situation and he
finally learned that, Hey, for us to go far, I
have to change my game, and he had the decency
to say, Okay, you know what, It'll be a lot
harder to ask Jellen bruns In or anybody else.

Speaker 3 (30:18):
To do it.

Speaker 9 (30:18):
Because they tried it with Josh Harter and it didn't work.
They had to put him back in the lineup. So
Carl said, you know, I'll be the bigger person. Because
that's one of the things I think got touch to
you guys buying some of the shows we do, is
that you had two guys basically one short, one tall,
but they played the same style and so they both
needed to be outside. So Carl anthiey Sound says, you

(30:39):
know what, I'm gonna move. I'm gonna go outside. I'll
be the facilitator. And he's not jacking up threes from
out faith, even though he's one three point shooting contest.
He's being a facilitator and when he is open, he
shoots it. And that poses a problem for Wemby because
this ain't harvestein out there, It's not check Holgen. Okay,

(31:00):
this is called Anthony Towns. And that's been the difference.

Speaker 1 (31:03):
Yeah, the big difference, all right, yep, all right, oh man,
we appreciate it, Thank you so much.

Speaker 3 (31:08):
We'll see what happens here in game three.

Speaker 1 (31:10):
All right, guys, no doubt still down with opp Give
him a follow olden polonies one on X, go ahead
and give him a good follow.

Speaker 3 (31:18):
All right.

Speaker 1 (31:19):
On the way, Shekel City Tire rec Player of the

updates just on this game, as Game three in the
NBA Finals is coming up on us soon in a moment.

eight forty five Eastern.

Speaker 3 (33:21):
They might be pacific at this rate.

Speaker 1 (33:22):
It might this game cause to Steve's point, I don't
think it's gonna start when they say it's supposed to start. Yeah,
I think it's gonna be it, you know, like they
might not start it. Yeah, I think so, SDI couple. Hey,
shout out to o PP that.

Speaker 3 (33:36):
Bad bunny singing the national anthem?

Speaker 1 (33:38):
No no, no, no, no, they would they wouldn't put that.

Speaker 3 (33:40):
Matter of fact, who find out who is singing national anthem?
Find that out? That'd be interesting to me.

Speaker 5 (33:44):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (33:45):
They're like, we can't have you singing right now now
today now with President President Bus President Trump there, Uh,
thank you old bondies for joining us. We'll get that
up on the pod as well. Right now to sign
for Shekel City.

Speaker 4 (34:07):
All right, one and two on Friday night. One fifty
six and one twenty nine is my total. And here
we go. Spurs plus one and a half at Madison
Square Garden.

Speaker 3 (34:17):
This is it. If they're gonna win the game is tonight.

Speaker 4 (34:21):
You lose tonight, Yeah, I just can't see them doing
anything else there if you lose tonight. So I'm gonna
take the Spurs plus to one and a half to
win outright. I got the Nationals plus one and a
half at the San Francisco Giants, and I got the
Brewers are in Sacramento. I got the Brewers minus one
and a half taken on the A's in Sacramento. So again,

(34:43):
Brewers minus one and a half, NAT's plus one and
a half and the Spurs plus one and a half.
And remember, Calvin, I'm not telling you who to bet on.
I'm telling you who I bet on.

Speaker 1 (34:57):
Since we asked the question, who is doing a national
anthem to be so New York's son? What if they
just switched it up? What if they had Wu Tang
do it? Robs? Robs he and Rob Mary?

Speaker 3 (35:12):
No?

Speaker 1 (35:12):
Mary said no, that's because you you're only nineteen. That's
why you don't remember when.

Speaker 3 (35:16):
That is not gonna be good?

Speaker 5 (35:17):
No?

Speaker 3 (35:18):
What about the Locks? Who is it?

Speaker 1 (35:20):
What about Fab and Jada? Are Jada and Joe? Fat Joe?
Who else? I?

Speaker 3 (35:26):
Oh no, it's gonna be morning Joe. He's gonna morning Joe.

Speaker 1 (35:29):
Yeah No, you know I was gonna say something else Joe,
because you know President Tomorrow is called President by sleepy Joe.

Speaker 3 (35:36):
Yeah. Uh Buster rhymes, it's split Star. It's Avery Wilson.
Avery Wilson. She's a Broadway singer and former contesta on
The Voice. Okay, make sense. She's known as the Knicks
good Luck Charm, the next good Luck Cha.

Speaker 1 (35:48):
All right, we'll bring her out for three, but dang
it for four to close it out, to sweep them,
bring in Woo tang or bring out the locks.

Speaker 6 (35:54):
Actually, Avery Wilson is a man.

Speaker 3 (35:57):
Did I say her? Yes? My bad? Bring him out
and then bring out the like I said. And you know,
they keep track of when you sing that, whether they
want to lose you keep tracking that. They got that
on there. They do well. I think I don't know,
but I'm just saying teams do well.

Speaker 7 (36:13):
That is exactly why Avery Wilson is performing the national
which is I.

Speaker 3 (36:17):
Know Avery Wilson.

Speaker 7 (36:19):
Yeah, apparently he has done it for about a month
and they have not lost the game, and so they
keep bringing him back.

Speaker 1 (36:26):
He can sing, now, I know who that is. He
can sing, I've seen them all over Instagram, TikTok. He
does all these covers and he's been writing and singing
for people for years.

Speaker 3 (36:33):
He can die, ye, that young brother. He just played
for the Spurs.

Speaker 5 (36:35):
Right.

Speaker 3 (36:36):
Oh, that's Avery John. That's Avery John. That's the ad morale.
I played with Tim Docker and the Ad Morale.

Speaker 1 (36:41):

keep doing your thing, Avery, all right, let's get to

Speaker 3 (37:16):

Bad buddy song? Huh? Did you enjoy his Super Bowl performance? Yeah?
But he did. But he did a good job. You
just I know why you want him there?

Speaker 1 (38:15):
Look at you being political and Rob, he stands for political?

Speaker 9 (38:20):
Uh?

Speaker 2 (38:20):
Mary?

Speaker 3 (38:20):
Who you want? Who would do? Anybody? I don't think
it's anyone good.

Speaker 4 (38:24):
Actually I don't know because that's good enough right now?

Speaker 2 (38:28):
Rob?

Speaker 9 (38:28):
Who are you?

Speaker 3 (38:28):
Anybody?

Speaker 6 (38:29):
Promised she ould say Adele sing, but she's not Americans.

Speaker 3 (38:32):
I don't have to be American. See that's so American
of you wouldn't that?

Speaker 6 (38:35):
Did you feel like it would defeat the purpose?

Speaker 3 (38:37):
No? No, she can sing. I'm with Adele. She can
absolutely blow. Yeah, granted heard.

Speaker 4 (38:45):
About you know when you said Stevie Nicks, You know

A lot of people like you ain't doing it how
I would do it.

Speaker 6 (39:03):

like this, it's just inappropriate.

Speaker 3 (39:06):
Then you gotta relax, You gotta relax. Give me Beyonce. Yes,
it would be fine. Yeah, I think Lady guy would
kill it. Hadn't she done it?

Speaker 1 (39:14):
She did it at the Super Bowl. Remember then she
jumped off and caught. She caught the football. That was
actually pretty dumb. I'll give her credit for that, all right,
