Hello, This is Jordan Rich with Connoisseur's Corner, spending some
time with Ray Tremlay, corporate beverage director at Kogi Management Group.
These guys operate a slew of amazing restaurants in Boston,
including a terrific spot for dinner and nightlife called Cavo,
located at One Center Plaza in Boston. More about the
latest happenings at Cabot.

So Cavo really leans more into our nightclub life, really
high energy nightlife. We kind of play with that as
more of the I think of latest Centordean cave thinks
sort of need Alice.

Speaker 3 (00:35):
In Wonderland, sort of play on there. With the food
and drink, we kind of lean a little more Polynesian
and that aspect.

Speaker 2 (00:42):
Really big small bites are catching bright flavors. So for
as much as we do bottle service and champagne, you
really can pay attention to our cocktails and presentation. Now,
I don't think you should have to sacrifice quality for
quantity and having a really good time, and it's really
hard to find both of those these days in nightlife,
so we really wanted to essentiate some of that so

you can get some good food but also have some
great cocktails and a lot of energy in Nightlace.
