Hey, this is Jordan Rich with Connosrus Corner introducing you
to creative and wonderful restaurants throughout the region. Today, I'm
with Jimmy Pratt, vice president of operations for Karma Asian
Fusion with several locations including Burlington and Winchester. Fusion cuisine
is something that a lot of us are interested in.
So Jimmy, why don't you describe the fair at Karma
Asian Fusion and feel free to make us hungry.
Speaker 2 (00:25):
Well, we take our traditional sushi and we do a
little twist with some French and Peruvian influences. We kind
of bring it to a modern take on our sushi
at both our Karma Winchester and our Karma Burlington locations.
So we have sushi roles. We have a hipster role,
which is an interesting twist on a shrimp tip poor role.
(00:47):
It has some spicy tunas, slice lemon shallatts, and micro
greens and it is one of our most popular roles.
It's a delicious and kind of a refreshing take on
a spicy tuna and shrimp tip port. We also have
some sushi entrees we do like a large platter for
two people or three people, which has like chef selections

and has different pieces of niggery a sushi on it
that are not on the menu that the chef makes
from purchases of our fish to that day.
