Welcome to connois Server's corner. This is Jordan. Always fun
to connect with local restaurant tours. Ray Tremlay is corporate
beverage director at Koji Management Group. They've got a whole
bunch of spots, including Mariel Yvonne's Ruka and a relatively
new establishment with an Asian flair, mister H at two
twenty five Northern Avenue. Ray, please provide us with some details.

Mister H was kind of permanent inspiration between combination of.
Speaker 3 (00:26):
Taiwanese and Chinese concepts, so like Shanghai lounges, I want
want to say open, much more.
Speaker 4 (00:32):
Like allowed, and inspiration from dumpling's. I think I speak
freely when I could say almost everybody loves dumplings.
Speaker 2 (00:37):
So this was one of those things people that wanted
to bring back and that didn't really necessarily traditional way.
I think we have so many incredible Asian restaurants around luckily,
and you know, we just kind of wanted to tell
a little bit of our story in that I was
lucky enough for our culinary director of myself to actually
spend some time in Taiwan and going through food tours

around Taipei in the area and spend a lot of time.
I'm in the nightmarkets, in the day markets, sort of
trying a lot of different flavors.
Speaker 4 (01:03):
We just kind of wanted to bring our version of
that back that makes.
Speaker 5 (01:06):
Some things a little more approachable and sally absence from
of those flavors. So like the adventure over there where
we just got through some of our first venue changes
over there as well and just kind of slowly.

Elevate day by day.
