Try this barbecue styled wine. Robert Foley's Sharbono from the
Napa Valley is always a winner. In the twenty twenty
one scored ninety three points and delivered once again full bodied, balanced,
round and polished. Some BlackBerry and black liquor flavors in
there with some notes of fig and graphite. A little
hint of blueberry finishes dry, its flavors, acidity and well managed.

(00:39):
Moderate dusty Tannin's drift away nicely. I'd pair this tasty
Sharbono with some grilled hangar steak, all right, And somebody
also mentioned black forest cake, so we'll throw that in
for dessert. We also have a petite for dough based
wine from dow It's called the Bodyguard twenty twenty two
vintage from Passo. It's forty dollars was absolutely awesome. Twenty

(01:00):
twenty two is a challenging vintage in Passo and California
because of the heat. A petite verde loves heat, and
it loves it and it helps it ripen. So this
wine particularly shined. It's full bodied, medium acidity, balanced, round,
viscous and lush. Some blueberry and graphite flavors. There little
notes of dark chocolate and BlackBerry as well. Dry, dusty

(01:21):
tannins are nicely sustained. I'd have this at the fire
pit with some friends this summer because it's just that
good of a line.
