The Wu Administration is set to introduce a proposal that would bring back rent control in the city for the first time in three decades. The proposal would tie rent hikes to inflation and would cap rent hikes at ten percent. This plan would need approval by Boston City Council and lawmakers on Beacon Hill. Does it have your approval?
