Blast From The Past Taking Place At Nantasket Arcade

So a single ride is three dollars, or you can
get a ten ride pass for twenty five.

When the kids come to Nantasket Beach, the Paragon Park
carousel is always a popular spot. It's ninety seven years
old and was at the original park location down the road.

Speaker 3 (00:13):
And when it was closed in nineteen eighty five, some
local citizens here moved it over to this location where
we operate here as a nonprofit carousel for all to enjoy.

Speaker 2 (00:23):
Jason McCann is on the board here and says the
carousel isn't the only piece of retro machinery they have.

Speaker 3 (00:28):
We thought as a way to brighten that up and
do something different, we would bring in a vintage arcade.
So this summer we're doing as kind of a living exhibit,
an arcade space with ski ball machines, you know, vintage
console games.
