Speaker 1 (00:00):
Bu's College Republicans sent a letter to university president doctor
Melissa Gilliam after they say they saw celebratory posts online
from their peers.

Speaker 2 (00:07):
So, after the terrible death of Charlie Kirk, we had
a bunch of members reach out that they now would

Speaker 1 (00:17):

The letter has three main asks for heightened security at
meetings and for conservative speakers, holding those accountable who incite violence,
and being more open to differing opinions.

Speaker 2 (00:29):

on conservative students.

Speaker 1 (00:36):

university has allowed a single ideological perspective to dominate, leaving
students of differing opinions isolated. BU says it works hard

sharing personal views in Boston. I'm a Friedman WBZ, Boston's
