Among the worst places for someone trying to plan roots
is Cambridge, ranked two hundred and eighty first on the
list of three hundred best cities for first time home buyers.
A study considered several factors, including home affordability and the
overall health of the real estate market. Pat lives in
Medford but works in Cambridge, and that sounds just about
right to him.

These homes are huge over here. They're not just your
typical two bedroom bungalow out in the suburbs. These are
big homes, so yeah, the price is not going to
be huge.

US hit a historic low last year, only twenty four
